[3] 본 발명의 목적은 각 단말들의 스위칭 가능한 모드의 수가 다른 경우에도 스위칭 가능한 모드 수를 일반화하기 위한 블라인드 간섭 정렬 (BIA) 기반의 송수 신 알고리즘을 제공하는 것이다.

[75] BIA 방식은 송신기 (예를 들어, 기지국) 및 /또는 수신기 (예를 들어, 단말〉 에서 채널 정보를 피드백 받지 않고 사용자 간의 간섭을 제거하는 방식을 말한다.
[76] ΒΙΆ 방식이 적용되는 단말은 하나의 안테나로 여러 개의 전자기적 패턴을 만들 수 있는 재구성 가능한 안테나 (reconfigurable antenna)를 구비하는 단 말을 가정한다. 또한, 재구성 가능한 안테나로 만들 수 있는 서로 다른 빔 패턴 을 모드 '라고 정의한다. 예를 들어, 하나의 재구성 가능한 안테나는 2 개 이상의 서로 다른 빔 패턴을 만들 수 있고, 이 패턴을 스위칭을 통해서 적웅적으로 사용 할 수 있다. 이하에서는 BIA 방식에 대해서 설명한다. [78] 1.1 송수신기 동작의 기본 원리
[79] (1) 수신기 (예를 들어 , 단말)는 자신이 원하는 Mxl 데이터를 수신하기 위해서 M 번의 모드 스위칭을 수행한다. 즉, 수신기는 M 번의 서로 다른 채널로 심블 백터 (즉, 선호 신호)를 수신함으로써 디코딩 할 수 있는 공간자원 (rank)을 확보한다.
[80] (2) 수신기는 간섭 신호를 처리하는 공간자원올 최소화하기 위해서 간섭 신호를 수신할 때에는 일정한 모드를 동일하게 유지함으로써 동일한 채널로 간섭 심볼백터들을 수신한다.

[123] 2. 적웅적 BIA
[124] 현재 LTE/LTE-A 시스템에서 용하고 있는 다중 λ}^-7-} MIMO (Multi- User. Multiple Input Multiple Output) 기법은 초고속 통신을 위한 최신 MIMO 기술 가운데 하나이다. Μϋ-ΜΙΜΟ 기술은 단말과 기지국간의 채널 정보를 효과적으로 이용함으로써 전송률을 획기적으로 증대시킬 수 있는 방법이다.
[125] 그러나 디지털 피드백을 사용하는 현재의 셀를러 시스템에서 근사적으로라 도 이상적인 전송률 성능을 얻기 위해서는 단말 당 «l0g2(S ?)만큼의 피드백 비트 수가 필요하다. 또한, 현재와 같이 사용 가능한 피드백 자원이 제한되어 있는 시 스템에서는 일정 수준의 SNR 이상에서는 전송률이 거의 증가하지 않는다.
[126] 송신기가 수신기들로부터 채널 정보를 제공받지 않음에도 불구하고, 단일 셀 내부의 사용자 간의 간섭을 효율적으로 제어하는 기법인 BIA 방식은 기존의 시간 또는 주파수 자원을 직교하게 나누어 쓰는 방식보다 높은 자유도 (DoF)를 얻 올 수 있다. 또한, BIA 방식은 특정 셀 내에서 사용자가 무한하게 증가하는 경 우에도 채널 정보를 완벽하게 알고 있는 경우와 유사한 자유도를 얻올 수 있는 방 식이다.
[127] 그러나, 상술한 BIA 방식은 사용자 (예를 들어 , 단말)의 개수, 각 사용자 의 안테나 개수가 증가함에 따라서 필요한 심불 확장 길이 (Symbol Extension Length)가 지나치게 길어지기 때문에 실제 무선 시스템에 적용하기 힘들다. 또 한, 상술한 BIA 방식을 사용하려면, 기지국과 모든 단말의 안테나 수가 동일해야 하고, 항상 DOF 를 최대화 하는 방향으로 데이터를 전송하기 때문에 각 단말의 채널 환경과 각 단말이 요구하는 QoS (Quality of Service)에 따른 적옹적 데 이터 전송이 어렵다.
[128] 따라서, 이하에서 설명하는 본 발명의 실시예들은 다음 세 가지 적웅적 BIA 방식에 관한 것이다.
[129] (1) 단말의 스위칭 가능한 모드 수가 같거나 서로 다른 경우에, 스위칭 가능한 모드 수를 일반화 함으로써 적응적 BIA 방식으로 최대 DoF 를 획득할 수 있는 송수신 방식에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해서 수신기들의 안테나 개수가 다른 경우에도 적웅적 BIA 기반의 송수신 방법을 제공할 수 있다. 따라서, 이동통신 단말간의 통신뿐만 아니라, 기기간 통신 등 다양한 무선통신의 송수신 기법에도 적용될 수 있다.

[132) 3. 일반화된 수신 안테나구성에 대한 적웅적 BIA방식
[133] 이하에서 설명하는 본 발명의 실시예는 각 수신기마다 사용 가능한 모드 수가 서로 다른 경우에 적응적 BIA 방식을 구현하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.

[136] 먼저, 도 Ί 에 도시된 수신 모드 스위칭 패턴 및 송신 심볼 패턴을 참조한 다. 도 7을 참조하면, UE1을 위한 AB에는 UE1을 위한 심볼 백터 ( )가 반복 적으로 전송 되지만 UE2 를 위한 심볼 백터는 전송되지 않는 구간이 있는데, 모 든 AB 들은 이와 같은 구조를 갖는다. 즉, 각 ΆΒ 에서 송신되는 심볼벡터가 다른 심블과 중첩되지 않고 전송되는 구간이 있다. 이렇게 홀로 전송되는 신호는 타겟 단말이 아닌 다른 단말들에 대한 간섭 신호로써, 선호 신호와 간섭 신호를 구분 하는데 사용된다.

【청구의 범위】
【청구항 1】
무선 접속 시스템에서 적웅적 블라인드 간섭 정렬 (BIA) 방식에 따른 신 호 송신 방법에 있어서,
송신기에서 셀 내 수신기들의 개수 및 상기 수신기들의 수신 모드 수를 기반으로 선호 신호들과 간섭 신호들을 포함하는 제 1블록을 구성하는 단계;
상기 송신기가 상기 선호 신호들 또는 상기 간섭 신호들 중 한 종류만 포 함하는 제 2블록을 구성하는 단계 ;
상기 송신기가 상기 제 1 블록 및 상기 제 2 블록을 조합하여 상기 수신기 들 각각에 대한 정렬 블록들을 구성하는 단계; 및
상기 송신기가 상기 정렬 블록들에 상웅하는 송신 심볼 패턴에 따라 상기 정렬 블록들을 상기 수신기들에 전송하는 단계를 포함하는, 신호 송신 방법.
【청구항 2】
제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수신기들 각각에 대한 상기 정렬 블록들에 포함되는 심볼 백터들은 상기 수신기들 간에 최대한 겹치도톡 구성되는, 신호 송신 방법.
【청구항 3】
제 2항에 있어서,
상기 수신기들 중 특정 수신기에 여러 개의 정렬 블록들이 구성되는 경우, 상기 여러 개의 정렬 블록들에 대한 송신 심볼 패턴들은 서로 겹치지 않도록 구 성되는, 신호 송신 방법 .

제 2항에 있어서 ,

무선 접속 시스템에서 적웅적 블라인드 간섭 정렬 (BIA) 방식에 따른 신 호를 송신하기 위한 송신기는,
송신모들; 및
상기 적웅적 BIA 방식을 지원하는 프로세서를 포함하되,
상기 프로세서는:
샐 내 수신기들의 개수 및 상기 수신기들의 수신 모드 수를 기반으로 선 호 신호들과 간섭 신호들을 포함하는 제 1블록을 구성하고,
상기 선호 신호들 또는 상기 간섭 신호들 중 한 종류만 포함하는 제 2 블 록을 구성하고,
상기 제 1 블록 및 상기 제 2 블록을 조합하여 상기 수신기들 각각에 대한 정렬 블톡들을 구성하도록 구성되고,
상기 정렬 블록들에 상웅하는 송신 심블 패턴에 따라 상기 정렬 블록들을 상기 송신모들을 이용하여 상기 수신기들에 전송하도록 구성되는, 송신기.

제 7항에 있어서 ,
상기 수신기들 각각에 대한 상기 정렬 블톡들에 포함되는 심불 백터들은 상기 수신기들 간에 최대한 겹치도록 구성되는, 송신기.
