本领域技术人员可以理解的是： 首先， 在上述实施例所提供的组合式桌凳中， 桌子 均为矩形桌面的方桌，在本发明的其它实施例中，还包括桌面为圆形或是其他多边形形 状的桌子。 其次， 在上述实施例所提供的组合式桌凳中， 将镂空部设置在桌子上桌面、 桌腿和底座之间， 而凳腿侧插入镂空部中。在本发明的另一实施例中， 还提供了一种将 凳腿包围在桌子周围的组合式桌凳。 如图 12所示， 在桌子的侧面设置有凹向内部的镂 空部， 凳子的凳腿则均设置在凳面的边缘， 在组合时， 将两个凳子分别包围在桌子相对 的两侧， 凳腿相互交错组合， 从而将桌腿隐藏在内部。 再者， 在上述实施例所提供的组 合式桌凳中， 包括了桌子和凳子， 本领域技术人员还可以利用结构、尺寸适当的椅子取 代上述的凳子。 本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述，每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实 施例的不同之处， 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明， 使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对 这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的，本文中所定义的 一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下， 在其它实施例中实现。 因此， 本 发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例，而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特 点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

1.一种组合式桌凳，包括至少一个桌子和多把相同的凳子，所述桌子包括固定相连 的桌面和桌腿， 所述凳子包括固定相连的凳面和凳腿， 其特征在于， 还包括设置在所述 桌腿底部的底座，所述桌腿与所述底座之间设置有镂空部，所述凳腿能够插入所述镂空 部中。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的组合式桌凳，其特征在于， 四根所述凳腿与所述凳面的连 接点位于同一矩形的四个顶点上， 所述矩形的中心不与所述凳面的中心重合。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的组合式桌凳，其特征在于，所述矩形的中心距所述凳面的 中心的水平距离和垂直距离均不小于所述凳腿在相应方向上厚度的二分之一。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的组合式桌凳，其特征在于，位于对角位置上的两个所述凳 腿具有相同的横截面形状。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的组合式桌凳， 其特征在于， 所述凳腿的横截面为 L形。
6.根据权利要求 1-5任一项中所述的组合式桌凳，其特征在于，还包括设置在所述 桌子或所述凳子上的连接装置。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的组合式桌凳，其特征在于，所述连接装置包括设置在所述 桌面的边缘和所述凳面的边缘两者之一上的卡槽及设置在另一上的卡榫。
8.根据权利要求 6所述的组合式桌凳，其特征在于，所述连接装置包括设置在所述 桌腿和所述凳腿两者之一上的卡槽及设置在另一上的卡榫。
9.根据权利要求 6所述的组合式桌凳，其特征在于，所述连接装置包括设置在所述 凳腿一端的卡槽和设置在其另一端的卡榫。
10.根据权利要求 2所述的组合式桌凳， 其特征在于， 还包括底部座椅， 所述底部 座椅和所述桌子上分别设置有锁定装置，所述底部座椅通过所述锁定装置可拆卸地固定 相连。
