当接收到用户选择播放检索结果中的一个视频文件的 播放请求时, 从离线下载系统 2中与视频文件列表关联的云存储服务器 23中下载选择的视频文件, 緩存并播放下载的视频文件; 这样就可以通 过数字电视终端 1播放离线下载系统 2中的视频文件。 在本发明实施例中, 数字电视终端 1与离线下载系统 2关联, 实现 了离线下载系统 2中海量视频文件的共享, 真正与互联网实现了整合, 从而可以直接、 高速地从离线下载系统 2中的云存储服务器 23上下载 其存储的视频文件, 实现视频文件的播放, 提高了数字电视终端 1上视 频文件的播放质量。 图 2A示出了本发明实施例提供的视频文件播放系统的结构, 为了 便于说明, 仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。 考虑到数字电视终端使用的网络协议与离线任务管理服务器使用 的网络协议可能不同, 在本发明实施例中, 在前述的数字电视终端中增 加了网络协议转换单元 14, 如图 2B所示, 用于在数字电视终端 1与离 线任务管理服务器 20之间进行网络协议数据转换。 在具体实施过程中, 网络协议转换单元 14 可建立相应的互操作性规则。 在该互操作性规则 中, 建立数字电视系统使用的网络协议(例如, 会话初始协议 SIP以及 电视厂商私有协议)与主流离线任务管理服务器使用的网络协议(例如, 超文本传输协议 HTTP )之间的映射关系, 从而提高数字电视终端 1与 离线下载系统 2的互联互通能力。 在本发明实施例中, 当接收到发送方(例如, 视频文件检索单元 10 或离线任务管理服务器 20 ) 的命令请求时, 所述网络协议转换单元 14 按照发送方使用的网络协议的封装格式进行解析, 获取其中的数据后按 照接收方的网络协议的封装格式进行封装, 发送给接收方。 例如, 视频 文件检索单元 10在接收到用户输入的包含检索词的检索请求时, 就可 以通过网络协议转换单元 14对该检索请求进行网络协议数据转换, 将 转换后的、 离线任务管理服务器 20可识别的包含检索词的检索请求发 送给离线任务管理服务器 20。 类似地, 网络协议转换单元 14接收到离 线任务管理服务器 20返回的检索结果时, 将其转换为视频文件检索单 元 10可识别的数据。 图 2B所示的数字电视终端中的其它各单元的实施方式与前述实施 例中相同, 在此不再赘述。 在本发明实施例中, 通过增加网络协议转换单元 14提高了数字电 视终端 1与离线下载系统 2的互操作性, 进而提高了数字电视终端 1与 离线下载系统 2的互联互通能力。 图 3A示出了本发明实施例提供的视频文件播放系统的结构, 为了 便于说明, 仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。 在本发明实施例中, 为了提升数据的下载速度和传输效率, 在前述 的数字电视终端基础上, 增加了数据上传单元 15 , 如图 3B所示。 当接收到视频文件上传请求时, 数据上传单元 15从数据緩存单元 12中获取视频文件, 上传至云存储服务器 23或远程数字电视终端 4。 在具体实施过程中, 当远程数字电视终端 4播放视频文件时, 为了充分 利用现有宽带, 远程数字电视终端 4从云存储服务器 23下载数据的同 时, 也可以向连接在网络上的本地数字电视终端 1发送视频文件上传请 求。 数字电视终端 1接收到该请求时, 数据上传单元 15从数据緩存单 元 12中获取视频文件上传至云存储服务器 23 ,由云存储服务器 23再转 发给远程数字电视终端 4,或由数据上传单元 15将获取到的视频文件直 接发送给远程数字电视终端 4。 这样, 远程数字电视终端 4就可以同时 从云存储服务器 23和连接在网络上的本地数字电视终端 1获取视频文 件, 从而提高了视频文件的下载速度, 提高了带宽的利用率。 同时, 本 地数字电视终端 1也可以通过数据下载单元 11下载远程数字电视终端 4 的数据上传单元 41上传的视频数据,进一步提高了本地数字电视终端 1 的视频文件下载速度。 在本发明的另一实施例中, 还可以在数字电视终端 1中集成离线下 载单元 16,如图 3C所示,用于当离线任务管理服务器 20在预设的视频 文件列表中未检索到接收到的检索词时, 接收用户输入的离线下载任务 请求, 向离线任务管理服务器 20提交该离线下载任务请求。 具体地, 若本地数字电视终端 1使用的网络协议与离线任务管理服务器 20使用 的网络协议相同, 则离线下载单元 16接收到用户输入的离线下载任务 请求时, 向离线任务管理服务器 20提交该离线下载任务请求。 若本地 数字电视终端 1使用的网络协议与离线任务管理服务器 20使用的网络 协议不同, 则通过网络协议转换单元 14对离线下载任务请求进行网络 协议数据转换后, 向离线任务管理服务器 20提交转换后的离线下载任 务请求。 该离线下载单元 16 还可以用于接收输入的离线下载任务进度 查询请求, 向离线任务管理服务器 20提交该离线下载任务进度查询请 求, 并接收离线任务管理服务器 20返回的查询结果。 若本地数字电视 终端 1使用的网络协议与离线任务管理服务器 20使用的网络协议不同, 则请求网络协议转换单元 14进行网络协议数据转换。 在本发明实施例中, 在数字电视终端 1上集成了离线下载单元 16。 当未检索到用户输入的检索词对应的视频文件时, 可通过该离线下载单 元 16进行离线下载任务的提交, 实现了数字电视终端 1上视频文件的 离线下载, 筒化了离线下载的过程, 从而提高了视频文件播放系统的集 成度和智能化程度。 图 4A示出了本发明实施例提供的视频文件播放系统的结构, 为了 便于说明, 仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。 在本发明实施例中, 在前述的数字电视终端基础上, 增加了转码请 求发送单元 17, 如图 4B所示, 用于当用户选择播放的视频文件不符合 预设的视频文件格式时, 向离线任务管理服务器 20发送离线转码任务 请求, 以使离线下载系统 2完成视频文件的转码, 并将转码后的视频文 件保存在云存储服务器 23中。 这样, 数据下载单元 12就可以从云存储 服务器 23 中下载转码后的视频文件, 从而提高了视频文件播放系统的 兼容性。 图 5示出了本发明实施例提供的视频文件播放方法的实现流程, 该 方法适用于本发明实施例提供的数字电视终端, 包括如下步骤: 在步骤 S501 中, 接收用户输入的视频检索请求, 将检索请求发送 给离线下载系统中的离线任务管理服务器, 以使离线任务管理服务器根 据该视频检索请求在预设的视频文件列表中进行检索, 接收离线任务管 理服务器返回的检索结果。 在本发明实施例中, 数字电视终端包括视频文件检索单元、 数据下 载单元、 数据緩存单元以及视频播放单元。 其中, 视频文件检索单元接 收用户输入的包含检索词的检索请求, 将检索请求发送给离线下载系统 中的离线任务管理服务器, 以使离线任务管理服务器在预设的视频文件 列表中检索接收到的检索词并返回检索结果, 视频文件检索单元接收离 线任务管理服务器返回的检索结果。 其中, 预设的视频文件列表中记录 了该用户在离线下载系统中已下载、 存储在云存储服务器上的视频文 件。 在步骤 S502 中, 接收用户选择播放检索结果中的一个视频文件的 播放请求, 从离线下载系统中与预设的视频文件列表关联的云存储服务 器中下载选择的视频文件。 在步骤 S503中, 緩存并播放下载的视频文件。 在本发明实施例中, 为了提升数据的下载速度和传输效率, 数字电 视终端可以进一步地包括数据上传单元。 当接收到视频文件上传请求 时, 所述数据上传单元从数据緩存单元获取视频文件, 上传至云存储服 务器或远程数字电视终端。 在具体实施过程中, 当远程数字电视终端播 放视频文件时, 为了充分利用现有宽带, 远程数字电视终端从云存储服 务器下载数据的同时, 也可以向连接在网络上的本地数字电视终端发送 视频文件上传请求。 本地数字电视终端接收到该请求时, 数据上传单元 从数据緩存单元中获取视频文件上传至云存储服务器, 由云存储服务器 再转发给远程数字电视终端, 或数据上传单元将获取到的视频文件直接 发送给远程数字电视终端。 这样, 远程数字电视终端就可以同时从云存储服务器和连接在网络 上的本地数字电视终端获取视频文件, 从而提高了视频文件的下载速 度, 提高了带宽的利用率。 同时, 本地数字电视终端也可以通过数据下 载单元下载远程数字电视终端的数据上传单元上传的视频数据, 进一步 提高了本地数字电视终端的视频文件下载速度。 进一步地, 在本发明实施例中, 数字电视终端还可以包括离线下载 单元, 用于接收用户输入的离线下载任务请求, 向离线任务管理服务器 提交离线下载任务请求。 该离线下载单元还可以用于接收输入的离线下 载任务进度查询请求, 向离线任务管理服务器提交该离线下载任务进度 查询请求, 并接收离线任务管理服务器返回的查询结果。 进一步地, 在本发明实施例中, 数字电视终端还可以包括转码请求 发送单元。 当用户选择播放的视频文件不符合预设的视频文件格式时, 所述转码请求发送单元用于向离线任务管理服务器发送离线转码任务 请求, 以使离线下载系统完成视频文件的转码, 并将转码后的视频文件 存储在云存储服务器中。 这样, 数据下载单元就可以从云存储服务器中 下载转码后的视频文件, 从而提高了视频文件播放系统的兼容性。 进一步地, 在本发明实施例中, 数字电视终端还可以包括网络协议 转换单元, 用于在数字电视终端与离线任务管理服务器之间进行网络协 议数据转换。 在具体实施过程中, 网络协议转换单元可建立相应的互操 作性规则。在该互操作性规则中,建立数字电视系统使用的网络协议(例 如, 会话初始协议 SIP以及电视厂商私有协议)与主流离线任务管理服 务器使用的网络协议(例如, 超文本传输协议 HTTP )之间的映射关系, 从而提高数字电视终端与离线下载系统的互联互通能力。 在本发明实施例中, 当用户选择播放离线任务管理服务器返回的检 索结果中的一个视频文件时, 数字电视终端从云存储服务器中下载选择 的视频文件, 緩存并播放下载的视频文件, 实现了离线下载系统中视频 文件的共享, 真正与互联网实现了整合, 从而可以直接、 高速地从云存 储服务器上下载存储的视频文件, 实现视频文件的播放, 提高了数字电 视终端上视频文件的播放质量。 本发明实施例还提供了一种视频文件播放系统, 如图 6A所示。 该 系统包括数字电视终端 1以及离线下载系统 2, 其中: 数字电视终端 1 , 用于接收用户输入的视频检索请求, 将所述检索 请求发送给离线下载系统 2中的离线任务管理服务器, 以使所述离线任 务管理服务器根据该检索请求在预设的视频文件列表中进行检索, 接收 所述离线任务管理服务器返回的检索结果, 接收用户选择播放检索结果 中的一个视频文件的播放请求, 从所述离线下载系统 2中与所述预设的 视频文件列表关联的云存储服务器中下载选择的视频文件, 緩存并播放 所述下载的视频文件; 离线下载系统 2, 用于在接收到数字电视终端 1发送的包含检索词 的视频检索请求后, 在预设的视频文件列表中检索所述检索词, 向所述 数字电视终端 1返回相应的检索结果。 在本发明实施例中, 数字电视终端 1包括视频文件检索单元 10、数 据下载单元 11、 数据緩存单元 12以及视频播放单元 13 , 如图 6B所示。 其中, 视频文件检索单元 10 用于接收用户输入的视频检索请求, 将该 检索请求发送给离线下载系统 2中的离线任务管理服务器, 以使离线任 务管理服务器根据该检索请求在预设的视频文件列表中进行检索并返 回检索结果, 接收离线任务管理服务器返回的检索结果。 数据下载单元 11用于当用户选择播放检索结果中的一个视频文件时,从离线下载系统 数据緩存单元 12用于緩存所述数据下载单元 11下载的视频文件。 视频 播放单元 13用于播放从所述数据緩存单元 12获取的视频文件。 上述本发明实施例中的各个单元既可以集成于一体, 也可以分离部 署; 既可以合并为一个单元, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子单元。 在本发明实施例中, 数字电视终端与离线下载系统关联, 实现了离 线下载系统中海量视频文件的共享, 真正与互联网实现了整合, 从而可 以直接、 高速地从离线下载系统中的云存储服务器上下载存储的视频文 件, 实现视频文件的播放,提高了数字电视终端上视频文件的播放质量。 此外, 通过增加网络协议转换单元提高了数字电视终端与离线下载系统 的互操作性, 进而提高了数字电视终端与离线下载系统的互联互通能 力。 通过集成数据上传单元, 本地数字电视终端可通过数据下载单元下 载远程数字电视终端的数据上传单元上传的视频数据, 进一步提高了本 地数字电视终端的视频文件下载速度, 从而整体上提高了数字电视终端 上视频文件的播放质量。 图 7A是本发明实施例提供的数字电视终端 1的硬件结构图。 如图 7A所示,该数字电视终端包括:处理器 701 ,第一存储器 702,总线 703 , 至少一个端口 704, 以及第二存储器 705; 所述处理器 701 , 第一存储器 702, 至少一个端口 704以及第二存储器 705通过总线 703互联, 其中, 所述第一存储器 702用于存储机器可读指令; 所述处理器 701用于执行所述机器可读指令来执行以下操作: 接收用户输入的视频检索请求, 将所述视频检索请求发送给离线下 载系统中的离线任务管理服务器, 以使所述离线任务管理服务器根据该 视频检索请求在预设的视频文件列表中进行检索, 接收所述离线任务管 理服务器返回的检索结果; 接收用户选择播放所述检索结果中的一个视频文件的播放请求, 从 选择的视频文件; 所述第二存储器 705用于緩存所述下载的视频文件; 所述处理器 701还用于执行所述机器可读指令来执行以下操作: 播放从所述第二存储器 705获取的视频文件。 所述处理器 701还用于执行所述机器可读指令来执行以下操作: 在所述数字电视终端与所述离线任务管理服务器之间进行网络协 议数据转换; 所述处理器 701 进一步用于执行所述机器可读指令来执行以下操 作: 接收所述用户输入的视频检索请求, 将经过网络协议数据转换后的 视频检索请求发送给所述离线任务管理服务器, 接收所述离线任务管理 服务器返回的检索结果。 所述处理器 701还用于执行所述机器可读指令来执行以下操作: 当接收到视频文件上传请求时, 从所述第二存储器 705获取视频文 件, 上传至所述云存储服务器或远程数字电视终端。 所述处理器 701还用于执行所述机器可读指令来执行以下操作: 接收离线下载任务请求, 向所述离线任务管理服务器提交所述离线 下载任务请求。 所述处理器 701还用于执行所述机器可读指令来执行以下操作: 接收离线下载任务进度查询请求, 向所述离线任务管理服务器提交 所述离线下载任务进度查询请求, 并接收所述离线任务管理服务器返回 的查询结果。 所述处理器 701还用于执行所述机器可读指令来执行以下操作: 当用户选择播放的视频文件不符合预设的视频文件格式时, 向所述 离线任务管理服务器发送离线转码任务请求, 以使所述离线下载系统完 在所述云存储服务器中; 从所述云存储服务器中下载转码后的视频文件。 所述处理器 701还用于执行所述机器可读指令来执行以下操作: 对从所述云存储服务器中下载的数据块进行正确性和完整性校验, 将校验成功的数据块写入所述数据緩存单元。 由此可以看出, 当存储在第一存储器 702中的机器可读指令被处理 器 701执行时, 可实现前述的视频文件检索单元 10、 数据下载单元 11、 视频播放单元 13、 网络协议转换单元 14、 数据上传单元 15、 离线下载 单元 16以及转码请求发送单元 17的功能, 所述第二存储器 705可实现 前述的数据緩存单元 12 的功能。 故而本发明实施例提供的数字电视终 端 1的硬件结构也可如图 7B所示。

权利要求书
1、 一种数字电视终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
视频文件检索单元, 用于接收用户输入的视频检索请求, 将所述视 频检索请求发送给离线下载系统中的离线任务管理服务器, 以使所述离 线任务管理服务器根据该视频检索请求在预设的视频文件列表中进行 检索, 接收所述离线任务管理服务器返回的检索结果;
数据下载单元, 用于当接收到用户选择播放所述检索结果中的一个 视频文件的播放请求时, 从离线下载系统中与所述预设的视频文件列表 关联的云存储服务器下载选择的视频文件;
数据緩存单元, 用于緩存所述数据下载单元下载的视频文件; 以及 视频播放单元, 用于播放从所述数据緩存单元获取的视频文件。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 网络协议转换单元, 用于在所述数字电视终端与所述离线任务管理 服务器之间进行网络协议数据转换;
所述视频文件检索单元还用于:
接收所述用户输入的视频检索请求, 将由所述网络协议转换单元转 换后的视频检索请求发送给所述离线任务管理服务器, 接收所述离线任 务管理服务器返回的检索结果。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 数据上传单元, 用于当接收到视频文件上传请求时, 从所述数据緩 存单元获取视频文件, 上传至所述云存储服务器或远程数字电视终端。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 离线下载单元, 用于接收离线下载任务请求, 向所述离线任务管理 服务器提交所述离线下载任务请求。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述离线下载单元还 用于:
接收离线下载任务进度查询请求, 向所述离线任务管理服务器提交 所述离线下载任务进度查询请求, 并接收所述离线任务管理服务器返回 的查询结果。
6、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 转码请求发送单元, 用于当用户选择播放的视频文件不符合预设的 视频文件格式时, 向所述离线任务管理服务器发送离线转码任务请求, 以使所述离线下载系统完成对所述用户选择播放的视频文件的转码并 将转码后的视频文件保存在所述云存储服务器中;
所述数据下载单元进一步用于从所述云存储服务器中下载转码后 的视频文件。
7、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述数据下载单 元还用于:
对从所述云存储服务器中下载的数据块进行正确性和完整性校验, 将校验成功的数据块写入所述数据緩存单元。
8、 一种视频文件播放方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 接收用户输入的视频检索请求, 将所述视频检索请求发送给离线下 载系统中的离线任务管理服务器, 以使所述离线任务管理服务器根据该 视频检索请求在预设的视频文件列表中进行检索, 接收所述离线任务管 理服务器返回的检索结果;
接收用户选择播放所述检索结果中的一个视频文件的播放请求, 从 中下载选择的视频文件;
緩存并播放所述下载的视频文件。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收用户输入的 视频检索请求, 将所述视频检索请求发送给离线下载系统中的离线任务 管理服务器包括:
接收所述用户输入的视频检索请求, 对所述视频检索请求进行网络 协议数据转换, 将转换后的视频检索请求发送给所述离线任务管理服务 器。
10、如权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 当接收到视频文件上传请求时, 从緩存的视频文件中获取视频文 件, 上传至所述云存储服务器或远程数字电视终端。
11、如权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 接收离线下载任务请求, 向所述离线任务管理服务器提交所述离线 下载任务请求。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 接收离线下载任务进度查询请求, 向所述离线任务管理服务器提交 所述离线下载任务进度查询请求, 并接收所述离线任务管理服务器返回 的查询结果。
13、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收用户选 择播放检索结果中的一个视频文件的播放请求, 从所述离线下载系统中 件包括:
当用户选择播放的视频文件不符合预设的视频文件格式时, 向所述 离线任务管理服务器发送离线转码任务请求, 以使所述离线下载系统完 在云存储服务器中;
从所述云存储服务器中下载转码后的视频文件。
14、 一种视频文件播放系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 数字电视终端, 用于接收用户输入的视频检索请求, 将所述视频检 索请求发送给离线下载系统中的离线任务管理服务器, 接收所述离线任 务管理服务器返回的检索结果, 接收用户选择播放所述检索结果中的一 个视频文件的播放请求, 从所述离线下载系统中与所述预设的视频文件 列表关联的云存储服务器中下载选择的视频文件, 緩存并播放所述下载 的视频文件;
离线下载系统, 用于在接收到数字电视终端发送的视频检索请求 后, 根据所述视频检索请求在所述预设的视频文件列表中进行检索, 向 所述数字电视终端返回检索结果。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述数字电视终端 包括:
视频文件检索单元, 用于接收用户输入的视频检索请求, 将所述视 频检索请求发送给所述离线任务管理服务器, 接收所述离线任务管理服 务器返回的检索结果;
数据下载单元, 接收用户选择播放所述检索结果中的一个视频文件 的播放请求, 从所述离线下载系统中与所述预设的视频文件列表关联的 云存储服务器下载选择的视频文件;
数据緩存单元, 用于緩存所述数据下载单元下载的视频文件; 以及 视频播放单元, 用于播放从所述数据緩存单元获取的视频文件。
