[0032] 实施例一: 本发明单工位洗碗机参照附图 1 至 11所示, 单工位洗碗机包含: 笼式餐 具夹具 1, 笼式餐具夹具支架 2, 笼式餐具夹具径向旋转驱动装置 5, 餐具附件存放室 6, 贮 水槽 7, 助涮颗粒 8, 微电脑控制板 9, 辅助杀菌装置 10和机壳 11。

[0038] 先将待洗餐具附件放入餐具附件存放室 6 并盖好盖门, 再将装夹好待洗餐具的笼式 餐具夹具 1 放入单工位洗碗机的笼式餐具夹具支架 2上, 将舱门 11.1 闭合, 装在舱门上的 笼式餐具夹具径向旋转装置 5的压杆 5.5前端小轮与贮水槽边沿接触, 舱门向下压的反作用 力将压杆 5.5向舱门内压缩, 在支点 5.4的杠杆作用下压杆 5.5将齿轮臂 5.3压迫围绕皮带轮 转轴 5.2 向下顺时针旋转 (如图 3 ) ,当舱门关紧触动卡锁, 舱门固定于紧闭状态, 齿轮臂 5.3上的齿轮 5.1与笼式餐具夹具 1上的齿轮 1.1.2齿合 (如图 2); 选择洗碗机洗碗程序, 启 动工作, 微电脑根据程序选择和餐具污渍程度与洗净度选择注水水位高低, 浸渍时长, 涮洗 次数, 清洗次数, 涮洗时长, 清洗时长, 排水, 甩干和杀菌, 并由执行元件完成整个洗碗过 程。 微型电机通过同步皮带带动固接于转轴 5.2的皮带轮旋转, 带动同样固接于转轴 5.2的 贮水槽内的皮带轮旋转, 该皮带轮通过同步皮带带动与齿轮 5.1 —体的皮带轮与齿轮 5.1旋 转, 齿轮 5.1齿合笼式餐具夹具 1上的齿轮 1.1.2带动笼式餐具夹具 1旋转。 笼式餐具夹具 1 是用隔层板将每个餐具隔开并留有合理的间隙, 餐具内外表面均与涮洗, 清洗液体产生冲击 与摩擦, 可以迅速分解清除餐具表面污渍; 如果加入涮洗颗粒 8, 可以节省洗涮时间和提高 洗净度, 犹如人工洗碗用抹布, 刷子或者钢丝球一样。 整个洗碗程序完成, 可将餐具放置于 洗碗机内, 相当于我们现在用的餐具消毒柜, 备餐或者用餐时间到, 解除舱门卡锁, 打开舱 门 11.1同时解除对笼式餐具夹具径向旋转装置 5的压杆 5.5的压迫, 在支点 5.4上的扭力弹 簧 5.6的作用下, 压杆 5.5迫使齿轮臂 5.3围绕皮带轮转轴 5.2逆时针旋转, 将齿轮臂 5.3压 缩在舱门内, 为笼式餐具夹具 1的装卸让出充裕空间 (如图 4)。 取出笼式餐具夹具 1, 卸下 盖板 1.2, 即可将洗净的餐具逐一取出; 打开餐具附件存放室取出洗净的附件。 舱门 11.1 与 贮水槽 7接触面之间有一水密密封圈, 防止洗涮时水溢出贮水槽。

[0041] 本实施例二是这样工作的: 餐具的装夹和实施例一样; 先将待洗餐具附件放入餐具 附件存放室 6, 盖好盖门, 再将装夹好待洗餐具的若干笼式餐具夹具 1放入多工位开始餐具 夹具支架旋转装置 3的若干餐具夹具支架槽口内, 将舱门闭合, 选择洗碗程序, 启动工作。 微电脑根据程序选择和餐具污渍程度与洗净度选择注水水位髙低, 浸渍时长, 涮洗次数, 清 洗次数, 涮洗时长, 清洗时长, 排水, 甩干和杀菌, 并由执行元件完成整个洗碗过程。 多工 位洗碗机工作流程是这样的: 加洗涤剂一注水一笼式餐具夹具抬升装置抬升笼式餐具夹具一 笼式餐具夹具与驱动齿轮齿合一笼式餐具夹具旋转 (涮洗)一涮洗定时结束一抬升装置放下 笼式餐具夹具回归支架一笼式餐具夹具支架旋转装置分度旋转 (转换工位)一抬升装置再抬 升笼式餐具夹具一再涮洗…..重复前工序一走完所有工位一排水一注水一进入二次涮洗或者 清洗一走完所有工位一排水一注水……如此循环直至完成所有设定程序 (如图 16)。

1. 餐具浸洗方法, 其特征是: 装有待洗餐具的笼式餐具夹具在贮水槽内径向旋转, 利用水 流与餐具表面的摩擦与冲击, 或者投入助涮颗粒, 助涮颗粒随水流旋转与餐具内外表面摩擦 涮洗, 清除餐具表面污渍, 漂洗洗涤液残留, 甩干餐具表面水渍以及紫外线或者臭氧杀菌的 自动多工序, 单工位或者多工位的餐具清洁方法。
2. 根据权利要求 〗 所述的餐具浸洗方法, 其特征是: 笼式餐具夹具是一由稀疏经纬辐条组 成的筒状, 由筒体, 盖板, 隔层板, 垫板组成, 筒底与盖板轴向中心均设置有一金属轴, 筒 底还有一齿轮与筒底一体, 盖板与隔层板可旋转装卡固接于筒体, 餐具可同心并牢靠装夹于 笼式餐具夹具内, 笼式餐具夹具在旋转驱动装置的驱动下做径向旋转; 涮洗颗粒为直径 2至 8毫米之间的球体或者多面体, 比重为 0.9至 1.1之间, 由无毒高分子材料制造。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的餐具浸洗方法, 其特征是: 有一贮水槽位于笼式餐具夹具下方, 注有加洗涤剂的清水或者漂洗清水, 有旋转驱动装置驱动置于贮水槽内的笼式餐具夹具旋 转, 微电脑控制程序控制着注、 排水液体电磁阀, 水位传感器, 微型电机, 步进电机, 紫外 光源, 臭氧发生器, 继电器, 微动开关和光耦等执行元件。
4. 洗碗机, 其特征是: 应用权利要求 1 所述的餐具浸洗方法发明的洗碗机, 洗碗机包含 有: 笼式餐具夹具 (简称夹具), 单工位、 多工位夹具支架, 多工位夹具支架旋转装置, 多 工位夹具抬升装置, 夹具径向旋转驱动装置, 餐具附件存放室, 贮水槽, 助涮颗粒, 微电脑 控制板与执行元件, 辅助杀菌装置和机壳; 待洗的餐具装夹于笼式餐具夹具内, 笼式餐具夹 具置于单工位或者多工位夹具支架上, 多工位夹具抬升装置位于多工位夹具支架旋转装置下 方, 夹具径向旋转驱动装置齿轮与夹具齿轮齿合由电机驱动旋转, 餐具附件存放室位于贮水 槽底部两角落, 贮水槽位于夹具下方, 助涮颗粒可任意加入或者取出贮水槽, 微电脑控制板 控制着贮水槽的注水水位高低和排水, 多工位夹具旋转装置的工位转换, 涮洗, 清洗和甩干 的次数和工作时长, 辅助杀菌装置的启动, 机壳将所有装置包覆于其内并留有装卸夹具的舱 门。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的洗碗机, 其特征是: 笼式餐具夹具由无毒高分子材料或者耐腐蚀 金属材料制造, 是一由稀疏经纬辐条组成的筒状, 由筒体, 盖板, 隔层板, 垫板组成, 筒底 与盖板轴向中心均设置有一金属轴, 筒底还有一齿轮与筒底一体, 盖板与隔层板可旋转装卡 固接于筒体, 餐具可同心并牢靠装夹于笼式餐具夹具内; 筒体口部和盖板径向边沿设置有相 互旋转装卡固接的槽与榫, 筒体经辐上有若干与隔层板装卡的内向凸台, 隔层板与凸台有设 置有相互旋转装卡固接的槽与榫; 隔层板形状由若干个同心圆与辐射状辐条组成的扁平状, 辐条上有若干小三角状凸起, 中心有可容纳腕托的通孔, 径向有榫状卡齿用于和筒体内凸台 卡槽配合, 榫状卡齿和卡槽的形状具有拉紧筒体经辐防止径向旋转离心力使其扩张变形的功 能并可正反装夹, 榫状卡齿与隔层板不在同一平面, 正反装夹会产生多个轴向组合空间, 垫 板由若干间隔的短螺旋条状组成的碟状, 有轴向压缩弹性, 用于填补餐具与隔层板装夹的盈 余空间, 隔层板和垫板的弹性将若干餐具隔开并同心紧固装夹于夹具之内。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的洗碗机, 其特征是: 单工位笼式餐具夹具支架为两个对称设置于 贮水槽内, 有可以放入笼式餐具夹具轴向两端轴的槽口, 支撑笼式餐具夹具两轴不做径向与 轴向位移, 笼式餐具夹具轴与支架槽口之间或者有滚珠轴承或者滚动轴承以减少转动摩擦; 有一随舱门启闭移动的夹具旋转驱动装置的齿轮与夹具齿轮齿合, 驱动夹具径向旋转。
7. 根据权利要求 4所述的洗碗机, 其特征是: 多工位夹具支架旋转装置为两个轴向若干辐 条相连接的圆圈体, 其中一个圆圈体有一中心轴与其呈轮辐状连接, 中心轴和其支架及旋转 驱动装置连接, 夹具支架旋转装置的旋转驱动为步进电机, 按工位数分度旋转, 确保每次更 换工位笼式餐具夹具准确定位于夹具抬升装置上方; 笼式餐具夹具支架对称活动连接于夹具 支架旋转装置的两园圈体内侧呈重力下垂状, 有可放入笼式餐具夹具两端轴的槽口, 支撑夹 具上的两轴不做径向与轴向位移, 在夹具轴与槽口之间或者有滚珠轴承或者滚动轴承以减少 摩擦; 夹具抬升装置位于多工位夹具支架旋转装置下方, 有两金属叉状部件可叉住夹具两端 轴并在抬升驱动装置作用下抬升夹具脱离夹具支架, 支架上的齿轮和夹具旋转驱动装置的齿 轮齿合, 夹具旋转驱动装置由微型电机通过皮带与齿轮传递, 驱动笼式餐具夹具径向旋转。
8. 根据权利要求 4 所述的洗碗机, 其特征是: 餐具附件存放室位于贮水槽底部两角落, 避 开笼式餐具夹具, 是由金属或者高分子材料制造的疏网, 用于放置筷子, 汤匙, 碟子, 刀叉 等小型非旋转体餐具附件并有可启闭的盖门, 餐具附件在笼式餐具夹具旋转的冲击波下洗 涮; 贮水槽为水密容器位于笼式餐具夹具下方。
9. 根据权利要求 4 所述的洗碗机, 其特征是: 助涮颗粒是由无毒高分子材料制造, 比重为 0.9至 1.1之间, 形状为球体或者多边体外形尺寸在 2至 8毫米之间; 助涮颗粒可在洗碗机 内重复使用, 直至外形尺寸过小达不到助涮效果便要更换。
10. 根据权利要求 4 所述的洗碗机, 其特征是: 微电脑控制板由微处理器和周边元器件组 成, 微处理器根据写入程序与洗碗机操作选择注排水, 水位高低, 涮洗次数, 清洗次数, 涮 洗时长, 清洗时长, 甩干时长, 杀毒启动以及多工位洗碗机的工位转换等工作程序和由该程 序控制的液体电磁阀, 水位传感器, 微型电机, 步进电机, 继电器, 微动开关和光耦等执行 元件。
