Abstract

The holder for ski poles encompasses one larger grip by which the invention is fixed onto the ski lift and two smaller grips to which ski poles are fixed. The grips are flexible and enbale easy 'click' technology of fixing it onto the ski lift and ski poles.

Description

Holder for ski poles („lst click")
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 / Field of the invention
This invention relates to technical production of the holder for ski poles which, using easy 'click' technology, is attched to the protective fence of the ski lift and to which ski poles are fixed by using the same technology.
According to the International Classification of Patents the invention is classified as A-63-C-n/24.
2/ Technical problem for which solution the patent protection is being sought
In the past years one of the problems of skiers when sitting on the ski lift was not being able to put away their ski poles. The skiers wish to take off their gloves, mobile phone rings and in that moment the ski poles fall out of their hands.
1 stClick is therefore designed to avoid falling of the ski poles from the ski lifts, losing of ski poles, to prevent accidents in cases of ski poles falling from the lifts on the possible by-passers and/or other skiers which may happen to be under the ski lift in that moment.
3/ Current state of technique:
There is currently no solution to this problem in this way in the world.
4/ The purpose of the invention:
There was no previous technical solution before this invention.
The primary goal of this invention is to improve the quality of skiing experience by providing to skiers safe and easy placement of ski poles while being on the ski lifts.
Additional aim of this invention is that it is a simple, affordable and functional „gadget" which shall allow each skier to relax while being at the ski lift.
1 stClick is made in one piece which has three grips for holding. Further aim of the invention is to allow for a small price safe use of ski poles and decrease possibility of accidents caused by the falling of ski poles and barriers that ski poles could represent after falling.
5/ Description of the drawings:
The attcahed drawings, which are a part of the description, illustrate the final product of the invention and provide explanation of its basic principles.
Figure 1 . - left arrow marks the large grip of various dimensions which is fixed onto the ski lift in front of the skier. Two arrows on the right side of the drawing represent two smaller grips for fixation of ski poles, also of different dimensions, spacing between as well as the angle of the fixation of the poles.
Figure 2. - Application of the invention. One grip (marked with red arrow) is used for fixation of I stClick onto the metal piece of the ski lift in front of the skier sitting on the ski lift. The fixation is done by simple click technology. Red arrows show the place of fixation of the ski poles.
Figure 3. - Application of the invention. Two smaller grips serve for the fixation of the ski poles, by very simple click onto the each grip.
6/ Application of the invention:
In accordance with the title of the invention, the invention is by easy 'click'
technology attached to the handle of the ski lift and allows the skier to easy position his ski poles also by one click. After that, the skier has only to enjoy his ski lift ride and use free hands.
The invention is designed as a one piece product without any assembly or additional parts which simplifies its use. The invention can be produced in several dimensions which correspond to different thickness of metal tubes of the ski lifts and different dimensions of ski poles. The production material (polyamide or poliprophylen) enables simple and safe fixation of ski poles and fixation onto the ski lift. The
production material enables use of the invention on very low temperatues which are typical for winter conditions.
