其中, 该干扰消除辅助信息包括对微小区产生干扰的邻小区的第一相关信息、或 者包括在对微小区产生干扰的邻小区中,与微小区的公共参考信号碰撞的邻小区的第 二相关信息。
由上述实施例可知,微基站 400通过第一通知单元 401将干扰消除辅助信息通知 邻小区,使得邻小区将该干扰消除辅助信息配置给本小区具有干扰消除能力的用户设 备, 使得本小区具有干扰消除能力的用户设备在对该微小区进行 RRM测量时, 根据该 相关信息进行干扰消除, 解决了目前存在的问题, 可避免切换过晚的问题。
在本实施例中, 该第一相关信息和第二相关信息包括: 小区标识、 天线端口数量 和多播 /广播单频网 (MBSFN) 帧配置信息。
如图 4所示, 微基站 400还可包括: 信息获取单元 402, 信息获取单元 402用于 获取该干扰消除辅助信息。
在本实施例中,信息获取单元 402具体用于根据所属微基站的用户设备上报的测 量结果确定对微小区产生干扰的邻小区, 这样, 可获得该第一相关信息;
并且在这种情况下,第一通知单元 401进一步用于将信息获取单元 402确定的该 邻小区的第一相关信息通知邻小区。 在另一个实施例中, 信息获取单元 402用于获取该第二相关信息, 其构成如图 5 所示。

由上述实施例可知, 与微基站 400相邻的小区的基站 600通过第一接收单元 601 接收微基站通知的干扰消除辅助信息,且基站 600的第二通知单元 602将该干扰消除 辅助信息配置给本小区具有干扰消除能力的用户设备,使得本小区具有干扰消除能力 的用户设备在对该微小区进行 RRM测量时, 根据该相关信息进行干扰消除, 解决了目 前存在的问题, 可避免切换过晚的问题。
在实施例 5中, 该基站可为与微基站相邻的宏基站或其他微基站。
图 7是本发明实施例 6的用户设备构成示意图。 该用户设备具备干扰消除能力, 为与微小区相邻的邻小区的用户设备,即为宏小区 UE或其他微小区 UE。如图 7所示, 用户设备 700包括: 第二接收单元 701和第一处理单元 702; 其中,

在另一个实施例中, 在该干扰消除辅助信息包括第一相关信息时, 如图 8所示, 第一处理单元 702可包括: 第三选择单元 801和第一消除单元 802; 其中,
第三选择单元 801, 用于根据该第一相关信息选择与该微小区的公共参考信号发 生碰撞的小区; 第一消除单元 802, 用于消除第三选择单元 801选择的小区对该微小 区的干扰。

图 10是本发明实施例 8的干扰消除方法流程图。 其中, 以微小区 901通知邻小 区干扰源邻小区集信息, 且与微小区相邻的小区通知本小区 UE干扰源邻小区集信息 为例进行说明。

在实施例 9中, 与实施例 8的不同之处在于, 在步骤 1002中, 该微小区获取该 干扰消除辅助信息时, 具体包括:
该微小区根据本小区用户设备上报的测量结果确定对微小区产生干扰的邻小区, 即干扰源邻小区; 在该干扰源邻小区中选择与该微小区的 CRS碰撞的邻小区, 即 CRS 碰撞邻小区集, 将其信息称为 "第一 CRS碰撞邻小区集信息", 该第一 CRS碰撞邻小 区集信息作为该干扰消除辅助信息。

在实施例 10中, 在步骤 1004之后, 该邻小区的基站在接收微小区通知的干扰消 除辅助信息后,在该"干扰源邻小区集信息"中选择与该微小区的 CRS碰撞的邻小区, 将该 CRS碰撞的邻小区称为 "第二 CRS碰撞邻小区集", 对应的信息为 "第二 CRS碰 撞邻小区集信息"。

CellsToAddMod信元。
18、 一种用户设备, 具有干扰消除能力, 所述用户设备归属于与微小区相邻的邻 小区, 所述用户设备包括:
第二接收单元, 所述第二接收单元用于接收所属邻小区通知的干扰消除辅助信 息; 其中, 所述干扰消除辅助信息包括对所述微小区产生干扰的邻小区的第一相关信 息、或者包括在对所述微小区产生干扰的邻小区中, 与所述微小区的公共参考信号碰 撞的邻小区的第二相关信息或者第三相关信息;
第一处理单元, 所述第一处理单元用于在对所述微小区进行无线资源管理测量 时, 根据所述干扰消除辅助信息进行公共参考信号的干扰消除。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的用户设备, 其中, 在所述干扰消除辅助信息包括第 一相关信息时, 所述第一处理单元包括:
第三选择单元,所述第三选择单元用于根据所述第一相关信息选择与所述微小区 的公共参考信号发生的小区;
第一消除单元,所述第一消除单元用于消除所述第三选择单元选择的所述小区对 所述微小区的干扰。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的用户设备, 其中, 在所述干扰消除辅助信息包括第 二相关信息或者第三相关信息时,所述第一处理单元进一步用于消除所述第二相关信 息和第三相关信息中的所有小区对所述微小区的干扰。
21、 一种异构网系统, 所述系统包括:
微基站, 所述用于将干扰消除辅助信息通知邻小区; 其中, 所述干扰消除辅助信 息包括对微小区产生干扰的邻小区的第一相关信息、或者包括在对微小区产生干扰的 邻小区中, 与微小区的公共参考信号碰撞的邻小区的第二相关信息;
与所述微基站相邻的宏基站和 /或其他微基站, 用于接收所述微基站通知的干扰 消除辅助信息, 并将所述干扰消除辅助信息通知本小区具有干扰消除能力的用户设 备;
用户设备, 用于接收与所述微基站相邻的宏基站和 /或其他微基站通知的干扰消 除辅助信息, 并在对所述微小区进行无线资源管理测量时, 根据所述干扰消除辅助信 息进行公共参考信号的干扰消除。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的系统, 其中, 所述微基站为权利要求 11至 14的任 一项权利要求所述的微基站;
与所述微基站相邻的宏基站和 /或其他微基站为权利要求 15至 17的任一项权利 要求所述的基站;
所述用户设备为权利要求 18至 20的任一项权利要求所述的用户设备。
23、 一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在微基站中执行所述程序时, 所述程序使得计 算机在所述微基站中执行如权利要求 1至 5的任一项权利要求所述的公共参考信号的 干扰消除的方法。
24、一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质, 其中所述计算机可读程序使得计算 机在微基站中执行如权利要求 1至 5的任一项权利要求所述的公共参考信号的干扰消 除的方法。
25、 一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在基站中执行所述程序时, 所述程序使得计算 机在所述基站中执行如权利要求 6至 8的任一项权利要求所述的公共参考信号的干扰 消除的方法。
26、一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质, 其中所述计算机可读程序使得计算 机在基站中执行如权利要求 6至 8的任一项权利要求所述的公共参考信号的干扰消除 的方法。
27、 一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在用户设备中执行所述程序时, 所述程序使得 计算机在所述用户设备中执行如权利要求 9或 10所述的公共参考信号的干扰消除的 方法。
28、一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质, 其中所述计算机可读程序使得计算 机在用户设备中执行如权利要求 9或 10所述的公共参考信号的干扰消除的方法。
