Abstract

 導電性ペースト、絶縁性ペースト、或いは半導体ペーストを用いてスクリーン印刷法にて配線・電極等のパターンを印刷する際に生じるパターン側壁部のダレを低減し、また、上記配線・電極等のパターンや全面ベタ膜上のメッシュ痕を低減し、高品質な電子部品を製造する方法および装置、並びに、スクリーン印刷が適用可能であって従来よりも少ない工程数で両面印刷を行うことができるパターンの形成方法を提供する。 導電性ペースト、絶縁性ペースト、或いは半導体ペーストを用いて、スクリーン印刷法によりポリジメチルシロキサンからなる表面を有するブランケットにパターンを印刷し、そのパターンを該ブランケットから被印刷物に転写することによりパターンを形成する。
