Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于LED照明领域,具体涉及一种LED照明装置。
背景技术
在日本专利(特开2007-258114号)中,公开了一种照明装置,该照明装置包括:LED(又称:发光二极管、Light Emitting
Diode)安装体、安装在该LED安装体上的多个LED元件、分别安装在这些多个LED元件上的透镜元件。
但是,发光面形成得较宽的LED照明装置的尺寸有增大的趋势,因此其搬运变得困难,此外,即使拆开上述LED照明装置使其易于搬运,该LED照明装置在设置时也需要进行装配,因此难以进行LED照明装置的快速设置。此外,在搬运时,LED照明装置可能会因掉落等而受到撞击,然而,但人们希望即使发生上述情况时也不会损坏发光面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种LED照明装置,其形成较宽的发光面,易于进行搬运且能够快速进行设置,而且,在搬运时不会损坏发光面。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种LED照明装置,包括:矩形板状的发光板和分别连接在该发光板的上缘及下缘的一对相同形状的自由转动板,
所述发光板具有排列多个发光二极管而成的发光面,
各所述自由转动板能够绕沿着水平方向延伸的轴自如地转动,
各所述自由转动板向一个方向转动时与发光板叠合盖住发光面,向另一方向转动时可以展开而露出发光面。
一种LED照明装置,包括:矩形板状的发光板和分别连接在该发光板的上缘及下缘的一对相同形状的自由转动板,
所述发光板具有排列多个发光二极管而成的发光面,
各所述自由转动板能够绕沿着水平方向延伸的轴自如地转动,
各所述自由转动板向一个方向转动时与发光板叠合盖住发光面,向另一方向转动时可以展开而露出发光面。
下面对进一步技术方案进行说明。
在一对自由转动板中的至少一方的一个面即能够面向发光板的面上,形成有排列多个发光二极管而成的发光面。
具有所述发光面的自由转动板的沿着水平方向延伸的自由端边缘上连接有遮光板,所述遮光板能够绕沿着水平方向延伸的轴自如地转动。
一对自由转动板由遮光板构成。
本发明所述LED照明装置可应用于普通照明,道路施工现场、建筑作业现场等的照明,电视演播室、摄影棚、舞台等的照明和野外摄影时的照明。
下面对前述技术方案的优点或原理进行说明:
1、本发明的LED照明装置,特别是包括分别连接在发光板的上缘及下缘的一对相同形状的自由转动板,该自由转动板能够绕沿着水平方向延伸的轴自如地转动,各个自由转动板在向一个方向转动时与发光板叠合而盖住发光面,在向另一个方向转动时展开而露出发光面,因此,根据这种LED照明装置,即使发光板的发光面形成得较宽,也能够通过使一对自由转动板朝一一个方向转动与发光板叠合而折叠起来,从而易于进行搬运,另一方面,能够通过使自由转动板朝另一个方向转动,从而露出发光板的发光面,迅速地进行装置的设置,而且,在所述折叠状态时能够通过一对自由转动板覆盖发光板的发光面,避免在搬运时发生发光面的损坏。
2、在一对自由转动板中的至少一方的一个面即能够面向发光板的面上,也可以形成排列多个发光二极管而成的发光面。根据这种LED照明装置,即使不形成大型化的装置,也能够形成更宽的发光面,而且,通过适当地调节自由转动板相对于发光板的转动角度,能够适当地调整照明范围和对被照射物的光量。
3、根据本发明,能够提供一种LED照明装置,该LED照明装置形成较宽的发光面,易于进行搬运且能够快速进行设置,而且,在搬运时不会损坏发光面。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
实施例一
如图1至图4所示,本实施例的折叠式的LED照明装置1包括:矩形板状的发光板3、分别连接在发光板3的上缘4及下缘5的一对相同形状的自由转动板6及7、和支撑体8,所述发光板3具有排列多个发光二极管(未图示)而成的发光面2,所述一对自由转动板6及7能够绕沿着水平方向H延伸的轴朝R1及R2方向自如地转动,所述支撑体8支撑发光板3。
发光面2由排列多个发光二极管而成的多块光源板构成,在本实施例中,由十二块横向较宽的光源板11构成。
如图1所示,光源板11配置为:在垂直方向V排列了六块,在水平方向H排列了两块。
发光板3包括:所述光源板11、在前表面支承该光源板11的横向较宽的矩形板状基体12。
铰链13安装在矩形板状基体12的沿着水平方向H延伸的上缘4上,自由转动板6通过该铰链13与上缘4连接,能够朝R1及R2方向自如地转动。
铰链14安装在矩形板状基体12的沿着水平方向H延伸的下缘5上,自由转动板7通过该铰链14与下缘5连接,能够朝R1及R2方向自如地转动。
支撑体8通过轴能够自如转动地与矩形板状基体12的沿着垂直方向V延伸的两侧缘15及16连接。
支撑体8包括:在两端通过轴与侧缘15及16连接的U型支撑构件21、转动自如地与U型支撑构件21的中间部连接的三脚支撑构件22,支撑体8支撑发光板3,使得发光板3可以沿着垂直方向V延伸的轴为中心和以沿着水平方向H延伸的轴为中心自如地转动。
在本实施例中,自由转动板6包括:横向较宽的矩形板状主体25和发光面27,所述发光面27由形成在矩形板状主体25的展开状态时的前表面(一个面)26上的多个发光二极管(未图示)排列而成。
矩形板状主体25的前表面26配置为:在如图1、2及4所示的展开状态时,朝向照射被照射物(未图示)的方向,另一方面,在如图3所示的折叠状态时,面向发光板3的发光面2。
矩形板状主体25与矩形板状基体12的水平方向H的长度相同。
矩形板状主体25的沿着水平方向H延伸的下缘28通过铰链13可朝R1及R2方向自如转动地与矩形板状基体12的上缘4连接。在本实施例中,遮光板31与矩形板状主体25的沿着水平方向H延伸的上缘(自由端边缘)29连接,能够绕沿着水平方向H延伸的轴朝r1及r2方向自如地转动。
在本实施例中,虽然由于遮光板31与矩形板状主体25连接,导致矩形板状主体25的垂直方向V的宽度比发光板3的一半还短,但是,如果没有连接遮光板31,则矩形板状主体25的垂直方向V的宽度可以为发光板3或发光板3的发光面2的一半。
发光面27由与光源板11相同构造的多块光源板构成,在本实施例中由四块横向较宽的光源板32构成。
如图1所示,光源板32例如配置为:在垂直方向V排列了两块,在水平方向H排列了两块。
在本实施例中,自由转动板7包括:横向较宽的矩形板状主体35和发光面37,所述发光面37由形成在矩形板状主体35的展开时的前表面(一个面)36上的多个发光二极管(未图示)排列而成。
矩形板状主体35的前表面36配置为:在如图1、2及4所示的展开状态时,朝向照射被照射物(未图示)的方向,另一方面,在如图3所示的折叠状态时,面向发光板3的发光面2。
矩形板状主体35与矩形板状基体12的水平方向H的长度相同。矩形板状主体35的沿着水平方向H延伸的上缘38通过铰链14能够朝R1及R2方向自如地转动与矩形板状基体12的下缘5连接。在本实施例中,遮光板41与矩形板状主体35的沿着水平方向H延伸的下缘(自由端边缘)39连接,能够绕沿着水平方向H延伸的轴朝r1及r2方向自如地转动。
在本实施例中,由于遮光板41与矩形板状主体35连接,因此矩形板状主体35的垂直方向V的宽度比发光板3的一半还短,但是,如果没有连接,则矩形板状主体35的垂直方向V的宽度可以为发光板3或发光板3的发光面2的一半。
发光面37由与光源板11相同构造的多块光源板构成,在本实施例中由四块横向较宽的光源板42构成。
如图1所示,光源板42例如配置为:在垂直方向V排列了两块,在水平方向H排列了两块。
上述自由转动板6及7的构造相同。自由转动板6及7各自构成为:朝R1方向转动时与发光板3叠合从而盖住发光面2,另一方面,朝R2方向转动时展开而露出发光面2。
如图1及2所示,在展开状态时,上述LED照明装置1中,能够使发光板3、自由转动板6及7和遮光板31及41沿着垂直方向V延伸配置。这里,通过使自由转动板6及7相对于发光板3朝R1及R2方向,主要是R1方向转动,且使遮光板31及41相对于自由转动板6及7朝r1及r2方向,主要是r1方向转动,能够适当地调整照明范围和对被照射物的光量。
要折叠展开状态的LED照明装置1时,通过使自由转动板6朝R1方向转动使发光面27面向发光面2并使发光板3与自由转动板6叠合,并且,使自由转动板7朝R1方向转动使发光面37面向发光面2并使发光板3与自由转动板7叠合,能够得到图3所示的折叠状态。此外,在图3所示的折叠状态中,遮光板31及41相互重叠。通过这样的折叠,能够在搬运时使各面板相互紧凑,而且能够通过矩形板状基体12、矩形板状主体25及35和遮光板31及41保护发光面2、27及37。
要展开图3所示的折叠状态的LED照明装置1时,通过使自由转动板6朝R2方向转动使发光面2露出并使发光面27朝向被照射物,并且,使自由转动板7朝R2方向转动使发光面2露出并使发光面37朝向被照射物,能够得到图1、2或4所示的展开状态。通过这样的展开,能够确保LED照明装置1具有较宽的发光面。
本实施例的LED照明装置1包括:矩形板状的发光板3和分别与发光板3的上缘4及下缘5连接的一对相同形状的自由转动板6及7,所述发光板3具有排列多个发光二极管(未图示)而成的发光面2,所述自由转动板6及7能够绕沿着水平方向H延伸的轴朝R1及R2方向自如地转动,自由转动板6及7朝R1方向转动时覆盖发光面2并与发光板3叠合,另一方面,朝R2方向转动时可以展开从而露出发光面2,因此,根据这种LED照明装置1,即使发光板3的发光面2形成得较宽,也能够通过折叠使一对自由转动板6及7朝R1方向转动使其与发光板3叠合,从而易于进行搬运,另一方面,能够通过使自由转动板6及7朝R2方向转动,从而露出发光板3的发光面2,迅速地进行装置的设置,而且,在所述折叠状态时通过自由转动板6及7覆盖发光板3的发光面2,能够避免在搬运时发生发光面2的损坏。
LED照明装置1中,在自由转动板6及7中的至少任一者的、本实施例为两自由转动板6及7各自的一个面26及36即能够面向发光板3的所述面26及36上,形成了由多个发光二极管排列而成的发光面27及37,因此,根据这种LED照明装置1,即使不形成大型化的装置,也能够形成较宽的发光面,而且,通过适当地调节自由转动板6及7相对于发光板3的转动角度,能够适当地调整照明范围和对被照射物的光量,而且,遮光板31及41分别与自由转动板6及7的沿着水平方向H延伸的自由端边缘29及39连接,能够绕沿着水平方向H延伸的轴自如地转动,因此通过该遮光板31及41也能够适当地调整照明范围等。
实施例二
本实施例所述LED照明装置1中,也可以包括如图5所示的由遮光板构成的自由转动板46及47,代替自由转动板6及7。所述自由转动板46及47的垂直方向V的宽度也可以分别为发光板3的发光面2的一半。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的具体实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
- 一种LED照明装置,其特征在于,包括:矩形板状的发光板和分别连接在该发光板的上缘及下缘的一对相同形状的自由转动板,所述发光板具有排列多个发光二极管而成的发光面,各所述自由转动板能够绕沿着水平方向延伸的轴自如地转动,各所述自由转动板向一个方向转动时与发光板叠合盖住发光面,向另一方向转动时可以展开而露出发光面。
- 根据权利要求1所述LED照明装置,其特征在于,在一对自由转动板中的至少一方的一个面即能够面向发光板的面上,形成有排列多个发光二极管而成的发光面。
- 根据权利要求2所述LED照明装置,其特征在于,具有所述发光面的自由转动板的沿着水平方向延伸的自由端边缘上连接有遮光板,所述遮光板能够绕沿着水平方向延伸的轴自如地转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述LED照明装置,其特征在于,一对自由转动板由遮光板构成。
