Description
本发明涉及光源制作领域,特别是涉及一种灯条贴附治具及相应的灯条贴附方法。
现有的LED(Light Emitting
Diode。发光二极管)背光模块均会用到散热片对LED灯条进行散热。图1为现有的LED灯条的散热片的结构示意图。其中该散热片包括灯条固定部11以及连接部12,在连接部12上设置有限位结构121,其中灯条固定块11用于固定LED灯条,连接部12的限位结构121用于对已固定的LED灯条的位置进行限定,防止其发生上下偏移。
但由于这种散热片的限位结构121具有一定的厚度,使用钣金冲压的制作方式不易对该限位结构121的厚度进行控制,容易造成限位结构121的厚度不一致,从而在散热片上贴附LED灯条时,很难控制LED灯条的直线性。在现有的导光板的设计中,LED灯条的轻微弯曲都极易造成导光板与LED灯条之间的错位,从而导致严重的漏光现象。
如采用挤出成型的方式制作上述的限位结构121,可以很好的对限位结构121的厚度进行控制,但这样需要进行二次加工,提高了散热片的制作成本。
故,有必要提供一种灯条贴附治具及相应的灯条贴附方法,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种可方便的实现LED灯条的直线性贴附的灯条贴附治具及相应的灯条贴附方法,解决了现有的散热片制作成本高,或灯条限位部的厚度难以控制导致漏光产生的技术问题。
本发明涉及一种灯条贴附治具,其包括底座;限位件,设置在所述底座表面,包括凹槽结构,用于固定相应的散热片;以及条状垫片,用于配合所述凹槽结构将LED灯条固定在所述散热片的灯条固定部上;所述凹槽结构的深度大于所述灯条固定部的厚度;所述凹槽结构的宽度大于所述灯条固定部的高度。
在本发明所述的灯条贴附治具中,所述LED灯条的高度加上所述条状垫片的高度等于所述灯条固定部的高度。
在本发明所述的灯条贴附治具中,所述底座上设置有固定所述限位件的第一固定孔。
在本发明所述的灯条贴附治具中,所述底座上还设置有固定所述底座的第二固定孔。
本发明还涉及一种灯条贴附治具,其包括:底座;限位件,设置在所述底座表面,包括凹槽结构,用于固定相应的散热片;以及条状垫片,用于配合所述凹槽结构将LED灯条固定在所述散热片的灯条固定部上。
在本发明所述的灯条贴附治具中,所述凹槽结构的深度大于所述灯条固定部的厚度。

本发明还涉及一种灯条贴附方法,其包括步骤:A、准备灯条贴附治具,所述灯条贴附治具包括:固定件,包括凹槽结构,用于固定相应的散热片;以及条状垫片,用于配合所述凹槽结构将LED灯条固定在所述散热片的灯条固定部上;B、将所述灯条固定部放置到所述凹槽结构中;C、将所述条状垫片设置在所述灯条固定部靠近所述散热片的连接部的一侧;D、将所述LED灯条贴附在所述灯条固定部远离所述散热片的连接部的一侧,通过所述条状垫片以及所述凹槽结构固定所述LED灯条;E、将所述条状垫片及所述散热片依次取出。
在本发明所述的灯条贴附方法中,所述固定件包括底座以及设置在所述底座表面的限位件,所述步骤A包括:所述限位件通过第一固定孔固定在所述底座上,所述底座通过第二固定孔固定在相应的设置位。
在本发明所述的灯条贴附方法中,所述凹槽结构的深度大于所述灯条固定部的厚度。
在本发明所述的灯条贴附方法中,所述凹槽结构的宽度大于所述灯条固定部的高度。

相较于现有的灯条贴附方法,本发明的灯条贴附治具及相应的灯条贴附方法可方便的实现LED灯条的直线性贴附,解决了现有的散热片制作成本高,或灯条限位部的厚度难以控制导致漏光产生的技术问题。

请参照图2至图5,图2为本发明的灯条贴附治具的优选实施例的分解结构示意图,图3为本发明的灯条贴附治具的优选实施例的使用示意图,图4为本发明的灯条贴附治具的优选实施例的截面示意图,图5为图4的A部分的放大图。该灯条贴附治具包括底座21、限位件22以及条状垫片23,其中底座21和限位件22一起构成灯条贴附治具的固定件,该限位件22设置在底座21的表面,具有一用于固定相应散热片30的凹槽结构221;条状垫片23用于配合上述的凹槽结构221将LED灯条40固定在散热片30的灯条固定部301上。该凹槽结构221的深度D1大于灯条固定部301的厚度D2,该凹槽结构221的宽度W大于灯条固定部301的高度H,LED灯条40的高度H1加上条状垫片23的高度H2等于灯条固定部301的高度H。底座21上设置有第一固定孔211和第二固定孔212,限位件22可通过第一固定孔221与底座21固定连接,底座21可通过第二固定孔212固定在相应的设置位24。
本发明的灯条贴附治具的使用主要包括两个过程。
第一过程为组装过程:将灯条贴附治具组装起来,通过第一固定孔221将限位件22与底座21连接,通过第二固定孔212固定底座21。使底座和限位件形成灯条贴附治具的固定件。
第二过程为贴附过程:将相应散热片30的灯条固定部301放置到限位件22的凹槽结构221中(凹槽结构221的宽度W略大于灯条固定部301的高度H),由于凹槽结构221的深度D1大于灯条固定部301的厚度D2,凹槽结构221将突出于灯条固定部301的表面。再将条状垫片23紧贴凹槽结构221的突出部分,贴附在灯条固定部301的靠近散热片30的连接部302的一侧;将LED灯条40紧贴凹槽结构221的突出部分,贴附在灯条固定部301的远离散热片30的连接部302的一侧(LED灯条40的高度H1加上条状垫片23的高度H2等于灯条固定部301的高度H);这样通过条状垫片23和凹槽结构221将LED灯条40固定在散热片30的灯条固定部301上,由于LED灯条40紧贴凹槽结构221和条状垫片23进行固定,因此能很好的保证固定LED灯条40时的直线性。在灯条固定部301上贴附好LED灯条40后就可将条状垫片23以及贴附有LED灯条40的散热片30依次取出,即完成了LED灯条40的贴附。
其中每次LED灯条40的贴附都需要进行上述的贴附过程,而上述的组装过程只在第一次使用该灯条贴附治具时进行,并非每次贴附LED灯条40都需要进行组装过程。
本发明还涉及一种灯条贴附方法,请参照图6,图6为本发明的灯条贴附方法的优选实施例的流程图。该灯条贴附方法包括:
步骤601,准备灯条贴附治具;
步骤602,将所述灯条固定部放置到所述凹槽结构中;
步骤603,将所述条状垫片设置在所述灯条固定部靠近所述散热片的连接部的一侧;
步骤604,将所述LED灯条贴附在所述灯条固定部远离所述散热片的连接部的一侧,通过所述条状垫片以及所述凹槽结构固定所述LED灯条;
步骤605,将所述条状垫片及所述散热片依次取出。
该灯条贴附治具包括固定件以及条状垫片,固定件包括底座以及设置在底座表面的限位件。该限位件设置在底座的表面,具有一用于固定相应散热片的凹槽结构;条状垫片用于配合上述的凹槽结构将LED灯条固定在散热片的灯条固定部上,底座上还设置有第一固定孔和第二固定孔。
在步骤601中,准备灯条贴附治具,具体为限位件通过第一固定孔固定在底座上,底座通过第二固定孔固定在相应的设置位,这时限位件和底座均固定不可移动,形成灯条贴附治具的固定件。本步骤组装一次后,下次贴附LED灯条时不需要再次进行组装,只需直接使用即可。
在步骤602中,将灯条固定部放置到凹槽结构中,这里凹槽结构的宽度略大于灯条固定部的高度,同时由于凹槽结构的深度大于灯条固定部的厚度,凹槽结构将突出于灯条固定部的表面。
在步骤603中,将条状垫片设置在灯条固定部的靠近散热片的连接部的一侧,具体为:条状垫片紧贴凹槽结构的突出部分,贴附在灯条固定部靠近散热片的连接部的一侧。
在步骤604中,将LED灯条贴附在灯条固定部的远离散热片的连接部的一侧,具体为:LED灯条紧贴凹槽结构的突出部分,贴附在灯条固定部远离散热片的连接部的一侧,贴附后的LED灯条的长度方向大致平行于灯条固定部的长度方向。由于LED灯条的高度加上条状垫片的高度等于灯条固定部的高度,条状垫片挤压贴附后的LED灯条,使贴附后的LED灯条可保持更好的直线性,这样通过条状垫片和凹槽结构将LED灯条固定在散热片的灯条固定部上。
在步骤605中,将条状垫片以及贴附有LED灯条的散热片依次取出,即完成了LED灯条的贴附。
本发明的灯条贴附治具及相应的灯条贴附方法可方便的实现LED灯条的直线性贴附;同时不需要在散热片的连接部上设置专门的限位结构,可钣金冲压成型制作散热片,大大降低了散热片的制作成本。很好的解决了现有的散热片制作成本高,或灯条限位部的厚度难以控制导致漏光产生的技术问题。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (15)
- 一种灯条贴附治具,其包括:底座;限位件,设置在所述底座表面,包括凹槽结构,用于固定相应的散热片;以及条状垫片,用于配合所述凹槽结构将LED灯条固定在所述散热片的灯条固定部上;所述凹槽结构的深度大于所述灯条固定部的厚度;所述凹槽结构的宽度大于所述灯条固定部的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯条贴附治具,其中所述LED灯条的高度加上所述条状垫片的高度等于所述灯条固定部的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯条贴附治具,其中所述底座上设置有固定所述限位件的第一固定孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯条贴附治具,其中所述底座上还设置有固定所述底座的第二固定孔。
- 一种灯条贴附治具,其包括:底座;限位件,设置在所述底座表面,包括凹槽结构,用于固定相应的散热片;以及条状垫片,用于配合所述凹槽结构将LED灯条固定在所述散热片的灯条固定部上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯条贴附治具,其中所述凹槽结构的深度大于所述灯条固定部的厚度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯条贴附治具,其中所述凹槽结构的宽度大于所述灯条固定部的高度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯条贴附治具,其中所述LED灯条的高度加上所述条状垫片的高度等于所述灯条固定部的高度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯条贴附治具,其中所述底座上设置有固定所述限位件的第一固定孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯条贴附治具,其中所述底座上还设置有固定所述底座的第二固定孔。
- 一种灯条贴附方法,其包括步骤:A、准备灯条贴附治具,所述灯条贴附治具包括:固定件,包括凹槽结构,用于固定相应的散热片;以及条状垫片,用于配合所述凹槽结构将LED灯条固定在所述散热片的灯条固定部上;B、将所述灯条固定部放置到所述凹槽结构中;C、将所述条状垫片设置在所述灯条固定部靠近所述散热片的连接部的一侧;D、将所述LED灯条贴附在所述灯条固定部远离所述散热片的连接部的一侧,通过所述条状垫片以及所述凹槽结构固定所述LED灯条;E、将所述条状垫片及所述散热片依次取出。
- 根据权利要求11所述的灯条贴附方法,其中所述固定件包括底座以及设置在所述底座表面的限位件,所述步骤A包括:所述限位件通过第一固定孔固定在所述底座上,所述底座通过第二固定孔固定在相应的设置位。
- 根据权利要求11所述的灯条贴附方法,其中所述凹槽结构的深度大于所述灯条固定部的厚度。
- 根据权利要求11所述的灯条贴附方法,其中所述凹槽结构的宽度大于所述灯条固定部的高度。
- 根据权利要求11所述的灯条贴附方法,其中所述LED灯条的高度加上所述条状垫片的高度等于所述灯条固定部的高度。
