本人在中国已申请一种玩具汽车专利, 专利申请号为 201220489327.6, 包 括汽车主体、 驱动装置、 汽车前后轮以及电解质溶液动力装置, 所述电解质溶 液动力装置包括壳体、 放置在壳体内的阴极板和阳极板以及用于固定在壳体上 并固定阴极板和阳极板的电池盖, 汽车主体后端设置有安装电解质溶液动力装 置的固定装置, 电解质溶液动力装置可拆卸的插入固定装置内。 所述驱动装置 包括马达及连接齿轮, 所述马达通过导线与所述阴极板、 阳极板进行电连通进 而给玩具汽车提供动力。 由于电解质溶液动力装置是可拆卸的插入汽车主体内, 当玩具汽车跑动时, 电解质溶液动力装置可能会晃动, 进而可能会使电解质溶 液动力装置出现松动, 从而影响马达通过导线和阴极板、 阳极板进行电连通; 另外, 尤其是在玩具汽车跑动较快时会使晃动加剧, 电解质溶液动力装置就有 可能从汽车主体上脱落。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供安装在汽车主体内的部件能够正常工 作、 各部件在汽车主体内不易受到损害的玩具汽车。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种玩具汽车, 包括汽车主 体、 电解质溶液动力装置以及驱动装置, 所述电解质溶液动力装置可拆卸的插 入汽车主体的后端, 所述汽车主体上安装一汽车面壳罩子, 所述汽车面壳罩子 压住电解质溶液动力装置。

本发明由于在汽车主体上安装一汽车面壳罩子, 所述汽车面壳罩子压住电 解质溶液动力装置, 从而就可起到对电解质溶液动力装置进一步固定的作用, 使电解质溶液动力装置更加牢固的固定在汽车主体内而不易晃动、 更不易从汽 车主体内脱落; 而且汽车面壳罩子还可防止外物损坏汽车主体内的各个部件, 从而对各部件起到保护作用。

在本实施例中, 所述汽车面壳罩子 1在对应汽车主体 2后端安装所述电解 质溶液动力装置 3部位设置一用于安装、 取出所述电解质溶液动力装置 3的开 口 11 , 所述电解质溶液动力装置 3包括壳体和电池盖, 所述开口 11两端的汽车 面壳罩子部分设置有用于压住所述壳体边沿以及电池盖的边沿凸起的卡位结构 12。 由于电解质溶液动力装置 3 主要是通过壳体和电池盖部分将所述电解质溶 液动力装置 3从汽车主体 2内拉出, 而电池盖突出在电解质溶液动力装置 3的 上部, 所以汽车面壳罩子 1在电解质溶液动力装置 3处设置开口 11以便电解质 溶液动力装置 3 能够安装及拉出, 而且还可以节省材料, 使汽车更加美观。 另 外, 将所述开口 11的宽度设置成所述电池盖宽度大小, 且其两侧的卡位结构 12 压紧所述电池盖上的边沿凸起和壳体的边沿处, 进而连同汽车主体 2上的固定 装置更加牢固的将电解质溶液动力装置 3固定在汽车主体 2内。

本实施例中, 如图 1和图 2所示, 所述汽车面壳罩子 1前端设置一第一卡 扣 14, 汽车主体 2设置一与第一卡扣 14卡接的第二卡扣 21 , 卡接方便固定和 拆卸, 从而一旦汽车部件出现异常方便打开汽车面壳罩子 1 进行检查和维修, 而且在第一卡扣 14和第二卡扣 21上都设置有用于增强其强度的加强筋。 另外, 在所述汽车面壳罩子 1上设置一通孔 15, 如图 3所示, 所述通孔 15位于所述第 一卡扣 14处并紧靠所述第一卡扣 14, 所述通孔 15的长度大于所述第一卡扣 14 的长度, 所述通孔 15的宽度大于所述第一卡扣 14的宽度, 该通孔 15不仅能够 方便生产、 节省材料, 而且还可以从外部透过该壳通 15孔清楚地看到内部的卡 扣, 从而便于组装、 拆卸。 所述通孔 15可以设置在所述第一"" ^扣 14的前端、 也可以设置在后端, 本实施例中, 将所述通孔 15设置在所述第一"" ^扣 14前端, 这样设置更加方便生产和安装。

在本实施例中, 如图 1所示, 所述汽车面壳罩子 1两侧边沿处设有向下凸 起的卡位凸起 18, 如图 2所示, 汽车主体 2上设置有与所述卡位凸起 18卡接的 卡槽 23, 由于汽车面壳罩子 1前端通过卡扣同汽车主体 2连接固定, 后端又设 置有开口 11 , 为了能够使汽车面壳罩子 1能够更加牢固的固定在汽车主体 2上 且对电解质溶液动力装置的固定效果更好, 就在汽车面壳罩子 1 两侧边沿设置 成向下凸起的卡位凸起 18, 从而同汽车主体 2上的卡槽 23配合卡接, 卡接后汽 车面壳罩子 1就很牢固的固定在汽车主体 2上, 进而使电解质溶液动力装置也 更加牢固的固定在汽车主体 2上。
在本实施例中, 如图 1所示, 所述汽车面壳罩子 1设置四个用于避让车轮 的避空位 17, 用于避让汽车前后轮, 从而方便汽车前后轮正常运转。
