本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,特指一种环保便利的洗碗机。
传统的洗碗机需要使用洗洁剂辅助进行清洗,且容易有残留,对人们的健康造成了极大的危害。并且新买回的产品均需要安装在有进水管道处的位置,不仅安装不方便,且对使用位置有一定的限制性,对于厨房空间未规划得当,在狭小的空间里使用十分不方便,给人们的生活或多或少的带来不便。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种具有水箱,不利用任何化学添加剂成份,利用超声震荡使水雾与餐具表面产生摩擦,加上热水的循环冲洗,就能洗净餐具,洗净餐具后利用臭氧发生或利用离子水,使餐具不仅清洁够彻底且消毒也够干净的环保便利的洗碗机。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的可以通过以下结构来达到:一种环保便利的洗碗机,包括有机体和机体中的内腔以及在内腔开口处设置的门,在内腔中设有一个或多个碗架,在机体内设有喷水洗涤装置,在机体的内部或外部设有水箱,水箱与喷水洗涤装置相互连通。
所述水箱分体式设于机体的外部。
所述水箱设于机体的顶面或设于机体的下面或设于机体的侧面。
所述水箱上设有一条备用接水龙头或水管接头的备用管。
所述喷水洗涤装置包括有:进水管、加热装置、水泵、喷水管、一个或多个装有雾化喷头的雾化喷水口、一个或多个冲洗喷水口、超声波震荡器、排水管,进水管的一端连接到水箱底部,进水管的另一端通过加热装置连接到水泵的进水端,水泵的出水端连接有喷水管,在喷水管上分别开有一个或多个装有雾化喷头的雾化喷水口和一个或多个冲洗喷水口,雾化喷水口和冲洗喷水口均设置在内腔中,在内腔中还设有超声波震荡器。
所述冲洗喷水口位于内腔侧壁且对应于碗架的位置。
所述雾化喷水口为多个分别设置在内腔上部和内腔底部。
所述内腔中还设有用来加快水雾扩散到整个洗碗机腔体内的鼓风机或风扇。
所述喷水洗涤装置还包括有臭氧发生器或离子水发生器,所述进水管设有支路通过臭氧发生器或离子水发生器安装在水泵的进水端。
所述喷水洗涤装置还包括有热风装置,该热风装置的出风口位于内腔中。
有益效果
采用上述结构后,本发明由于配有水箱,使洗碗机的安装位置更灵活性,也不必考虑水管的预留性问题,给人们的生活带来了实实在在的便利性;并且本发明洗碗机不需要利用任何化学添加剂成份,利用超声震荡使水雾与餐具表面产生摩擦,加上热水的循环冲洗,就能洗净餐具,非常环保。

本发明的实施方式
如图1-5所示,本发明的一种环保便利的洗碗机,包括有机体10和机体10中的内腔11以及在内腔11开口处设置的门12,在内腔11中设有一个或多个碗架20,在机体10内设有喷水洗涤装置30,在机体10的内部或外部设有水箱40,水箱40与喷水洗涤装置30相互连通。
如图4-5所示,所述水箱40分体式设于机体10的外部。
如图2-5所示,所述水箱40设于机体10的顶面或设于机体10的下面或设于机体10的侧面。
可将需用的水量预先倒入水箱40中,然后装入到机体10上供应洗碗机使用,免除买入时安装区域与位置的限制。
所述水箱40上设有一条备用的水管,此水管可以与水龙头或水管接头连接。
所述喷水洗涤装置30包括有:进水管31、加热装置32 、水泵33、喷水管34、一个或多个装有雾化喷头的雾化喷水口341、一个或多个冲洗喷水口342、超声波震荡器35、排水管36,进水管31的一端连接到水箱40底部,进水管31的另一端通过加热装置32连接到水泵33的进水端,水泵33的出水端连接有喷水管34,在喷水管34上分别开有一个或多个装有雾化喷头的雾化喷水口341和一个或多个冲洗喷水口342,雾化喷水口341和冲洗喷水口342均
设置在内腔11中,在内腔11中还设有超声波震荡器35。
所述冲洗喷水口342位于内腔11侧壁且对应于碗架20的位置。
所述雾化喷水口341为多个分别设置在内腔11上部和内腔11底部。
所述内腔11中还设有用来加快水雾扩散到整个洗碗机腔体11内的鼓风机或风扇37。
所述喷水洗涤装置30还包括有臭氧发生器38或离子水发生器39,所述进水管31设有支路通过臭氧发生器38或离子水发生器39安装在水泵33的进水端。
所述喷水洗涤装置30还包括有热风装置310,该热风装310置的出风口位于内腔11中。
工业实用性
使用时,加热装置32可以将室温或冰水的水加热到40℃以上高温,通过水泵33将水通过水箱40、进水管31后抽取出,并从喷水管34中的装有雾化喷头的雾化喷水口341喷出,热水呈雾状喷出后,再搭配超声波震荡器35震荡,使水雾与碗架20上的碗盘表面产生摩擦,在超声波震荡器33工作产生雾化水气时,内腔11壁上的鼓风机或风扇37加快对水雾的扩散到整个洗碗机内腔11内,使水雾与餐具的摩擦更彻底;这样,洗净碗盘,不必再使用洗洁剂,非常环保。当碗盘被雾化、超声洗净后,再用喷水方式冲洗,水泵33泵出的水通过喷水管34上的冲洗喷水口342对餐具进行冲洗,冲洗完后通过排水管36排出去,再利用热风装置310加以烘干消毒;洗净碗盘的水也可以是经过臭氧发生器38或离子水发生器39处理过后的水,使洗碗用的的水质不含有任何的化学洗涤剂与对人体有害的重金属等,在碗盘的清洗过程中有臭氧发生器38进行杀菌消毒,使清洗过后的碗盘既干净又卫生。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种环保便利的洗碗机,包括有机体和机体中的内腔以及在内腔开口处设置的门,在内腔中设有一个或多个碗架,其特征在于:在机体内设有喷水洗涤装置,在机体的内部或外部设有水箱,水箱与喷水洗涤装置相互连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保便利的洗碗机,其特征在于:所述水箱分体式设于机体的外部并可脱离取出加水。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保便利的洗碗机,其特征在于:所述水箱上设有一条备用接水龙头或水管接头的备用管。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保便利的洗碗机,其特征在于:所述喷水洗涤装置包括有:进水管、加热装置、水泵、喷水管、一个或多个装有雾化喷头的雾化喷水口、一个或多个冲洗喷水口、超声波震荡器、排水管,进水管的一端连接到水箱底部,进水管的另一端通过加热装置连接到水泵的进水端,水泵的出水端连接有喷水管,在喷水管上分别开有一个或多个装有雾化喷头的雾化喷水口和一个或多个冲洗喷水口,雾化喷水口和冲洗喷水口均设置在内腔中,在内腔中还设有超声波震荡器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种环保便利的洗碗机,其特征在于:所述冲洗喷水口位于内腔侧壁且对应于碗架的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种环保便利的洗碗机,其特征在于:所述雾化喷水口为多个分别设置在内腔上部和内腔底部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种环保便利的洗碗机,其特征在于:所述内腔中还设有用来加快水雾扩散到整个洗碗机腔体内的鼓风机或风扇。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种环保便利的洗碗机,其特征在于:所述喷水洗涤装置还包括有臭氧发生器或离子水发生器,所述进水管设有支路通过臭氧发生器或离子水发生器安装在水泵的进水端。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8之任一项所述的一种环保便利的洗碗机,其特征在于:所述喷水洗涤装置还包括有热风装置,该热风装置的出风口位于内腔中。
