一种防止滑动式车门与加油口门相撞的机构 技术领域
本专利涉及具有滑动式车门的汽车,尤其与防止滑动式车门和加 油口门发生碰撞的结构有关。

随着汽车行业的发展, 商务车也越来越多, 商务车的中门一般都 为滑动式车门, 加油口门布置在后侧围, 打开加油口门加油时, 如果 打开滑门, 就会撞击加油口门和加油枪, 导致变形甚至损坏。 为了解 决此类问题, 一些厂家会将加油口门布置在滑门和前门之间的位置, 此时加油口位置一般较低, 加油时操作人员需弯腰, 十分不便。 近些 年, 有些汽车厂家把加油口门布置在滑门后部时, 会设计加油口门的 防撞机构。 如中国专利公告号为 CN200720044160.1 《一种汽车用加 油口开启防撞机构》, 它主要由触发机构、 执行机构、 拉线组成, 此 专利中的触发机构包含扭簧、 顶盖、 转动臂、 销轴、 支架等部分, 结 构较复杂, 另外, 该专利的方案在车体上的安装十分不方便, 导致工 作效率低下。 发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本专利的目的为提供一种方便在车 体上安装且结构筒单、 成本低廉、 动作可靠的防止滑动式车门与加油 口门相撞的机构。
为实现上述目的, 本专利的技术方案如下:
一种防止滑动式车门与加油口门相撞的机构, 包括:

如图 1与图 2所示, 本发明的防撞机构安装在车体侧围 11上, 位于加油口门 13与滑动式车门 12之间, 在开启加油口门 13时可锁 止滑动式车门 12, 防止滑动式车门 12撞击加油口门 13。 本发明包括 触发装置 2与执行装置 3两个部分, 触发装置 2靠近加油口 13, 执 行装置 3则靠近滑动式车门 12, 触发装置 2与执行装置 3相互连接。
如图 3所示,触发装置 2包括基座 21、触发块 22与压缩弹簧 23。 基座 21为一柱状结构, 基座 21内部加工有滑孔 213, 滑孔 213底部 加工有小的通孔, 以便穿过拉线 4。 如图 4-图 6所示, 基座 21夕卜圓 周面的头部设置有 3个凸台 211 , 3个凸台 211沿圓周均匀分布, 凸 台 211 内侧面上有一突起 214, 用于夹靠车体的侧围 11。 基座 21外 侧上靠近凸台 211的位置上加工有轴肩 212,为加工方便,该轴肩 212 也可与凸台 211—样形成相配的突出部分,轴肩 212与凸台 211之间 形成间隙,用于定位夹靠车体的侧围 11。车体的侧围 11对应凸台 211 的位置上加工有与凸台 211相配的 3个插孔 111 ,插孔 111与凸台 211 之间相互——对应, 以方便凸台 211穿过。 侧围 11上还加工有一对 凸起 112, 该一对凸起 112的间距略大于凸台 211宽度, 用于夹持凸 台 211 , 该一对凸起 112通过沖压侧围 11实现。 另外, 侧围 11上也 可以沖压出一片以上的向外突出的锁舌, 该锁舌具有一定弹性, 以顶 靠锁紧凸台 211 ,该锁舌与凸起 112都是具有锁紧基座 21的功能,也 可同时使用, 以加强基座 21在侧围 11上安装的可靠性。
