20. The electronic simulation cigarette according to claim 19, wherein said sleeve includes a main body portion and a mouthpiece filler block, said main body portion and a synthetic filler block enclosed space only one open end, and a liquid storage means disposed atomizer within this space.
21, electronic simulation cigarette claimed in claim 19, wherein said tubular body portion, the cylindrical spacer, the spacer fills the open end of the body portion.
