Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a disposable pants-type diaper, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a disposable pants-type diaper provided with a fastening body.
- FIG. 5 is a partially broken perspective view of a disposable pant-type diaper 1.
- the pant-type diaper 1 is formed into a pant-type by connecting the upper part of the abdomen side 8 ⁇ / b> A and the back side 8 ⁇ / b> B of the main body 8 with a pair of fastening bodies 40, and a waist opening 5 and a pair of legs. It has an opening 6.
- the main body 8 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 2 in contact with the wearer's skin, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3, and an absorbent body 4 disposed between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3.
- the absorber 4 is arrange
- the ventral fastening piece 40 ⁇ / b> A includes a main body 42 and a tape portion 43 in which a knob 45 is formed.
- the tape portion 43 is detachably fixed to a target zone 44 fixed to the back sheet 3.
- the underpants type diaper 1 is continuously manufactured, for example, by the manufacturing process shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. 6, the abdomen-side fastening piece 40 ⁇ / b> A and the back-side fastening piece 40 ⁇ / b> B are joined by the joining portion 41.
- a belt-like topsheet continuous body 52 for forming the topsheet 2 and a beltlike backsheet continuous body 53 for forming the backsheet 3 are respectively shown by arrows.
- the absorbent body 4 that is transported synchronously while being transported in the longitudinal direction is disposed between the top sheet continuous body 52 and the back sheet continuous body 53 to form a diaper web continuous body 51.
- Fastening piece members 40A ′ and 40B ′ for forming fastening pieces 40A and 40B are alternately fixed to the diaper web continuous body 51 in the transfer direction. Specifically, after fixing the target zone member 44 ′ for forming the target zone 44 to the surface of the backsheet continuous body 53, the tape portion 43 of the fastening piece member 40A ′ is affixed to the target zone member 44 ′. . The fastening piece member 40B ′ is fixed to a predetermined position of the top sheet continuous body 52.
- the diaper web continuous body 51 is cut in the width direction at a position that bisects the fastening piece members 40A ′ and 40B ′ to form a diaper web 50 to which the fastening pieces 40A and 40B are fixed. .
- the diaper web 50 is folded in two along a virtual line perpendicular to the flow direction, and the side edges of the fastening pieces 40A and 40B facing each other are joined to each other to join the joint 41.
- the fastening body When joining two members to form a fastening body, a seam is formed on the fastening body. Since the feel and softness are different between the vicinity of the joint of the fastening body and other portions, there is a possibility that the wearer may feel uncomfortable. It is preferable that the fastening body has a uniform feel and softness by eliminating the seam of the intermediate portion.
- the present invention intends to provide a method for producing a disposable pant-type diaper capable of continuously producing a disposable pant-type diaper having a seamless joint at an intermediate portion.
- the present invention provides a method for producing a disposable pant-type diaper configured as follows.
- the method for producing disposable pants-type diapers includes first to fourth steps.
- (I) A sheet-like fastening body folded in half is disposed on one main surface of a belt-like first continuous body having a pair of side edges.
- both ends of the fastening body are in the first continuous state.
- the pair of first continuums are arranged outside the one main surface of the body and the pair of fastening bodies face each other in a direction in which the side edges of the first continuum face each other.
- a space is provided along the side edge.
- one end of the fastening body may be bent until the second continuous body is overlapped with the other main surface of the first continuous body in the second step.
- One end of the fastening body may be bent when or before the fastening body is disposed on one main surface of the first continuous body in the first step.
- the first continuum and the second continuum are joined at the same time as the second continuum is overlaid on the other main surface of the first continuum or until a piece is formed thereafter.
- the other end of the fastening body may be bent halfway before the overlapping of the first region and the second region of the individual pieces is completed. In that case, after the overlap of the first region and the second region of the piece is completed, the other end portion of the fastening body is completely folded and overlapped with the second region, and the other end portion of the fastening body is attached. Fix to the second area.
- a disposable pants-type diaper can be continuously manufactured while transferring the first continuous body and the second continuous body.
- the fastening body may be formed of one or two or more members that are continuous in at least the intermediate portion, so that a seam is not formed in the intermediate portion.
- the disposable pants-type diaper manufactured by the above method when the first region and the second region of the folded piece are expanded, a waist opening is formed between the cutting lines of the pieces, A pair of leg openings are formed between the fastening body and the virtual line (folding line) of the piece. It is possible to make the feel and softness uniform so that there is no seam in the intermediate portion between one end and the other end of the fastening body.
- the intermediate part of the fastening body may be arranged outside the pieces.
- the piece is folded in two along the virtual line so that the fastening body is sandwiched between the first region and the second region,
- the other end portion of the fastening body is bent to the opposite side to the one end portion and overlapped with the second region, and the other end portion is fixed to the second region.
- the mutually opposing inner main surfaces of the first and second regions of the folded piece are formed by one main surface of the first continuous body.
- the intermediate portion of the fastening body is sandwiched between the first region and the second region of the piece.
- the intermediate part of the fastening body is sandwiched between the first region and the second region of the piece, the individual pieces after that are compared with the case where the intermediate part of the fastening body is arranged outside the piece. Is easy to handle.
- the first continuous body includes a liquid-permeable top sheet that forms the one main surface of the first continuous body.
- the second continuous body includes a liquid-impermeable back sheet. In the second step, the first continuum and the second continuum are joined in a state where an absorber is disposed between the first continuum and the second continuum.
- the absorber may be disposed in the first continuous body simultaneously with the first step or before or after the first step, and then the first and second continuous bodies may be joined. Or you may arrange
- the absorbent body may be disposed between the first and second continuous bodies immediately before the first and second continuous bodies are joined, and then the first and second continuous bodies may be joined.
- the first continuous body forms a liquid-permeable top sheet that forms the one main surface of the first continuous body and the other main surface of the first continuous body.
- the second continuous body includes a liquid-permeable or liquid-impermeable cover sheet.
- an absorber is disposed in the first continuous body in the first step.
- the present invention provides a disposable pant-type diaper configured as follows.
- the pants-type diaper includes a main body and a pair of fastening bodies.
- the main body has a pair of end edges facing each other and a pair of side edges extending between the pair of end edges and facing each other.
- the main body is divided into a first area and a second area by an imaginary line extending between the pair of end edges, and the body is folded in two along the imaginary line to be divided into the first area and the second area.
- the area overlaps.
- the pair of fastening bodies is disposed along the pair of side edges with a space between the pair of imaginary lines, one end is fixed to the first region, and the other end is the second. It is fixed to the area.
- the main body forms an inner member forming inner opposing main surfaces of the first and second regions, and an outer main surface opposite to the inner main surfaces of the first and second regions.
- the fastening body is fixed to the first region in a state where (a) one of the end portions is disposed between the inner member and the outer member, and (b) the other end portion is It is fixed to the outer main surface of the second region, and (c) an intermediate portion between the one end and the other end is continuously connected.
- one end of the fastening body is fixed to the inner member and / or the outer member. Since the seam is not formed in the intermediate part of the fastening body, the wearer does not feel uncomfortable due to the seam of the intermediate part.
- the disposable pants-type diaper having the above configuration can be manufactured continuously.
