Abstract

The invention relates to the structural design of any combined rigid inflatable motor boat of the RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) type. A U-shaped inflatable collar is glued along the perimeter of the boat to sections (1) of a rigid hull and to binding strips (2) between said sections, forming an air-tight construction, wherein the rigid sectioned hull constitutes the load-bearing element. Dampers (4) of tightening devices (3) act to relieve the joints between the sections (1) of critical loads arising when the boat is in motion as a result of differently-directed wave loads. The use of the claimed structural design in a rigid inflatable boat provides for the reliable operation thereof under significant wave loads and also makes it possible to fold the boat quickly, with minimal effort and without detriment to the characteristics thereof, thus reducing the size thereof by three to four times and providing convenient conditions for the transportation and storage thereof.

Description

RIB  RIB rigid folding inflatable boat
Technical field
RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat).  The invention relates to the construction of any combined rigid inflatable motor boat RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat).
State of the art
Inflatable boats with a soft bottom and an inflatable keel are known, to which, during the intended use of the boat, rigid sections are attached that form a continuous rigid deck.
RU 2104205.  An inflatable boat is known, for example, containing inflatable sides converging in the bow and stern ends of the boat, a bottom hermetically attached to the inflatable sides, and a transverse inflatable can placed inside the boat, which is characterized in that the bottom is fixed above the bottom the lines of the lateral inflatable sides and along the lower line of the bow and stern compartments, forming a catamaran structure in cross section with two longitudinal balloons of the sides, while the inflatable sides are divided by internal jumpers into airtight compartments equipped with pans, shifted to cor- movoy and the bow of the boat relative to the transverse axis, in addition, HA Duvno boat provided with elements for carrying a load and its inner and outer mounts, see. Patent RU 2,104,205.
An inflatable boat is also known, containing two symmetrical sides converging in the fore and aft ends, separated by internal bridges into airtight compartments equipped with filling valves, an elastic bottom and overhead elements, each side made of a different configuration of blanks with curved longitudinal and rectilinear transverse edges: bow, intermediate bow, central, intermediate fodder and attached to the feed billet, on each side in the central billet installed on d there are filling valves between which elastic conical jumpers are installed inside the chamber, the elastic bottom is attached to the sides using at least one corner on each compartment, one side of which is attached to the bottom of the compartment, the second side is attached to the bottom, see patent RU 2250176. Section Hard-decking in the presence of a fully inflatable hull increases the compactness of the boat in transport condition. However, the disadvantage of such a boat is the complexity and duration of preparing it for use, low reliability due to the presence of nodes for temporary fastening of rigid sections on a soft bottom. It is impossible to install powerful engines on such boats, as well as their low dynamic characteristics.
A well-known inflatable motor boat containing a U-shaped inflatable balloon and a soft bottom, characterized in that it is equipped with a rigid sectional keel pad, the width of the sections of which corresponds to the distance between opposite parts of the U-shaped inflatable balloon, at the place of installation, this, each section of the keel lining is glued to the bottom of the boat so that the gluing length along the axis of the boat is less than the length of the section and is selected from the condition of ensuring the length of the bottom free of gluing between adjacent sections sufficient to ensure the possibility of folding the boat together in the keel sections in the transport position, in addition, adjacent sections of the keel plates are equipped with means for fastening them to each other in the boat’s working condition, see patent RU 90039. The use of the claimed solution compared to all known means a similar purpose provides an improvement in the navigational and running characteristics of the boat; including directional stability, as well as rigidity and wear resistance of the bottom.
Known collapsible boats containing hull sections, which are made with the possibility of laying one hull section into another during storage or transportation, and with flanges, frames located between the hull sections of the gasket, having the contours of the flanges, frames, which are interconnected by fasteners, the hull - the sections are made of composite material, for example fiberglass, comprising four layers of a binder and three carrier layers located alternately between them, for example, of fiberglass, Adki have sides parallel to the plane of the butt hull sections, see patent RU 2099233. Hull sections of such boats are made in separate matrices of the corresponding sizes made of fiberglass. The manufacturing process of individual sections is quite complicated due to the difficulty of extraction the finished product from the matrix, which has to be split. In addition, the matrix wears out over time, changes its size, which affects the shape and size of the finished sections made in this matrix, and complicates the assembly process of the boat by docking the sections together, and reduces the quality of the boat hull.
Rigid inflatable folding motor boats with sectional hulls made using a single reusable matrix, the size and shape of which correspond to the required dimensions and shape of the assembled boat are known. The technology of manufacturing such boats consists in the fact that between the transom of the matrix and its bow are installed several removable partitions transverse to the longitudinal axis of the boat, dividing the total volume of the matrix into several volume cavities, the dimensions of which correspond to the required dimensions of the hull sections, after this, several sections of the body are molded with composite material in non-adjacent volume cavities of the matrix, having previously covered their surfaces with a separation layer, after which the partitions are removed They compute and mold the remaining sections of the casing with composite material, using the side walls of the already formed sections as partitions, having previously covered their surfaces with a separating layer, then all sections of the casing are removed from the matrix and divided into separate parts, see patent RU 2433058. As composite materials for such boats use fiberglass based on polyester resins. The sections are formed using a composite material, for example fiberglass, comprising several layers of a binder and carrier layers located alternately between them, for example, of fiberglass. When the sections are rigidly attached to each other, the docking unit between adjacent sections at high speed and under wave influences can undergo critical loads, leading to a violation of the integrity of the housing.
The invention solves the problem of increasing the reliability of the hull of a boat by removing critical loads on the docking unit between sections of the hull while maintaining the possibility of folding the hull and ensuring its compactness during transportation. Disclosure of invention

The aforementioned allows one to recognize the claimed technical solution as complying with the condition “inventive step” (IS).
The best use of the invention
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where in FIG. 1 is a diagram of a boat of four separate sections, FIG. 2 - section through adjacent sections of the boat at the installation site of the coupling device. The rigid-inflatable folding motor boat RIB contains a U-shaped inflatable balloon (not shown in the drawing), which is attached to the rigid hull of the boat, consisting of several sections 1, interconnected by means of strips 2 of elastic waterproof material, for example measures, PVC fabric or other similar material, and clamping devices 3 equipped with dampers 4 to relieve critical loads on the docking assembly between sections 1 of the housing. Sections 1 of the rigid hull of the boat are equipped with locking protrusions 5, preventing vertical displacements of the sections.
The device operates as follows.
A U-shaped inflatable balloon is glued around the perimeter of the boat to sections 1 of the rigid hull and to the fastening strips 2 between the sections, forming a sealed structure, where the power element is a rigid sectional hull. The dampers 4 of the coupling devices 3 provide the removal of critical loads on the docking unit between sections 1, arising from the movement of the boat due to multidirectional wave loads. The fastening strip 2 between the sections is made in such a way that, when the coupling device 3 is removed, the sections 1 of the rigid hull of the boat together with the deflated freeboard balloon can be folded relative to each other in one direction. The application of the claimed design of the boat ensures its reliable operation under significant wave loads, and also allows you to fold the boat in the shortest possible time with minimal effort and without sacrificing performance, reducing its dimensions by 3-4 times and providing convenient conditions for its transportation and storage.
