Abstract
一种高压断路器用电阻装置及高压断路器,该电阻装置包括围绕于适配的主导电杆(14)周围的两个以上的电阻(3,6,9,12),每个电阻与其相邻的一个电阻通过电连接件(4,7,10)电连接串联成电阻串,各电连接件桥接支撑于被其电连接的两个电阻的前部和后部,每个电连接件上均设有用于与主导电杆固连的支撑绝缘子(5,8,11),电阻串的第一个电阻的前端部设有与主导电杆的触头朝向一致的电阻静触头(1),电阻串的最后一个电阻设有用于与主导电杆电连接的电连接体(13)。该高压断路器结构紧凑,体积小,使用时能够充分利用主导电杆周围空间,克服了现有技术中电阻装置体积大安装不便的问题。

背景技术
为丫限制^压断路器合闸操作时的操作过电压, 现有的高压断路器釆用带有与主断口并 联的电附电路的断路器, 电阻电路中的电阻装置往往结构非常复杂或者体积较大, 比如一种 高压断路器 阻装 S, 该电阻装置为柱状并由 40片电阻片串联组成, 电阻装置比较长, 不 能充分利川断路器内部空间, 安装成本 ,
发明内容
本发明的 l i的在 P提供一种高压断路器用电阻装置, 以解决现有技术中电阻装置体积大 安装不便的问题。
为了解决 h述问题, 本发明的一种高压断路器用电阻装置, 该电阻装置包括围绕于适配 的主导电杆周闱、 与该主导电杆平行设置的两个以上的电阻, 各电阻呈柱形并沿前后方向延 伸, 每个 Π.与其相邻的一个电阻通过屯连接件电连接而逐个依次串联成电阻串, 各电连接 件桥接 ^ f被其电连接的两个电阻的前部或后部, 每个所述电连接件上均设有用于与所述 主导电杆问连的支撑绝缘子, 电阻串的第一个电阻的前端部设有与所述主导电杆的触头朝向 致的电附静触头, 电阻串的最后一个电阻设有用于与所述主导电杆电连接的电连接体。 所述电连接件为 部朝向主导电杆的弯板。

本发明的电阻装置, 将多个电阻通过电连接件串联成围绕于适配的主导电杆 14周围的电 阻串, 钴构紧凑, 体积小, 使用时能够充分利用主导电杆周围空间, 各电连接板通过支撑绝 缘子用 f与主导电杆固定, 安装方便并在保证固定牢靠的前提下, 满足断路器的绝缘要求, 解决了现有技术中以解决现有技术中电阻装置体积大安装不便的问题。

本实施例将电阻 3、 6、 9、 12通过电连接件 4、 7、 10串联成围绕于适配的主导电杆 14周 围的电阻中, 结构紧凑, 体积小, 使用时能够充分利用主导电杆 14周围空间, 各电连接板通 过支撑绝缘 f用; 与 导电杆阆定, 安装方便并在保证固定牢靠的前提下, 满足断路器的绝 缘要求, 解决丫现有技术中以解决现有技术中电阻装置体积大安装不便的问题。
