随着科学技术的进步, 许多电子装置已朝向微型化、可携带的方向发展, 包括 各式平板计算机、智能型手机等产品, 已在世界各地广泛地被使用。此类装置于设 计时为了达到轻量化及易于携带的目的,通常不会包含支撑组件,也就是当用户若 欲在定点较长时间使用这些可携式电子装置,例如通过该装置观赏影片、进行简报 时, 便难以将其稳固固定, 并调整至适当的使用高度或角度, 从而降低了可携式电 子装置的实用性。
美国公告第 7, 712, 719 号专利揭露了一种用于可携式电子装置的折迭式支撑 架,其代表图如图 1所示。该支撑架 100可在收紧位置与伸展位置之间调整前支腿 102、 104, 且可采用枢轴区段 110相对于后支腿 106将其置于从 0° 到约 180° 的 位置中, 并可使用该前支腿端部的止挡件 108a、 108b 进行调整。
该专利所提出的技术方案虽然能够支撑可携式电子装置,但其主要的目的在于 提供一种可折迭且易于携带的支撑架,却无法依使用者需求调整支撑架高度以符合 不同使用需求, 加上其整体结构偏小, 当欲放置较大型的电子装置时, 因重心偏离 可能产生装置翻覆的现象; 且目前许多电子装置皆设有触摸屏,支撑架结构若不够 稳定, 当用户触碰屏幕时亦可能造成晃动甚至翻覆, 不仅影响使用的稳定性, 亦可 能造成电子装置的损坏情形。
综上所述, 目前仍需要一种能够解决上述问题的电子装置支撑架, 即具有足够 稳定性且可调整高度与角度的电子装置支撑架。 发明内容
本发明提出一种支撑架, 其包含: 一底座、一第一连接部、 一夹持部及一第二 连接部, 其中该底座与该第一连接部相连, 该夹持部与该第二连接部相连, 该第二 连接部与该第一连接部连结且可沿该第一连接部的轴方向运动。
根据上述构想, 其中该第一连接部设有一开孔。
根据上述构想,其中该支撑架进一步包含一定位件, 该定位件穿过该开孔定位 该第二连接部。

根据上述构想,其中该夹持部包含一第一夹持件及一第二夹持件, 该第二夹持 件与该第二连接部相连,且该第一夹持件与该第二夹持件相组合。通过第一夹持件 与第二夹持件的距离调整, 使该支撑架能适用于各种不同厚度的电子装置。
根据上述构想,其中该夹持部进一步包含一第一套接件, 该第一套接件套设于 该第一夹持件。
根据上述构想,其中该夹持部进一步包含一抵靠件, 该抵靠件设于该第二夹持 件。通过该抵靠件, 使支撑架能更稳固地支撑电子装置, 并且能调整电子装置的倾 斜角度以符合使用者需求。该第一套接件由软而具弹性的材质构成,亦可避免电子 装置因与夹持部或支撑组件碰撞而受损。

本发明支撑架将可通过以下的实施例说明而让本领域具通常知识者了解其创 作精神, 并可据以完成。 但是本发明的实施并非由下列实施例而限制其实施型态。
图 2为本发明支撑架的一较佳实施例立体示意图。如图 2所示,本发明所提出
的支撑架 200包含一底座 1、 一第一连接部 2、 一夹持部 3、 一第二连接部 4以及 一支撑组件 5, 其中该底座 1与该第一连接部 2相连, 该夹持部 3与该第二连接部 4相连, 该第二连接部 4与该第一连接部 2连结且可沿该第一连接部 2的轴方向运 动。
图 3为本发明支撑架的一较佳实施例立体分解示意图。 如图 3所示, 底座 1 与第一连接部 2相连, 该第一连接部 2设有一开孔 22, 且该支撑架 200进一步包 含一定位件 24, 该定位件 24穿过该开孔 22固定于该第二连接部 4的抵挚部 41。 在此实施例中,该第二连接部 4与该第一连接部 2相连且可沿其轴 P方向进行相对 运动或以该轴 P为轴心旋转,达到调整支撑架夹持部 3的高度及角度的目的。此外, 该夹持部 3包含一第一夹持件 31及一第二夹持件 32, 该第二夹持件 32与该第二 连接部 4相连且该第一夹持件 31与该第二夹持件 32相组合。在此实施例中, 该第 一夹持件 31与该第二夹持件 32相组合而可在一定范围内进行相对运动,达到调整 支撑架 200的夹持部 3 宽度的目的。 另, 该夹持部 3进一步包含一第一套接件 35 设于该第一夹持件 31, 该第一套接件 35由软而具弹性的材质构成, 包括但不限于 橡胶、 硅胶、 乳胶等材质, 此可避免使用支撑架放置电子装置 (未图标)时, 该电子 装置因与第一夹持件 31的边缘碰撞而受损。该夹持部 3可进一步包含一抵靠件 33, 该抵靠件 33设于该第二夹持件 32, 在此实施例中, 该抵靠件 33由软而具弹性的 材质构成且其朝上的一面呈凹凸状, 通过该抵靠件 33, 使支撑架 200能更稳固地 支撑电子装置, 并且能调整电子装置的倾斜角度以符合使用者需求。本发明所提出 的支撑架 200可进一步包含一支撑组件 5, 在本实施例中, 该支撑组件 5包含一固 定部 51、 一连接部 52及一延伸部 53, 其中该固定部 51与该第二夹持件 32连结, 该连接部 52连接该固定部 51与该延伸部 53, 该延伸部 53以可挠性的材质构成或 具有可形变的结构, 而可依所放置电子装置 (未图标)的大小、形状、厚度及使用者 需求进行调整。 此外, 该支撑组件 5可进一步包含一第二套接件 55, 套设于该延 伸部 53 的一端, 该第二套接件 55 由软而具弹性的材质构成, 可避免使用支撑架 200放置电子装置时, 该电子装置因与延伸部 53碰撞而受损。
本发明支撑架的第一连接部 2与第二连接部 4的连接可通过多种不同方式实 现, 以下仅列举部分连接方式, 但是此领域具有通常知识者, 在不脱离本发明的精 神与范围下所作的其他连接方式, 亦不脱离如所附权利要求书所欲保护的范围。
图 4A为本发明支撑架的一种连接方式示意图及沿 A1-A1 ' 剖面线的剖面示意 图。如图 4A所示, 该第一连接部 2设有一开孔 22, 该开孔 22周围设有一螺纹 220 且该定位件 24为一螺旋件, 该第二连接部 4则设有一抵挚部 42, 该定位件 24与 该螺纹 220相配并穿过该开孔 22抵挚于该抵挚部 42。 在此实施例中, 该第一连接 部 2的相对两侧各设有一开孔 22, 且该抵挚部 42为一粗糙面, 通过定位件 24穿 过第一连接部 2的开孔 22并抵挚于第二连接部 4的粗糙面, 可将该第二连接部 4 及该夹持部 (未图示)定位。 当使用者欲调整支撑架的高度时, 仅需将定位件 24旋 出, 则该第二连接部 4便可沿轴 A1-A1 ' 方向上下移动, 待调整至所欲的高度后, 再将定位件 24旋入即可定位。
图 4B为本发明支撑架的一种连接方式示意图及沿 A2-A2 ' 剖面线的剖面示意 图。如图 4B所示, 该第一连接部 2设有一开孔 22, 该开孔 22周围设有一螺纹 220 且该定位件 24为一螺旋件, 该第二连接部 4则设有一抵挚部 41, 该定位件 24与 该螺纹 220相配并穿过该开孔 22抵挚于该抵挚部 41。 在此实施例中, 该第一连接 部 2的相对两侧各设有一开孔 22, 且该抵挚部 41为一凹凸结构同前, 通过定位件 24穿过第一连接部 2的开孔 22并抵挚于第二连接部 4的凹凸结构, 可将该第二连 接部 4及该夹持部 (未图示)定位。当使用者欲调整支撑架的高度时,仅需将定位件 24旋出,则该第二连接部 4便可沿轴 A2-A2 ' 方向上下移动,待调整至所欲的高度 后, 再将定位件 24旋入即可定位。
图 5为本发明支撑架的一种连接方式示意图及沿 B-B ' 剖面线的剖面示意图。 如图 5所示, 该第一连接部 2设有一开孔 22, 且该定位件 23为一螺旋件, 该第二 连接部 4则开设一定位孔 40, 该定位孔 40周围设有一定位螺纹 401, 该定位件 23 与该定位螺纹 401相配并穿过该定位孔 40。 在本实施例中, 沿第二连接部 4的一 侧设有数个定位孔 40,通过定位件 23穿过第一连接部 2的开孔 11及第二连接部 4 的定位孔 40, 可将该第二连接部 4及该夹持部 (未图示)定位。 当使用者欲调整支 撑架的高度时, 仅需将定位件 23旋出, 则该第二连接部 4便可沿轴 B-B ' 方向上 下移动, 待调整至所欲的高度对应的定位孔 40后, 再将定位件 23旋入即可定位。
图 6A及图 6B分别为本发明支撑架的一种连接方式示意图及沿 C-C ' 剖面线的 剖面示意图。 如图 6A所示, 该第一连接部 2设有一开孔 22, 该第二连接部 4则开 设一定位孔 40, 在本实施例中, 沿第二连接部 4的一侧设有数个定位孔 40。 其中
该定位件 25包含一插件 253、一弹性件 251及一固定环 252, 该固定环 252设于该 开孔 22外, 该弹性件 251设于该固定环 252中且环绕该插件 253, 该插件 253穿 过该定位孔 40, 将该第二连接部 4及该夹持部 (未图示)定位。 如图 6B所示, 当使 用者欲调整支撑架的高度时, 仅需将插件 253 向外稍微拉出, 则该第二连接部 4 便可沿轴 C-C ' 方向上下移动, 待调整至所欲高度对应的定位孔 40后, 再将插件 253插入定位孔 40即可定位。
图 7为本发明支撑架的一种连接方式示意图及沿 D-D ' 剖面线的剖面示意图。 如图 7所示, 该第一连接部 2设有一开孔 22, 该第二连接部 4则开设一定位孔 40。 在本实施例中, 沿第二连接部 4的一侧设有数个定位孔 40。 其中该定位孔 40中设 有一弹性件 44, 定位件 43则抵挡于该弹性件 44的一侧, 通过定位件 43卡合于第 一连接部 2的开孔 11及第二连接部 4的定位孔 40间,可将该第二连接部 4及该夹 持部 (未图示)定位。当使用者欲调整支撑架的高度时,仅需将定位件 43向内压入, 则该第二连接部 4便可沿轴 D-D ' 方向上下移动, 待调整至所欲高度对应的定位孔 40后,该定位件 43将因弹性件 44的恢复力而向外移动卡合于开孔 22及定位孔 40 间而定位。
以上各连接方式使本发明所提出的支撑架得以实现可升降调整夹持部高度的 效果,此一升降调整效果亦能通过此领域的已知技术例如其他机械式升降结构、气 压式升降结构或油压式升降结构而实现。
图 8为本发明支撑架的另一种连接方式示意图。如图 8所示,本发明支撑架的 第一连接部 2及第二连接部 4亦可以已知的气压式升降结构连接, 通过控制梢 7 的调整使第二连接部 4可沿第一连接部 2的轴 P方向进行相对运动或以该轴 P为轴 心旋转, 达到调整支撑架的高度及角度的目的。
此外, 上述各种结构除了通过手动调整外, 亦可结合电子驱动与控制装置, 以 电动方式进行调整。
图 9为本发明支撑架的夹持部结构示意图及沿 E-E ' 剖面线的剖面示意图。如 图 9所示, 该夹持部 3包含一第一夹持件 31、一第二夹持件 32、一抵靠件 33及一 第一套接件 35, 其中该第二夹持件 32与该第二连接部 4相连且该第一夹持件 31 与该第二夹持件 32相组合。在本实施例中, 该第一夹持件 31套设于该第二夹持件 32中且可沿 E-E ' 线方向移动以调整夹持部 3的宽度, 而该第一夹持件 31套设于
该第二夹持件 32中的部分设有一第一卡接部 311, 该第二夹持件 32则设有相应的 第二卡接部 321, 该第一夹持件 31与该第二夹持件 32相组合并沿 E-E ' 线方向移 动时, 当第一卡接部 311与第二卡接部 321相接触, 便无法继续向外移动, 从而避 免第一夹持件 31由第二夹持件 32中脱离。
图 10为本发明支撑架与一电子装置结合使用的侧面示意图。如图 10所示, 该 电子装置 6的一边可固定于夹持部 3,用户可依电子装置 6的厚度调整第一夹持件 31以选择最适当的夹持宽度及倾斜角度, 抵靠件 33则能进一步防止电子装置 6滑 动, 使支撑架 200能更稳固地支撑电子装置 6, 并且能调整电子装置 6的倾斜角度 以符合使用者需求。 电子装置 6的另一侧则依靠于该支撑组件 5, 支撑组件 5中的 固定部 51设于该第二夹持件 32,连接部 52则连接固定部 51与延伸部 53,其中延 伸部 53以可挠性的材质构成或具有可形变的结构, 可随该电子装置 6的大小、 形 状、 厚度及使用者需求而弯曲附着于该电子装置 6, 进一步使该电子装置 6更稳固 地固定于该支撑架 200。第一套接件 35与第二套接件 55可保护电子装置 6的屏幕 不受磨损, 而支撑架 200的第一连接部 2与第二连接部 4则通过该定位件 24相定 位, 底座 1则承受电子装置 6的重量, 提供整体结构足够的稳定性。

Claims
1. 一种支撑架, 包含一底座、一第一连接部、 一夹持部及一第二连接部, 其 中该底座与该第一连接部相连, 该夹持部与该第二连接部相连, 该第二连接部与 该第一连接部连结且可沿该第一连接部的轴方向运动。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的支撑架, 其特征在于, 该第一连接部设有一开孔。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的支撑架, 其特征在于, 其进一步包含一定位件, 该定 位件穿过该开孔定位该第二连接部。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的支撑架, 其特征在于, 该定位件为一螺旋件, 该第二 连接部设有一抵挚部, 该定位件穿过该开孔抵挚于该抵挚部。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的支撑架,其特征在于, 该抵挚部为一凹凸结构或一粗 糙面。
6. 如权利要求 3所述的支撑架, 其特征在于, 该第二连接部开设一定位孔。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的支撑架,其特征在于, 该定位孔周围设有一螺纹且该 定位件为一螺旋件, 该定位件与该螺纹相配并穿过该定位孔。
8. 如权利要求 6所述的支撑架, 其特征在于, 该定位件包含一插件、一弹性 件及一固定环, 该固定环设于该开孔外, 该弹性件设于该固定环中且环绕该插件, 该插件穿过该定位孔。
9. 如权利要求 6所述的支撑架, 其特征在于, 该定位孔中设有一弹性件, 该 定位件抵挡于该弹性件的一侧。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的支撑架, 其特征在于, 该第一连接部与该第二连接 部通过机械式、 气压式或油压式结构链接。
11. 如权利要求 1至 10任一权利要求所述的支撑架,其特征在于,其进一步 包含一支撑组件, 该支撑组件与该夹持部连结。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的支撑架, 其特征在于, 该支撑组件包含一固定部、 一连接部及一延伸部, 其中该固定部与该夹持部连结, 该连接部连接该固定部与 该延伸部。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的支撑架,其特征在于, 该延伸部以可挠性的材质构 成。
14. 如权利要求 12所述的支撑架,其特征在于,该延伸部具有可形变的结构。
15. 如权利要求 12所述的支撑架,其特征在于, 该支撑组件进一步包含一第 二套接件, 该第二套接件套设于该延伸部。
16. 如权利要求 11所述的支撑架,其特征在于, 该夹持部包含一第一夹持件 及一第二夹持件, 该第二夹持件与该第二连接部相连且该第一夹持件与该第二夹 持件相组合。
17. 如权利要求 16所述的支撑架,其特征在于, 该夹持部进一步包含一第一 套接件, 该第一套接件套设于该第一夹持件。
18. 如权利要求 16所述的支撑架,其特征在于, 该夹持部进一步包含一抵靠 件, 该抵靠件设于该第二夹持件。
