图 3是本发明实施例提供的一种无线终端自适应网络升级的电话号码升级的终端 装置的结构组成示意图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明, 应当理解, 以下所说明的优 选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。 图 1是本发明实施例提供的一种无线终端自适应网络升级的电话号码升级的方法 的流程图。 在网络升级后, 运营商将网络升级规则存放在云端或者通过 STK ( SIM TOOL KIT, 用户识别应用发展工具)业务进行绑定, 这样无线终端的无线终端管理模 块就可以通过云端或者 STK来获取网络升级规则, 其中网络升级规则包括四个部分: "升级前位移量", "升级前位移内容", "升级后的位移量", "升级后的位移内容"。本实 施例以无线 USB调制解调器(Universal Serial BUS Modulator DEModulator, 通用串行 总线调制解调器)及 SIM ( Subscriber Identity Module,用户识别模块) /USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module, 全球用户识别卡) 为例, 如图 1所示, 所述流程包括以下 步骤: 步骤 S101 , 终端装置上电并运行无线终端管理模块。 终端装置插入无线 USB调制解调器,并上电,开始运行无线终端管理模块。其中, 终端装置包括 PC或笔记本电脑等设备,无线 USB调制解调器中放置有 SIM/USIM卡, 无线 USB调制解调器的作用是读取 SIM/USIM卡的信息,然后接收基站的信号,进行 拨号上网, 从而连接到无线网络。 无线终端管理模块是安装在终端装置上的人机交互界面, 通过串口与无线终端通 讯。 其中, 无线终端包括 USB调制解调器、 无线数据卡 (Wireless Data Card) 等, 本 实施例为无线 USB调制解调器。无线终端管理模块的主要作用是通过无线终端注册到 当前无线网络,并获取当前网络的升级规则,从而升级存储在终端装置或者 SIM/USIM 中的电话号码。 无线终端管理模块包括初始化单元、 号码备份单元、 号码升级单元、 号码查找单元、 号码恢复单元、 号码写入单元。 步骤 S102, 对无线终端进行初始化。 初始化单元启动初始化流程, 进行无线终端的初始化, 具体包括串口的初始化、 无线 USB调制解调器及网络状态的读取, SIM/USIM卡电话号码读取、 获取待升级电 话号码的存储位置等。 步骤 S103 , 判断是否注册到网络。 无线终端管理模块判断无线终端是否注册到网络,如果没有,继续执行步骤 S103 , 反之, 获取当前网络注册状态, 执行步骤 S104。 步骤 S104, 判断用户是否需要升级电话号码。 无线终端管理模块检测到网络升级后, 提示无线终端用户是否升级电话号码, 如 果无线终端用户选择升级电话号码, 则执行步骤 S105, 反之执行步骤 Slll。 步骤 S105, 备份电话号码。 如果网络注册成功, 而且用户需要进行号码升级, 号码备份单元则将初始化时读 取到的 SIM/USIM卡下的所有电话号码进行备份,备份文件名以 "位置 +时间"命名。其 中, "位置 "是用户选择的存储备份文件的位置, "时间 "是当前备份时间。 步骤 S106, 判断备份是否成功。 无线终端管理模块判断电话号码备份是否成功, 如果备份成功, 执行步骤 S107, 反之执行步骤 Sill。 步骤 S107, 获取号码升级规则。 无线终端管理模块通过串口与无线终端通讯。 无线终端管理模块通过串口通讯协 议的支持与无线终端通讯, 包括 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project, 第三代合作 伙伴项目) 协议规定的标准 AT ( Attention, 注意) 指令。 AT 指令用于读取或写入 SIM/USIM卡的电话号码, 以及用于获取当前网络的升级规则。 备份成功后,号码升级单元通过无线终端访问云端或者 STK获取当前网络的号码 升级规则, 其中升级规则格式为 "升级前位移量", "升级前位移内容", "升级后的位移 量", "升级后的位移内容"。 具体地说, 号码升级单元按照" AT+指令名?"扩充并下发指 令给无线终端以获取当前网络的号码升级规则, 无线终端返回的结果参数为 ("升级前 位移量", "升级前位移内容", "升级后的位移量", "升级后的位移内容"), 其中"升级 前的位移量"表明了号码升级前的位置, "升级前位移内容"表明了升级前位移量下的号 码内容, "升级后的位移量"说明了号码升级后的位置, "升级后的位移内容 "说明了号码 升级后的位移下号码内容。 步骤 S108, 根据号码升级规则对电话号码进行升级。 号码升级单元根据获取的号码升级规则对 SIM/USIM存储位置下的所有符合升级 规则的电话号码进行批量升级。 比如, 升级前的电话为 8615212345678, 升级要求把 86修改为 396, 此时, 升级前的位移量为 0, 升级前的位移内容为 "86", 升级后的位 移量为 0, 升级后的位移内容为 "396",根据这四个号码升级规则, 便可以自适应升级电 话号码为 39615212345678。 步骤 S109, 判断升级是否成功。 无线终端管理模块判断是否电话号码升级成功, 如果升级成功, 执行步骤 S110, 反之, 执行步骤 Slll。 步骤 S110, 更新电话号码。 无线终端管理模块下发 AT指令给无线终端, 号码升级单元将升级后的新的电话 号码批量写入到 SIM/USIM卡相应的存储位置中, 覆盖原 SIM/USIM卡存储位置下的 所有符合升级规则的电话号码。 步骤 S111 , 结束号码升级流程。 如果用户选择升级终端装置即 PC或笔记本电脑中的电话号码, 则无线终端管理 模块从 PC或笔记本电脑中读取电话号码, 然后根据从网络侧获取的号码升级规则对 所读取到的电话号码进行备份及升级, 并将升级后的电话号码保存到 PC或笔记本电 脑中的相应的存储位置。 恢复电话号码时, 读取备份文件中的电话号码并将所读取到 的电话号码重写到 PC或笔记本电脑中的相应存储位置。总之, 升级 PC或笔记本电脑 中的电话号码和升级 SIM/USIM卡中的电话号码的流程相似, 只是读取电话号码及保 存电话号码的地点不同。 图 2是本发明实施例提供的一种无线终端自适应网络升级的电话号码的恢复方法 的流程图, 如图 2所示, 所述流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 S201 , 终端装置上电并运行无线终端管理模块。 步骤 S202, 无线终端管理模块进行初始化。 初始化单元启动初始化流程, 进行无线终端的初始化, 具体包括串口的初始化、 USB调制解调器及网络状态的读取, SIM/USIM卡电话号码读取等。 步骤 S203 , 判断是否注册到网络。 无线终端管理模块判断无线终端是否注册到网络,如果没有,继续执行步骤 S203 , 反之, 执行步骤 S204。 步骤 S204, 判断用户是否恢复电话号码。 无线终端管理模块提示用户是否恢复电话号码, 如果用户选择恢复电话号码, 则 执行步骤 S205, 否则执行步骤 S209。 步骤 S205, 选择备份时间。 无线终端管理模块提示用户输入或者选择备份时间。 步骤 S206, 根据备份时间查找相应的电话号码。 号码查找单元根据用户输入或者选择的备份时间, 在所有的备份文件中查找满足 备份时间的备份文件。 步骤 S207, 批量删除 SIM/USIM卡中所有的电话号码。 无线终端管理模块向串口下发 AT删除指令, 批量删除 SIM/USIM卡中所有的电 话号码。 步骤 S208, 把查找到的号码备份文件批量写入到 SIM卡。 号码写入单元向串口下发 AT 写入指令, 批量将查找到的电话号码写入到 SIM/USIM卡相应的存储位置中。 步骤 S209, 结束号码恢复流程。 图 3是本发明实施例提供的一种无线终端自适应网络升级的电话号码升级的终端 装置的结构组成示意图。 终端装置包括 PC或笔记本电脑等设备, 并通过串口与无线 终端连接, 其中无线终端是无线 USB调制解调器或无线数据卡等。如果无线终端是无 线 USB调制解调器, 则将 SIM/USIM卡插入到无线 USB调制解调器中。无线 USB调 制解调器的作用是读取 SIM/USIM卡的信息, 然后接收基站的信号, 进行拨号上网, 从而连接到无线网络。 如图 3所示, 所述终端装置包括设置在其上的以下单元: 初始 化单元 301、 号码备份单元 302、 号码升级单元 303、 号码查找单元 304、 号码恢复单 元 305、 号码写入单元 306。 初始化单元 301设置为获取待升级的电话号码并备份所述电话号码以供恢复所述 电话号码时使用, 并获取存储所述待升级的电话号码的存储位置。 具体地说, 设置为 对所述无线终端进行初始化、 读取网络注册状态、 读取 SIM/USIM卡或终端装置侧的 电话号码。 号码升级单元 303设置为通过无线终端从网络侧获取号码升级规则, 并根据所述 号码升级规则对所述存储位置的电话号码进行升级。 号码升级单元通过无线终端访问 云端或者通过 STK从网络侧获取号码升级规则,并根据无线终端反馈回来的升级规则 对所述存储位置的电话号码进行升级。 号码写入单元 306设置为用升级后的电话号码覆盖所述存储位置中的电话号码。 号码升级成功后, 号码写入单元 306将升级后的电话号码重写到相应的存储位置, 同 时也设置为将备份号码重写到相应的存储位置。 具体地说, 当用户选择的存储位置是 终端装置侧, 则删除终端装置侧下的所有电话号码, 若是恢复操作, 则用号码查找单 元 304查找到的备份文件中的所有电话号码覆盖终端装置侧相应存储位置中的电话号 码; 若是升级号码操作, 则将号码升级单元 303升级后的电话号码重写到终端装置侧。 若用户选择的存储位置是 SIM/USIM侧, 则下发 AT指令删除 SIM/USIM侧的所有电 话号码, 若是升级操作, 则将号码升级单元 303升级后的所有电话号码通过 AT指令 写入到 SIM/USIM卡中, 若是恢复操作, 将号码查找单元 304查找到的备份文件中的 所有电话号码重写到写入到 SIM/USIM卡中。 号码备份单元 302设置为备份所获取的电话号码, 其中, 电话号码的备份文件以 备份时间及备份文件所在位置命名。 具体地说, 号码备份单元 302根据用户选择的存 储位置和当前存储时间来自动备份相应的电话号码。 号码查找单元 304设置为根据备份时间或者备份时间段查找相应的备份文件。 号码恢复单元 305设置为删除所述相应的存储位置中的电话号码并通过号码写入 单元用所查找到的备份文件中的电话号码覆盖所述存储位置中的电话号码。 号码恢复 单元 305根据用户选择的时间段, 调用号码查找单元 304查找到相应的备份文件, 再 调用号码写入单元 306将查找到的备份文件写入到相应的存储位置。 综上所述,本发明实施例通过根据不同网络的升级规则进行自适应电话号码升级, 本发明实施例不仅可以适配网络的不断升级,也可以适配不同运营商的不同网络升级, 解决了以往定制中电话号码升级规则的改变必然导致无线终端软件的更改的问题, 具 有对不同网络下不同升级规则的自动升级电话号码的智能效果, 同时也大大降低了运 营商网络升级的风险。 尽管上文对本发明实施例进行了详细说明, 但是本发明不限于此, 本技术领域技 术人员可以根据本发明实施例所描述的原理进行各种修改。 因此, 凡按照本发明实施 例所描述的原理所作的修改, 都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书 、 一种无线终端自适应网络升级的电话号码升级的方法, 其中, 在网络升级后运 营商将网络升级规则存储在网络侧, 所述方法包括:
终端装置的初始化单元获取待升级的电话号码并备份所述电话号码以供恢 复所述电话号码时使用;
终端装置的初始化单元获取存储所述待升级的电话号码的存储位置; 终端装置的号码升级单元通过无线终端从网络侧获取号码升级规则, 并根 据所述号码升级规则对所述存储位置的电话号码进行升级;
终端装置的号码写入单元用升级后的电话号码覆盖所述存储位置中的电话 号码。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 无线终端从网络侧获取号码升级规则的步 骤包括:
无线终端通过访问云端或者通过用户识别应用发展工具 STK从网络侧获 取号码升级规则。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 终端装置的初始化单元获取所述电话号码 的存储位置的步骤后还包括:
终端装置的号码备份单元备份所获取的电话号码, 其中, 电话号码的备份 文件以备份时间及备份文件的存储位置命名。 、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 终端装置的号码写入单元将升级后的电话 号码保存到相应的存储位置的步骤之后还包括:
终端的号码查找单元根据备份时间查找相应的备份文件;
终端的号码备份单元删除所述相应的存储位置中的电话号码; 终端的号码写入单元用备份文件中的电话号码覆盖所述存储位置中的电话 号码。 、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述号码升级规则包括升级前位移量、 升 级前位移内容、 升级后的位移量、 升级后的位移内容。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述待升级的电话号码存储在终端装置中 或者无线终端的 SIM/USIM卡中。 、 一种无线终端自适应网络升级的电话号码升级的终端装置, 其中, 在网络升级 后运营商将网络升级规则存储在网络侧, 所述终端装置包括:
初始化单元, 设置为获取待升级的电话号码并备份所述电话号码以供恢复 所述电话号码时使用, 并获取存储所述待升级的电话号码的存储位置;
号码升级单元, 设置为通过无线终端从网络侧获取号码升级规则, 并根据 所述号码升级规则对所述存储位置的电话号码进行升级;
号码写入单元, 设置为用升级后的电话号码覆盖所述存储位置中的电话号 码。 、 根据权利要求 7所述的终端装置, 其中,
