当卸粮筒的下端与粮箱转动连接时, 由于卸粮筒的下端连接有可驱动卸粮 筒转动的液压油缸, 液压油缸活塞杆伸出或收回可以推动卸粮筒转动, 使卸粮 筒的卸粮口能停在任意位置, 解决了粮箱卸粮筒转动采用人工扳动存在的劳动 强度大的问题, 且提高了作业效率; 由人力驱动改进为液压油缸驱动无级可调 方式, 使用方便, 操纵轻便灵活。
当卸粮筒的下端与粮箱固定连接时, 由于在卸粮筒的顶端铰接有顶置水平 卸粮筒, 顶置水平卸粮筒通过设置在粮箱顶部的卸粮油缸与粮箱活动连接, 工 作时, 卸粮油缸的活塞杆伸出或收回可以推动顶置水平卸粮筒绕卸粮筒的轴线 转动, 实现粮箱上的顶置水平卸粮筒从非卸粮状态到卸粮状态转换, 使顶置水 平卸粮筒的卸粮口能停在任意位置。

具体实施方式
实施例 1, 如图 1、 图 2所示, 可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 包括底 盘机架 5, 底盘机架 5的上部前端安装有驾驶台 8, 所述底盘机架 5的上部后端 安装有脱粒清选装置 3和粮箱 1, 驾驶台 8上设有座椅 9, 座椅 9的前部设有挡 位操纵装置 7。
粮箱 1设置在脱粒清选装置 3的一侧并与脱粒清选装置 3转动连接。
脱粒清选装置 3上固定连接有上铰链 2和下铰链 4,上铰链 2和下铰链 4之 间转动连接有圆柱销 6, 所述圆柱销 6与粮箱 1转动连接。 圆柱销 6用于保证上 下两段铰链同轴, 使得转动粮箱更轻松。
粮箱 1及其相关零部件可以绕圆柱销 6旋转, 实现粮箱 1移出原安装位置, 可以有空间对脱粒清选装置 3进行调整、 维修。
粮箱 1上连接有竖直设置的卸粮筒 11,为保护卸粮筒 11在倒车情况下遭意 外撞击受损坏, 底盘机架 5靠近卸粮筒 11后侧的位置设有护栏 21。
如图 3所示, 粮箱 1的上部与脱粒清选装置 3的上部之间设有上部锁紧装 置, 所述上部锁紧装置包括安装在脱粒清选装置 3壳壁上的支架 38, 所述支架 38上远离脱粒清选装置 3的一端安装有固定销轴 13, 粮箱 1上与固定销轴 13 相对应的位置固定安装有固定板 12, 在固定板 12上开有弧形缺口, 固定板 12 上安装可转动的锁紧板 15, 锁紧板 15上设有与固定板 12上的弧形缺口相对的 弧形缺口, 锁紧板 15与固定板 12之间连接有第一锁紧弹簧 14;
粮箱在不移出时, 第一锁紧弹簧 14使得锁紧板 15上的弧形缺口与固定板 12上的弧形缺口组成一个封闭的圆孔, 固定销轴 13位于该封闭的圆孔内。
锁紧板 15的一端连接有拉杆 16, 当粮箱要移出时, 拉动拉杆 16, 可使锁 紧板 15上的弧形缺口与固定板 12上的弧形缺口组成的封闭圆孔张开, 与固定 销轴 13脱开, 可实现粮箱上部与脱粒清选装置 3脱开。
如图 4所示, 粮箱 1的下部与底盘机架 5之间设有下部锁紧装置; 所述下部锁紧装置包括安装在粮箱下部的截面为槽钢型的固定框 19, 固定 框 19的上下两侧分别开有通孔, 在通孔内安装有插销 17, 所述插销 17位于固 定框 19的上下两侧内的部分外侧套装有第二锁紧弹簧 18,所述底盘机架 5上与 插销 17相对应的位置设有销孔;
粮箱 1在不移出时, 插销 17插在底盘机架 5上销孔内, 粮箱要移出时, 拉 动插销 17, 可实现粮箱下部与底盘机架 5脱开。
粮箱 1下部还设有移出粮箱时方便操作用的拉手 20。
如图 5所示, 所述卸粮筒 11与粮箱 1转动连接, 卸粮筒 11的下端连接有
可驱动卸粮筒 11转动的驱动装置。
所述驱动装置包括液压油缸 25,所述液压油缸 25的油缸端与底盘机架 5铰 接,液压油缸 25的活塞杆与卸粮筒 11的下端之间通过第二销轴 41可拆卸连接。
当粮箱 1需要移出时, 需要先将第二销轴 41拔出, 使得液压油缸 25与卸 粮筒 11分离。
粮箱 1上设有固定板 23, 卸粮筒 11与固定板 23转动连接, 在固定板 23上 设置了保护液压油缸不受外部冲击的第一限位块 22,在卸粮筒 11上设置有与第 一限位块 22互相作用的第二限位块 24。
为保证在联合收割机收获作业状态卸粮筒稳定性, 并使卸粮筒在收获作业 状态与卸粮状态间可靠切换, 卸粮筒 11的中部设有切换锁紧机构。
如图 8所示, 液压油缸 25通过液压管路 33依次连通有单向节流装置 31、 多路阀 32、 液压泵 34和液压油箱 35, 通过多路阀 32上的操纵杆来控制液压油 缸 25活塞杆伸出与收缩。
如图 6、 图 7所示, 切换锁紧机构包括固定在粮箱 1上的卸粮筒固定板 39, 在卸粮筒固定板 39上安装有一个倒 U型支架 40,所述倒 U型支架 40的上 部设有插孔, 在卸粮筒固定板 39上与插孔相对应的位置设有通孔, 在插孔和通 孔内插接有第一销轴 28, 所述卸粮筒固定板 39的下部设有销轴固定板 29; 倒 U型支架 40内安装有回位弹簧 27,所述回位弹簧 27套装在第一销轴 28 的外部;
所述卸粮筒 11上与第一销轴 28相对应的位置安装有与第一销轴 28相配合 的带孔板 26。
卸粮筒固定板 39上与卸粮筒 11相对应的位置设置半圆形缺口, 以容纳卸
粮筒 11 的进入, 所述半圆形缺口内设置软质的橡胶垫 30, 以缓冲卸粮筒 11, 防止卸粮筒 11进入半圆形缺口内产生冲击造成零件损坏。
卸粮筒 11固定时,将第一销轴 28放入带孔板 26上的固定孔中,在卸粮前, 先向下拉动第一销轴 28,使其脱离固定孔,再旋转至销轴固定板 29锁口中锁定, 将卸粮筒 11摆出, 回位弹簧 27用于第一销轴 28的回位。
本发明采用上述方案, 解决了用户在需要调整、 维修联合收割机脱粒清选 装置时, 必须拆装粮箱繁琐, 劳动强度大, 费时费力的问题; 同时解决了粮箱 卸粮筒转动采用人工扳动, 劳动强度大的问题, 提高了作业效率。 由人力驱动 改进为液压油缸驱动无级可调方式, 卸粮筒卸粮口位置能停在任意位置, 操纵 轻便灵活。
实施例 2, 上述实施例 1中, 如图 9、 10、 11所示, 还可以将卸粮筒 11的 下端与粮箱 1固定连接, 在卸粮筒 11的顶端铰接有顶置水平卸粮筒 37, 所述顶 置水平卸粮筒 37的高度高于粮箱 1的高度。
顶置水平卸粮筒 37通过设置在粮箱 1顶部的卸粮油缸 36与粮箱 1活动连 接。卸粮油缸 36的缸体端铰接于粮箱顶部, 活塞杆端铰接于顶置水平卸粮筒 37 的根部。
工作时, 卸粮油缸 36的活塞杆伸出或收回可以推动顶置水平卸粮筒 37绕 卸粮筒 11的轴线转动, 实现粮箱 1上的顶置水平卸粮筒 37从非卸粮状态到卸 粮状态转换。
工业实用性
本发明采用上述技术方案, 由于粮箱设置在脱粒清选装置的一侧并与脱粒 清选装置转动连接, 当需要调整、 维修联合收割机脱粒清选装置时, 只需向外
转动粮箱使其移出原安装位置, 即可腾出较大的空间, 便于调整、 维修脱粒清 选装置, 而不必将粮箱从机器上拆下, 解决了用户在需要调整、 维修联合收割 机脱粒清选装置时, 必须拆装粮箱繁琐, 劳动强度大, 费时费力的问题。
当卸粮筒的下端与粮箱转动连接时, 由于卸粮筒的下端连接有可驱动卸粮 筒转动的液压油缸, 液压油缸活塞杆伸出或收回可以推动卸粮筒转动, 使卸粮 筒的卸粮口能停在任意位置, 解决了粮箱卸粮筒转动采用人工扳动存在的劳动 强度大的问题, 且提高了作业效率; 由人力驱动改进为液压油缸驱动无级可调 方式, 使用方便, 操纵轻便灵活。
当卸粮筒的下端与粮箱固定连接时, 由于在卸粮筒的顶端铰接有顶置水平 卸粮筒, 顶置水平卸粮筒通过设置在粮箱顶部的卸粮油缸与粮箱活动连接, 工 作时, 卸粮油缸的活塞杆伸出或收回可以推动顶置水平卸粮筒绕卸粮筒的轴线 转动, 实现粮箱上的顶置水平卸粮筒从非卸粮状态到卸粮状态转换, 使顶置水 平卸粮筒的卸粮口能停在任意位置。
Claims
1、 可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 包括底盘机架 (5), 所述底盘机架 (5) 的上部后端安装有脱粒清选装置 (3) 和粮箱 (1), 其特征在于:
粮箱 (1) 设置在脱粒清选装置 (3) 的一侧并与脱粒清选装置 (3) 转动连 接。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机,其特征在于: 所述脱粒清选装置 (3) 上固定连接有上铰链 (2) 和下铰链 (4), 上铰链
(2) 和下铰链 (4) 之间转动连接有圆柱销 (6), 所述圆柱销 (6) 与粮箱 (1) 转动连接。
3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于:
所述粮箱(1)的上部与脱粒清选装置(3)的上部之间设有上部锁紧装置, 粮箱 (1) 的下部与底盘机架 (5) 之间设有下部锁紧装置。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于: 所述上部锁紧装置包括安装在脱粒清选装置 (3) 壳壁上的支架 (38), 所 述支架(38)上远离脱粒清选装置(3) 的一端安装有固定销轴 (13), 粮箱(1) 上与固定销轴 (13) 相对应的位置固定安装有固定板 (12), 在固定板 (12) 上 开有弧形缺口, 固定板 (12) 上安装可转动的锁紧板 (15), 锁紧板 (15) 上设 有与固定板 (12) 上的弧形缺口相对的弧形缺口。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于: 锁紧板 (15) 与固定板 (12) 之间连接有第一锁紧弹簧 (14)。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于:
粮箱在不移出时, 第一锁紧弹簧 (14) 使得锁紧板 (15) 上的弧形缺口与 固定板 (12) 上的弧形缺口组成一个封闭的圆孔, 固定销轴 (13) 位于该封闭
的圆孔内;
锁紧板(15) 的一端连接有拉杆(16), 当粮箱要移出时, 拉动拉杆(16), 可使锁紧板 (15) 上的弧形缺口与固定板 (12) 上的弧形缺口组成的封闭圆孔 张开, 与固定销轴 (13) 脱开, 可实现粮箱上部与脱粒清选装置 (3) 脱开。
7、 根据权利要求 3 所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于:
所述下部锁紧装置包括安装在粮箱下部的截面为槽钢型的固定框 (19), 固定框 (19) 的上下两侧分别开有通孔, 在通孔内安装有插销 (17), 所述插销 (17) 位于固定框 (19) 的上下两侧内的部分外侧套装有第二锁紧弹簧 (18), 所述底盘机架 (5) 上与插销 (17) 相对应的位置设有销孔;
粮箱 (1) 在不移出时, 插销 (17) 插在底盘机架 (5) 上销孔内, 粮箱要 移出时, 拉动插销 (17), 可实现粮箱下部与底盘机架 (5) 脱开。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7其中之一所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在于: 粮箱 (1) 上连接有竖直设置的卸粮筒 (11)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于:
所述卸粮筒 (11) 与粮箱 (1) 转动连接, 卸粮筒 (11) 的下端连接有可 驱动卸粮筒 (11) 转动的驱动装置。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于:
所述驱动装置包括液压油缸 (25), 所述液压油缸 (25) 的油缸端与底盘 机架 (5) 铰接, 液压油缸 (25) 的活塞杆与卸粮筒 (11) 的下端之间通过第二 销轴 (41) 可拆卸连接。
11、 根据权利要求 10 所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征 在于:
液压油缸 (25) 通过液压管路 (33) 依次连通有单向节流装置 (31)、 多 路阀 (32)、 液压泵 (34) 和液压油箱 (35), 通过多路阀 (32) 上的操纵杆来 控制液压油缸 (25) 活塞杆伸出与收缩。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征 在于:
粮箱 (1) 上设有固定板 (23), 卸粮筒 (11) 与固定板 (23) 转动连接, 在固定板 (23) 上设置有第一限位块 (22), 在卸粮筒 (11) 上设置有与第一限 位块 (22) 互相作用的第二限位块 (24)。
13、 根据权利要求 12 所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征 在于: 卸粮筒 (11) 的中部位置设有切换锁紧机构。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于:
切换锁紧机构包括固定在粮箱 (1) 上的卸粮筒固定板 (39), 在卸粮筒固 定板 (39) 上安装有一个倒 U型支架 (40), 所述倒 U型支架 (40) 的上部设有 插孔, 在卸粮筒固定板 (39) 上与插孔相对应的位置设有通孔, 在插孔和通孔 内插接有第一销轴(28),所述卸粮筒固定板(39)的下部设有销轴固定板(29); 所述卸粮筒 (11) 上与第一销轴 (28) 相对应的位置安装有与第一销轴 (28) 相配合的带孔板 (26)。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于:
所述倒 U型支架 (40) 内安装有回位弹簧 (27), 所述回位弹簧 (27) 套装 在第一销轴 (28) 的外部。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于:
卸粮筒固定板 (39) 上与卸粮筒 (11) 相对应的位置设置半圆形缺口, 所
述半圆形缺口内设置软质的橡胶垫 (30)。
17、 根据权利要求 8所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于: 卸粮筒 (11) 的下端与粮箱 (1) 固定连接, 在卸粮筒 (11) 的顶端铰接有 顶置水平卸粮筒 (37), 顶置水平卸粮筒 (37) 通过设置在粮箱 (1) 顶部的卸 粮油缸 (36) 与粮箱 (1) 活动连接。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的可旋转移出粮箱装置的联合收割机, 其特征在 于: 所述顶置水平卸粮筒 (37) 的高度高于粮箱 (1) 的高度。
