技术领域
本发明涉及插板机的技术领域。
背景技术
插板机是一种新型桩工机械,主要用于沿海或湿地软地基处理, 围海造 地等施工领域。 插板机的作业过程是以钢套管插入土壤, 将塑料排水牌带入 到土壤中, 将钢套管拔离土壤并将塑料排水板滞留在土壤中, 剪断塑料排水 板,将工作装置抬离地面,车辆行走或回转将钢套管对准下一个排水板孔位, 以进行第二个孔的插入。 因此该机器是一种周期作业自行式桩工机械。
目前市场上插板机主要有三种型式,一是轻型钢轨式插板机,二是液压 步履式, 三是电动履带式。
从工作装置机能上来看, 上三种机器的主架相对与机身都是固定位置 的, 移孔位就必须移动机器, 而这三种型式的机器移动速度都较低, 且灵活 性很差, 故作业辅助时间浪费较严重; 如排水板在作业过程中断裂, 就必须 人工爬到套管顶部穿设排水板, 多余浪费作业时间同时还给作业人员带来不 安全隐患; 如遇到地面不平整度大于 2。 时必须先对作业场地进行平整, 符 合要求后再进行施工, 加大了工程施工量。 上三种机器的套管插入力都是由 电动振动锤的振动及套管和振动锤自重获得的,故土质硬度不同插入速度也 不可控制, 而且土质过硬时插入速度也比较慢或无法插入。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种移动快速、 动作灵活、 插入深度大、 地面适应性 强、 操作方便、 动力大、 插入速度快的插板机插板工作装置。 一种插板机插板工作装置,传动操作机构通过液压控制方式将动力传输 给举升机构, 举升机构带动工作装置进行旋转, 工作装置内部设置通过卷扬 带动的钢套管, 钢套管内布置排水板; 工作装置上分别设置左右调垂机构、 收放式板线架、 可拆卸支撑装置。
本发明的左右调垂机构为在工作装置的动臂上连接第一摆架, 第一摆架 的一端通过油缸销轴与油缸连接, 油缸的另一端与工作装置连接, 第一摆架 的另一端通过主销轴与工作装置连接。 本发明通过操纵油缸, 使其油缸杆伸 出或缩回, 通过摆架来拉动工作装置, 使其左右摆动, 以达到调整工作装置 与地平面垂直的要求, 结构筒单, 调整效果好, 对施工场地要求低, 无论是 平整的地面或者是带坡度、 不平整的地面都可以操作。
本发明的收放式板线架包括主架、 销轴、 板线油缸、 板线架, 主架的侧 壁上至少布置两组板线架,板线油缸上油缸杆的一端通过销轴与主架固定连 接,另一端与板线架活动连接。本发明通过操纵扳线油缸使缸杆伸出或收回, 带动扳线架摆出或收回,使工作装置可以无任何障碍地水平放倒。结构筒单, 操作方便, 避免工作装置上的桁架晃动的现象。
本发明的可拆卸支撑装置包括臂架、 销轴、 u型锁紧架、 锁紧油缸、 锁 板、 托架, 臂架的端部布置锁板, 位于锁板上靠近臂架的一侧布置 U型锁紧 架、 锁紧油缸, U型锁紧架与锁紧油缸之间通过销轴连接, 锁板上远离臂架 的一侧布置托架。本发明主要是为了尽最大可能缩短工作装置未举起时重心 距前倾翻线的距离,我们将工作装置上臂架最下部的一部分做成了可拆卸架 托。 这样工作装置未举起时, 不包含架托部分的重量有效得到了减轻, 同时 重心距前倾翻线的距离也有效地得到了缩短,这使得机器在较轻的前倾翻线 后部重量就能将工作装置举起, 有效地减轻了整机的重量, 有效地节约了成 本。
本发明的举升机构为在工作装置的侧壁上固定连接第二摆架,第二摆架 分别与下起架油缸、 动臂、 上起架油缸的一端连接, 下起架油缸、 上起架油 缸的另一端与动臂连接, 动臂的另一端与插板机本体之间连接, 动臂与插板 机本体之间布置动臂油缸。 本发明通过动臂油缸的伸出举升动臂, 通过起架 油缸的下部油缸伸出, 上部油缸的缩回将工作装置立直。 因此当机器在爬坡 能力范围内的坡度上作业时, 只要操纵动臂油缸及摆油缸, 仍能确保工作装 置与地平面的垂直, 并能顺利作业施工, 结构筒单, 适用范围广, 保证工作 装置在何种路面上都能够立直。

具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明:
一种插板机插板工作装置,传动操作机构通过液压控制方式将动力传输 给举升机构, 举升机构带动工作装置 3进行旋转, 工作装置 3内部设置通过 卷扬带动的钢套管 43 , 钢套管 43内布置排水板 42 ; 工作装置 3上分别设置 左右调垂机构、 收放式板线架、 可拆卸支撑装置。
如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明的左右调垂机构为在工作装置 3上连接第一 摆架 11 ,第一摆架 11的一端通过油缸销轴 14与油缸 12连接,油缸 12的另 一端与工作装置 3连接, 第一摆架 11的另一端通过主销轴 5与工作装置 3 连接。 本发明的工作装置 3上设置角度传感器。 本发明的左右调垂机构主要 是由第一摆架 11和两支摆架油缸 12组成,摆架油缸 12通过油缸销轴 14分 别与第一摆架 11和工作装置 3相连接; 第一摆架 11安装于动臂上, 再通过 一个主销轴 5将工作装置 3与其第一摆架 11相连。油缸 12安装于远离主销 轴 5的一端。 当需要调垂时, 操纵油缸 12 , 使其油缸杆伸出或缩回, 通过第 一摆架 11来拉动工作装置 3 ,使其左右摆动, 以达到调整工作装置 3与地平 面垂直的要求。 判断工作装置 3与地平面垂直与否, 通过安装在工作装置 3 上的角度传感器来直观的判断, 然后通过油缸 12来进行调整, 因此操作非 常方便精准。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 本发明的收放式板线架包括主架 21、销轴 22、 板线 油缸 23、 板线架 24 , 主架 21 的侧壁上布置至少一组板线架 24 , 板线油缸 23上油缸杆的一端通过销轴 22与主架 21固定连接, 另一端与板线架 24活 动连接。 本发明的板线油缸 23上油缸杆与板线架 24之间铰接。 本发明的收 放式板线架具体使用过程如下, 当工作装置举起后, 操纵扳线油缸 23使油 缸杆伸出, 扳线架 24摆出, 支起前扳线。 当工作装置需要放倒时, 可操纵 扳线油缸 23使缸杆收回, 扳线架 24收回并紧贴工作装置内侧, 使工作装置 可以无任何障碍地水平放倒。
如图 5、 图 6、 图 7、 图 8、 图 9所示, 本发明的可拆卸支撑装置包括臂 架 31、 销轴 32、 U型锁紧架 33、 锁紧油缸 34、 锁板 35、 托架 36 , 臂架 31 的端部布置锁板 35 ,位于锁板 35上靠近臂架 31的一侧布置 U型锁紧架 33、 锁紧油缸 34 , U型锁紧架 33与锁紧油缸 34之间通过销轴 32连接, 锁板 35 上远离臂架 31的一侧布置托架 36。本发明的锁板 35为相互匹配的两块。本 发明的可拆卸支撑装置在拆卸时, 只要将托架 36底板放到地面上后, 通过 操纵锁紧油缸 34 , 使缸杆缩回, 如图 6所示, 使锁板 35松驰, 再取下锁板 35 , 如图 7所示, 操纵锁紧油缸 34使缸杆伸出, 如图 8所示, 再操纵机器 上部回转平台及动臂举升或下降,将臂架 31底面离开架托 36 ,拆卸即完成, 如图 9所示。 安装架托时与上述过程相反即可。
如图 10所示, 本发明的举升机构为在工作装置 3的侧壁上固定连接第 二摆架 54 , 第二摆架 54分别与下起架油缸 52、 动臂 56、 上起架油缸 53的 一端连接, 下起架油缸 52、 上起架油缸 53的另一端与动臂 56连接, 动臂 56的另一端与插板机本体之间连接, 动臂 56与插板机本体之间布置动臂油 缸 51。 本发明通过动臂油缸 51的伸出举升动臂 56 , 通过下起架油缸 52伸 出、 上起架油缸 53的缩回来控制第二摆架 54将工作装置 3立直。 因此当机 器在爬坡能力范围内的坡度上作业时, 只要操纵动臂油缸及摆油缸, 仍能确 保工作装置与地平面的垂直, 并能顺利作业施工。
