【技术领域】
本发明涉及防尘搬送技术领域,特别是涉及一种搬送装置及防尘罩。
【背景技术】
在工厂的流水线生产过程中,很多工序需要在无尘条件下进行搬送操作,无尘即是要隔绝外部空气中的细小尘埃等杂物质,也要保证内部空间的气流和气压的相对稳定,以形成利于生产的环境。
现有技术中,商家所提供的无尘搬送装置一般是在搬送车上加装风机过滤单元,搬送车与风机过滤单元自成一体。风机过滤单元是一种具有过滤功效的模块化末端送风装置,但是加装风机过滤单元的搬送车比较笨重,所占空间较大,使用时不够灵活,并且成本很高。如果出现了问题,即没有达到在生产使用过程中的防尘要求的话,则需要将加装有风机过滤单元的搬送装置全部换掉,大大增加了生产的成本。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种搬送装置以及防尘罩,能够使搬送装置达到较好的防尘效果,且拆装方便,使用灵活,大大降低成本。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明的又一方面是:提供一种防尘罩,包括驱风设备、通风管道以及外罩;驱风设备设置于外罩之外,用于吸收外罩之外的空气,并将空气驱入通风管道;通风管道连接驱风设备和外罩,通风管道用于将驱风设备吸收的空气送入外罩内的防尘空间,以使外罩内部形成相对于外罩外部的正压;外罩除连接通风管道的部分用于阻断与其接触的外部空气,并在对应连接通风管道的部分对通过通风管道送入的空气进行过滤。
其中,外罩包括支架和柔性罩体,支架围绕形成矩形的结构,并置于防尘空间顶部,进而支撑柔性罩体;支架所支撑起的防尘空间为方体结构,方体结构的每个顶侧边均设有相应的卷轴,卷轴在收起时沿方体结构的顶侧边设置,在放下时沿方体结构的底侧边设置,卷轴的长度与相应顶侧边一致,柔性罩体包括对应方体结构顶部的第一罩体部分和分别对应方体结构外侧面的四个作为卷轴的卷的第二罩体部分,每个第二罩体部分的顶部与第一罩体部分的侧边连接,每个第二罩体部分的下部为卷轴的轴;第二罩体部分包括第一层体、第二层体以及第三层体;第一层体设置于最外层,第一层体设置有至少一个用于连接通风管道一端的通风开口;第二层体设置于次外层,第二层体填充有过滤物质;第三层体设置于最里层,第三层体设置有均匀分布的小孔;第一层体和第三层体的材料是塑料膜。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的搬送装置的防尘罩套设于搬送车形成防尘空间,并通过设置于防尘罩之外的驱风设备吸收外罩之外的空气,将空气通过通风管道送入外罩内的防尘空间,使外罩内部形成相对于外罩外部的正压,并且外罩对通过通风管道送入的空气进行过滤,能使搬送装置达到较好的防尘效果,且拆装方便,使用灵活,大大降低成本。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,均属于本发明保护的范围。
请结合参阅图1和图2,图1是本发明搬送装置实施方式中防尘罩的示意图,图2是本发明搬送装置实施方式中搬送车的示意图。本发明搬送装置包括有防尘罩10和搬送车20,防尘罩10套设于搬送车20形成防尘空间,防尘罩10包括有驱风设备101、通风管道102以及外罩103。
防尘罩10与搬送车20可以方便分离。当需要使用时,将防尘罩10套设在搬送车20上,而不使用时或者需要将防尘罩10套设在其它的搬送车20时,可以将其取下。
驱风设备101设置在外罩103之外,用于吸收外罩103之外的空气,并将空气驱入通风管道102。驱风设备101将空气不断地送入与其相连的通风管道102,并可以根据实际生产情况调节送风速度。驱风设备101可以是各种风扇、抽风机或鼓风机等。本实施方式中,驱风设备101的电源由搬送车20提供,而不需要其它专门的供电设备。
通风管道102连接驱风设备101和外罩103,通风管道102将驱风设备101吸收的空气送入外罩103内的防尘空间,以使外罩103内部形成相对于外罩103外部的正压。正压是指比常压(即一个大气压)的气体压力高的气体状态。外罩103内部形成相对于外罩103外部的正压,则通过通风管道102进入外罩103内的空气在外罩103内形成的气压比外罩103外部的气压高,使得气流的流向是从外罩103内部向外部,没有经过通风管道102的空气不能混进入到外罩103中,保证外罩103中的空气的来源的单一性,从而避免尘埃的进入。通风管道102是软管,重量轻而且成本低,方便用户的使用。
外罩103除连接通风管道102的部分用于阻断与其接触的外部空气,并在对应连接通风管道102的部分对通过通风管道102送入的空气进行过滤。外罩103只有连接通风管道102的部分才允许外部空气进入,其它部分则阻断与其接触的外部空气,并在对应连接通风管道102的部分对空气进行过滤。
通过上述实施方式的描述,可以理解,本发明的搬送装置的防尘罩套设于搬送车形成防尘空间,并通过设置于防尘罩之外的驱风设备吸收外罩之外的空气,将空气通过通风管道送入外罩内的防尘空间,使外罩内部形成相对于外罩外部的正压,并且外罩对通过通风管道送入的空气进行过滤,能使搬送装置达到较好的防尘效果,且拆装方便,使用灵活,大大降低成本。
请结合参阅图3,图3是本发明搬送装置实施方式中防尘罩的俯视图。外罩103包括支架1031和柔性罩体1032,支架1031围绕形成矩形的结构,并设置于防尘空间顶部以支撑柔性罩体1032,支架1031支撑柔性罩体1032形成方体结构的防尘空间。方体结构的每个顶侧边都设有相应的卷轴10311,卷轴10311在收起柔性罩体1032时沿方体结构的顶侧边设置,以使整个防尘罩10不会占用太多的空间;在放下时沿方体结构的底侧边设置,卷轴10311的长度与相应顶侧边一致,使得卷轴10311在放下时,相邻的卷轴10311之间只有很小的缝隙,保持从外罩103内部流向外罩103外部的气流的平稳性。支架1031围绕形成矩形的长与宽与方体结构对应的各侧边的卷轴10311的长度相适配,以使支架1031支撑的柔性罩体1032能够套设于搬送车20上。支架1031使用的材料是铝挤,重量轻且方便用户的使用。请结合参阅图4,柔性罩体1032包括方体结构顶部的第一罩体部分10321和分别对应方体结构外侧面的四个作为卷轴10311的卷的第二罩体部分10322,第一罩体部分10321与第二罩体部分10322的连接部分可以直接相连,使第一罩体部分10321与第二罩体部分10322自成一体,或者通过其它的结构相连,此处不做过多的限制。
请结合参阅图5,第二罩体部分10322包括第一层体103221、第二层体103222以及第三层体103223。第一层体103221和第三层体103223的材料是塑料膜,可以降低制造防尘罩10的成本。第一层体103221设置于最外层,并且设置有至少一个用于连接通风管道102一端的通风开口,该通风开口与通风管道102相连。第二层体103222设置于次外层,第二层体103222填充有过滤物质,过滤物质可以是无纺布、化学纤维材料以及玻璃纤维材料等。第二层体103222填充有过滤物质的部分正对着第一层体103221的通风开口处,使得通过通风管道102送入的空气能够最大限度地进行过滤,过滤后的空气进入第二层体103222和第三层体103223之间的空间。通过通风管道102送入的空气在经过第二层体103222的过滤后,仍然具有向前流动的动力,从而使内部的气流与气压不稳定,因而设置第三层体103223于最里层,并且第三层体103223设置有均匀分布的小孔,能使空气通过小孔均匀进入方体结构最里层的空间,保持方体结构最里层空间气流与气压的稳定性,生产品位于最里层的空间,有利于生产过程中的无尘搬送。进一步地,柔性罩体1032四个侧面的层体的数量并不一定是相同的,主要取决于每个侧面通风管道102的数量,比如某一侧面只有一个通风管道102,那么可以在该侧面设置三层层体,如上述的设置第一层体103221、第二层体103222以及第三层体103223;某一侧面有两个或两个以上的通风管道102,那么相应地第二层体103222和第三层体103223的数量应该随之增加,以保持方体结构最里层空间气流与气压的稳定性,当然也可以不增加;如果某一侧面没有接通风管道102,则这一侧面可以不用设置第二层体103222和第三层体103223,只设置第一层体103221。在生产过程中,生产者可以根据实际情况进行选择,此处不做过多限制。
请参阅图6和图7,图6是本发明管道接口嵌入连接至第一层体前的示意图,图7是本发明管道接口嵌入连接至第一层体示意图。管道接口104设置于通风管道102一端与第一层体103221之间,管道接口104固定通风管道102,并通过通风开口嵌入连接至第一层体103221。但此处并不限于使用管道接口104固定通风管道102并连接第一层体103221。在实际应用中,还可以采用其它方式,凡是可以固定通风管道102并连接第一层体103221的方式都可以应用到本实施方式中。
通过上述实施方式的描述,本发明的搬送装置的防尘罩套设于搬送车形成防尘空间,使得搬送装置拆装方便,使用灵活;并通过设置于防尘罩之外的驱风设备吸收外罩之外的空气,将空气通过通风管道送入外罩内的防尘空间,使外罩内部形成相对于外罩外部的正压,并且外罩包括三层体,第一层体阻断外部空气,第二次层体对空气进行过滤,第三层体使气压气流稳定,能够使搬送装置达到较好的防尘效果,大大降低无尘搬送的成本。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种搬送装置,其中,包括搬送车和防尘罩,所述防尘罩套设于所述搬送车形成防尘空间,所述防尘罩包括驱风设备、通风管道以及外罩;
    所述驱风设备设置于外罩之外,用于吸收所述外罩之外的空气,并将空气驱入通风管道;
    所述通风管道连接驱风设备和外罩,所述通风管道用于将所述驱风设备吸收的空气送入外罩内的防尘空间,以使所述外罩内部形成相对于外罩外部的正压,所述通风管道是软管;
    所述外罩除连接通风管道的部分用于阻断与其接触的外部空气,并在对应连接所述通风管道的部分对通过通风管道送入的空气进行过滤,所述外罩包括支架和柔性罩体,所述支架围绕形成矩形的结构,并置于所述防尘空间顶部,进而支撑所述柔性罩体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的搬送装置,其中,所述支架所支撑起的防尘空间为方体结构,所述方体结构的每个顶侧边均设有相应的卷轴,所述卷轴在收起时沿方体结构的顶侧边设置,在放下时沿方体结构的底侧边设置,所述卷轴的长度与相应顶侧边一致,所述柔性罩体包括对应方体结构顶部的第一罩体部分和分别对应方体结构外侧面的四个作为卷轴的卷的第二罩体部分,每个所述第二罩体部分的顶部与第一罩体部分的侧边连接,每个所述第二罩体部分的下部为卷轴的轴。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的搬送装置,其中,所述支架的材料是铝挤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的搬送装置,其中,所述第二罩体部分包括第一层体、第二层体以及第三层体;
    所述第一层体设置于最外层,所述第一层体设置有至少一个用于连接通风管道一端的通风开口;
    所述第二层体设置于次外层,所述第二层体填充有过滤物质;
    所述第三层体设置于最里层,所述第三层体设置有均匀分布的小孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的搬送装置,其中,所述第一层体和第三层体的材料是塑料膜。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的搬送装置,其中,所述防尘罩还包括管道接口,所述管道接口设置于通风管道一端与第一层体之间,所述管道接口用于固定所述通风管道,所述管道接口通过所述通风开口嵌入连接至第一层体。
  7. 一种搬送装置,其中,包括搬送车和防尘罩,所述防尘罩套设于所述搬送车形成防尘空间,所述防尘罩包括驱风设备、通风管道以及外罩;
    所述驱风设备设置于外罩之外,用于吸收所述外罩之外的空气,并将空气驱入通风管道;
    所述通风管道连接驱风设备和外罩,所述通风管道用于将所述驱风设备吸收的空气送入外罩内的防尘空间,以使所述外罩内部形成相对于外罩外部的正压;
    所述外罩除连接通风管道的部分用于阻断与其接触的外部空气,并在对应连接所述通风管道的部分对通过通风管道送入的空气进行过滤。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的搬送装置,其中,所述外罩包括支架和柔性罩体,所述支架围绕形成矩形的结构,并置于所述防尘空间顶部,进而支撑所述柔性罩体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的搬送装置,其中,所述支架所支撑起的防尘空间为方体结构,所述方体结构的每个顶侧边均设有相应的卷轴,所述卷轴在收起时沿方体结构的顶侧边设置,在放下时沿方体结构的底侧边设置,所述卷轴的长度与相应顶侧边一致,所述柔性罩体包括对应方体结构顶部的第一罩体部分和分别对应方体结构外侧面的四个作为卷轴的卷的第二罩体部分,每个所述第二罩体部分的顶部与第一罩体部分的侧边连接,每个所述第二罩体部分的下部为卷轴的轴。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的搬送装置,其中,所述支架的材料是铝挤。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的搬送装置,其中,所述第二罩体部分包括第一层体、第二层体以及第三层体;
    所述第一层体设置于最外层,所述第一层体设置有至少一个用于连接通风管道一端的通风开口;
    所述第二层体设置于次外层,所述第二层体填充有过滤物质;
    所述第三层体设置于最里层,所述第三层体设置有均匀分布的小孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的搬送装置,其中,所述第一层体和第三层体的材料是塑料膜。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的搬送装置,其中,所述防尘罩还包括管道接口,所述管道接口设置于通风管道一端与第一层体之间,所述管道接口用于固定所述通风管道,所述管道接口通过所述通风开口嵌入连接至第一层体。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的搬送装置,其中,所述通风管道是软管。
  15. 一种防尘罩,其中,包括驱风设备、通风管道以及外罩;
    所述驱风设备设置于外罩之外,用于吸收所述外罩之外的空气,并将空气驱入通风管道;
    所述通风管道连接驱风设备和外罩,所述通风管道用于将所述驱风设备吸收的空气送入外罩内的防尘空间,以使所述外罩内部形成相对于外罩外部的正压;
    所述外罩除连接通风管道的部分用于阻断与其接触的外部空气,并在对应连接所述通风管道的部分对通过通风管道送入的空气进行过滤。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的防尘罩,其中,所述外罩包括支架和柔性罩体,所述支架围绕形成矩形的结构,并置于所述防尘空间顶部,进而支撑所述柔性罩体;所述支架所支撑起的防尘空间为方体结构,所述方体结构的每个顶侧边均设有相应的卷轴,所述卷轴在收起时沿方体结构的顶侧边设置,在放下时沿方体结构的底侧边设置,所述卷轴的长度与相应顶侧边一致,所述柔性罩体包括对应方体结构顶部的第一罩体部分和分别对应方体结构外侧面的四个作为卷轴的卷的第二罩体部分,每个所述第二罩体部分的顶部与第一罩体部分的侧边连接,每个所述第二罩体部分的下部为卷轴的轴;所述第二罩体部分包括第一层体、第二层体以及第三层体;所述第一层体设置于最外层,所述第一层体设置有至少一个用于连接通风管道一端的通风开口;所述第二层体设置于次外层,所述第二层体填充有过滤物质;所述第三层体设置于最里层,所述第三层体设置有均匀分布的小孔;所述第一层体和第三层体的材料是塑料膜。
