The present invention provides a method and apparatus for processing information to solve a problem of insufficient reliability and convenience of transfer of transaction information in a distribution process of items of an online shopping mall. Method and Apparatus for Processing Information Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computer technology, and in particular to a method and apparatus for processing information. Background Art
Along with development of E-commerce, business to customer e-commerce platforms (B2C) or online malls are also developing rapidly. A large amount of users place orders to purchase items through online malls every day, and each online mall, as the order payee (the receiving party of order payments), needs to process a large mount of orders correspondingly. In this process, it is required that a payment receiving operation of a payment receiving system of a bank and an express distribution operation of a logistics system be coordinated with each other to complete a transaction process of items. A logistics express distribution person invites the customer to swipe a card on a terminal of Point of sales (POS) to pay an order when handling the order and collecting money, and if the card payment request is successful, the POS terminal prints a stub for the business (i.e., the online mall) and a stub for the customer. The customer signs on the stub and returns it to the distribution person , after which the customer receives the ordered item, and the order delivery is completed. The operation of card payment on POS is achieved by the card issuing bank. The bank prepares return receipts of the payments for the transactions of the day and sends them to the online mall, and the online mall makes a manual check on them according to the signed stubs. When delivering an order, the express distribution person will record a successful delivery

Especially when the item is signed for successful delivery at the delivery site, after the customer has completed the card payment on a POS machine, the distribution person needs to record on the PDA to inform the online mall of the completion of the transaction of the item and the collection of the payment by the bank.
In the process of conceiving the present invention, the inventor noticed that card swiping only leads to transmission and interaction between the terminal and the cooperating payment handling organization, and the transaction information regarding successful payment is not known in real time to the mall. Besides, with respect to abnormal conditions such as a reverse and a withdrawal in situations such as network disorder, timely recording of such situations cannot be achieved. The distribution person may fail to record on the PDA after the customer has completed the card payment for a variety of reasons, and thus the online shopping mall will not be informed of the successful transaction of the item. In addition, the distribution person needs to carry two devices, i.e., the POS machine and the PDA, and it appears somewhat inconvenient to jumping between these two machines during the distribution operation. In general, reliability and convenience of transfer of transaction information are insufficient.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a method and apparatus for processing information to solve a problem of insufficient reliability and convenience of transfer of transaction information in a distribution process of items of an online mall.
In order to achieve the above object, a method for processing information is provided according to one aspect of the present invention.
The method for processing information of the present invention comprises: a branch network access controller receiving information transmitted by a terminal device, the information being transmitted order amount query information or information of other preset functions; the branch network access controller acquiring the order amount from an order payee through an order receiving system of a bank after confirming that the received information is the order amount query information, and then transmitting information containing the order amount to the terminal device, so that the terminal device can initiate a card payment procedure; the branch network access controller forwarding the information to the order payee via a computer system of the bank after confirming that the received information is the information of other preset functions.
Optionally, the information of other functions includes information for informing the order payee of completion of the card payment procedure, the information being transmitted by the terminal device to the branch network access controller after the completion of the card payment procedure.
Optionally, the branch network access controller confirms that the received information contains the order amount query information based on a first identification information in the information transmitted by the terminal device, and confirms that the received information contains the information of other preset functions based on a second identification information in the information transmitted by the terminal device.
An apparatus for processing information is provided according to another aspect of the present invention.
The apparatus for processing information of the present invention comprises: a receiving module for receiving information transmitted by a terminal device, the information being transmitted order amount query information or information of other preset functions; a confirming module for confirming whether the information received by the receiving module is the transmitted order amount query information or the information of other preset functions;
an acquiring module for acquiring the order amount from an order payee through an order receiving system of a bank in the case that the information received by the receiving module is the transmitted order amount query information; a transmitting module for transmitting information containing the order amount to the terminal device, so that the terminal device can initiate a card payment procedure; a forwarding module for forwarding the information to the order payee via a computer system of the bank in the case that the information received by the receiving module is the information of other preset functions.
Optionally, the information of other functions includes information for informing the order payee of completion of the card payment procedure.
Optionally, the confirming module is further used for confirming that the received information contains the order amount query information based on a first identification information in the information received by the receiving module, and confirming that the received information contains the information of other preset functions based on a second identification information in the information received by the receiving module.
Another apparatus for processing information is provided according to a further aspect of the present invention.
The apparatus for processing information of the present invention comprises: a first transmitting module for transmitting order amount query information to a branch network access controller; a second transmitting module for transmitting information of other preset functions to the branch network access controller; a receiving module for receiving information containing the order amount transmitted by the branch network access controller; a card payment module for performing a card payment procedure based on the information containing the order amount.
Optionally, the first transmitting module is further used for transmitting the order amount query information containing the first identification information to the branch network access
controller to indicate that the order amount query information is transmitted this time; the second transmitting module is further used for transmitting the information of other preset functions containing the second identification information to the branch network access controller to indicate that the information of other preset functions is transmitted this time.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a distribution task acquiring module for acquiring order information from an order payee, the order information including an order number, an order type and customer information of an order. Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a position transmitting module for providing to the order payee information of a latitude and longitude coordinate of the current location of the apparatus.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises an order status transmitting module for providing to the order payee an order type, an order status, an operator, an operation type and time.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises an abnormal order record transmitting module for providing to the order payee a scene picture, an operator and time of an order abnormality. According to the technical solution of the present invention, the terminal device held by the distribution person can transmit order amount query information or information of other functions, so that one terminal device achieves integration of a handheld POS machine and a handheld PDA, which greatly reduces the burden of carrying two devices to perform logistics distribution operation and the possibility of loss. The terminal device automatically performs transmission to the branch network access controller after the completion of the card payment procedure, thus ensuring that the order payee can receive information of the completion of the payment to thereby update the order status in time without manually drawing a reporting form. By implementing the technical solution of the present invention, an E-commerce enterprise is enabled to perform real-time and bidirectional tracking of the cash flow and logistics in the circulating process of the items, which improves the reliability and
convenience of transfer of transaction information, facilitates improvement of a KPI performance score of logistics distribution, and at the same time brings entirely new and good user experience to the customers. Brief Description of the Drawings

Detailed Description The following part will illustrate exemplary embodiments of the present invention with reference to the figures, including various details of the embodiments of the present invention for better understanding. The embodiments should be regarded only as exemplary ones. Therefore, those skilled in the art should appreciate that various changes or modifications can be made with respect the embodiments described herein without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention. Similarly, for clarity and conciseness, the descriptions of the
known functions and structures are omitted.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main composite parts of the computer system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1 , the computer system according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises a central computer system 1 of the head office of a bank, a terminal access system 2 of a branch of a bank, an isolation zone (DMZ zone) 3 of the head office of the bank, and a computer system 4 of an order payee (i.e., an online mall). The central computer system 1 of the head office of the bank is provided therein with an request receiving system 101 and other systems 102, and the request receiving system, which is a computer system for performing an request receiving operation, mainly comprises a database cluster (the figure shows computers 1 1 1 , 1 12), a hierarchical storage management cluster (the figure shows encryptors 121 , 122), an application computer cluster (the figure shows application computers 131 , 132, 133, 134), and load balancers (the figure shows load balancers 141 , 142).
The terminal access system 2 of the branch of the bank is connected with the central computer system 1 of the head office of the bank, and mainly comprises network access controllers of the respective bank branches, e.g., a branch network access controller 21 1 of Branch A, a branch network access controller 212 of Branch B, etc., which can be connected to a POS machine through a wireless network. For example, the POS machine 221 is connected to the branch access controller 21 1 , and the POS machine 222 is connected to the branch network access controller 212.
The DMZ zone 3 of the head office of the bank is connected to the central computer system 1 of the head office of the bank, and mainly comprises a communication front-end cluster (the figures shows commutation front-end computers 31 1 , 312) and load balancers (the figure shows load balancers 321 , 322).
In the present embodiment, the POS machine is replaced by a terminal device. The terminal device, which has the card transaction function of the POS machine and has other functions introduced in the present embodiment, can be implemented by a PDA installed with a related software (the modular architecture of the software will be described below).
With respect to the branch network access controller, a corresponding software is also to be installed to achieve a method for processing information in the present embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the main steps of the method for processing information performed by the branch network access controller according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Step S21 : a branch network access controller receives information transmitted by a terminal device. The information is divided into two types, one being information relating to an order payment operation and being mainly order amount query information, and the other being information of other preset functions, e.g., information for reporting the position where the terminal device is located to the online mall, i.e., the receiving party of the order payment. Since the terminal device is held by the logistics distribution person, the information of the position is just the position information of the logistics distribution person. Step S22: the branch network access controller confirms the type of the received information. It can be arranged so that the first identification information corresponds to the order amount query information, the second identification information corresponds to the information of other preset functions, and the terminal device transmits the first identification information while transmitting the order amount query information, and transmits the second identification information while transmitting the information of other preset functions. Thus, after receiving the information transmitted by the terminal device, the branch network access controller can confirm whether the received information contains the order amount query information or the information of other preset functions by checking the identification information in the received information. If the information is the order amount query information, the process moves to Step S23, and if the information is the information of other
preset functions, the process moves to Step S26.
Step S23: the branch network access controller acquires the order amount from an order payee through an order receiving system of a bank. The specific operation at this time can be that the branch network access controller transmits order amount request information to the order receiving system (the order receiving system 101 in Fig. 1) of the bank, and the order receiving system of the bank forwards the order amount request information to the DMZ zone of the head office of the bank. To be specific, the information is first transmitted to the communication front-end cluster and then distributed by the load balancer, and finally reaches the order payee (the computer system 4 in Fig. 1). The order amount information provided by the order payee reaches the branch network access controller via the DMZ zone of the head office of the bank and the order receiving system.
Step S24: the branch network access controller transmits the order amount information to the terminal device.
Step S25 : the terminal device initiates a card payment procedure after receiving the order amount information. The card payment procedure herein is similar to the card payment procedure on existing POSs.
Step S26: the branch network access controller directly transmits the information of other preset functions to the DMZ zone of the head office of the bank.
The other preset functions can be flexibly set, and correspondingly the information of other preset functions transmitted by the branch network access controller can be, e.g., the information informing the online mall (i.e., the order payee) of the completion of the card payment procedure, which is automatically transmitted by the terminal device to the branch network access controller after the completion of the card payment procedure. This ensures that the order payee can receive the information regarding completion of the payment, to thereby update the order status in time without manually drawing a reporting form. The
branch network access controller can also transmit the latitude and longitude coordinate of the current position of the terminal device to the online mall to enable the online mall to be informed of the location and moving track of the distribution person. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the basic structure of one apparatus for processing information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 3, the apparatus 30 for processing information mainly comprises a receiving module 31 , a confirming module 32, an acquiring module 33, a transmitting module 34, and a forwarding module 35.
The receiving module 31 is used for receiving information transmitted by a terminal device, which is order amount query information or information of other preset functions; the confirming module 32 is used for confirming whether the information received by the receiving module 31 is the transmitted order amount query information or the information of other preset functions; the acquiring module 33 is used for acquiring the order amount from an order payee through an order receiving system of a bank in the case that the information received by the receiving module 31 is the transmitted order amount query information; the transmitting module 34 is used for transmitting information containing the order amount to the terminal device, so that the terminal device can initiate a card payment procedure; the forwarding module 35 is used for forwarding the information to the order payee via a computer system of the bank in the case that the information received by the receiving module 31 is the information of other preset functions. In the present embodiment, this information is forwarded by the computer system of the DMZ zone of the bank. The confirming module 32 can confirm that the information contains the order amount query information based on a first identification information in the information received by the receiving module 31 , and confirm that the information contains the information of other preset functions based on a second identification information in the information received by the receiving module 31.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of another apparatus for processing information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus for processing information can be provided in the above-mentioned terminal device. As shown in Fig. 4, an apparatus 40 for processing information mainly comprises a first transmitting module 41 , a second transmitting module 42, a receiving module 43, and a card payment module 44.
The first transmitting module 41 is used for transmitting order amount query information to a branch network access controller; the second transmitting module 42 is used for transmitting information of other preset functions to the branch network access controller; the receiving module 43 is used for receiving information containing the order amount transmitted by the branch network access controller; the card payment module 44 is used for performing a card payment procedure based on the information containing the order amount.
The first transmitting module 41 is further used for transmitting the order amount query information containing the first identification information to the branch network access controller to indicate that the order amount query information is transmitted this time; the second transmitting module 42 is further used for transmitting the information of other preset functions containing the second identification information to the branch network access controller to indicate that the information of other preset functions is transmitted this time.
The apparatus 40 for processing information can further comprise a distribution task acquiring module (not shown in the figure) for acquiring order information from an order payee, the order information including an order number, an order type and customer information of an order. The apparatus 40 for processing information can further comprise a position transmitting module (not shown in the figure) for providing to the order payee information of the latitude and longitude coordinate of the current location of the apparatus 40 for processing information .
The apparatus 40 for processing information can further comprise an order status transmitting module (not shown in the figure) for providing an order type, an order status, an operator, an
operation type and time to the order payee. In addition, the apparatus 40 for processing information can further comprise an abnormal order record transmitting module (not shown in the figure) for providing to the order payee a scene picture, an operator and time of an order abnormality.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a preferred structure of the apparatus for processing information according to an embodiment of the present invention. An apparatus 50 for processing information in Fig. 5 can be provided in the above-mentioned terminal device, and mainly comprises an automatic updating module 51 , a distributing module 52, a financial module 53, an encrypting and decrypting module 54, and a server end module 55.
Every time the distribution person logs into an account with a POS integrated machine, the automatic updating module 51 will automatically request the server end module to detect whether version numbers are the same and whether there is an updated program. If the version numbers are the same, it is indicated that the client program on the device is the newest version, and if the version numbers are different, the device end program will automatically request to the previously configured document address to download the newest client program; and it can also be configured automatically so that an entity or one or more distribution persons can perform individual controls over version updates. A reinstallation is performed after the downloading is completed, and the program on the device will be the newest version.
The distributing module 52 mainly provides functions to be used in the distributing process, which functions include receiving delivery packages, acquiring a distribution task, initiating a distribution, inquiring on the distribution, uploading a GPS point, setting POS parameters, etc. by the distributing person. The distribution tasks of the distribution person are acquired through the server end module, and each of the acquired distribution tasks includes some order details, e.g., an order number, a package number, an order type (a pickup order, a common order, a refund order, etc.), a customer name, contact information, an address, etc.
The financial module 53 supports the query of the order number that will be performed by the distribution person at the successful delivery of the order to obtain the receivable amount of the current order. If the manner of payment is selected to be swiping a card on POS upon the successful delivery of the order, a service program of the bank will be requested to perform processing.
The encrypting module 54 performs encrypting processing with respect to sensitive information, e.g., the contact information, the address, the amount of transaction or other information of the customer, in the entire distributing module and financial module 53, and transmits an encrypted string to a corresponding module, the corresponding module returns it to the distributing module 52 after performing business processing, and then the distributing module 52 performs decoding and renders the decoded information.
The server end module 55 mainly processes some business logic and database operations, e.g., validation of whether a user name and a password logged in ever exist or whether they are correct; which orders of receiving delivery packages the distribution person has handled, the status of the processed order (in transit, delivered, rejected, redelivered), photographing and uploading of packages and items, distribution query, the GPS point of the position where the distribution person is located, information of money collection and withdrawal of the order, etc.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of preferred steps of the method for processing information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The performance of the method is supported by the apparatus 50 for processing information. The method is described below by referring to Fig. 6.
The distribution person logs into the POS integrated machine installed with the client program by filling in the correct user name and password, and the server end program will be requested to validate whether the user name and password are correct when the login is performed.
After the system is logged in, it is determined whether the client program is to be updated according to whether the version number of the current client program is consistent with the version number by which the server end needs to update the configuration, or whether the user is within the update range, and if the versions are inconsistent or the user is within the range of updating mechanisms, the client will automatically download the newest client installation package program.
After logging into the system, the distribution person can perform the operation of receiving a delivery package based on the item(s) taken by himself or herself, acquire the distribution task of himself or herself after the completion of the operation of receiving a delivery package, and start the distribution work after acquiring the task to be distributed. The distribution person can distinguish the order type (a common order, a pickup order, a 21 1 order, a refund order) and the like based on the order number or the order color, while acquiring the order details such as customer name, delivery address, contact information, etc..
Upon successful delivery of each order, the receivable amount of the order should be obtained via a financial interface based on the order number. After the receivable amount of the order is obtained, money payment can be collected from the customer, the manner of collecting money including cash payment, card payment on a POS and check payment. If the customer pays in cash, the cash is directly collected; if the customer pays by check, the check is collected and the corresponding check number is filled in; if the customer pays by swiping a card on a POS, the customer is required to provide a bank card and enter a password. After the receivable amount of the order is obtained, money payment can be collected from the customer, the manner of collecting money including cash payment, card payment on a POS and check payment. If the customer pays in cash, the cash is directly collected; if the customer pays by check, the check is collected and the corresponding check number is filled in; if the customer pays by swiping a card on a POS, the customer is required to provide a bank card and enter a password to perform an encrypted call to the bank interface to process
data. After a success in collecting cash or swiping the card on a POS, the operation of confirming successful delivery will be performed with respect to the order, and detailed information of the order data will be encrypted to prevent leakage of some sensitive information in the transmitting process.
The server end receives the transmitted data, performs a decoding operation, and performs corresponding business logic processing according to the different operating functions. The result of the processing is encrypted and returned to the requesting source. According to the technical solution of an embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device held by the distribution person can transmit order amount query information or information of other functions, so that one terminal device integrates the functions of a handheld POS machine and a handheld PDA, which greatly alleviates the burden of carrying two devices to perform logistics distribution operations and the possibility of loss. Each distribution person is equipped with one integrated terminal, and can enter his/her ID number and get connectted to download and check the task orders via a dedicated extranet connection. When an item is signed for delivery, the order status can be inquired in real time and the receivable amount of the order can be updated, and the payment operation (card, cash) is performed according to the latest amount of the order. After the payment is done and the item is signed for delivery, the related transaction record will be transmitted back to a backstage financial system to perform a checking operation, and meanwhile the related logistics information (an order status, an order distribution track, photographing of a returned item, etc.) will be transmitted back to a backstage logistics system to perform update of the order status, drawing of a GIS track, and rendering of the current distribution information of the order to the customer on a web page in the customer center. After returning to the station, the distribution person prints a detailed report for the day on the terminal, and the head of the station and the assistant of the station only need to compare the financial system with the statement without manually drawing a reporting form, which reduces the workload and improves the work efficiency, and they are released from the complex manual checking work. The integration of the POS machine and the handheld PDA increases an information
integration degree of floor distribution, which enables the E-commerce enterprise to perform real-time and bidirectional tracking of the cash flow and logistics in the circulating process of the items, thereby improving reliability and convenience of transfer of transaction information, facilitating improvement of a KPI performance score of logistics distribution, and meanwhile bringing entirely new and good user experience to the customers.
The above describes the basic principles of the present invention with reference to the specific embodiments. However, it is necessary to point out that those skilled in the art shall understand that all or any step or part of the method and apparatus of the present invention can be realized through hardware, firmware, software or a combination thereof in any computing device (including a processor, a storage medium, etc.) or a network of computing devices. This can be realized by those skilled in the art by applying their basic programming skills after they read the descriptions of the present invention. So, the purpose of the present invention can be also achieved by running a program or a set of programs on any computing device. The computing device can be a general device known. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention can be also achieved only by providing a program product including program codes realizing the method or apparatus. That is to say, such a program product also constitutes the present invention, and a storage medium storing such a program product also constitutes the present invention. Obviously, the storage medium can be any known storage medium or any storage medium developed in the future.
It is further necessary to point out that in the apparatus and method of the present invention, the respective parts or the respective steps obviously can be decomposed and/or recombined. These decompositions and/or recombinations shall be regarded as equivalent solutions of the present invention. And the steps performing the above series of processings can be naturally performed in a time sequence according to the described sequence, but are not necessarily performed in the time sequence. Some steps can be performed in parallel or independently of each other.
The above specific embodiments do not constitute a restriction on the scope of protection of the present invention. Those skilled in the art shall understand that, based on design requirements and other factors, various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and substitutions can occur. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in the scope of protection of the present invention.
Claims
1. A method for processing information, characterized by comprising:
a branch network access controller receiving information transmitted by a terminal device, the information being transmitted order amount query information or information of other preset functions;
the branch network access controller acquiring the order amount from an order payee through an order receiving system of a bank after confirming that the received information is the order amount query information, and then transmitting information containing the order amount to the terminal device, so that the terminal device can initiate a card payment procedure;
the branch network access controller forwarding the information to the order payee via a computer system of the bank after confirming that the received information is the information of other preset functions.
2. The method according to claim 1 , characterized in that the information of other functions includes information for informing the order payee of completion of the card payment procedure, the information being transmitted by the terminal device to the branch network access controller after the completion of the card payment procedure.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the branch network access controller confirms that the received information contains the order amount query information based on a first identification information in the information transmitted by the terminal device, and confirms that the received information contains the information of other preset functions based on a second identification information in the information transmitted by the terminal device.
4. An apparatus for processing information, characterized by comprising:
a receiving module for receiving information transmitted by a terminal device, the information being transmitted order amount query information or information of other preset
functions;
a confirming module for confirming whether the information received by the receiving module is the transmitted order amount query information or the information of other preset functions;
an acquiring module for acquiring the order amount from an order payee through an order receiving system of a bank in the case that the information received by the receiving module is the transmitted order amount query information;
a transmitting module for transmitting information containing the order amount to the terminal device, so that the terminal device can initiate a card payment procedure;
a forwarding module for forwarding the information to the order payee via a computer system of the bank in the case that the information received by the receiving module is the information of other preset functions.
5. The apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the information of other functions includes information for informing the order payee of completion of the card payment procedure.
6. The apparatus according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the confirming module is further used for confirming that the received information contains the order amount query information based on a first identification information in the information received by the receiving module, and confirming that the received information contains the information of other preset functions based on a second identification information in the information received by the receiving module.
7. An apparatus for processing information, characterized by comprising:
a first transmitting module for transmitting order amount query information to a branch network access controller;
a second transmitting module for transmitting information of other preset functions to the branch network access controller;
a receiving module for receiving information containing the order amount transmitted by the
branch network access controller;
a card payment module for performing a card payment procedure based on the information containing the order amount.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that:
the first transmitting module is further used for transmitting the order amount query information containing the first identification information to the branch network access controller to indicate that the order amount query information is transmitted this time;
the second transmitting module is further used for transmitting the information of other preset functions containing the second identification information to the branch network access controller to indicate that the information of other preset functions is transmitted this time.
9. The apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, characterized by further comprising a distribution task acquiring module for acquiring order information from an order payee, the order information including an order number, an order type and customer information of an order.
10. The apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, characterized by further comprising a position transmitting module for providing to the order payee information of a latitude and longitude coordinate of the current location of the apparatus.
