모바일 월렛(mobile wallet) 서비스란, 모바일을 이용하여 다양한 멤버십 카드의 포인트 적립/조회/사용 및 쿠폰, 기프트콘과 신용카드, 상품권 등 지불결제수단 관리, 모바일 특가 쇼핑 혜택 등을 누릴 수 있는 서비스이다.
이러한 모바일 월렛 서비스에 가입되어 모바일 월렛 어플리케이션을 설치한 모바일 사용자는 어플리케이션을 통해 특정 제휴사의 멤버십에 가입하는 경우, 자동으로 멤버십 가입시 요구되는 특정 정보를 제휴사 장치에 자동으로 제공하여 멤버십 카드를 모바일로 발급받을 수 있다.
그러나, 모바일 월렛 서비스에 가입되어 있지 않은 사용자는 모바일 웹 페이지에 접속하여 사용자 정보를 수동으로 입력하여 약관 동의 절차를 거친 후, 멤버십 카드를 발급 받아야 한다.
한편, 제휴사 서버는 새로운 서비스나 새로운 제휴회사의 등록과 같은 이벤트를 알리기 위해서 예컨대, m.XXX.com 형태의 액세스 주소(URL)를 가지는 특정 웹 사이트로 접속을 요하는 문자 메시지를 모바일에 전송하고, 상기 액세스 주소를 통해 모바일이 접속하는 경우, 모바일 월렛 서비스를 제공하는 서버(이하, 멤버십 관리 서비스 제공 서버)에서는 접속된 모바일에 해당 어플리케이션이 설치되어 있는 상태 인지 아닌지 파악할 수 없다.
따라서, 이미 어플리케이션을 설치한 고객이라 할지라도, 모바일 단말기에 탑재되어 있는 웹 브라우저를 통해 기설정된 액세스 주소로 접속하여 이벤트 내용을 확인 한 후, 해당 서비스를 받기 위해 수동으로 해당 어플리케이션을 구동시켜 다시 해당 이벤트에 맞는 항목을 찾아 서비스를 받아야 하는 번거로움이 있다.
또한, 종래에는 명의자가 변경되었거나 실사용자와 명의자가 달라서 명의자 인증에 실패한 경우, 고객이 고객 센터에 직접 연락하여 정보 업데이트를 요청하고 이전 명의자 정보를 갖는 어플리케이션을 삭제한 후 신규 가입하는 과정과 같이 다시 어플리케이션을 설치해야 하는 절차를 거친다. 이러한 절차에서 삭제되거나 업데이트되지 않아야 할 고객 정보가 업데이트되는 오류가 발생할 수 있다.
실제, 사용자 단말기의 전화번호는 고객들이 평생 사용하지 않고 시시때때로 변경하기 때문에 해당 정보가 멤버십 발급 서비스를 제공하고 있는 멤버십 제공업체에 전달되어야 하는데 통신사와 연동이 되지 않기 때문에 실시간으로 정보를 수신할 수 없는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로서, 이미 모바일 웰렛 서비스에 가입된 사용자는 어떠한 경로로 접속하여도 약관 동의나 제휴사에서 요구하는 가입자 정보의 중복 기재 없이 해당 서비스 또는 특정 멤버십 카드를 발급받을 수 있는 범용 접근을 위한 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 시스템 및 이를 위한 방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 어플리케이션 자동 실행 명령 후 일정 시간 내에 사용자 단말기(100)의 어플리케이션(112)으로부터 어플 식별 정보 및 상기 이벤트 식별자 중 어느 하나를 전달받지 못한 경우, 어플리케이션이 정상적으로 설치되어 있지 않다고 판단하여, 어플리케이션을 미보유한 사용자 단말기(101)와 동일한 가입 절차를 제공한다.
참고로, 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)는, 어플리케이션을 미보유한 사용자 단말기(101)로부터 제휴사 장치(300)의 멤버십 카드 발급 신청을 요청받으면, 멤버십 카드 발급 신청시 요구되는 사용자 정보를 사용자 단말기(101)로부터 수동 입력 받아 제휴사 장치(300)에 전달한다.
가입자 명의 인증 장치(400)는 사용자 단말기(100)의 실사용자 명의를 인증하기 위한 구성이다. 즉, 가입자 명의 인증 장치(400)는 사용자 단말기(100)에 대한 단말 정보와 변경된 명의 정보를 기록하고, 명의자에 대한 인증을 수행한다.
이러한 가입자 명의 인증 장치(400)는 통신사의 인증 서버를 활용할 수 있다. 즉, 사용자 단말기(100)가 해당 이동 통신사에 가입한 명의자 정보를 저장하여 관리하는 가입자 인증 서버를 이용하여 인증 조회를 할 수 있다. 이 경우, 가입자 명의 인증 장치(400)는 각 통신사별로 구비하여 자사와 타사를 구분할 수 있다.

접속 관리부(220)는 웹 브라우저 접속 모듈(222)과 어플리케이션 접속 모듈(224)을 포함한다.
웹 브라우저 접속 모듈(222)은 멤버십 카드 발급을 안내하는 액세스 주소를 통해 접속한 사용자 단말기(100)에게 고객 식별 정보를 수동 입력 받아 제어부(240)에 전달한다.
어플리케이션 접속 모듈(224)은 상기 어플리케이션 자동 실행에 따라 실행된 어플리케이션을 통해 접속하는 상기 사용자 단말기(100)로부터 사용자의 특정 정보를 획득하여 상기 제어부(240)에 전달한다.
제어부(240)는 상기 웹 브라우저 접속 모듈(224)로부터 전달받은 고객 식별 정보를 이용하여 상기 사용자 단말기(100)의 어플리케이션 보유 여부를 조회한다. 이때, 어플리케이션 보유 여부 조회는, 상기 고객 식별 정보에 매핑되는 어플리케이션 식별 번호가 존재하는지 확인함으로써 행해진다.
제어부(240)는, 상기 사용자 단말기(100)의 어플리케이션을 보유하고 있다고 판단되면, 어플리케이션 자동 실행 명령 메시지를 웹 브라우저 접속 모듈(222)을 통해, 사용자 단말기(100)에 전송하고, 제휴사 장치(300)에 멤버십 카드의 발급을 요청한다.
제어부(240)는 웹 브라우저를 통해 접속한 사용자 단말기(100)가 어플리케이션을 보유한 고객이라고 판단되는 경우, 어플리케이션을 자동 실행시키는 어플리케이션 자동 실행 메시지를 웹 브라우저 접속 관리 모듈(222)을 통해 사용자 단말기(100)에 전송한다.
제어부(240)는 어플리케이션을 자동 실행시키는 어플리케이션 자동 실행 메시지를 웹 브라우저 접속 관리 모듈(222)을 통해 사용자 단말기(100)에 전송할 때, 이벤트 식별자도 함께 전송하여, 사용자 단말기(100)로부터 어플리케이션 구동시 해당 이벤트 페이지에 바로 접속되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
제어부(240)는 사용자 단말기(100)에 어플리케이션 자동 실행 메시지를 전송한 후, 일정 시간 내에 어플리케이션 식별 번호 또는 이벤트 식별자 중 적어도 어느 하나를 전송 받지 못한 경우, 상기 사용자 단말기(100)에 어플리케이션이 정상 작동하고 있지 않다고 판단하여, 이후, 사용자 단말기(100)는 어플리케이션 미보유한 경우와 동일하게 처리한다.
제어부(240)는 상기 제휴사 장치(300)로부터 발급받은 멤버십 카드를 상기 어플리케이션과 동기화시킨다. 멤버십 카드를 상기 어플리케이션과 동기화시킴으로써, 사용자 단말기(100)의 어플리케이션을 통해 멤버십 카드의 포인트 조회 등의 서비스가 가능하게 된다.
또한, 제어부(240)는 멤버십 통합 서비스의 이용시, 어플리케이션의 설치에 대한 요청이 있으면, 각 고객의 단말 정보, 명의 정보, 어플 식별 정보를 통해 고객 확인 절차를 거친다. 고객 확인 시, 고객의 명의 정보가 불일치하는 경우 고객 단말의 명의 정보를 가입자 명의 인증 장치(도 1의 300)로 전달하여 명의자 인증을 요청한다. 가입자 명의 인증 장치(도 1의 300)에 의한 명의자 인증에 성공하면, 제어부(240)는 고객 단말로 변경 전 명의 정보(이전 명의 정보)를 변경된 명의 정보(신규 명의 정보)로 갱신하도록 요청한다.
명의 정보를 갱신하는 구체적 방법은, 제어부(240)가 사용자 단말기(100)로 이전 명의 정보와 매칭되는 어플 식별 정보를 삭제하도록 메시지 형태로 초기화 명령을 전송하고, 신규 명의 정보와 대응하는 신규 어플 식별 정보를 생성하여, 생성한 신규 어플 식별 정보를 사용자 단말기(100)로 전송한다.
또한, 제어부(240)는 고객 식별 정보 관리부(120)에 기 저장된 이전 명의 정보를 삭제하고 신규 명의 정보로 업데이트한다.
여기서, 제어부(240)와 연동하여 명의자 인증을 수행하는 가입자 명의 인증 장치(도 1의 300)는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)와 별개로 구비한 시스템의 구성으로 도시하였지만, 필요에 따라 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치의 로컬에 구축할 수 있다. 따라서, 이동통신사는 자사의 고객에 대하여 본 발명의 멤버십 통합 서비스까지 제공할 수 있다.

제어부(240)가 고객 식별 정보 관리부(260)에 저장된 상기 표 1을 이용하여 고객 식별 정보 2111을 조회하면, 매칭되는 어플리케이션 식별 번호가 0이므로, 고객 식별 정보 2111에 해당하는 사용자 단말기(100)는 어플리케이션을 보유하지 않았다고 판단한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 고객 단말의 상세 구성도이다.
사용자 단말기(100)은 도시한 바와 같이 입력부(110), 어플리케이션 실행부(120), 인증 처리부(130), 저장부(140) 등을 포함할 수 있다.

인증 처리부(130)는 어플리케이션 실행부(120)를 통해 멤버십 통합 서비스를 위한 어플리케이션이 실행되면, 어플리케이션의 어플 식별 정보를 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로 전달하여 접속 인증을 처리한다.
또한, 인증 처리부(130)는 멤버십 발급, 재발급, 해지 등의 멤버십 통합 서비스를 이용하기 위해 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 고객 정보의 요청이 있으면 기 저장된 사용자 단말기의 단말 정보와 명의 정보를 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로 전달하고, 이에 대한 고객 확인 결과를 수신한다.
이때, 고객 명의 정보가 변경되어 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)에 기 저장된 데이터와 불일치하면, 인증 처리부(130)는 고객 확인 불일치 결과를 수신하고 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)와 가입자 명의 인증 장치 사이에 추가 인증한 결과에 따라 어플리케이션의 정보를 갱신한다.
즉, 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)와 가입자 명의 인증 장치 사이에 추가 인증을 통해 변경된 명의가 기 저장된 정보와 불일치하면 인증 처리부(130)는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 다시 재입력을 요청받는다.
반대로, 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)와 가입자 명의 인증 장치 사이에 추가 인증을 통해 변경된 명의가 기 저장된 정보와 일치하면, 인증 처리부(130)는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 변경 전 명의 정보에 대한 초기화 명령을 수신하고, 상기 수신에 의해 변경 전 명의 정보와 대응되는 어플 식별 정보를 삭제 요청하며, 이후 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 변경된 명의 정보와 대응하는 신규 어플 식별 정보를 수신하여 저장 및 업데이트한다.
따라서, 본 발명에서 사용자 단말기의 명의 정보가 변경되더라도 인증 처리부(130)에서 어플리케이션의 어플 식별 정보를 갱신하여 적용함으로써 새로운 어플리케이션을 설치할 필요 없이 기존 어플리케이션을 이용해서 서비스를 지속적으로 제공받을 수 있다.
예를 들면, 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)에 A라는 고객의 명의로 가입한 사용자 단말기를 B라는 고객이 인수하여 멤버십 통합 서비스를 제공받으려고 한다면, B라는 사용자 단말기(이하, 사용자 단말기 B)는 명의 정보만 변경되고 단말 정보는 그대로이기 때문에 기존에 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 부여받은 어플 식별 정보 #1을 가지고 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)에 접속하게 된다.
따라서, 사용자 단말기 B가 멤버십 발급을 하고자 하는 경우 사용자 단말기 B의 명의 정보인 주민등록번호를 입력하게 되고 이는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)에서 기 저장된 고객의 식별 정보와 달라서 고객 확인 절차시 명의 정보가 불일치하게 된다(①). 그러면, 변경된 명의 정보에 대하여 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)와 사용자 단말기 B간 명의자 인증을 수행한다(②). 명의자 인증 과정에서 성공하면 사용자 단말기 B와 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)간 명의 변경 갱신(③④⑤⑥⑦)을 수행한다.
즉, 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 어플 식별 정보 #1에 저장되어 있는 A의 정보를 삭제하고 사용자 단말기 B의 어플리케이션으로 초기화 명령을 전달한다(③).
그러면, 사용자 단말기 B의 어플리케이션은 해당 명령을 수신하고 내부에 저장되어 있는 어플 식별 정보 #1을 삭제하며(④), 처음 설치된 것처럼 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로부터 신규 어플 식별 정보 #2를 수신하고 수신한 어플 식별 정보 #2를 저장한다(⑤, ⑥).
이후, 사용자 단말기 B는 갱신된 어플 식별 정보 #2를 이용하여 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)에 접속하고, 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 어플 식별 정보 #2와 대응되는 단말 정보와 사용자 단말기 B의 명의 정보를 저장한 후, 이후의 멤버십 통합 서비스를 제공한다.
그러면, 이제 상기와 같이 구성되는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 시스템에서 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 가능한 어플리케이션을 내장한 사용자 단말기가 웹 브라우저를 통해 접속하여 멤버십 카드 발급을 요청하는 경우, 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 시스템을 통한 범용 접근을 허용하는 서비스 제공 방법에 대하여 도 1, 도 2 및 도 5를 참조하여 설명하도록 한다.
먼저 제휴사 장치(300)는 이벤트 식별자를 포함하는 액세스(URL) 주소를 포함하는 메시지를 전송한다(S10). 상기 메시지는 예컨대, www.m.제휴사.com/이벤트1일 수 있다. 본 실시예에서는 이벤트를 신규 멤버십 카드 발급을 가정하였으나, 이벤트는 기프트콘 제공이나, 할인쿠폰 증정 등 다양한 행사에 응용될 수 있다. 또한, 단계 S10에서 사용자 단말기(100)는 제휴사 장치(300)가 제공하는 QR 코드를 촬영하고, 촬영된 QR 코드에서 URL 주소를 얻어 접속하는 메커니즘으로 응용될 수도 있다.
사용자 단말기(100)는 상기 메시지를 확인하여 사용자 단말기(100)의 웹 브라우저를 통해 상기 액세스 주소로 접속한다(S20, S21).
사용자 단말기(100)가 웹 브라우저를 통해 접속하면, 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)의 웹 브라우저 접속 모듈(222)은 웹 브라우저에 최적화된 이벤트 콘텐츠를 제공하고, 사용자 단말기(100)는 해당 이벤트를 내용을 확인한 후, 멤버십 카드 발급을 요청한다(S22).

S30의 조회 결과, 매핑되는 어플리케이션이 검색되는 경우, 웹 브라우저 접속 모듈(222)은 어플리케이션 자동 실행 명령 메시지를 전송한다(S31). 이때, 바람직하게는 어플리케이션 자동 실행 명령 메시지 전송시, 이벤트 식별자를 함께 전송한다. 사용자 단말기(100)는 이벤트 식별자를 어플리케이션 자동 실행 명령 메시지와 함께 전송받으면 어플리케이션 자동 실행 명령 메시지에 의해 어플리케이션이 자동 실행됨으로써, 해당 이벤트 페이지에 바로 접속될 수 있다.
사용자 단말기(100)는 어플리케이션이 자동 실행되면, 어플리케이션 식별 번호와 이벤트 식별자 중 적어도 하나를 어플리케이션 접속 모듈(224)에 전송한다(S41).
어플리케이션 접속 모듈(224)은 어플리케이션 자동 실행 메시지 전송 후 일정시간 이내에 어플리케이션 식별 번호와 이벤트 식별자 중 적어도 하나를 전송 받지 못하면, 상기 사용자 단말기(100)에 어플리케이션이 정상 설치되지 않았다고 판단하여, 멤버십 카드 발급이 요구되는 사용자 정보를 사용자 단말기(100)에 수동 입력하도록 요청한다.
어플리케이션 접속 모듈(224)은 어플리케이션 자동 실행 메시지 전송 후 일정시간 이내에 어플리케이션 식별 번호와 이벤트 식별자 중 적어도 하나를 전송받으면, 제휴사 장치(300)에 멤버십 카드 발급을 요청한다(S42).
멤버십 카드 발급을 요청받은 제휴사 장치(300)는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)에 멤버십 카드 발급을 위해 요구되는 사용자 정보 입력을 요청한다(S43).
어플리케이션 접속 모듈(224)은 고객 식별 정보 관리부(260)를 통하거나, 어플리케이션을 통해 멤버십 카드 발급을 위해 요구되는 사용자 정보를 획득하여 제휴사 장치(300)에 제공한다(S50, S51)

도 6은 본 발명에 따른 멤버십 통합 서비스에서의 명의 변경 인증을 수행하는 방법을 설명하는 흐름도이고, 도 7은 본 발명에 따른 멤버십 통합 서비스에서의 고객 명의 변경을 자동 업데이트하는 방법을 설명하는 흐름도이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 사용자 단말기(100)은 가입자 명의 인증 장치(100)와의 통신을 통해 변경하고자 하는 명의 정보(A에서 B로 변경)를 등록한다(S100).
이후, 사용자 단말기(100)가 어플리케이션을 통해 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로 접속하면, 사용자 단말기(100)의 어플리케이션은 명의 변경 전 이전 명의 정보(A)에 대응하는 어플 식별 정보(이전 어플 식별 정보)를 가지고 있어서 이를 통해 접속한다(S101).
접속 후, 사용자 단말기(100)가 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로 신규 멤버십의 발급을 요청하거나, 이미 발급된 멤버십에 대한 재발급 또는 해지 등을 요청할 수 있다(S102).
이러한 요청에 의해 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 해당 사용자 단말기(100)에게 단말 정보와 명의 정보의 입력을 요구하고 사용자 단말기(100)은 기 저장된 단말 정보와 변경된 명의 정보(B)를 입력하여 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로 전달한다(S103).
멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 사용자 단말기(100)로부터 전달받은 단말 정보와 명의 정보(B)를 기 저장된 정보와 비교하여 일치 여부를 확인한다(S104). 확인 과정에서 사용자 단말기(100)은 변경된 명의 정보(B)가 입력되기 때문에 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)에 기 저장된 정보와 불일치한다.
따라서, 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 사용자 단말기(100)로 불일치함을 알리고(S105), 동시에 가입자 명의 인증 장치(100)로 명의자 인증을 요청한다(S106).
가입자 명의 인증 장치(100)는 단말 정보가 자사 통신사의 고객인지 여부를 확인하고(S107), 자사 통신사의 고객인 경우 단말 정보와 명의 정보를 조회하여 명의자가 일치하는지 인증한다(S109).
타사 통신사의 고객인 경우 타사의 인증 모듈에 단말 정보와 명의 정보를 전달하여 명의자인지 여부를 요청할 수 있다(S108).
변경된 명의 정보(B)가 일치하여 인증에 성공하면 가입자 명의 인증 장치(100)는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)로 인증되었음을 알리고(S110), 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치(200)는 사용자 단말기(100)과 연계하여 명의 갱신 절차를 수행한다(S111).

이상의 설명은 본 발명을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과하며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 본 발명의 기술적 사상에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 명세서에 개시된 실시 예들은 본 발명을 한정하는 것이 아니다. 본 발명의 범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의해 해석되어야 하며, 그와 균등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술도 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석해야 할 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 어플리케이션을 내장하고 있는 사용자 단말기가 웹 브라우저를 통해 이벤트 페이지에 접속하여 멤버십 카드를 발급받고자 하는 경우에, 사용자가 웹 브라우저를 통해 이벤트를 확인하는 경우에도 어플리케이션을 별도로 구동시켜 이벤트 페이지에 찾아 들어가는 불편함을 해소하여, 자동으로 어플리케이션이 구동되어 해당 이벤트 페이지를 찾아 제공하므로 사용자에게 편의를 가져와 모바일 월렛 서비스의 활성화를 가져올 수 있으며, QR코드 및 NFC(Near Field Communication) 등 다양한 서비스와 연계가능하다는 확장성을 가지고 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면 명의자가 변경되었을 경우 기 저장된 이전 명의자의 정보에 변경된 신규 명의자의 정보를 업데이트하고 업데이트한 신규 명의자의 정보를 사용자 단말기의 어플리케이션에도 전달함으로써 이후부터 사용자 단말기의 접속시 신규 명의 정보로 접속하도록 설정함으로써 단말의 어플리케이션 재 설치의 불편함을 해소하였다. 이러한 기술은 고객의 명의 변경 절차를 통합 관리하여 종래 멤버십 통합 서비스의 한계를 뛰어 넘음에 따라 관련 기술에 대한 이용만이 아닌 적용되는 서버의 구축 및 영업의 가능성이 충분할 뿐만 아니라 현실적으로 명백하게 실시할 수 있는 정도이므로 산업상 이용 가능성이 있는 유용한 발명이다.

Claims (20)

  1. 웹 브라우저 또는 어플리케이션을 통해 멤버십 통합 서비스를 제공받는 사용자 단말기;
    상기 사용자 단말기가 웹 브라우저를 통해 접속한 경우, 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 고객 식별 정보를 입력 받아 어플리케이션 설치 유무를 확인하고, 어플리케이션 자동 실행 메시지와 이벤트 식별자를 전송하여, 상기 사용자 단말기의 어플리케이션 자동 실행시 해당 이벤트 페이지에 접속 가능하도록 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치; 및
    상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치를 통해 상기 사용자 단말기에 모바일 멤버십 카드를 발급하는 제휴사 장치
    를 포함하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사용자 단말기에 대한 명의 정보를 기록하고 명의자에 대한 인증을 수행하는 가입자 명의 인증 장치
    를 더 포함하고,
    상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치는 상기 사용자 단말기로 멤버십 통합 서비스를 제공하기 위해 상기 사용자 단말기의 단말 정보와 명의 정보를 확인 할 때, 상기 사용자 단말기의 명의 정보가 변경되어 불일치하는 경우 변경된 명의 정보를 상기 가입자 명의 인증 장치로 전달하고, 상기 가입자 명의 인증 장치에 의한 인증에 성공하면 상기 사용자 단말기의 어플리케이션에 기 저장된 이전 명의 정보를 변경된 명의 정보로 갱신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 시스템.
  3. 사용자 단말기의 접속 방식에 맞춰 최적화된 형식의 콘텐츠를 제공하고, 웹 브라우저를 통해 접속된 사용자 단말기로부터 고객 식별 정보를 입력 받는 접속 관리부;
    상기 접속 관리부로부터 상기 고객 식별 정보를 전달받아 상기 사용자 단말기의 어플리케이션 보유 여부를 조회하고, 어플리케이션을 보유하고 있는 사용자 단말기로의 어플리케이션 자동 실행 메시지 전송을 상기 접속 관리부에 지시하고, 제휴사 장치에게 멤버십 카드의 발급을 요청하는 제어부; 및
    명의 정보를 포함하는 상기 고객 식별 정보와, 사용자 단말기 정보, 어플 식별 정보, 상기 고객이 가입한 제휴사의 멤버십 정보를 저장하고 업데이트하는 고객 식별 정보 관리부
    를 포함하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접속 관리부는,
    웹 브라우저를 통해 접속한 사용자 단말기에게 웹 브라우저에 최적화된 콘텐츠를 제공하고 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 고객 식별 정보를 입력 받는 웹 브라우저 접속 모듈; 및
    어플리케이션을 통해 접속한 사용자 단말기에게 어플리케이션에 최적화된 콘텐츠를 제공하고 상기 어플리케이션 자동 실행 메시지에 따라 실행된 어플리케이션을 통해 접속하는 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 특정 정보를 획득하여 상기 제어부에 전달하는 어플리케이션 접속 모듈
    을 더 포함하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 어플리케이션 보유 여부의 조회 결과, 어플리케이션을 보유하고 있지 않은 경우, 멤버십 카드 발급시 요구되는 사용자 정보를 사용자 단말기로부터 수동 입력 받아 멤버십 카드 발급 절차를 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 어플리케이션 자동 실행 메시지 전송시 이벤트 식별자도 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 어플리케이션 보유 여부를 조회하기 위해 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 고객 식별 정보를 전달받아 상기 고객 식별 정보에 매핑되는 어플리케이션 식별 번호가 상기 고객 식별 정보 관리부에 저장된 존재하는지 검색하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 접속한 사용자 단말기로부터 명의 정보를 입력받고 입력받은 명의 정보가 기 저장된 명의 정보와 일치하는지 여부를 확인하는 고객 확인 절차시, 사용자 단말기 정보, 명의 정보 및 어플 식별 정보가 상기 고객 식별 정보 관리부에 기 저장된 정보와 일치하는지 여부를 확인하고, 상기 고객의 명의 정보가 변경되어 불일치하는 경우 변경된 명의 정보에 대하여 추가 명의자 인증을 요청하며, 상기 요청에 의해 인증이 확인되면 상기 사용자 단말기의 어플리케이션에 기 저장된 이전 명의 정보를 변경된 명의 정보로 갱신하도록 요청하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 상기 사용자 단말기의 어플리케이션을 갱신할 시, 상기 사용자 단말기로 이전 명의 정보와 매칭되는 어플 식별 정보를 삭제하는 초기화 명령을 전송하고, 상기 변경된 명의 정보와 대응되는 신규 어플 식별 정보를 생성하여 상기 사용자 단말기로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치.
  10. 고객으로부터 어플리케이션 실행, 명의 인증에 필요한 정보를 입력받는 입력부;
    상기 입력부의 요청에 따라 어플리케이션을 실행하는 어플리케이션 실행부; 및
    상기 어플리케이션이 실행되면 상기 어플리케이션의 어플 식별 정보를 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치로 전달하여 접속하고, 멤버십 통합 서비스를 위한 고객 정보 확인 과정에서 상기 고객의 명의 정보가 변경되어 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치에 기 저장된 정보와 불일치하는 경우, 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치로부터 불일치 알림을 수신하고, 변경된 명의의 인증 여부에 따라 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치로부터 상기 변경된 명의 정보에 대응하는 신규 어플 식별 정보를 수신하여 갱신하는 인증 처리부
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 인증 처리부는, 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치로부터 변경 전 명의 정보에 대한 초기화 명령을 수신하게 되면 상기 수신에 의해 상기 변경 전 명의 정보와 대응되는 어플 식별 정보를 삭제 요청하고, 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치로부터 변경된 명의 정보와 대응하는 신규 어플 식별 정보를 수신하면 수신한 신규 어플 식별 정보를 저장 및 갱신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말기.
  12. 웹 브라우저를 통해 접속하는 사용자 단말기로부터 멤버십 카드 발급을 요청받으면, 상기 사용자 단말기에 고객 식별 정보 입력을 요청하는 고객 식별 정보 입력 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말기로부터 고객 식별 정보를 입력 받아 어플리케이션 보유 여부를 조회하는 어플리케이션 보유 여부 조회 단계;
    상기 어플리케이션 보유 여부 조회 결과에 따라 어플리케이션 자동 실행 명령 메시지를 상기 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 자동 실행 명령 메시지 전송 단계; 및
    상기 자동 실행되는 어플리케이션을 통해 멤버십 카드 발급시 요구되는 사용자 정보를 획득하여 제휴사 장치에 제공하고, 멤버십 카드 발급을 요청하는 멤버십 카드 발급 요청 단계
    를 포함하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 어플리케이션 보유 여부 조회 결과 어플리케이션을 미보유하고 있다고 판단되는 경우,
    멤버십 카드 발급시 요구되는 사용자 정보를 사용자 단말기로부터 수동으로 입력 받아, 상기 제휴사 장치에 제공하고, 멤버십 카드 발급을 요청하는 수동 입력 단계로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 멤버십 카드 발급 요청 단계 이후에, 멤버십 카드가 발급되면 결과를 저장하고, 발급받은 멤버십 카드와 어플리케이션을 동기화시키고, 멤버십 카드를 사용자 단말기에 제공하는 동기화 단계를 더 포함하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 자동 실행 명령 메시지 전송 단계에서, 상기 사용자 단말기에 상기 자동 실행 명령 메시지 전송시, 이벤트 식별자를 함께 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 이벤트 식별자를 전송한 후, 일정 시간 이내에 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 어플리케이션 식별 번호 및 이벤트 식별자 중 적어도 어느 하나를 전송 받지 못한 경우, 상기 사용자 단말기는 어플리케이션을 정상 보유하지 않은 것으로 간주하여, 어플리케이션을 미보유하고 있는 경우와 동일하게 수동 입력 단계로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 방법.
  17. 상기 고객의 단말이 변경하고자 하는 명의 정보를 가입자 명의 인증 장치에 등록하는 단계;
    상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치가 상기 고객의 단말로부터 명의 정보와 단말 정보를 포함한 어플 식별 정보를 수신하여 멤버십 통합 서비스를 위한 고객 정보를 확인하는 단계;
    상기 고객의 명의 정보가 변경되어 불일치하는 경우 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치가 수신한 명의 정보를 상기 가입자 명의 인증 장치로 전달하여 명의자 인증을 요청하는 단계; 및
    상기 요청에 의해 명의자 인증이 확인되면 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치가 상기 고객의 단말로 변경된 명의 정보에 대하여 갱신하는 단계
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스에서 고객 명의 변경을 자동 업데이트하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서,
    상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치가 상기 고객의 단말로 변경된 명의 정보에 대하여 갱신하는 단계는,
    상기 고객의 단말로 명의 변경 전 기저장된 어플 식별 정보를 초기화하는 명령을 전송하는 단계;
    상기 변경된 명의 정보에 대응하는 신규 어플 식별 정보를 생성하는 단계; 및
    상기 신규 어플 식별 정보를 상기 고객의 단말로 전송하는 단계
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤버십 통합 서비스에서 고객 명의 변경을 자동 업데이트하는 방법.
  19. 사용자의 요청에 따라 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치에서 제공하는 어플리케이션의 어플 식별 정보를 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치로 전달하여 접속하는 단계;
    상기 어플리케이션을 통해 멤버십 통합 서비스를 위한 고객 정보 확인 과정에서 상기 고객의 명의 정보가 변경되어 고객 정보가 불일치하는 경우 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치로부터 불일치 알림을 수신하는 단계; 및
    변경된 명의 정보에 대하여 인증이 확인되면 상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치의 요청에 따라 변경 전 명의 정보를 상기 변경된 명의 정보로 갱신하는 단계
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말기에서의 고객 명의 변경을 자동 업데이트하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서,
    상기 변경된 명의 정보로 갱신하는 단계는,
    상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치로부터 변경 전 명의 정보에 대하여 초기화 명령을 수신하는 단계;
    상기 변경 전 명의 정보와 대응되는 어플 식별 정보를 삭제하는 단계;
    상기 멤버십 통합 서비스 제공 장치로부터 변경된 명의 정보와 대응하는 신규 어플 식별 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 신규 어플 식별 정보를 저장하여 갱신하는 단계
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말기에서의 고객 명의 변경을 자동 업데이트하는 방법.
