本発明の複合容器は、樹脂製フィルムからなりエンドシール部とセンターシール部とを有するピロータイプ袋の外周面に紙板を貼り合わせたゲーブルトップ形状を有する複合容器である。そして、図1に示すように、少なくとも前記複合容器の胴体部は樹脂製フィルムの外周面に紙板が貼り合わされており、前記複合容器の上方は、樹脂製フィルムと紙板とが紙板の端部から樹脂製フィルムの端部が突出するように貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込まれて前記樹脂製フィルムの端部がエンドシール部を形成しており、前記複合容器の紙板の内周面は、前記紙板の端部から突出したエンドシール部下方の樹脂製フィルムと一部又は全面で接着しているものである。
第一の実施形態は、エンドシール部を切りとることによって紙板のガゼット状に折り込まれた部分の引き出しを可能とし、内容物取り出し用の注ぎ口が形成されるようにする構造である。
第二の実施形態は、エンドシール部におけるシールを易開封性樹脂層又は易開封性樹脂フィルムを介して行い、紙板のガゼット状に折り込まれた部分を引き出す際に、ガゼット部分のエンドシール部の易開封性樹脂層又は易開封性樹脂フィルムによってシールされている部分を剥離して内容物取り出し用の注ぎ口が形成されるようにする構造である。
図2に示すように、前記複合容器上方の紙板の端部から突出した樹脂製フィルムのエンドシール部において、エンドシール部の少なくとも左右いずれか一方の端部を切り取ることで、前記紙板のガゼット状に折り込まれた部分の引き出しが可能となり、内容物取り出し用の注ぎ口を形成することができる。このとき、切妻屋根形状をした複合容器上方の紙板と樹脂製フィルムが接着しているため、ガゼット状に折り込まれた紙板を引き出すと樹脂製フィルムが一体となって引き出されて複合容器が開口して注ぎ口が形成される。
本実施形態においては、少なくともエンドシール部を形成する樹脂製フィルムの内側表面には易開封性樹脂層がコーティングされているか又は易開封性樹脂フィルムが積層されている。図10はこの様な樹脂フィルムをガゼット状に折り込んだ場合のエンドシール部の断面を示す図である。
図10(B)に示したものは本発明の容器の他の例であり、樹脂製フィルムの外側表面には易開封性樹脂層がコーティングされたり易開封性樹脂フィルムが積層されたりしておらず、このため図10(A)に示されるような易剥離性接着部83は形成されていない。
図10(A)に示されているような易剥離性接着部83を形成することは、本発明の必須要件ではないが、容器の外観上好ましいものである。
図11は図10(B)のタイプの容器において、易開封性シール部82を剥離させることによって内容物取り出し用の注ぎ口を形成した状態を示す図である。
この場合、次の(1)又は(2)の構成を採用することによって開封が容易となる。
(1)ガゼット部に位置するエンドシール部の易開封性樹脂層または易開封性樹脂フィルムの間で、箱側面から見た中央部の上側半分の位置に、剥離剤を塗布してシールされない状況をつくり、そこに指をかけて易開封性樹脂層または易開封性樹脂フィルムを剥がして開けることができるようにする。
(2)エンドシール部を形成する際に、箱側面から見た中央部の上側半分の位置に未シール部分ができる形状のエンドシールバーを用いてシールを行い、未シール部分に指をかけて易開封性樹脂層または易開封性樹脂フィルムを剥がして開けることができるようにする。
この実施形態では樹脂製フィルムのエンドシール部が切りとられることなく残っているため第一の実施形態に比べると開封後の防湿性が優れている。
また、この第二の実施形態における構成は第一の実施形態に付加して、二種類の開封方法を選択できるようにしても良い。
複合容器の胴体部は断面が四角形であることが好ましく、正方形又は矩形状(長方形)であることがより好ましい。これにより複合容器本体の胴体部が角柱状となるため、手に取り易く、取り扱い性が向上する。このためにも、前記複合容器の胴体部の紙板には、本体外形形成用の折り込み線が設けられていることが好ましい。
このような場合には、センターシール部に覆われている複合容器側面の下部の紙板に、少なくともセンターシール幅以上の幅の、切り込み或いは切り欠きを設けることが好ましい(図4(B)参照)。これにより、複合容器を自立させる際に、センターシール部の厚みによる段差や反発力を逃がすことができる。
図5(A)は、図4に示す複合容器の胴体部の断面図であり、樹脂製フィルムからなるピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部が複合容器外周の紙板の突き合わせ部から複合容器外面に露出した状態を表している。図5(B)は、紙板の一方の端部がピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部の根元に突き当っていて、もう一方の端部がセンターシール部を覆い隠すように貼り合わされている状態を示している。この場合には、ピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部を覆っている紙板の端部の位置は、センターシール部の端部と揃っていてもよいし、図5(B)のようにセンターシール部の端部よりも長く形成されていてもよい。
図5(C)は、紙板の突き合わせ部がピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部と重なっている状態の複合容器胴体部の断面図である。また、図5(D)は紙板の突き合わせ部がピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部とずれている状態を表している。更に、図5(E)は、ピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部が複合容器の内部に納まるようにして紙板の端部を重ね合わせた状態を表している。図5(F)は、ピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部が複合容器側面の横方向中心部からずれている状態を表している。
また、図5(G)はピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部と紙板の突き合わせ部の位置が互いにずれていて、かつ両方とも複合容器側面の横方向中心部からずれている状態を表している。図5(H)、(I)は、ピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部と紙板の突き合わせ部とが重なっていて、かつ複合容器側面の横方向中心部からずれている状態を表している。
このように本発明の複合容器は内容物の重量に応じて紙板と樹脂製フィルムとの接着範囲を適宜設定することによって、高い自立安定性と容器強度を確保することができる。
これら樹脂製フィルムの厚さは特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、30μm~80μm程度のものを好ましく使用することができる。
縦ピロー包装機を用いる場合においては、樹脂製フィルムをフィルムロールから繰り出し、縦方向にチューブ状にしてセンターシールをし、各ピッチの上下端をシールし、切断してピロー袋に製造する縦ピロー包装機を用いて、ピッチ毎に、前記チューブ状の樹脂製フィルムの外周面に、複合容器上方のエンドシール部を形成する樹脂製フィルム部分を残すように枚葉の紙板を重ね合わせて少なくとも一部を接着し、次いで、前記チューブ状の樹脂製フィルムの上端部を前記紙板が貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込むことにより製造することができる。
また、横ピロー包装機を用いる場合においては、樹脂製フィルムをフィルムロールから繰り出し、横方向にチューブ状にしてセンターシールをし、各ピッチの川上側、又は川下側の端をシールし、切断してピロー袋を製造する横ピロー包装機を用いて、ピッチ毎に、前記チューブ状の樹脂製フィルムの外周面に、複合容器上方のエンドシール部を形成する樹脂製フィルム部分を残すように枚葉の紙板を重ね合わせて少なくとも一部を接着し、次いで、樹脂製フィルムと紙板とが貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込むことにより製造することができる。
すなわち、ピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部を紙板の中心部からずらして重ねた場合に、紙板の突き合わせ部が複合容器側面の横方向中心部からずれるように複合容器を形成すれば図5(D)に示すようになり、紙板の突き合わせ部が複合容器側面の横方向中心部に位置するように複合容器を形成すれば図5(F)に示すようになる。また、図5(G)に示すように、紙板の突き合わせ部が複合容器側面の横方向中心部からずれていて、かつ樹脂製フィルムによるピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部も複合容器側面の横方向中心部からずれるように複合容器を形成しても構わない。更に、図5(H)、図5(I)に示すように、紙板の突き合わせ部と樹脂製フィルムによるピロー袋のセンターシール部とが重なった状態で、複合容器側面の横方向中心部からずれるように複合容器を形成しても構わない。
この方法においてはまず、一枚の紙板を一枚の樹脂製フィルムに貼り付けて複合シートを得る。この場合、紙板はピロー機で製造する場合と同様に折り込んだときに、筒状の胴部と、該胴部の一方の端部のゲーブルトップ形状の端部とが形成されるような展開図形状となっている。また樹脂製フィルムは、紙板を折り込んだときに、紙板のガゼット部を形成する端部から突出してエンドシール部を形成するようになっており、また、紙板の他方の端部からは突出してエンドシールされて紙板に覆われていない容器底面を形成するようになっている。
この様な複合シートを、筒状に折り込んだ後、樹脂製フィルムが走行方向にチューブ状になるようにセンターシールする。次いで、樹脂製フィルムの容器底面を形成する部分と容器ゲーブルトップ部を形成する複合シート部分とを、樹脂製フィルムと紙板とが貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込み、次いで、突出した樹脂製フィルムをエンドシールことによって複合容器を製造することができる。
前記した縦ピロー包装機を用いて、図4(B)に示すような複合容器を2つ作製した。当該複合容器において、ピロータイプ袋のセンターシール部は、複合容器外周面の紙板の端部から露出するようにし、複合容器の底部において、前記露出したセンターシール部が覆っている紙板部分に切り込みを設けた。また、紙板にはコートボールを使用し、樹脂製フィルムにはPET♯12/VMPET♯12/LLDPE♯50を使用した。どちらの複合容器も重量は40.00gであり、複合容器胴体部の容量は80mm×80mm×150mmであった。なお、どちらの複合容器も複合容器上方の切妻屋根部分の高さは30mmであった。
そして、当該注ぎ口を形成したままのものを容器[a]とし、注ぎ口を再びガゼット状に折り込んだものを容器[b]として、それぞれの容器の重量変化を経時測定した。その結果を表1に示し、当該防湿効果検証データをグラフにしたものを図12に示す。
上記実験例1と全く同様にして、図4(B)に示すような複合容器を2つ作製した。
この複合容器の上方のエンドシール部を、実験例1とは異なり、全て切り取った。そして、複合容器上部の左右両側のガゼット上に折り込まれた部分を引き出して、複合容器の上部を全開にした。この全開にした複合容器の上部からそれぞれシリカゲル100.00g(Gross140.00g)を投入した。
そして、当該注ぎ口を全開にしたままのものを容器[c]とし、左右両側の引き出した部分を再びガゼット状に折り戻したものを容器[d]として、それぞれの容器の重量変化を経時測定した。その結果を表2に示し、当該防湿効果検証データをグラフにしたものを図13に示す。

Claims (23)
- 樹脂製フィルムからなりエンドシール部とセンターシール部とを有するピロータイプ袋の外周面に紙板を貼り合わせたゲーブルトップ形状を有する複合容器であって、
少なくとも前記複合容器の胴体部は樹脂製フィルムに紙板が貼り合わされており、
前記複合容器の上方は、樹脂製フィルムと紙板とが紙板の端部から樹脂製フィルムの端部が突出するように貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込まれて前記樹脂製フィルムの端部がエンドシール部を形成しており、
前記複合容器の紙板の内周面は、前記紙板の端部から突出したエンドシール部下方の樹脂製フィルムと一部又は全面で接着している
ことを特徴とする複合容器。 - 前記エンドシール部の少なくとも左右いずれか一方の端部を切り取って、前記紙板のガゼット状に折り込まれた部分を引き出すことによって内容物取り出し用の注ぎ口を形成することを可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合容器。
- 少なくとも前記エンドシール部の樹脂製フィルムの内側表面は易開封性樹脂層又は易開封性樹脂フィルムによってシールされており、
ガゼット部分のエンドシール部の易開封性樹脂層又は易開封性樹脂フィルムによってシールされている部分を剥離して、前記紙板のガゼット状に折り込まれた部分を引き出すことによって内容物取り出し用の注ぎ口を形成することを可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合容器。 - 前記複合容器を開封した後に、前記注ぎ口を形成する部分を再びガゼット状に折り戻すことが可能なことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記複合容器の胴体部断面が四角形であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記複合容器の底部では、前記紙板は前記ピロータイプ袋のエンドシール部を含む外周面に貼り合わされていないことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記紙板に、前記ガゼット状に折り込むための折り線を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記紙板に、前記複合容器の本体外形形成用折り線を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記センターシール部の根元に前記紙板の端部が突き当って、該紙板の端部と、紙板のもう一方の端部との間からセンターシール部が紙板の外周面上に露出していることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記センターシール部の根元に前記紙板の一方の端部が突き当って、この端部の外周面上にセンターシール部が重なっており、前記紙板の他方の端部が前記センターシール部を覆っていることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記複合容器の底部の紙板に少なくともセンターシール幅以上の幅の切り込み或いは切り欠きを設けることを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記複合容器の胴体部を構成する部分の前記紙板と前記樹脂製フィルムとの間に非接着部を有することを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記複合容器の上方の樹脂製フィルムのエンドシール部が縦ノッチと横ノッチを有し、該エンドシール部の一部のみ開封することが可能なことを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 前記複合容器の紙板と樹脂製フィルムとは、容易に離脱して分別可能なように接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 樹脂製フィルムをフィルムロールから繰り出し、縦方向にチューブ状にしてセンターシールをし、各ピッチの上下端をシールし、切断してピロー袋に製造する縦ピロー包装機を用いて、
ピッチ毎に、前記チューブ状の樹脂製フィルムの外周面に、複合容器上方のエンドシール部を形成する樹脂製フィルム部分を残すように枚葉の紙板を重ね合わせて少なくとも一部を接着し、次いで、前記チューブ状の樹脂製フィルムの上端部を前記紙板が貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込んで製造してなることを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の複合容器。 - 樹脂製フィルムをフィルムロールから繰り出し、横方向にチューブ状にしてセンターシールをし、各ピッチの川上側、又は川下側の端をシールし、切断してピロー袋を製造する横ピロー包装機を用いて、
ピッチ毎に、前記チューブ状の樹脂製フィルムの外周面に、複合容器上方のエンドシール部を形成する樹脂製フィルム部分を残すように枚葉の紙板を重ね合わせて少なくとも一部を接着し、次いで、樹脂製フィルムと紙板とが貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込んで製造してなることを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の複合容器。 - 樹脂製フィルムに紙板を貼り付けてなる枚葉の複合シートであって、前記紙板は折り込んだときに、筒状の胴部と、該胴部の一方の端部のゲーブルトップ形状の端部とが形成されるような展開図面状となっており、前記樹脂製フィルムは、紙板を折り込んだときに、紙板のガゼット部を形成する端部から突出してエンドシール部を形成するようになっていると共に、紙板の他方の端部からは突出してエンドシールされた時に紙板に覆われていない容器底面を形成するようになっている複合シートを、筒状に折り込んだ後、樹脂製フィルムが走行方向にチューブ状になるようにセンターシールし、樹脂製フィルムの容器底面を形成する部分と容器ゲーブルトップ部を形成する複合シート部分とを、樹脂製フィルムと紙板とが貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込み、次いで、突出した樹脂製フィルムをエンドシールして製造してなることを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 樹脂製フィルムに紙板を貼り付けてなる連続する複合シートであって、前記紙板は折り込んだときに、筒状の胴部と、該胴部の一方の端部のゲーブルトップ形状の端部とが形成されるような展開図面状となっており、前記樹脂製フィルムは、紙板を折り込んだときに、紙板のガゼット部を形成する端部から突出してエンドシール部を形成するようになっていると共に、紙板の他方の端部からは突出してエンドシールされた時に紙板に覆われていない容器底面を形成するようになっている複合シートを、筒状に折り込んだ後、樹脂製フィルムが走行方向にチューブ状になるようにセンターシールし、樹脂製フィルムの容器底面を形成する部分と容器ゲーブルトップ部を形成する複合シート部分とを、樹脂製フィルムと紙板とが貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込み、次いで、突出した樹脂製フィルムをエンドシールして製造してなることを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
- 請求項1~18のいずれかに記載の複合容器に内容物を充填してなることを特徴とする包装体。
- 樹脂製フィルムをフィルムロールから繰り出し、縦方向にチューブ状にしてセンターシールをし、各ピッチの上下端をシールし、切断してピロー袋に製造する縦ピロー包装機を用いて、
ピッチ毎に、前記チューブ状の樹脂製フィルムの外周面に、複合容器上方のエンドシール部を形成する樹脂製フィルム部分を残すように枚葉の紙板を重ね合わせて少なくとも一部を接着し、次いで、前記チューブ状の樹脂製フィルムの上端部を前記紙板が貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込んで製造されることを特徴とする複合容器の製造方法。 - 樹脂製フィルムをフィルムロールから繰り出し、横方向にチューブ状にしてセンターシールをし、各ピッチの川上側、又は川下側の端をシールし、切断してピロー袋を製造する横ピロー包装機を用いて、
ピッチ毎に、前記チューブ状の樹脂製フィルムの外周面に、複合容器上方のエンドシール部を形成する樹脂製フィルム部分を残すように枚葉の紙板を重ね合わせて少なくとも一部を接着し、次いで、樹脂製フィルムと紙板とが貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込んで製造することを特徴とする複合容器の製造方法。 - 樹脂製フィルムに紙板を貼り付けてなる枚葉の複合シートであって、前記紙板は折り込んだときに、筒状の胴部と、該胴部の一方の端部のゲーブルトップ形状の端部とが形成されるような展開図形状となっており、前記樹脂製フィルムは、紙板を折り込んだときに、紙板のガゼット部を形成する端部から突出してエンドシール部を形成するようになっていると共に、紙板の他方の端部からは突出してエンドシールされた時に紙板に覆われていない容器底面を形成するようになっている複合シートを、筒状に折り込んだ後、樹脂製フィルムが走行方向にチューブ状になるようにセンターシールし、樹脂製フィルムの容器底面を形成する部分と容器ゲーブルトップ部を形成する複合シート部分とを、樹脂製フィルムと紙板とが貼り合わされたままガゼット状に折り込み、次いで、突出した樹脂製フィルムをエンドシールすることを特徴とする複合容器の製造方法。
