本发明涉及卫浴领域, 具体涉及一种座便器, 尤其是一种节水座便器。 背景技术
在当今世界上, 座便器已经被公认为 "卫生水准的量尺", 英国人发明座便 器是对人类社会的一大贡献。 座说便器的出现改变了过去人们上洗手间的习惯, 更整洁、 更卫生、 更方便的排泄方式, 使人们的生活质量得到很大的提高, 又 由于地下供水排水管已经全面覆盖整个城市, 使得越来越多的人使用上了方便 的座便器。
现有的座便器为了达到防止排污管道内的臭味通过座便器倒流到室外, 同 时在座便器内储存适量的水的目的, 将座便器的排污管道设计成一个向上弯曲 之后再向下弯曲的复杂形状, 当座便器使用完毕后, 要把污物冲出排污管道, 这时需要大量的水来冲洗座便器, 要让污物越过高于座便器底部大约 50mm的 排污管道才能冲出, 否则污物将滞留在座便器内, 这就是传统座便器耗水的原 因。 发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、 设计合理, 提高水资源 利用率的节水座便器。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种节水座便器, 包括座体及设置在座 体上的水箱, 所述座体上设置有冲水腔, 所述冲水腔与水箱相连, 水箱上设置 有开关, 所述冲水腔的排水管通过节水装置与外界排污管相连, 所述节水装置 包括箱体、 软管及控制软管封闭和导通的阀门组件;

所述冲水腔 11的排水管 111通过节水装置与外界排污管相连, 所述节水装 置包括箱体、 软管 4及控制软管 4封闭和导通的阀门组件;
所述阀门组件包括转动件 51、 转动轴 52及第一按压件 53 , 所述软管 4倾 斜的设置在箱体内, 所述软管 4的一端连接排水管 111 , 另外一端连接外界排污 管, 所述转动轴 52设置在箱体上, 转动件 51可转动的设置在转动轴 52上, 所 述第一按压件 53设置在转动件 51的前端, 第一按压件 53在转动件 51转动时 按压软管 4实现软管 4的封闭和导通。
软管 4倾斜的设置并连接排水管 111和外界排污管, 当冲水腔 11内冲洗污 物时, 污物与水直接通过倾斜的软管 4往外界排污管排出, 区别与传统的座便 器, 其排污过程不需要爬坡, 而且向下倾斜, 只需稍微有点水就能轻松地将污 物排出。
其中, 外界排污管的设置方式为多种, 本发明的一实施例中, 所述排污管 为下排污管 31或后排污管 32,根据座便器的具体安装位置来考虑设置排污管的 具体类型。
具体的, 所述软管 4 的材质本发明并不做具体的限制, 优选的, 釆用硅胶 软管, 当然, 本发明并不限制软管 4的具体材质。
其中,对于软管 4的安装固定方式本申请提供了优选实施方式, 所述软管 4 的与排水管 111 及外界排污管的连接固定端釆用环箍来固定, 具体的, 所述软 管 4 的两端设置有周向延伸的固定槽, 所述节水装置还设置有环箍, 环箍设置 在固定槽内固定软管 4在排水管 111及排污管上, 固定槽进一步限定了环箍的 轴向窜动, 固定牢固, 拆装方便, 使用简单。

当座便器未使用时, 第一按压件 53封闭所述软管 4, 且弹簧位于正常位, 当座便器冲水使用时, 按下开关 21冲水的同时驱动绳 6拉动转动件 51旋转打 开所述软管 4, 排出污物, 未使用时, 作用在驱动绳 6上力消除, 转动件 51在 复位弹簧 7的作用下, 回复初始位置。
水箱 2外侧可以设置有供驱动绳 6穿过的外壳, 保证了整个座便器外形的 美观。

且在软管 4使用时虹吸管 9是封闭的, 避免污水被虹吸管 9分流, 造成软 管 4的冲力变小, 且浪费水。 同时也避免污物卡入虹吸管 9导致防漏效果消失, 因此在本实施例中, 所述转动件 51上还延伸有转动端 54 , 转动端 54的顶部设 置有第二按压件 55 , 第二按压件 55在转动件 51转动时按压虹吸管 9实现虹吸 管 9的封闭和导通, 此时连接板为三叉板, 其原理与上述第一按压件 53类似, 不做赞述, 需要注意的是, 软管 4与虹吸管 9的导通与封闭是交错的, 即软管 4 导通时, 虹吸管 9封闭, 而软管 4封闭时其虹吸管 9导通; 因此, 其第一按压 件 53复位时, 所述软管 4在复位弹簧 7的作用压紧时, 第二按压件 55是转向 远离虹吸软管 4的方向。
本实施例中, 所述箱体上设置有第二固定块 82 , 所述第二固定块 82设置在 虹吸管 9相对于第二按压件 55的另一侧, 另一实施例中, 第一固定块 81与第 二固定块 82为一整体。
本实施例中, 所述软管 4 靠近与排污管的一端设置有液体单向流通的瓣膜 41 , 瓣膜 41起到单向阀的作用, 当排水时, 水将瓣膜 41 中部的开口冲开, 未 使用时, 开口紧闭, 放置排污管道内的臭味倒流至室内。

所述软管倾斜的设置在箱体内, 所述软管的一端连接排水管, 另外一端连 接外界排污管, 所述阀门组件包括转动件、 转动轴及第一按压件, 所述转动轴 设置在箱体上, 转动件可转动的设置在转动轴上, 所述第一按压件设置在转动 件的前端, 第一按压件在转动件转动时按压软管实现软管的封闭和导通。

4、 根据权利要求 1所述的节水座便器, 其特征在于, 所述软管的两端设置 有周向延伸的固定槽, 所述节水装置还设置有环箍, 环箍设置在固定槽内固定 软管在排水管及排污管上。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任意一项所述的节水座便器, 其特征在于, 所述转动 件的后端连接有拉动转动件转动的驱动绳, 驱动绳与开关联动。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的节水座便器, 其特征在于, 所述节水装置还设置 有复位弹簧, 所述复位弹簧的一端连接所述转动件的后端, 另一端固定在所述 箱体上。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的节水座便器, 其特征在于, 所述箱体上还设置有 第一固定块及第二固定块, 所述第一固定块设置在软管相对于第一按压件的另 一侧, 所述第二固定块设置在虹吸管相对于第二按压件的另一侧。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的节水座便器, 其特征在于, 所述软管靠近与排污 管的一端设置有液体单向流通的瓣膜。
