Description

 Drywall Description:

The invention relates to a drywall, with a frame construction and thereto with the help of fasteners connectable cladding panels as paneling. Drywall walls are walls that are constructed by dry construction without the use of hydrous building materials such as concrete or plaster. Drywall walls not only serve for the division of rooms, but can also be used for ceiling cladding, wall cladding or as floor cladding in the sense of dry subfloors or raised floors. In all these cases, the frame construction is usually first produced on the basis of several profile legs. As a rule, the profile legs are metal hollow profiles, so that the frame construction is designed overall as a metal hollow profile stud. On the frame construction, after all or part of the production, the cladding panels are applied as paneling. This can be done only room side in terms of a panel or on both sides to represent a partition. The cladding panels as such are typically designed as insulating panels. These may be plasterboard, gypsum fiberboard, wood-based panels, etc. In principle, natural stone slabs, cement slabs, etc. can also be used as cladding panels. In addition, it is possible to equip the cladding panels with additional coverings, wallpaper, dry plaster, paints etc. final. In the generic state of the art according to DE 698 02 262 T2, a wall system is described, in which the frame construction is constructed from C-shaped profile parts. Gypsum plasterboards are attached to this

wall to form. In addition, the known wall system has a mounting plate for locally reinforcing the partition. In this way, accessories can be attached to the partition. For this purpose, a mounting plate made of a flat metal plate is provided, which is equipped with the stands or supports of the frame construction cooperating connecting means. With the aid of these connecting means, the plate is connected, on the one hand, to a first stand or a support and, on the other hand, to a successive stand or support. This can happen by clamping.

The above-described fastening means are not generally suitable for fixing the cladding panels to the frame construction. In practice, screws are often used at this point, which in each case penetrate the cladding plate and are anchored in the frame construction. Likewise, adhesive attachments of the trim panels to the frame structure are known. On the one hand, all these fastening measures lead to the panel panel being damaged and possibly having to be reworked. On the other hand, complex and temporary fixing measures are required in order to be able to bridge the curing time of the adhesive agent. This is where the invention starts.

The invention is based on the technical problem of further developing such a drywall so that a possible damage-free attachment of the cladding panels succeeds on the frame construction, in a simple manner and quickly and inexpensively.

To solve this technical problem, a generic drywall in the invention is characterized in that the

respective fastening element is designed as a back engaging in the cladding panel to be fixed fixing claw.

As a rule, the fastening claw has a base plate and at least one claw limb projecting from the base plate. The fastening claw is usually set with its base plate on the frame construction. In contrast, the at least one claw leg ensures that the associated cladding panel or the plurality of cladding panels are held.

For this purpose, a plurality of claw legs are usually provided. A particularly favorable fixation of the one or more cladding panels on the fastening claw respectively their claw legs is provided for the case that the claw legs form a claw ring. This claw ring is preferably arranged centrally in comparison to the base plate. In fact, the claw legs may be arranged equidistant from each other. In addition, a radial arrangement of the claw legs compared to the center of the base plate is recommended. For reasons of a simple and cost-effective production, one will normally proceed in such a way that the respective claw limb is formed as a bent out of the base plate. D. h., The fastening claw is first prepared so that the base plate is punched out of a metallic plate, for example. Following this, the individual claw legs are punched out of the base plate and then folded. Mostly it works here with an approximately right-angled fold. This construction height is measured on the basis of the distance of a claw leg tip relative to the surface of the base plate. As soon as the fastening claw is pressed into the cladding plate for its fixation on the frame construction, the claw leg penetrates into the cladding plate. For this purpose, the fastening claw or the relevant claw leg is pressed back into the cladding panel.

So that during this process, the claw leg tip does not penetrate the front side of the cladding panel, the construction height of the claw leg is dimensioned such that it undercuts in any case the material thickness of the cladding panel. Thereby, the invention ensures that the claw leg tip can not penetrate the front surface of the cladding panel, but rather ends inside the cladding panel. In this way, it is ensured that the individual cladding panels can be fixed without damage to the frame construction with the aid of the associated fastening claw or the plurality of fastening claws.

In principle, it is possible to proceed in such a way that firstly the respective fastening claw is fixed to the frame construction and then the one or more cladding panels are pressed onto the associated claw limbs, which engage in the cladding panel in this process, without damage.

In this context, the base plate of the fastening claw can be fixed to the frame structure in various ways. Thus, it is conceivable to screw the base plate to the frame structure or a profile leg. Also a riveting determination of the respective base plate on the frame construction is also possible as an adhesive or any other mechanical coupling of the base plate with the frame structure and the associated profile leg.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the fastening claw is designed as a whole magnetically. For this purpose, the base plate may be made of a magnetic material. Alternatively or additionally, the base plate may also be equipped with at least one magnet attached thereto. The magnet is regularly arranged on one of the frame construction facing side of the base plate.

In this way, the cladding panels can in principle be detachably and thus interchangeably fixed to the frame construction. Because with the help of magnetically designed fastening claws manages a removable attachment to the frame construction. For this purpose, the fastening claws are first pressed in each case in the one or more cladding panels. Following this, then one or more cladding panels can be magnetically fixed to the frame structure. This makes it possible, for example, to work with interchangeable cladding panels in such a way that they carry various graphic motifs, photographs etc. at the front. That is, the cladding panels function in this context as replaceable decorative panels or decorative elements.

During the curing time of said adhesive agent, the one or more trim panels are magnetically "prefixed" to the frame structure by means of the fastening claws. Of course, the magnetic adhesion also remains when the adhesive has cured. However, after curing of the adhesive then there is no longer the risk that the respective trim panel of the frame construction - unintentionally - replaced or can be replaced.

As a result, a drywall is provided, which initially provides a damage-free attachment of one or more cladding panels to the frame structure. This is achieved with the help of the fastening claws, which penetrate with their claw legs in the back of the cladding panel and hold them. Previously, the relevant fastening claw may be attached to the frame structure.

As a rule, however, the fastening claw is designed to be magnetic, so that first the one or more cladding panels are equipped with associated fastening claws and only then are magnetically adhered thereto to the frame construction. Here, the invention is based on the further realization that the frame construction is designed to be magnetizable overall.

Such a property is generally present anyway, because the frame construction is typically constructed of profile legs, which in turn as

As a rule, however, the fastening claw 2 is magnetically formed. Then a fixation of the respective fastening claw 2 in advance on the frame construction 1 is unnecessary.
