Abstract

The invention relates to a system for allowing the delayed opening of a message by means of the transmission of the message when a determined event or condition has been carried out or met, said system comprising: a message (1), which is the content that will be sent by a transmitter user; a database manager (2), which is the element responsible for the access to, and management of, the database; a user manager (3); a message manager (4); an events manager (5) responsible for managing the events or actions that directly affect the opening of the message; and users that can be emitters or receivers according to whether they are those who send a message or those who receive a message. An events executor (8) and an event (7) are the condition(s) that limit the opening of a message, and are decided upon by the user transmitting the message.

Description

 PROCEDURE AND SYSTEM OF DELAYED MESSAGE OPENING

DESCRIPTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the present invention, as the title of the invention establishes, both a procedure and a delayed message opening system. The present invention characterizes the fact of being able to link the display of a message, which can be video, text or an image, to an event or condition, which can be from a certain time, a specific location or even an action performed in the Web. Therefore, the present invention is circumscribed within the scope of message transmission systems, means and procedures.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the state of the art, the short message service or SMS (Short Message Service) is well known is a service available in mobile phones that allows the sending of short messages (also known as text messages, or more colloquially, texts) between mobile phones, landlines and other handheld devices. SMS was originally designed as part of the GSM digital mobile phone standard, but is currently available in a wide variety of networks, including 4G networks.

However, between the transmission and reception of the message the elapsed time is practically null, the reception of the message by the receiver being instantaneous, being sometimes convenient that the opening of the message, or the reception of the message does not take place at the time of sending, but associated with a certain conditionality, which would increase and enhance the message service making it much more versatile and useful. Therefore, the present invention seeks to overcome the state of the art existing in the transmission of messages between users so that the reception or opening of a message is linked to a certain event or condition, developing a system and method as described below and is set forth in its essentials in the first claim.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

It is the object of the present a system of delayed opening of messages, that is, that the opening or reception of a message does not take place at the time it has been sent, but instead takes place at a time linked to a certain conditionality.

Also the object of the invention is the procedure that has to take place in order to achieve the delayed opening or reception of a message despite having been sent previously. The system includes:

 - A message that can be video, text or image

 - A database manager and with which the message manager, event manager, message and user manager interact

- A user manager, which allows the registration, cancellation and modification of user data

 - A message manager, which manages the creation, deletion, storage and deletion of messages

 - Event manager that is responsible for managing the events decided by the user and that once the conditionality of the events has been fulfilled they allow the delayed opening of the message by sending the message to its final recipient.

 - An event, which is the condition associated with the message for opening. The events are decided by the issuer and can be of several types:

 or delay, that is to say that the opening of the message is associated with the passage of a certain time

or geo-location, in which the opening of the message is associated with a specific location of the sender. o Internet actions, in which the opening of the message is associated with a certain action on the web.

The procedure associated with the system to achieve the delayed opening of a message comprises the following steps:

 - A user A creates a new message

 - User A creates a new event

 - User A sends a message with the information of the sender, receiver of the message, the content of the message and the associated event to the message manager.

 - The message manager receives the message with the sender, receiver, content of the message to be sent and associated event and sends it to the event manager.

 - The event manager receives the message containing the sender, the receiver, the content of the message and the associated event. The event manager takes care of the actions so that the execution of the event is successful.

 - Event manager, is responsible for checking if there is an event to execute in which case it instructs the event executor.

 - Execution of the event associated to the message in order of the event manager

 - Sending the message to a user B, or recipient of the message when the event executor executes the event associated with the message. Therefore, thanks to the elements involved and their functional characteristics, a system is achieved that allows the delayed opening of a message by sending the message not at the time of its generation but when at least one condition or event is met. EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES

To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical realization thereof, it is accompanied as an integral part of Said description, a set of drawings in which, as an illustration and not limitation, the following has been represented.

In Figure 1, we can see a diagram of the elements that are part of the delayed opening system of messages object of the invention.

In Figure 2, a possible sequential diagram of the message delay opening procedure is shown. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.

In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is described below. In Figure 1 we can see that the system includes:

 A Database Manager (2), is the element that is responsible for accessing and managing the database,

 A user manager (3), is the means by which users can manage the different actions that a user can do, such as registering, modifying data, and unsubscribing.

 A message manager (4) is the medium that is responsible for managing the different actions that can be performed on messages such as creation, deletion, modification, opening, storage. The message (1) is the content that will be sent by a sending user. The content of the message can be video (1 .1), text (1 .2) or an image (1 .3).

 An event manager (5) that is responsible for managing the events or actions that directly affect the opening of the message.

 Users, who can be senders or receivers, depending on whether they send a message or receive it. Users (6) can be individuals (6.1) or companies (6.2)

 An event executor (8)

 An event (7), is the condition or conditions that limit the opening of a message, are decided by the user issuing the message and the possible types of event can be:

■ Delay time. In an event in which the opening of a message will take place after a certain time determined by the user Geo-location, in this type of event the message will be opened at the moment the receiver is in a specific location.

Internet actions, the opening of the message is conditioned on the receiving user performing an action on the internet.

The database manager (2), as can be seen in figure 1, interacts with the message (1), as with the user manager (3), with the message manager (4) and with the event manager (4).

Depending on the type of user, the access interface will be different, so for a user type individual, the access interface is a mobile phone application (6.1 .1), while for a legal person, such as a company, the user interface Access will be through the web (6.2.1).

In figure 2 an embodiment of the delayed opening of messages procedure can be observed, which has the steps of:

- A user A creates a new message (1)

 - User A creates a new event (7)

 - User A sends a message (9) to the message manager (4) with the information of the sender, receiver of the message, the content of the message and the associated event.

 - The message manager (4) receives the message (9) with the sender, receiver, content of the message to be sent and associated event and sends it (9) to the event manager (5).

 - The event manager (5) receives the message (9) that contains the sender, the receiver, the content of the message and the associated event. The event manager takes care of the actions so that the execution of the event is successful.

 - Event manager (5), is responsible for checking if there is an event to execute in which case it instructs the event executor (8).

- Execution of the event associated to the message in order of the event manager (5) - Sending the message (1 0) to a user B, or recipient of the message when the event executor executes the event associated with the message.

When user A creates a message (1), he can in turn receive from the system a message (1 1) that he has created a new message. Also, when user A creates a new event (7) he can receive from the system a message (12) that he has created a new event.

Describing sufficiently the nature of the present invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is noted that, within its essentiality, it may be implemented in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example. , and which will also achieve the protection sought, provided that it does not alter, change or modify its fundamental principle.

Claims

 - The event manager (5) receives the message (9) that contains the sender, the receiver, the content of the message and the associated event. The event manager takes care of the actions so that the execution of the event is successful.

8. A delayed message opening procedure according to claim 7, characterized in that when user A creates a message (1), he receives from the system a message (1 1) that he has created a new message.
9. - Delayed message opening procedure according to claim 7, characterized in that when user A creates a new event (7) I received from the system a message (12) that he created a new event.
10. - Mobile application for delayed opening of messages characterized in that it is in connection with a database manager (2), a user manager (3), a message manager (4), an event manager (5) and an event executor (8) so as to allow the delayed opening of a message by sending the message when a certain event (7) is met.
