Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种大功率 LED新闻灯的透镜支架, 主要是用在可拆卸灯珠固定装置中, 起固定灯珠 正负极的作用, 防止虚接。
背景技术
可拆卸灯珠固定装置是大功率的 LED新闻灯中使用的, 每个灯珠和透镜可以单独拆卸的装置, 在该 装置中灯珠是靠透镜和透镜固定架的固定与焊盘接触来导电的, 但是在实际的应用中, 透镜接触的是灯珠 的灯杯部分, 尤其是在透镜固定架拧紧的状态下, 灯珠的焊脚不能完全与焊盘接触, 这样就很容易造成电 路断路。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的不足之处, 提供一种塑料材质的、 固定贴片灯珠焊脚的透镜支架。 本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 本实用新型的透镜支架是一个圆环形的柱体, 圆环形柱体的内侧面是 与透镜的弧面对应的倾斜面, 圆环形柱体下方有两个固定灯珠焊脚的立柱;
透镜支架是一体结构;
固定灯珠焊脚的立柱与贴片灯珠的焊脚的位置相对应。
有益效果: 使可拆卸灯珠装置中的灯珠焊脚与焊盘充分接触, 保证灯珠与电路板上线路的电性导通, 弥补了可拆卸灯珠固定装置的不足之处。

具体实施方式
图 1是透镜支架的立体图, 图 2是透镜支架使用状态的分解示意图。 如图 2所示, 1为透镜支架, 有 1588、 1550 和 3045 三种型号, 2 是希尔光学透镜, 包括 HILL-20-15- 0LMS、 HILL- 20-30- 0LMS、 HILL- 20- 45-0LMS、 HILL- 20- 88-0LMS三种型号, 3是大功率贴片式灯珠, 4是灯珠固定架, 5是透镜固定 架。
透镜支架的主要作用是固定住灯珠的焊脚, 使灯珠悍脚与焊盘可以完全接触, 不同型号的透镜对应不 同型号的透镜支架, 分别是 1550透镜支架对应的是 15度和 50度的透镜; 3045对应的是 30度和 45度的 透镜; 1588对应的是 15度和 88度的透镜, 每种型号的透镜支架对应两种透镜, 采用的原理是两种型号的 透镜的圆弧面的相交点为透镜支架的上表面的位置。
使用时, 灯珠固定架是固定在电路板上的, 灯珠放在灯珠固定架的中间相应位置, 焊脚在电路板上的 焊盘位置, 然后用透镜支架的两个立柱压在悍脚上, 再将透镜放在透镜支架中间, 最后拧上透镜固定架。
