Description

本发明与辅助行走的器材有关, 特别是指一种可作为椅子乘坐或收折时供人员支撑 行走的拐杖椅。 背景技术 现代医药科学的发达, 人类的寿命也逐渐增长, 使得现代社会面临到高龄化趋势。 对于老年人或是某些行动不方便的人员, 由于生理机能的衰退, 使得其行走时常因下半 身支撑力不足, 造成行走速度缓慢, 加上容易因上半身身体不易控制平衡, 而经常发生 自行摔倒受伤等安全上的问题。 因此需要另外依靠医疗辅助器材支撑, 例如使用轮椅或 拐杖等辅助器材, 通过辅助器材支撑身体的重心, 供行走时更加平稳与安全。
由于老年人或行动不方便的人员, 因生理机能的衰退导致其体力不如常人可以持续 行走不间断, 所以行走过程需要停止适当休息, 待体力恢复后才能再度行走。 因此有相 关业者开发出可依照使用者需求, 操作为乘坐或辅助支撑状态的相关器具, 如第 85201417号中国台湾实用新型专利 "便利型拐杖椅", 主要由第一支撑元件、 第二支撑 元件及座盘元件所构成, 将座盘元件、 第一支撑元件及第二支撑元件展开后成一三点支 撑的作用, 可支撑人体的重量, 且该第一支撑元件还可成椅背的状态供人倾靠, 在收合 后将第一支撑元件固定于座盘元件的底盘处的固定元件上,使该第一支撑元件形成一拐 杖的形态, 可供人登山、 旅游或行动不便的人士使用。
然而, 已知的便利型拐杖椅, 在使用上存在些许缺陷, 如下列所述:
1.由于其两个第二支撑元件枢设于位置的设计, 使得其收折辅助支撑使用时, 二个 第二支撑元件仍位于第一支撑元件的两侧下方位置, 因此第二支撑元件距离使用者握持 处远且重心偏低, 造成支撑于地面时整体摆动力矩过大, 使用者的手腕得费力握持反复 摆动, 对年长或体弱者来说是相当耗费体力。
2.已知的便利型拐杖椅在收折时, 二第二支撑元件的末端仍位于第一支撑元件的两 侧下方位置, 加上釆用开叉设计, 使用者在摆动支撑于地面时, 需非常注意地面是否平 整、 有无障碍物等, 如有不慎容易因第二支撑元件碰撞到凸起的路面或其它障碍物, 或 是自身踢到, 导致无法获得支撑保持自身平衡, 而会衍生勾绊摔倒的危险。 发明内容 有鉴于此, 本发明主要目的在于提供一种拐杖椅, 其在收折时, 整体重心位于拐杖 椅上半部, 使用者得以省力摆动支撑使用的拐杖椅。
本发明另一主要目的在于提供一种拐杖椅, 其在收折时, 体积小, 使用者得以平稳 支撑于地面上, 避免已知结构遭遇地面不平、 碰撞其它物品所衍生的勾绊摔倒的安全问 题。
为了达成上述的目的, 本发明提供一种拐杖椅, 包括有一主杆、 一乘坐组以及一折 叠支撑组, 其中:
所述主杆上端具有一握持端, 且主杆另一端具有一支撑端;
所述乘坐组组设于主杆上, 且乘坐组包括有一椅固座、 一椅面、 一滑动座以及多个 椅撑杆, 所述椅固座固设于主杆上且位于握持端与支撑端间, 所述椅面一端枢设于椅固 座, 所述滑动座滑设于主杆上, 且所述滑动座位于椅固座与支撑端间, 而所述椅撑杆两 端分别枢设于滑动座与椅面;
所述折叠支撑组组设于主杆上, 且折叠支撑组包括一固定座、 多个支撑连杆及多个 连动杆, 所述固定座固设于主杆上且位于支撑端与滑动座间, 所述支撑连杆一端枢设于 固定座, 而所述支撑连杆末端撑抵于地面上, 所述连动杆两端分别枢设于滑动座与支撑 连杆;
如此, 扳动所述椅面朝握持端向上摆动并收折至主杆一侧, 且所述椅面连同拉动椅 撑杆, 同时所述椅撑杆拉动滑动座朝椅固座方向滑移, 且所述滑动座同步拉动连动杆, 令所述连动杆拉动支撑连杆朝握持端向上转动而收折至主杆一侧。
作为上述一种拐杖椅的优选方案, 其中所述支撑连杆包括一第一连杆及一第二连 杆, 所述第一连杆与第二连杆两端相互枢接, 且所述第二连杆另一端枢设于固定座, 而 所述第一连杆另一端撑抵于地面上, 所述连动杆一端枢设于第二连杆。
作为上述一种拐杖椅的优选方案, 其中所述拐杖椅进一步包括有一补强连杆, 其包 括有一补强座及多个补强杆, 所述补强座滑设于主杆上且位于支撑端与固定座间, 而所 述补强杆两端分别枢设于补强座与支撑连杆, 据此, 在收折时, 所述支撑连杆带动补强 杆一端朝握持端向上收折, 且所述补强杆同时带动补强座与主杆朝向固定座方向滑移。
作为上述一种拐杖椅的优选方案, 其中所述拐杖椅进一步包括有一补强连杆, 其包 括有一补强座及多个补强杆, 所述补强座滑设于主杆上且位于支撑端与固定座间, 而所 述补强杆两端分别枢设于补强座与支撑连杆的第一连杆, 据此, 在收折时, 所述连动杆 拉动第二连杆朝握持端方向向上收折, 且受所述连动杆拉动第二连杆同时带动第一连杆 末端朝第二连杆向下收折, 同时所述补强杆一端随第一连杆朝握持端向上收折, 且所述 补强杆同时带动补强座与主杆朝向固定座方向滑移。
作为上述一种拐杖椅的优选方案, 其中所述支撑连杆包括一第一连杆、 一第二连杆 及一副连杆, 所述第一连杆一端撑抵于地面上, 而所述第一连杆另一端则间隔设有一第 一枢设部与一第二枢设部, 所述第二连杆一端枢接于第二枢设部, 所述第二连杆另一端 枢接于固定座, 所述连动杆下端枢设于第二连杆, 而所述副连杆两端分别枢设于第一枢 设部与连动杆, 据此, 所述滑动座拉动连动杆时, 所述连动杆拉动第二连杆朝握持端方 向向上收折, 且所述连动杆同时带动副连杆推动第一连杆末端朝第二连杆向下收折。
作为上述一种拐杖椅的优选方案, 其中所述乘坐组进一步包括有一弹性件, 所述弹 性件两端分别组设于椅面与固定座。
为了达成上述的目的, 本发明提供另一种拐杖椅, 包括有一主杆、 一乘坐组以及一 折叠支撑组, 其中:
所述主杆上端具有一握持端, 且主杆另一端具有一支撑端;
所述乘坐组组设于主杆上, 且乘坐组包括有一椅固座、 一椅面以及多个椅撑杆, 所 述椅固座固设于主杆上且位于握持端与支撑端间, 所述椅面一端枢设于椅固座, 而所述 椅撑杆两端分别枢设于椅面与折叠支撑组;
所述折叠支撑组组设于主杆上, 且折叠支撑组包括一固定座、 一滑动座及多个支撑 连杆, 所述固定座固设于主杆上且位于支撑端与椅固座间, 所述滑动座滑设于主杆上且 位于固定座与椅固座间, 所述支撑连杆一端枢设于滑动座, 而所述支撑连杆末端撑抵于 地面上, 所述椅撑杆末端枢设于支撑连杆;

作为上述又一种拐杖椅的优选方案, 其中所述乘坐组进一步包括有一弹性件, 所述 弹性件两端分别组设于椅面与固定座。
本发明所提供的拐杖椅, 其在收折时, 整体重心位于拐杖椅上半部, 使用者得以省 力摆动支撑使用的拐杖椅; 而且, 其收折后具有重心靠近握持部位, 使得人员摆动拐杖 椅支撑于地面时, 较已知结构省力, 且其支撑脚收折时靠近握持部位, 且体积小, 因此 在行走摆动拐杖椅支撑时, 减少与其它物品碰撞或勾绊, 降低摔倒的情况。 附图说明 图 1为本发明第一实施例拐杖椅的展开状态立体示意图;

1.乘坐组 2的收折状态: 在扳动椅面 22朝握持端 11上方收折于主杆 1 一侧时, 椅 撑杆 24下端拉动滑动座 23于主杆 1朝握持端 11滑移, 且椅撑杆 24相对椅面 22枢转 而收折于主杆 1旁, 同时椅面 22的摆动收折得以拉伸弹性件 25。
2.折叠支撑组 3的收折状态;在扳动椅面 22朝握持端 11上方收折于主杆 1 一侧时, 其带动滑动座 23于主杆 1朝握持端 11滑移, 且滑动座 23拉动连动杆 33靠近主杆 1 , 让枢接于固定座 31的支撑连杆 32受连动杆 33的拉动,进而让支撑连杆 32的末端朝握 持端 11向上转动而收折至主杆 1一侧。
经由上述说明后可明白, 本发明的机构设计确实可以让拐杖椅在收折时, 折叠支撑 组 3得以靠近使用者握持位置,即整体重心位于拐杖椅上半部,让使用者得以省力摆动、 支撑使用的拐杖椅, 如此达成本发明主要目的。 同时乘坐组 2与折叠支撑组 3在收折后 体积缩小, 使用者仅由主杆 1的支撑端 12平稳支撑于地面上, 如此得以避免已知结构 遭遇地面不平会有结构碰撞其它物品所衍生的勾绊摔倒的安全问题。
关于本发明操控第一实施例的拐杖椅展开为乘坐模式如下:
1.乘坐组 2的展开状态: 扳动椅面 22朝支撑端 12向下转动而相对主杆 1展开, 且 椅面 22通过椅撑杆 24带动滑动座 23朝支撑端 12方向滑移, 同时弹性件 25由原先拉 伸状态而弹力恢复。
2.该折叠支撑组 3的展开状态: 扳动椅面 22朝支撑端 12向下转动而相对主杆 1展 开时, 椅面 22通过椅撑杆 24带动滑动座 23朝支撑端 12滑移, 且滑动座 23于滑移过 程中其带动连动杆 33,令连动杆 33带动支撑连杆 32的自由端朝主杆 1外侧摆动, 且朝 支撑端 12方向向下展开, 如此主杆 1及折叠支撑组 3形成三点式展开支撑状态, 提供 使用者直接乘坐于椅面 22上休息。
此外, 本发明在该椅面 22设有一扣合孔 221 , 而在主杆 1上组设有一扣合元件 13, 而该椅面 22在收折时, 该扣合元件 13穿卡该扣合孔 221以固定椅面 22于收折状态。
请参阅图 6所示, 其为本发明第一实施例中增加一补强连杆 4的结构设计, 该补强 连杆 4包括一补强座 41及多个补强杆 42, 该补强座 41滑设于主杆 1上且位于支撑端 12与固定座 31间, 而补强杆 42两端分别枢设于补强座 41与支撑连杆 32, 据此, 在收 折时支撑连杆 32带动补强杆 42—端朝握持端 11向上收折, 且补强杆 42同时带动补强 座 41于主杆 1朝向固定座 31方向滑移;
通过补强座 41与补强杆 42间接连结了支撑连杆 32与主杆 1间, 如此能增加拐杖 椅在乘坐时的侧向受力强度外, 让拐杖椅更加稳固提供使用者乘坐。
请参阅图 7所示, 其为本发明第一实施例中支撑连杆 32为两段收折的设计, 其不 同于上述支撑连杆 32的实施形态在于: 该支撑连杆 32包括一第一连杆 321及一第二连 杆 322, 该第一连杆 321与第二连杆 322两端相互枢接, 且该第二连杆 322另一端枢设 于固定座 31 , 而该第一连杆 321另一端撑抵于地面上, 该连动杆 33—端枢设于第二连 杆 322。
另请参阅图 8所示,其为本发明第一实施例中支撑连杆 32为两段收折的形态设计, 并同步釆用补强连杆 4的结构, 该补强连杆 4其包括有一补强座 41及多个补强杆 42, 该补强座 41滑设于主杆 1上且位于支撑端 12与固定座 31间, 而补强杆 42两端分别枢 设于补强座 41与支撑连杆 32的第一连杆 321; 据此,在收折时连动杆 33拉动第二连杆 322朝握持端 11方向向上收折,且受连动杆 33拉动第二连杆 322同时带动第一连杆 321 末端朝第二连杆 322向下收折, 同时补强杆 42—端随第一连杆 321朝握持端 11向上收 折, 且补强杆 42同时带动补强座 41于主杆 1朝向固定座 31方向滑移。
请参阅图 9与图 10所示, 其为本发明第一实施例支撑连杆 32与连动杆 33的另外 两种实施形态, 其中该支撑连杆 32包括一第一连杆 321、 一第二连杆 322及一副连杆 323, 该第一连杆 321—端撑抵于地面上, 而第一连杆 321另一端则间隔设有一第一枢 设部 3211与一第二枢设部 3212, 该第二连杆 322—端枢接于第二枢设部 3212, 该第二 连杆 322另一端枢接于固定座 31 , 该连动杆 33下端枢设于第二连杆 322, 而该副连杆 323两端分别枢设于第一枢设部 3211与连动杆 33, 据此, 滑动座 23拉动连动杆 33时, 连动杆 33拉动第二连杆 322朝握持端 11方向向上收折, 且连动杆 33同时带动副连杆 323推动第一连杆 321末端朝第二连杆 322向下收折。 在图 9中, 第二连杆 322相对副 连杆 323而言是位于副连杆 323的下方位置, 而图 10中, 第二连杆 322相对副连杆 323 而言是位于副连杆 323的上方位置。
请配合参阅图 11、 图 12所示, 其为本发明第二实施例的拐杖椅, 包括有一主杆 1、 一乘坐组 2以及一折叠支撑组 3, 其中:
该主杆 1上端具有一握持端 11 , 主杆 1另一端具有一支撑端 12;
该乘坐组 2组设于主杆 1上, 且该乘坐组 2包括有一椅固座 21、 一椅面 22以及多 个椅撑杆 24, 该椅固座 21固设于主杆 1上且位于握持端 11与支撑端 12间, 该椅面 22 一端枢设于椅固座 21 , 而该椅撑杆 24两端分别枢设于椅面 22与折叠支撑组 3;
该折叠支撑组 3组设于主杆 1上, 且该折叠支撑组 3包括一固定座 31、 一滑动座
30及多个支撑连杆 32, 该固定座 31固设于主杆 1上且位于支撑端 12与椅固座 21间, 该滑动座 30滑设于主杆 1上且位于固定座 31与椅固座 21间,该支撑连杆 32—端枢设 于滑动座 30, 而支撑连杆 32末端撑抵于地面上, 该椅撑杆 24末端枢设于支撑连杆 32; 此外, 该乘坐组 2进一步包括有一弹性件 25, 该弹性件 25两端分别组设于椅面 22 与固定座 31;
如此, 扳动椅面 22朝握持端 11向上摆动并收折至主杆 1一侧, 且椅面 22连同拉 动椅撑杆 24, 同时椅撑杆 24拉动支撑连杆 32朝握持端 11向上转动而收折至主杆 1 一 侧, 且滑动座 30同时随支撑连杆 32带动而在主杆 1上滑动位移。
本发明第二实施例的拐杖椅, 另有一种形态的支撑连杆 32, 如图 13所示, 进一步 包括有一补强连杆 4, 其包括有一补强座 41及多个补强杆 42, 该补强座 41滑设于主杆 1上且位于支撑端 12与固定座 31间, 而补强杆 42两端分别枢设于补强座 41与支撑连 杆 32, 据此, 在收折时支撑连杆 32带动补强杆 42—端朝握持端 11向上收折, 且补强 杆 42同时带动补强座 41于主杆 1朝向固定座 31方向滑移。
请见图 14所示, 其为本发明第二实施例再一种支撑连杆 32的结构形态, 其中该支 撑连杆 32包括一第一连杆 321及一第二连杆 322,该第一连杆 321与第二连杆 322两端 相互枢接, 且该第二连杆 322另一端枢设于滑动座 30, 而该第一连杆 321另一端撑抵于 地面上, 而椅撑杆 24—端枢设于第二连杆 322。 并进一步包括有一补强连杆 4, 其包括 有一补强座 41及多个补强杆 42, 该补强座 41滑设于主杆 1上且位于支撑端 12与固定 座 31间, 而补强杆 42两端分别枢设于补强座 41与支撑连杆 32的第一连杆 321; 据此, 在收折时椅撑杆 24拉动第二连杆 322朝握持端 11方向向上收折, 且受椅撑杆 24拉动 第二连杆 322同时带动第一连杆 321末端朝第二连杆 322向下收折, 同时补强杆 42— 端随第一连杆 321朝握持端 11向上收折, 且补强杆 42同时带动补强座 41在主杆 1朝 向固定座 31方向滑移。
请配合参阅图式图 15、 图 16所示, 其为本发明第三实施例的拐杖椅, 包括有一主 杆 1、 一乘坐组 2以及一折叠支撑组 3, 其中:
该主杆 1上端具有一握持端 11 , 主杆 1另一端具有一支撑端 12;
该乘坐组 2组设于主杆 1上, 且该乘坐组 2包括有一椅固座 21、 一椅面 22以及多 个椅撑杆 24, 该椅固座 21固设于主杆 1上且位于握持端 11与支撑端 12间, 该椅面 22 一端枢设于椅固座 21 , 而该椅撑杆 24两端分别枢设于椅面 22与折叠支撑组 3;
该折叠支撑组 3组设于主杆 1上, 且该折叠支撑组 3包括一固定座 31及多个支撑 连杆 32, 该固定座 31固设于主杆 1上且位于支撑端 12与椅固座 21间, 该支撑连杆 32 一端枢设于固定座, 而支撑连杆 32末端撑抵于地面上, 该椅撑杆 24末端枢设于支撑连 杆 32;
此外, 该乘坐组 2进一步包括有一弹性件 25, 该弹性件 25两端分别组设于椅面 22 与固定座 31;
如此, 扳动椅面 22朝握持端 11向上摆动并收折至主杆 1一侧, 且椅面 22连同拉 动椅撑杆 24, 同时椅撑杆 24拉动支撑连杆 32朝握持端 11向上转动而收折至主杆 1一 本发明第三实施例的拐杖椅, 另有一种形态的支撑连杆 32, 如图 17所示, 进一步 包括有一补强连杆 4, 其包括有一补强座 41及多个补强杆 42, 该补强座 41滑设于主杆 1上且位于支撑端 12与固定座 31间, 而补强杆 42两端分别枢设于补强座 41与支撑连 杆 32, 据此, 在收折时支撑连杆 32带动补强杆 42—端朝握持端 11向上收折, 且补强 杆 42同时带动补强座 41于主杆 1朝向固定座 31方向滑移。
请见图式图 18所示, 其为本发明第三实施例再一种支撑连杆 32的结构形态, 其中 该支撑连杆 32包括一第一连杆 321及一第二连杆 322,该第一连杆 321与第二连杆 322 两端相互枢接, 且该第二连杆 322另一端枢设于固定座 31 , 而该第一连杆 321另一端撑 抵于地面上, 而椅撑杆 24—端枢设于第二连杆 322; 并进一步包括有一补强连杆 4, 其 包括有一补强座 41及多个补强杆 42, 该补强座 41滑设于主杆 1上且位于支撑端 12与 固定座 31间, 而补强杆 42两端分别枢设于补强座 41与支撑连杆 32的第一连杆 321; 据此, 在收折时椅撑杆 24拉动第二连杆 322朝握持端 11方向向上收折, 且受椅撑杆 24 拉动第二连杆 322同时带动第一连杆 321末端朝第二连杆 322向下收折,同时补强杆 42 一端随第一连杆 321朝握持端 11 向上收折, 且补强杆 42同时带动补强座 41与主杆 1 朝向固定座 31方向滑移。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并非用以对本发明作任何形式上的限制, 故 举凡运用本发明专利精神所作的任何修饰或变更等, 皆仍应同理包括于本发明的专利保 护范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种拐杖椅, 包括有一主杆、 一乘坐组以及一折叠支撑组, 其特征在于: 所述主杆上端具有一握持端, 且主杆另一端具有一支撑端;
所述乘坐组组设于主杆上, 且乘坐组包括有一椅固座、 一椅面、 一滑动座以及多个 椅撑杆, 所述椅固座固设于主杆上且位于握持端与支撑端间, 所述椅面一端枢设于椅固 座, 所述滑动座滑设于主杆上, 且所述滑动座位于椅固座与支撑端间, 而所述椅撑杆两 端分别枢设于滑动座与椅面;
所述折叠支撑组组设于主杆上, 且折叠支撑组包括一固定座、 多个支撑连杆及多个 连动杆, 所述固定座固设于主杆上且位于支撑端与滑动座间, 所述支撑连杆一端枢设于 固定座, 而所述支撑连杆末端撑抵于地面上, 所述连动杆两端分别枢设于滑动座与支撑 连杆;
如此, 扳动所述椅面朝握持端向上摆动并收折至主杆一侧, 且所述椅面连同拉动椅 撑杆, 同时所述椅撑杆拉动滑动座朝椅固座方向滑移, 且所述滑动座同步拉动连动杆, 令所述连动杆拉动支撑连杆朝握持端向上转动而收折至主杆一侧。
2.如权利要求 1所述的拐杖椅, 其特征在于: 所述支撑连杆包括一第一连杆及一第 二连杆,所述第一连杆与第二连杆两端相互枢接,且所述第二连杆另一端枢设于固定座, 而所述第一连杆另一端撑抵于地面上, 所述连动杆一端枢设于第二连杆。
3.如权利要求 1所述的拐杖椅,其特征在于: 所述拐杖椅进一步包括有一补强连杆, 其包括有一补强座及多个补强杆, 所述补强座滑设于主杆上且位于支撑端与固定座间, 而所述补强杆两端分别枢设于补强座与支撑连杆, 据此, 在收折时, 所述支撑连杆带动 补强杆一端朝握持端向上收折, 且所述补强杆同时带动补强座与主杆朝向固定座方向滑 移。
4.如权利要求 2所述的拐杖椅,其特征在于: 所述拐杖椅进一步包括有一补强连杆, 其包括有一补强座及多个补强杆, 所述补强座滑设于主杆上且位于支撑端与固定座间, 而所述补强杆两端分别枢设于补强座与支撑连杆的第一连杆; 据此, 在收折时, 所述连 动杆拉动第二连杆朝握持端方向向上收折, 且受所述连动杆拉动第二连杆同时带动第一 连杆末端朝第二连杆向下收折, 同时所述补强杆一端随第一连杆朝握持端向上收折, 且 所述补强杆同时带动补强座与主杆朝向固定座方向滑移。
5.如权利要求 1所述的拐杖椅, 其特征在于: 所述支撑连杆包括一第一连杆、 一第 二连杆及一副连杆, 所述第一连杆一端撑抵于地面上, 而所述第一连杆另一端则间隔设 有一第一枢设部与一第二枢设部, 所述第二连杆一端枢接于第二枢设部, 所述第二连杆 另一端枢接于固定座, 所述连动杆下端枢设于第二连杆, 而所述副连杆两端分别枢设于 第一枢设部与连动杆, 据此, 所述滑动座拉动连动杆时, 所述连动杆拉动第二连杆朝握 持端方向向上收折, 且所述连动杆同时带动副连杆推动第一连杆末端朝第二连杆向下收 折。
6.如权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的拐杖椅, 其特征在于: 所述乘坐组进一步包括 有一弹性件, 所述弹性件两端分别组设于椅面与固定座。
7.—种拐杖椅, 包括有一主杆、 一乘坐组以及一折叠支撑组, 其特征在于: 所述主杆上端具有一握持端, 且主杆另一端具有一支撑端;
所述乘坐组组设于主杆上, 且乘坐组包括有一椅固座、 一椅面以及多个椅撑杆, 所 述椅固座固设于主杆上且位于握持端与支撑端间, 所述椅面一端枢设于椅固座, 而所述 椅撑杆两端分别枢设于椅面与折叠支撑组;
所述折叠支撑组组设于主杆上, 且折叠支撑组包括一固定座、 一滑动座及多个支撑 连杆, 所述固定座固设于主杆上且位于支撑端与椅固座间, 所述滑动座滑设于主杆上且 位于固定座与椅固座间, 所述支撑连杆一端枢设于滑动座, 而所述支撑连杆末端撑抵于 地面上, 所述椅撑杆末端枢设于支撑连杆;
如此, 扳动所述椅面朝握持端向上摆动并收折至主杆一侧, 且所述椅面连同拉动椅 撑杆, 同时所述椅撑杆拉动支撑连杆朝握持端向上转动而收折至主杆一侧, 且所述滑动 座同时随支撑连杆带动而在主杆上滑动位移。
8.如权利要求 7所述的拐杖椅, 其特征在于: 所述支撑连杆包括一第一连杆及一第 二连杆,所述第一连杆与第二连杆两端相互枢接,且所述第二连杆另一端枢设于滑动座, 而所述第一连杆另一端撑抵于地面上, 而所述椅撑杆一端枢设于第二连杆。
9.如权利要求 7所述的拐杖椅,其特征在于: 所述拐杖椅进一步包括有一补强连杆, 其包括有一补强座及多个补强杆, 所述补强座滑设于主杆上且位于支撑端与固定座间, 而所述补强杆两端分别枢设于补强座与支撑连杆, 据此, 在收折时, 所述支撑连杆带动 补强杆一端朝握持端向上收折, 且所述补强杆同时带动补强座与主杆朝向固定座方向滑 移。
10.如权利要求 8所述的拐杖椅,其特征在于:所述拐杖椅进一步包括有一补强连杆, 其包括有一补强座及多个补强杆, 所述补强座滑设于主杆上且位于支撑端与固定座间, 而所述补强杆两端分别枢设于补强座与支撑连杆的第一连杆; 据此, 在收折时, 所述椅 撑杆拉动第二连杆朝握持端方向向上收折, 且受所述椅撑杆拉动第二连杆同时带动第一 连杆末端朝第二连杆向下收折, 同时所述补强杆一端随第一连杆朝握持端向上收折, 且 所述补强杆同时带动补强座与主杆朝向固定座方向滑移。
11.如权利要求 7至 10中任一项所述的拐杖椅, 其特征在于: 所述乘坐组进一步包 括有一弹性件, 所述弹性件两端分别组设于椅面与固定座。
12.—种拐杖椅, 其包括有一主杆、 一乘坐组以及一折叠支撑组, 其特征在于: 所述主杆上端具有一握持端, 且主杆另一端具有一支撑端;
所述乘坐组组设于主杆上, 且乘坐组包括有一椅固座、 一椅面以及多个椅撑杆, 所 述椅固座固设于主杆上且位于握持端与支撑端间, 所述椅面一端枢设于椅固座, 而所述 椅撑杆两端分别枢设于椅面与折叠支撑组;
所述折叠支撑组组设于主杆上, 且折叠支撑组包括一固定座及多个支撑连杆, 所述 固定座固设于主杆上且位于支撑端与椅固座间, 所述支撑连杆一端枢设于固定座, 而所 述支撑连杆末端撑抵于地面上, 所述椅撑杆末端枢设于支撑连杆;
如此, 扳动所述椅面朝握持端向上摆动并收折至主杆一侧, 且所述椅面连同拉动椅 撑杆, 同时所述椅撑杆拉动支撑连杆朝握持端向上转动而收折至主杆一侧。
13.如权利要求 12所述的拐杖椅, 其特征在于: 所述支撑连杆包括一第一连杆及一 第二连杆, 所述第一连杆与第二连杆两端相互枢接, 且所述第二连杆另一端枢设于固定 座, 而所述第一连杆另一端撑抵于地面上, 而所述椅撑杆一端枢设于第二连杆。
14.如权利要求 12所述的拐杖椅, 其特征在于: 所述拐杖椅进一步包括有一补强连 杆, 其包括有一补强座及多个补强杆, 所述补强座滑设于主杆上且位于支撑端与固定座 间, 而所述补强杆两端分别枢设于补强座与支撑连杆, 据此, 在收折时, 所述支撑连杆 带动补强杆一端朝握持端向上收折, 且所述补强杆同时带动补强座与主杆朝向固定座方 向滑移。
15.如权利要求 13所述的拐杖椅, 其特征在于: 所述拐杖椅进一步包括有一补强连 杆, 其包括有一补强座及多个补强杆, 所述补强座滑设于主杆上且位于支撑端与固定座 间, 而所述补强杆两端分别枢设于补强座与支撑连杆的第一连杆; 据此, 在收折时, 所 述椅撑杆拉动第二连杆朝握持端方向向上收折, 且受所述椅撑杆拉动第二连杆同时带动 第一连杆末端朝第二连杆向下收折, 同时所述补强杆一端随第一连杆朝握持端向上收 折, 且所述补强杆同时带动补强座与主杆朝向固定座方向滑移。
16. 如权利要求 12至 15中任一项所述的拐杖椅, 其特征在于: 所述乘坐组进一步 包括有一弹性件, 所述弹性件两端分别组设于椅面与固定座。
