Description

Hand dryer
The present invention relates to a hand dryer.
In the conventional hand drying apparatus, a plurality of guide display diagrams showing usage procedures such as inserting and removing hands are arranged on the top surface side plane portion of the main body which can be visually recognized by the user. And each guidance display figure was lighted in order according to the operation time of a high pressure airflow generator. As a result, the contents described in the guidance display diagram were visually confirmed by the user in order, and the usage procedure was evoked. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
Hereinafter, the conventional example will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 5 is a side sectional view of a conventional hand dryer, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the hand dryer.
As shown in FIG. 5, the conventional hand dryer includes a hand dryer 103, a high-pressure airflow generator 104, an ejection hole 105, and a sensor 106. Here, the hand drying chamber 103 inserts or removes the hand 102 from the hand insertion port 101 opened toward the outside. The high pressure air flow generator 104 generates a high pressure air flow. The ejection hole 105 is disposed in the vicinity of the hand insertion port 101, and sends the high-pressure air flow generated from the high-pressure air flow generator 104 toward the hand drying chamber 103. The sensor 106 detects the insertion state of the user's hand 102.
When the hand 102 is inserted into the hand drying chamber 103, the sensor 106 detects the insertion state of the hand 102, and the high-pressure airflow generator 104 is operated. Then, the air 108 sucked from the suction port 107 passes through the high-pressure air flow generator 104 shown in FIG. 5, becomes a high-speed jet and is sent out from the ejection hole 105 toward the hand 102, and the wet hand 102 after hand washing is dried. The
As shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of guidance display diagrams 111 showing the usage procedure are arranged on the top surface side flat portion 110 of the main body 109 near the hand insertion port 101. And each guidance display figure 111 lights in order according to the operation time of the high pressure airflow generator 104. FIG. As a result, the contents described in the guidance display diagram 111 are visually confirmed by the user in turn, and the usage procedure is urged.
Also, in the hand drying device, a large hand drying chamber 103 is required so that the user does not feel a blockage when the hand 102 is inserted. In the conventional hand drying apparatus, when the hand drying chamber 103 is enlarged without changing the size of the main body 109, the area of the top surface side plane portion 110 of the main body 109 is narrowed. For this reason, the guidance display diagram 111 is reduced, and the user cannot be fully urged to use procedures such as inserting and removing the hand 102. As a result, there is a problem that the operation of the hand drying device may be continued more than necessary even after the drying of the hand 102 is completed, and unnecessary power consumption occurs.

The hand drying device of the present invention includes a high pressure air flow generating device that generates a high pressure air flow, a hand drying chamber that dries hands with the high pressure air flow, and an illumination lamp that illuminates the hand drying chamber. The hand drying chamber has a hand insertion port on the top surface, an ejection hole that blows a high-pressure air flow to the hand insertion port, and a sensor that detects the insertion state of the hand into the hand drying chamber. When the sensor detects the insertion of the hand, the high pressure air flow generator starts operation. In addition, the illumination lamp is turned on when the operation of the high-pressure airflow generator is started. Then, when the operation of the high-pressure airflow generator has elapsed for a predetermined time, the illumination lamp blinks.
When the high-pressure airflow generator has lapsed for a predetermined time, the illumination light will blink, so you can call out to remove your hand. Therefore, after the drying of the hand is completed, the operation of the hand dryer more than necessary is eliminated, and unnecessary power consumption is not generated.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a hand dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the hand drying device includes a hand drying chamber 3 and a high-pressure airflow generator 4. Here, in the hand drying chamber 3, the hand 2 is inserted into or extracted from the hand insertion port 1 that opens outward from the top surface 3 a. The high pressure air flow generator 4 generates a high pressure air flow 4a of 0.5 kPa or more and 15 kPa or less. In the hand drying chamber 3, the hand 2 is dried by the high-pressure air flow 4a. In the vicinity of the hand insertion port 1, an ejection hole 5 for blowing the high-pressure air flow 4 a toward the hand insertion port 1 in the hand drying chamber 3 and the insertion state of the hand 2 into the hand drying chamber 3 of the user 12 are detected. A sensor 6 is provided. The sensor 6 is installed closer to the hand insertion port 1 than the ejection hole 5.
When the wet hand 2 after hand washing is inserted into the hand drying chamber 3, when the insertion of the hand 2 is detected by the sensor 6, the high-pressure airflow generator 4 is operated. Then, the suction air 8 sucked from the suction port 7 flows into the inside of the hand dryer through the filter 9 and the suction air passage 10. The intake air 8 is pressurized by the high-pressure air flow generator 4 to become a high-pressure air flow 4a and is sent out from the ejection hole 5 toward the hand 2, and the hand 2 is dried. When the hand 2 is extracted from the hand drying chamber 3 and the sensor 6 no longer detects the hand 2, the operation of the high-pressure airflow generator 4 is stopped.
This hand dryer is attached to the wall surface 11a of the washroom 11 or the like. The user 12 stands facing the front surface 11b of the hand dryer, and the hand 2 is inserted downward from the hand insertion port 1. Here, when the hand 2 is inserted from the hand insertion port 1 from a natural working posture without difficulty, the palm side 13 is often inserted with the front side 11b in front. The front inner wall surface 14 a in the hand drying chamber 3 is provided with an illumination lamp 15 having an irradiation range 16 that illuminates the inside of the hand drying chamber 3. Here, the illumination lamp 15 irradiates light toward the inner wall surface 14b in the hand drying chamber 3 to illuminate the entire inner wall surface 14b. The high-pressure airflow generator 4 and the illumination lamp 15 are connected to the control board 17. The control board 17 controls the operation of the high-pressure airflow generator 4 and the illumination lamp 15 by detecting the insertion of the hand 2 by the sensor 6.
FIG. 2 is a time chart showing the operation of the hand dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a time chart showing the operations of the high-pressure airflow generator 4, the sensor 6, and the illumination lamp 15. When the operation of the high-pressure airflow generator 4 starts, the illumination lamp 15 is turned on. After the operation time of the high-pressure airflow generator 4 has elapsed for a predetermined time, the illumination lamp 15 blinks. The predetermined time is a time of about 2 seconds to 10 seconds, and is a value set in advance based on the performance of the high-pressure airflow generator 4. Then, as the operating time of the high-pressure airflow generator 4 after the hand 2 shown in FIG. Turns off when time is up. Thus, the illumination lamp 15 is turned off after the illumination lamp 15 blinks. Moreover, after the hand 2 is extracted from the hand drying chamber 3 and the operation of the high-pressure airflow generator 4 is stopped, the illumination lamp 15 is turned on again. In addition, when the hand 2 is extracted from the hand drying chamber 3 before the illuminating lamp 15 is turned off, the operation of the high-pressure airflow generator 4 is stopped and the illuminating lamp 15 remains lit.
Next, the effects and functions of the hand dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. At the start of operation of the high-pressure airflow generator 4, the illumination lamp 15 is in a lighting state. Therefore, even if the interior of the hand drying chamber 3 is likely to be dark due to the shadow of the user 12, the interior of the hand drying chamber 3 is brightly illuminated by the illumination lamp 15. As a result, the hand drying chamber 3 is felt open, and there is no anxiety that the hand 2 touches the front inner wall surface 14a or the rear inner wall surface 14b of the hand drying chamber 3, so that the user 12 can easily insert the hand 2. Can be aroused. Then, after the operation time of the high-pressure airflow generator 4 has elapsed for a predetermined time (2 to 10 seconds), the illumination lamp 15 starts blinking and the hand drying chamber 3 becomes dark. As a result, the hand drying chamber 3 can be felt closed, and the user 12 can be urged to pull out the hand 2 from the anxiety that the hand 2 touches the front inner wall surface 14a or the rear inner wall surface 14b of the hand drying chamber 3. .
Also, as the operating time of the high-pressure airflow generator 4 becomes longer, the blinking interval of the illuminating lamp 15 becomes gradually shorter. As a result, the turn-off time of the illumination lamp 15 becomes longer in proportion to the degree of drying of the hand 2, that is, the drying time. As a result, the hand drying chamber 3 can be felt closed, and the user 12 can be urged to pull out the hand 2 from the anxiety that the hand 2 touches the front inner wall surface 14a or the rear inner wall surface 14b of the hand drying chamber 3. .
Also, the illumination lamp 15 is turned off when the estimated maximum drying time is reached. As a result, the hand drying chamber 3 can be felt closed, and the user 12 can be urged to pull out the hand 2 from the anxiety that the hand 2 touches the inner wall surface of the hand drying chamber 3.
In addition, the illumination lamp 15 is arrange | positioned at the near side inner wall surface 14a. That is, the illuminating lamp 15 illuminates the entire inner wall surface 14b in the visual field direction 18 of the user 12, and the user 12 can easily confirm the brightness in the hand drying chamber 3.
Thus, according to the hand drying device of the embodiment of the present invention, even when the hand drying chamber 3 is widened while the size of the body of the hand drying device is constant, the hand 2 to the hand drying chamber 3 Insertion and withdrawal work is aroused. As a result, in the hand drying apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, unnecessary operation after the hand 2 is dried can be suppressed, and the power consumption can be reduced.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a time chart showing different operations of the hand dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the illumination lamp 15 is temporarily turned off after blinking. The illuminating lamp 15 is turned on with a lower illuminance than when the high-pressure airflow generator 4 is started after being turned off. The illumination lamp 15 may be turned off when the sensor 6 has not detected insertion of the hand 2 for a certain period of time (1 to 30 minutes).
If the illumination lamp 15 is lit, the user 12 can insert the hand 2 into the hand drying chamber 3 without hesitation. Therefore, if the user 12 inserts the hand 2 into the hand drying chamber 3 within a certain time after using the hand drying apparatus, the illumination lamp 15 is turned on, so that the hand drying apparatus is easy to use. It should be noted that the user 12 can set a time of 1 to 30 minutes with respect to the control to turn off when the insertion of the hand 2 is not detected for a certain time.
FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of a different configuration of the hand dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, an illumination light switch 19 for turning on / off the illumination light 15 is provided between the illumination light 15 and the control board 17. Therefore, the illumination lamp 15 can be turned on and off, and the illumination lamp 15 can be turned off on holidays when the hand dryer is not used for a long period of time. As a result, unnecessary power consumption of the illuminating lamp 15 when the hand dryer is not in use can be suppressed, and power consumption can be reduced.
The hand dryer of the present invention can be applied not only to hand drying, but also to equipment drying equipment using an ejection hole structure, that is, industrial drying for drying an object in a short time.
