Abstract

A disposable diaper (10) has an absorbent core (40a) having wide sections and a narrow section wherein the length of the absorbent core in the width direction is shortest. Marker patterns (M11, M12), which indicate positions on the absorbent core, are attached to a back sheet positioned more on a non-skin-contact surface side than the absorbent core (40a). The marker patterns are disposed at positions that do not overlap with the outer edge of the absorbent core in a product width direction. At least a portion of each marker pattern in an overlapping region where the absorbent core and the back sheet overlap is disposed in a region further to the outside in the product width direction than an imaginary line (FL1), which passes through the outer edge of the narrow section in the product width direction and extends in a product longitudinal direction.

Description

Disposable diapers
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper.
Conventionally, a disposable diaper having a front waistline region, a rear waistline region, and a crotch region, having an absorbent core extending over the front waistline region and the rear waistline region across the crotch region, and having a fastening tape in the rear waistline region is known. ing. Patent Document 1 discloses a disposable diaper having a garment-side surface (outer surface when worn) of a disposable diaper provided with an indicia. The sign of the disposable diaper of this patent document is provided so that the shape of an absorptive core may be emphasized (for example, refer to paragraph 0045 of patent document 1).
Since the disposable diaper of Patent Document 1 is provided with a mark along the outer shape of the absorbent core, the approximate position of the absorbent core can be grasped by the sign. Therefore, when the wearer wears the disposable diaper, the position of the absorbent core can be grasped by using the mark as a mark.
However, the disposable diaper described above has the following problems.
In the above disposable diaper indicia, since the indicia are arranged along the outer shape line of the absorbent core, the line at the end in the width direction of the absorbent core is emphasized. Thus, for example, some unskilled wearers may have thought that the outer contour line of the absorbent core must be surely placed along the wearer's body. For this reason, a wearer who is not accustomed may find it difficult to align when wearing a disposable diaper, and may feel the alignment burden.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and even an inexperienced wearer can easily grasp the outline line of the absorbent core and reduce the psychological burden of alignment at the time of wearing. The purpose is to provide disposable diapers that can be used.

Also, the disposable diaper 10 is formed with a pair of leg openings 35. The leg opening 35 is provided at a side end portion in the product width direction of the disposable diaper, and is a portion that is disposed around the leg of the wearer while the disposable diaper is worn by the wearer.
In this embodiment, the direction from the front waistline region 20 to the rear waistline region 30 is referred to as a product longitudinal direction L, and a direction orthogonal to the product longitudinal direction L is referred to as a product width direction W.
The disposable diaper 10 includes an absorbent body 40 that straddles the crotch region 25 and extends from the crotch region 25 toward at least one of the front waistline region 20 and the rear waistline region 30. The absorber 40 includes an absorbent core 40a and a core wrap 40b. In plan view, the absorbent core 40a has a substantially hourglass shape, and the core wrap 40b has a rectangular shape.
The absorbent core 40a has a wide portion 41 located at both ends of the absorbent core in the product longitudinal direction and a width located at the product longitudinal direction center of the absorbent core and the shortest width in the width direction of the absorbent core. A narrow portion, and an intermediate portion 43 located between the wide portion 41 and the narrow portion, and having a length in the width direction of the absorbent core that increases from the narrow portion to the wide portion 41, Have. In FIG. 1, the boundary between the wide portion 41, the narrow portion 42, and the intermediate portion 43 is shown with a dashed line.
The wide portion only needs to include a region where the width of the absorbent core 40a is the widest, and there is a region where the width of the absorbent core 40a becomes narrower outside in the longitudinal direction than the region where the width of the absorbent core 40a is the widest. In some cases, the concept includes the region.
The outer shape of the absorbent core 40a in plan view is a shape that follows the wearer's leg, and does not interfere with the movement of the wearer's leg. Specifically, the narrowest portion of the absorbent core is provided at a position closer to 10-50 mm on the ventral side than the center of the product in the longitudinal direction of the disposable diaper, and the narrow portion 42 on the front waistline region side. And the wide portion 41 substantially coincide with the inner end of the target portion 95 in the product longitudinal direction. In the state where the disposable diaper is mounted, the inner end portion of the fastening tape 90 in the product longitudinal direction is disposed in the vicinity of the inner end portion of the target portion 95 in the product longitudinal direction. The inner end of the fastening tape 90 in the longitudinal direction of the product is arranged to correspond to the base of the leg with the disposable diaper attached, and the distance between the legs of the wearer from the base of the leg toward the inseam is increased. Narrow. Therefore, the product longitudinal direction outer side end part (the part where the width of the absorbent core begins to narrow) of the narrow part 42 of the absorbent core 40a is the place where the inner side end part of the fastening tape 90 in the product longitudinal direction is fixed. Correspondingly, the absorbent core 40a is positioned more along the wearer's body.
The absorbent core 40a can be made of the same material as that of a conventional disposable diaper, and can be appropriately formed using a known member or material such as pulverized pulp or a superabsorbent polymer. The absorbent core 40a is wrapped with a sheet-like core wrap 40b.
The core wrap 40b is a sheet that covers the absorbent core 40a. At least a part on the skin surface side of the core wrap 40b is constituted by various fiber nonwoven fabrics or tissue sheets having liquid permeability. For example, air-through nonwoven fabric of weight approximately 10 ~ 30g / m 2, spun bond nonwoven fabric, SMS can be used (spunbond - spunbond - meltblown) nonwoven or tissue sheet of the mass about 10 ~ 30g / m 2,.
A liquid-permeable top sheet 50 is provided on the surface side (skin contact surface side) of the absorber 40. A liquid-impermeable back sheet 60a is provided on the back side (non-skin contact surface side) of the absorber 40. On the back side (non-skin contact surface side) of the liquid-impermeable back sheet 60a, an exterior sheet 60 made of a nonwoven fabric is provided. Further, an indicator 65 configured to visually change when contacting with moisture is provided on the skin contact surface side from the back sheet.
Side flaps 70 are respectively provided on side edges of the absorbent body 40 in the product width direction W. The side flap 70 straddles the front waistline region 20, the crotch region 25, and the rear waistline region 30, and is disposed outside the absorbent body 40 in the product width direction. The side flap 70 is comprised by the nonwoven fabric which piled up the 1 sheet or 2 or more sheets. The pair of side flaps 70 are each provided with a fastening tape 90.
The fastening tape 90 is a pair, and extends in the product width direction W in the rear waistline region 30 and is fastened to the non-skin contact surface of the front waistline region 20 so that the disposable diaper 10 is attached to the wearer. Hold on the body.
The target portion 95 is a pair and is disposed on the non-skin contact surface in the front waistline region, and is configured such that the pair of fastening tapes 90 are fixed to each other.
In the present embodiment, the front waistline region 20, the rear waistline region 30, and the fastening tape 90 constitute a waistline holding portion. The waistline holding portion of the rear waistline region 30 is a range extending in the width direction from the region where the engaging member of the fastening tape 90 is provided. The waistline holding portion of the front waistline region 20 is a range extending in the width direction from the region where the target portion 95 is provided.
In addition, the disposable diaper 10 includes a crotch expansion / contraction part 200 disposed in a region overlapping the absorber in the crotch region 25. The configuration of the crotch expansion / contraction unit 200 will be described in detail later.
The side flap 70 is provided with a pair of leg stretchable parts 75 that are arranged on the inner side in the product width direction than the leg opening 35 and can be stretched in the product longitudinal direction L.
The leg stretchable part 75 is longer than the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L and is provided outside the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product width direction W.
The leg expansion / contraction part 75 should just be comprised so that the leg opening part 35 can be expanded-contracted in a product longitudinal direction, may be arrange | positioned along the leg opening part 35, and one part is with respect to the leg opening part 35. And may be arranged in an inclined state.
Further, the leg stretchable part 75 is composed of a stretchable sheet, thread rubber, or the like. The leg stretchable portion 75 is a portion that substantially contracts in the product longitudinal direction, and is a concept that excludes a portion where the stretchable sheet is disposed in a state where the contraction force is not exerted.
Also, a pair of leg side gathers 80 extending along the product longitudinal direction L are provided inside the pair of leg stretchable portions 75 (near the center in the product width direction W). The leg side gathers 80 are provided at the inner end of the side flap 70 in the product width direction, and are erecting and expanding gathers disposed on the inner side in the product width direction than the leg stretchable parts 75. The leg side gathers 80 are arranged on the inner side in the product width direction than the leg stretchable parts 75. The leg side gathers 80 can adopt a conventionally well-known configuration. Specifically, the leg side gathers 80 may be formed of a sheet material different from the side flaps 70.
Also, between the pair of fastening tapes in the product width direction, a waist stretchable portion 85 that can be stretched in the product width direction is provided. The waist elastic part 85 contracts between the fastening tapes in the product width direction.
In the present embodiment, the waist elastic part 85 is constituted by an elastic sheet. The members constituting the waist elastic part 85 are not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use a member that is as thin as possible, has low bending rigidity, and has a small width ratio. By configuring the waist stretchable portion 85 with a material having low bending rigidity, the waist stretchable portion 85 can easily bend along the body, and the waist stretchable portion 85 is placed along the body without applying a load to the wearer's body. Can be fitted. In addition, by configuring the waist stretchable portion 85 with a material having a small width ratio, it is possible to suppress contraction in the product longitudinal direction of the disposable diaper when the disposable diaper extends in the product width direction, and to dispose the disposable diaper around the wearer's waist It is possible to suppress the diaper from being pulled down to the crotch side.
In this embodiment, a stretchable film having a basis weight of 20 to 45 g / m 2 is used as the waist stretchable portion 85.
The waist stretchable portion 85 is stretched by 1.5 to 2.5 times the length in the non-stretched state (natural state) and then adhered to the exterior sheet 60 by a hot melt adhesive or heat treatment. .
In the present embodiment, the waist elastic part 85 is disposed between the exterior sheet 60 and the back sheet 60a. However, in the configuration in which the core wrap 40b extends outward in the product longitudinal direction from the absorbent core 40a, the waist stretchable portion 85 is disposed between the core wrap 40b and the back sheet 60a or the exterior sheet 60. It may be. The position of the waist elastic part is not particularly limited. Further, in a region where the absorbent body is not disposed, it may be disposed between the side flap 70 and the back sheet 60a or the exterior sheet 60.
In addition, although the waist stretchable part according to the present embodiment is configured to stretch in the product width direction, the waist stretchable part may be configured to stretch in the product width direction and the product longitudinal direction. .
Fastening tape 90 is attached to the region of the side flap 70 corresponding to the rear waistline region 30. The fastening tape 90 is provided with a base sheet 91 connected to the side flap 70, an engagement hook (not shown) as a plurality of engagement members, and a hook sheet 92 fixed to the base sheet 91; Is provided. The hook sheet 92 is an area where an engagement member is provided, and the above-described waistline holding portion is an area extending from the hook sheet 92 in the product width direction.
The hook sheet 92 is fixed to the base sheet 91, specifically, bonded. The hook sheet 92 and the base sheet 91 are preferably joined so that the rigidity of the fastening tape 90 does not become higher than necessary. Specifically, it is preferable that the hook sheet 92 and the base sheet 91 are joined by a hot melt adhesive applied intermittently such as a dot shape, a line shape, or a spiral shape. The hook sheet 92 and the base sheet 91 may be joined by heat sealing or the like.
The base sheet 91 is composed of one or two or more non-woven fabrics stacked. As the base material sheet 91, a nonwoven fabric manufactured by a manufacturing method such as spunbond (SB) or spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS) can be used. The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric constituting the base sheet 91 (the total basis weight in the case of a plurality of sheets) is 30 to 120 g / m 2 , preferably 40 to 90 g / m 2 .
(2) Configuration of Crotch Stretchable Part Next, the shape of the crotch stretchable part 200 will be described.
The crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is configured to maintain a flat shape in a part of the crotch region 25 when the disposable diaper 10 is worn on the wearer than the other parts of the absorber 40.
Here, the crotch stretchable portion 200 may be stretchable in the product longitudinal direction L, may be stretchable in the product width direction W, and is stretchable in both the product longitudinal direction L and the product width direction W. It may be possible.
For example, the crotch stretchable part 200 is provided separately from the leg stretchable part 75 and overlaps the absorbent core 40a (in this embodiment, the core wrap 40b that wraps the absorbent core 40a and the backsheet 60a In the middle position), 60% or more of the length (natural state) of the absorbent core 40a in the product width direction W at the position is contracted.
In this way, by shrinking the portion where the absorbent core 40a is disposed by the crotch stretchable portion 200, the absorbent core 40a shrinks, and it is easy to maintain a flat shape compared to the portion where the absorbent core 40a does not shrink. Become.
On the other hand, the absorbent core 40a located in the front waistline region 20 and the rear waistline region 30 located outside the product longitudinal direction L from the crotch stretch part 200 is not shrunk by the crotch stretch part 200.
Therefore, the crotch stretchable part 200 that is maintained in a flat shape in the crotch region 25 of the disposable diaper 10 in a state of being held around the waist and waist of the wearer by the fastening tape 90 without being in close contact with the body excessively, As a result, the crotch stretchable part 200 is appropriately disposed along the body.
In addition, when the crotch stretchable part 200 is stretchable along the product longitudinal direction L, the front waistline area 20 and the back waistline area 30 are likely to rise due to the shrinkage of the crotch stretchable part 200. A flat crotch region can be formed along the body at the part.
As a result, since the front waistline region 20 and the back waistline region 30 rise from the crotch stretchable part 200, the fit of the disposable diaper 10 to the wearer is improved.
That is, the disposable diaper 10 can be stably attached so that the crotch region 25 of the disposable diaper 10 is disposed in the crotch region of the wearer by the contraction of the crotch stretchable part 200.
Further, as described above, the crotch stretchable part 200 is configured to be stretchable, so that a part of the crotch region 25 of the disposable diaper 10 is contracted and the clothing side of the disposable diaper 10 (non-skin contact) Irregular wrinkles are formed on the surface on the contact surface side. As a result, it is possible to remind the wear assistant that the crotch portion is clearly present in the disposable diaper 10 according to the present embodiment visually and tactilely.
In addition, the crotch stretchable part 200 may be configured by a stretchable sheet. By configuring the crotch stretchable portion 200 with the stretchable sheet, the absorbent core 40a in the region where the stretchable sheet is disposed is uniformly shrunk, and it becomes easier to maintain a flat shape. The stretchable sheet can be constituted by a stretchable sheet similar to the leg stretchable part 75, for example.
For example, the stretchable sheet may be a stretchable film formed by melting a thermoplastic elastomer resin such as urethane or styrene, a stretchable nonwoven fabric made of stretchable fibers, a stretchable film or a stretchable nonwoven fabric. A composite sheet or the like obtained by laminating a non-stretchable sheet that has been cut or weakened can be used.
Further, instead of such a stretchable sheet, the crotch stretchable portion 200 may be configured by arranging elastic members in the form of threads or belts made of polyurethane elastic fiber or natural rubber in parallel with each other.
In such a case, considering the rigidity of the absorbent core 40a and the rigidity of other members constituting the disposable diaper 10, the thickness of the elastic member to be used and the pitch to be arranged can be appropriately selected. It is preferable that the entire side edge portion in the product width direction W of the absorbent core 40a is contracted when the stretched state is set.
Also, in order to uniformly shrink the absorbent core 40a by the crotch expansion / contraction part 200, the interval between the elastic members is preferably 7 mm or less, and more preferably 5 mm or less. Moreover, in order to shrink the absorptive core 40a uniformly, it is desirable to make the difference of the space | interval of an adjacent elastic member into 2 mm or less.
Specifically, the expansion / contraction rate of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is preferably 1.2 times or more and 1.8 times or less. For example, in this embodiment, the expansion ratio of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is set to 1.4 times.
The expansion / contraction rate means the degree of expansion / contraction of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 in the contraction direction (product longitudinal direction L in the present embodiment), and is defined as follows.
Expansion rate = (length in the shrinking direction of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the maximum stretched state) / (length in the shrinking direction of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the natural state)
In addition, in this specification, this expansion / contraction rate shall be measured as follows, for example.
First, when the disposable diaper 10 is sealed in a package or the like, the disposable diaper 10 is taken out of the package, and in that state, the atmosphere is 20 ° C. ± 2 ° C. and the relative humidity is 60% ± 5% RH. Leave for a minute and measure the length of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 along the contraction direction. This length is defined as “the length of the crotch expansion / contraction portion 200 in the natural state”.
Second, the length in the contraction direction of the desired region in such a state (that is, the natural state), and the length in the contraction direction of the desired region when stretched from the natural state to a state where wrinkles by the elastic member cannot be visually confirmed. Measure the thickness. This length is defined as “the length of the crotch expansion / contraction portion 200 in the extended state”.
Using these measurement results, the elongation percentage is measured by calculating with the above formula.
Thus, by setting the expansion / contraction ratio of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 to 1.2 times or more and 1.8 times or less, it is possible to suitably follow the expansion / contraction of the wearer's skin.
For example, when the wearer takes a forward-bending posture such that the front side of the body contracts, there is a portion that extends about 30% in the skin on the buttocks side of the wearer relative to the stretched body.
That is, if the expansion / contraction rate of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is less than 1.2 times, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is not sufficiently contracted in the natural state, and the disposable diaper 10 is compared with the case where the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is not provided. The shrinkage of the absorbent body arrangement region in the crotch region 25 is small, and it becomes insufficient for the crotch region 25 of the disposable diaper 10 to take a flat shape along the body in the crotch part of the wearer, so that the disposable diaper 10 becomes easy to shift from the wearer's body.
On the other hand, if the expansion ratio of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is larger than 1.8 times, the contraction dimension in the contraction direction of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 becomes too large, so that the region where the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 exists is more than along the body. The disposable diaper 10 is likely to be in close contact with the wearer, and easily displaces below the wearer.
Further, the shrinkage amount of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L may be configured to be 2 to 8% of the length of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L.
Note that the amount of shrinkage is the length “b (mm)” in a stretched state so that the wrinkles are sufficiently small and the surface of the sample is nearly smooth, and the natural state in the direction along the shrinkage direction of the sample. It is the difference from the length “a (mm)” and can be calculated by (b−a).
The inventor assumes that the amount of shrinkage of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L is 2 to 8% of the length of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L, and the process of mounting the disposable diaper 10 on the wearer. In the above, it was confirmed that the crotch stretchable part 200 is preferably easily along the wearer's body.
Here, when the amount of shrinkage of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L is larger than 8%, the crotch stretchable part 200 is contracted too much, and the disposable diaper 10 is not sufficiently short in the product longitudinal direction L. It becomes difficult to attach the diaper 10 to the wearer's body, or the disposable diaper 10 and the wearer's body are in close contact with each other in the crotch region 25 and are likely to be displaced.
On the other hand, if the amount of shrinkage of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L is less than 2%, the effect itself of the crotch stretchable part 200 that brings the disposable diaper 10 closer to the wearer's body becomes difficult to manifest.
Further, the center O2 of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L is arranged on the front waistline region 20 side with respect to the center O1 of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L. Moreover, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is arrange | positioned so that the center O1 of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L may be straddled.
Further, the crotch stretchable part 200 is formed at a position including the center O1 of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L.
Further, the length (natural state) of the rear waistline region 30 in the product longitudinal direction L is configured to be longer than the length (natural state) of the front waistline region 20 in the product longitudinal direction L.
Specifically, the ratio of the length of the rear waistline region 30 in the product longitudinal direction L (natural state) to the length of the front waistline region 20 in the product longitudinal direction L (natural state) is 1.1 or more and 1.6. It is preferable to be configured as follows, and more preferable to be configured to be 1.2 or more and 1.5 or less.
If this ratio exceeds 1.6, the balance between the ventral side and the back side of the disposable diaper 10 is lost, and when the crotch stretchable part 200 is placed along the crotch region 25, the front waistline region 20 is excessively adhered. The rear waistline region 30 is covered more than necessary.
Specifically, since the wearer's body is generally in a state in which the buttock protrudes more than the lower abdomen, after combining the crotch stretchable part 200 and the crotch part of the wearer, By setting the ratio within the above-described range, the disposable diaper 10 has a more suitable shape with respect to the complicated shape of the wearer's body.
That is, it is possible to prevent partial stretching of the disposable diaper 10 due to the occurrence of a portion with insufficient dimensions, and unnecessary gaps between the disposable diaper 10 and the body due to occurrence of portions with excessive dimensions.
In particular, in the case of an infant used before starting walking or when walking is started, it is preferable that the body takes a posture that is curled toward the abdomen. In such a posture, the skin on the buttocks side is stretched. By setting the above-mentioned ratio to the above-mentioned range, it becomes a state suitable for an infant's body that easily takes such a posture.
一例を挙げると、使い捨ておむつ10の製品長400mm(製品長手方向Lにおける自然状態の長さ)に対して、前胴回り域20が130mm(製品長手方向Lにおける自然状態の長さ)に設定され、クロッチ伸縮部が80mm(製品長手方向Lにおける自然状態の長さ)に設定され、後胴回り域30が100mm(製品長手方向Lにおける自然状態の長さ)に設定される。 As an example, for the product length 400 mm of the disposable diaper 10 (the length of the natural state in the product longitudinal direction L), the front waistline region 20 is set to 130 mm (the length of the natural state in the product longitudinal direction L), The crotch expansion / contraction part is set to 80 mm (length in the natural state in the product longitudinal direction L), and the rear waistline region 30 is set to 100 mm (length in the natural state in the product longitudinal direction L).
In this case, the ratio of the length (natural state) between the front waistline region 20 and the back waistline region 30 is about 1.46. By setting it as such a ratio, not only the crotch expansion-contraction part 200 but the product longitudinal direction L whole of the disposable diaper 10 can be made to follow a wearer's body further.
That is, according to such a configuration, the product longitudinal direction position of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is determined, so that the disposable diaper 10 can be correctly fitted to the wearer's body and the design of the disposable diaper 10 can be interlocked. Can be achieved more reliably.
Since the crotch stretchable part 200 is in a contracted state, the crotch stretchable part 200 is disposable to the wearer because the crotch stretchable part 200 is different from the non-contracted state in the absorber placement region on the front waistline region 20 side and the back waistline region 30 side. When the diaper 10 is worn, it becomes easy to attach the crotch stretchable part 200 to the wearer's crotch.
Further, according to such an arrangement, in a state where the part of the absorbent core 40a provided with the crotch stretchable part 200 is contracted, the rigidity or thickness of the part is equal to the rigidity or thickness of the part of the other absorbent core 40a. Since it becomes different, it becomes easy for a wear assistant to recognize the site | part matched with a wearer's crotch part in the crotch region 25 of the disposable diaper 10. FIG.
Furthermore, after the disposable diaper 10 is mounted, the crotch stretchable part 200 maintains a flat shape at the wearer's crotch, and the disposable diaper 10 itself becomes a three-dimensional shape, so that the inseam area of the disposable diaper 10 Since 25 can be placed along the crotch of the wearer, it is more certain that the crotch region 25 of the disposable diaper 10 and the crotch of the wearer are matched and worn.
As shown in FIG. 1, a notch 110 and a notch 120 are formed in the crotch region 25 of the absorber 40. The notch 110 and the notch 120 are regions where the absorbent core 40a constituting the absorber 40 is not present.
In the present embodiment, the cutout portion 110 and the cutout portion 120 correspond to a low-rigidity portion in which the basis weight of the absorbent core 40a is lower than that of the other absorbent core 40a.
In addition, instead of forming the notch portion 110 and the notch portion 120, the basis weight of the absorbent core 40a may be lower than that of the other absorbent core 40a.
As shown in FIG. 1, the notch 110 and the notch 120 are formed along the edge of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L.
Even when the notch 110 and the notch 120 are formed, the absorbent core 40a located in the front waistline region 20 and the rear waistline region 30 and the absorbent core 40a located in the crotch region 25 It is preferably continuous without being completely separated, and particularly preferably continuous in the product width direction W.
The notch portion 110 and the notch portion 120 are configured such that the length in the product longitudinal direction L (natural state) becomes longer as going outward in the product width direction W.
Such a shape makes it easier for the outer side of the absorbent core 40a in the product width direction W to shrink, so that a flat “bottom” can be formed in the disposable diaper 10.
Also, the absorbent core 40a located on the front waistline region 20 side from the notch 110 and the absorbent core 40a located on the back waistline region 30 side from the notch 120 rise from the flat `` bottom part '' and Since it becomes easy to curve along the roundness of the body (abdomen and buttocks), the shape of the disposable diaper 10 itself can be closer to the shape of the wearer's body.
As shown in FIG. 1, the edge on the front waistline region 20 side of the notch 110 and the edge on the back waistline 30 side of the notch 120 may be arcuate.
Specifically, the front waistline 20 side edge of the notch 110 is shaped so that the center of the arc is located on the back waistline 30 side of the edge, and the rear waistline of the notch 120 The edge on the 30th side has a shape such that the center of the arc is located closer to the front waistline region 20 than the edge.
With such a shape, deformation along the roundness of the wearer's body of the disposable diaper 1 is easier and more likely to occur.
An edge of the notch 110 on the front waistline region 20 side in the product longitudinal direction L constitutes a first inflection portion 115, and an edge of the notch 120 on the rear front waistline region side of the product longitudinal direction L is the second The inflection part 125 is configured.
In addition, the 1st inflection part 115 and the 2nd inflection part 125 are extended along the product width direction W, and are comprised so that it may become a bending origin of the disposable diaper 10. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the disposable diaper 10 according to the present embodiment, the crotch stretchable part 200 may be symmetric across the center line in the product width direction W in the natural state, or the product width direction W The difference between the left and right widths of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 may be within 10% with the center line of.
According to the disposable diaper 10 according to the present embodiment, the crotch stretchable part 200 can be put on the wearer's crotch part across the center of the wearer's body.
Further, in the disposable diaper 10 according to the present embodiment, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is provided apart from the above-described waistline holding part and the elastic member 71.
Furthermore, in the disposable diaper 10 according to this embodiment, non-stretchable regions are provided on the front waistline region 20 side and the back waistline region 30 side of the crotch stretchable portion 200 in the product longitudinal direction L.
Further, in the disposable diaper 10 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the length of the absorbent core 40a in the product width direction W decreases from the front waistline region 20 toward the crotch region 25, and the rear waistline region. It is configured to become shorter from 30 toward the crotch region 25.
Here, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is provided in the intermediate part 43 and the narrow part 42 in which the length of the absorbent core 40a in the product width direction W is shorter than a predetermined length.
Since the absorption capacity of the absorber 40 is small in the intermediate portion 43 and the narrow portion 42, the excrement fluid of the wearer is not absorbed by the absorber 40 in such a region, and the front waistline region 20 in the product longitudinal direction L of this region. This is likely to be absorbed by the absorber 40 on the side and rear waistline region 30 side.
As a result, the discoloration of the indicator 65 easily propagates from the region to the front waistline region 20 side and the rear waistline region 30 side.
Generally, in the region where the crotch stretchable portion 200 is provided, wrinkles due to the crotch stretchable portion 200 occur, so that the wear assistant has different discoloration of the indicator 65 between the region and the non-stretchable region. Looks.
Considering the above points, according to the above-described configuration, the wear assistant does not replace the disposable diaper 10 in the discoloration of the indicator 65 in the region, and the front waistline region 20 side in the product longitudinal direction L of the region and Discoloration of the indicator 65 in the non-stretchable region on the rear waistline region 30 side can also be used as a guide for replacing the disposable diaper 10.
As a result, it is possible to notify an appropriate replacement timing of the disposable diaper 10 while suppressing excessive replacement of the disposable diaper 10.
The width of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product width direction W is ½ or more of the width of the absorbent core 40a in the product width direction W in the region where the crotch stretchable part of the absorbent core 40a exists.
Therefore, by contracting a certain width or more of the portion where the absorbent core 40a is disposed by the crotch stretchable part 200, the absorbent core 40a contracts and the absorbent core 40a is lifted so as to approach the wearer's body.
</ RTI> By realizing such a raised crotch region of the absorbent core 40a, the gap between the disposable diaper 10 and the wearer can be reduced. When the width of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product width direction W is 60% or more of the width of the absorbent body 40 (absorbent core 40a) in the product width direction W, more preferably 80% or more, disposable diapers The gap between 10 and the wearer can be further reduced.
Furthermore, if the width of the crotch stretchable part 200 is too narrow compared to the width of the absorbent core 40a, it is difficult to obtain the effect of lifting the absorbent core 40a described above. On the other hand, when the width of the crotch stretchable portion 200 is too wide compared to the width of the absorbent core 40a, the portion where the absorbent core 40a is not disposed contracts more than the portion where the absorbent core 40a is disposed. The disposable diaper 10 is attached. As a result, the members constituting the portion where the absorbent core 40a is not disposed overlap each other, the crotch stretchable portion 200 becomes hard, and the comfort of the disposable diaper 10 is impaired.
For example, when the dimension of the narrowest part (in the extended state) is 120 mm in the region where the crotch stretch part of the absorbent core 40a exists, the width of the crotch stretch part 200 is preferably 60 to 110 mm. . More preferably, the width of the crotch stretchable part 200 is 90 to 110 mm.
The part where the width of the absorbent core 40a is the narrowest in the product width direction W is preferably provided 10 to 60 mm in front of the center line in the product longitudinal direction. Preferably, the portion where the width of the absorbent core 40a is narrowest in the product width direction W is provided on the front side of the product longitudinal direction by 20 to 40 mm. The crotch stretchable part 200 is preferably formed across a region where the width of the absorbent core 40a is narrowest in the product width direction W.
The position where the left and right thighs of the wearer are closest to each other is the front side of the center of the wearer's body in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the portion where the width of the absorbent core 40a is the narrowest in the product width direction W can be positively arranged at the position where the left and right thighs of the wearer are closest to each other by the contraction force of the crotch stretchable portion 200. . In other words, even if a wear assistant such as a mother does not align the absorbent core 40a, the absorbent core 40a is naturally aligned.
Further, the indicator 65 is configured to extend beyond the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L from the region where the absorbent core 40a and the crotch stretchable part 200 overlap.
According to such a configuration, the absorbent core 40a and the indicator 65 are lifted along the wearer's body by the crotch stretchable part 200, and the disposable diaper 10 can be stably attached in a state along the wearer's body. .
(3) Configuration of Back Sheet Next, the configuration of the back sheet will be described. The back sheet is a liquid-impermeable sheet and has a rectangular shape in plan view as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4. The back sheet 60a extends outward in the product width direction from the outer end portion in the product width direction of the absorbent core 40a, and extends outward in the product longitudinal direction from the outer end portion in the product longitudinal direction of the absorbent core. ing.
Both end portions in the product width direction of the backsheet 60a are outside in the product width direction than both end portions in the product width direction of the absorbent core 40a, and both end portions in the product width direction of the disposable diaper (both ends in the product width direction of the exterior sheet and the side flap) Part) in the product width direction. The product longitudinal direction both ends of the back sheet 60a are outside the product longitudinal direction both ends of the product longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 40a, and both the product longitudinal direction both ends of the disposable diaper (the product longitudinal direction both ends of the exterior sheet and the side flap) Part) in the product longitudinal direction.
The backsheet has multiple symbols. The design is attached by printing, and the printing method is not limited. For example, flexographic printing, gravure printing, offset printing, and inkjet printing can be exemplified.
The design includes at least the design symbols M11 and M12, the central design M21, the location design M31, and the design design M41. The mark symbols M11 and M12 are symbols for indicating the position of the absorbent core. In the present embodiment, it has a first mark design M11 made up of a bear design and a second mark design M12 made up of a spear design.
The mark design is arranged at a position that does not overlap the outer edge of the absorbent core in the product width direction. At least a part of the mark pattern is located on the outer side in the product width direction from the imaginary line FL1 extending in the product width direction outer end of the narrow part and extending in the product longitudinal direction in the overlapping region where the absorbent core and the backsheet overlap. It is provided in the area. Note that the overlapping region coincides with a region where the absorber is arranged in a plan view.
Since the backsheet is provided with a mark design that indicates the position of the absorbent core, the wearer can grasp the position and shape of the absorbent core based on the mark design. In addition, since the mark symbols M11 and M12 are symbols for indicating the position of the absorbent core, they are provided not at the center in the width direction of the absorbent core but at a position deviated from the center in the width direction of the absorbent core to the outside in the width direction. . More specifically, the mark pattern is disposed in the vicinity of the outer end in the width direction of the absorbent core (including a position several mm away from the outer end in the width direction and a position corresponding to the outer end in the width direction). ing. The mark design is arranged at a position near the outer end in the width direction of the absorbent core so as not to overlap the outer end in the product width direction of the absorbent core.
Also, if the mounting position of the diaper is shifted, the end of the absorbent core in the width direction may be broken. Since the mark design is provided at a position that does not overlap with the outer end of the absorbent core in the product width direction, for example, when the mark design is bent, it indicates that it is not correctly mounted. Therefore, the wearer can grasp whether or not the position of the absorbent core is correct based on the mark design.
Furthermore, in the overlapping region, the region on the outer side in the product width direction from the imaginary line FL1 is a portion where the absorbent core extends from the crotch portion to the outer side in the width direction, and is a portion arranged around the wearer's leg. By providing a mark design in the part, it is possible to grasp that the absorbent core is arranged along the leg circumference by properly displaying the mark design inside the leg circumference.
The wearer can grasp the outline of the absorbent core easily because the wearer can grasp whether or not the attachment position is correct based on the design mark with design. Since the position of the absorbent core can be adjusted by the design, the burden of alignment can be reduced even for a wearer who is not used to it. At the time of wearing, by aligning the absorbent core to the correct position, the above-mentioned crotch stretchable part 200 is also arranged at the correct position, and the absorbent core can be arranged along the wearer's body. The back sheet of the present embodiment is designed according to the outer shape of the absorbent core. Therefore, an absorptive core can be arrange | positioned in a correct position when a wearer wears a disposable diaper using the mark pattern of a back sheet as an indicator. An absorptive core is an external shape along a wearer's body, and the external absorbent core of an external shape along a wearer's body can be correctly mounted | worn with the design of a back seat | sheet.
It should be noted that a part of the mark design only needs to be arranged in the region outside the product width direction from the imaginary line FL1, even if the whole central design is arranged in the region outside the product width direction from the imaginary line FL1. Good.
The pattern symbol M41 is a symbol different from the landmark symbol. In the present embodiment, it is a flower pattern. A plurality of pattern symbols are attached and are intermittently arranged on the entire back sheet. The plurality of pattern designs are respectively provided in the non-overlapping region where the absorbent core and the backsheet do not overlap, and the overlapping region. Thus, designability can be improved by attaching a pattern design to the entire backsheet. In addition, although the pattern design of this Embodiment is the same design of the substantially same magnitude | size, the design from which a magnitude | size may differ may be included, and the design from which a design differs may be included.
At least one of the plurality of pattern symbols is arranged so as to overlap the leg stretchable part. In addition, at least one of the plurality of pattern symbols is arranged so as to overlap with the waist elastic part. The part provided with the leg elastic part or the part provided with the waist elastic part is a part that is deformed by the movement of the wearer. Depending on the movement of the wearer's leg, the pattern and the like are visible and invisible. By attaching a pattern design to the portion where such movement of the wearer is likely to appear, the wear assistant (for example, mother) can change and enjoy the design of the diaper according to the movement of the wearer. In addition, since only the pattern symbol and the like change while the mark symbol is visible, the change can be enjoyed relatively.
The mark symbols M11 and M12 and the pattern symbol M41 are arranged at positions that do not overlap the indicator 65. Therefore, the visibility of the indicator can be ensured.
The central symbol M21 is different from the landmark symbol and the pattern symbol. The central symbol M21 is disposed in a region between the pair of target portions of the backsheet 60a, and is disposed not in the crotch region but in the front waistline region. The center symbol is a symbol indicating the region between the pair of fastening tapes and the center of the disposable diaper in the product width direction. The position symbol M31 is a symbol different from the mark symbol, the pattern symbol, and the central symbol. The position symbol M31 is provided in a region where the pair of target portions of the backsheet overlap. The position symbol is a symbol indicating the position of the fastening tape. In the present embodiment, the central symbol is a bear face symbol, and the position symbol is a numeric symbol.
The outer sheet 60 has a concavo-convex shape (形状). More specifically, the exterior sheet 60 has a concave portion and a convex portion. A recessed part is a part squeezed in the thickness direction by embossing, and is a part where the thickness of an exterior sheet is thinner than a convex part. A convex part is a part whose thickness is thicker than a recessed part, and is a part where the degree of pressing is lower than the part which is not squeezed by embossing, or a recessed part. In addition, the uneven | corrugated | grooved part should just be comprised so that bulk may differ, and it may be comprised so that the density of a recessed part and a convex part may differ, and the density of a recessed part and a convex part is the same, and a fabric weight is the same. It may be configured differently.
The concavo-convex portion of the exterior sheet in the region where the central design overlaps and the concavo-convex portion of the exterior sheet in the region where the pattern design overlaps have the same shape. Moreover, the uneven | corrugated | grooved part of the exterior sheet in the area | region where a center symbol overlaps and the uneven | corrugated | grooved part of the exterior sheet in the area | region which overlaps a position symbol are different structures.
Thus, by providing the concavo-convex portion of the exterior sheet, the central symbol and the pattern symbol can be shown with a sense of unity, and the design can be enhanced. Further, the position symbol can be shown in a different form from the central symbol or the like, and can be made conspicuous at the time of alignment.
It should be noted that the configuration with different concavo-convex portions is not limited as long as the arrangement pattern of the concavo-convex portions is different. It is a concept including a certain configuration (fine stripes and thick stripes).
In addition, in the present embodiment, the overlapping arrangement is a concept including not only a configuration in which target members are directly overlapped but also a configuration in which they are overlapped via other members. In other words, the positional relationship overlaps in plan view shown in FIGS.
The central symbol is arranged across the center of the absorbent core in the product width direction. The product width direction center of the central design and the product width direction center of the mark design are arranged so as to be shifted in the product width direction. The wearer can easily grasp the center in the width direction of the absorbent core by the central symbol.
Also, it is desirable that the central symbol is a position corresponding to the wearer's waist. Since the center of the disposable diaper is adjusted to the position of the wearer's navel in a state where the disposable diaper is mounted, the central design is arranged at the center of the disposable diaper. The mark design indicates the positional relationship of the underbody with respect to the absorber, and is arranged shifted from the center on the outer side in the width direction. By moving the line of sight from the center symbol to the mark symbol, the wearing assistant can check the position from the wearer's navel to the leg portion of the underwear, and can check the wearing position more smoothly from the navel to the underwear.
