( Near Field Communication, NFC )和无线保真( Wireless Fidelity, WiFi ) 技术作为获取媒体资源的无线传输媒介实现媒体资源自助获取的方法、 终 端与系统。 背景技术
传统的电子媒体资源获取方式通常有如下两种: 一种是首先通过计算 机连接互联网获取相应的电子媒体资源, 然后将获取的电子媒体资源通过 计算机复制到移动终端(例如手机、个人数字助理( Personal Digital Assistant, PDA )等) 中; 另一种则是直接通过移动终端连接互联网获取相应的电子 者在时间、 地域上都限制了用户使用移动终端获取电子媒体资源, 例如, 对于需要收费的电子媒体资源, 要求用户网上支付相应的购买费用, 该支 付操作较为繁瑣, 对于没有网上支付账户的用户, 尤为不便; 后者则在下 载速度和上网费用两方面给用户体验带来限制。 因此, 目前还没有一种电 子媒体获取方案, 能够实现方便、 自动、 灵活地获取电子媒体。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本文的主要目的在于提出一种媒体资源自助获取的方法、 终端与系统, 可实现媒体资源的方便、 自动、 灵活地获取。

NFC是一种适合于手持式移动终端的近距离无线通信技术, 结合了无 线射频识别( Radio Frequency Identification, RFID )读卡器和智能卡的功能 特点, 非常适合于移动终端尤其是手机的无线通信, 具有连接简单便捷、 通信安全、 自动等优点。 NFC的通信距离通常是 0~10厘米, 这是一个非常 安全的通信距离范围。 在该通信距离范围内, 两台无线通信终端可在极短 的时间内完成相互之间的数据传输。
WiFi是一种通信距离在数百米内的短距离通信技术, 具有传输速度快 的技术优势。 本发明中将充分利用 NFC和 WiFi两种通信技术的特点, 提供一种媒 体资源自助获取方案。
本发明的基本思想为: 移动终端通过与媒体服务器建立的 NFC P2P通 信连接从该媒体服务器获取媒体资源列表, 根据获取的媒体资源列表选择 好目标媒体资源后, 向该媒体服务器发送建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的请求消 息; 媒体服务器收到建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的请求消息后, 与移动终端建 立 WiFi P2P通信连接,并通过建立的 WiFi P2P通信连接向移动终端发送相 应的目标媒体资源。
需要说明的是, 本发明中所称的媒体资源是指电子媒体资源, 既可以 是免费的媒体资源, 如电子广告信息、 消费优惠券信息、 电影资讯、 电影 等, 也可以是需要付费的 (即收费的)媒体资源, 如电影、 以及其他音频 视频媒体数据等。
下面结合附图和具体实施例, 对本发明进一步详细说明。

步驟 101 : 移动终端通过与媒体服务器建立的 NFC P2P通信连接从该 媒体服务器获取媒体资源列表, 根据获取的媒体资源列表选择好目标媒体 资源后, 向该媒体服务器发送建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的请求消息;
具体地, 用户将移动终端靠近媒体服务器, 与该媒体服务器建立 NFC P2P通信连接, 通过建立的 NFC P2P通信连接从该媒体服务器获取媒体资 源列表; 当成功获取媒体资源列表后, 用户可将移动终端从媒体服务器附 近处移开, 即不需要与媒体服务器保持 0~10厘米的距离, 断开此次建立的 NFC P2P通信连接, 然后在移动终端上浏览获取的媒体资源列表, 并选择 用户自己需要的媒体资源、 即目标媒体资源; 其中, 所述目标媒体资源可 是需要付费的, 也可是免费的; 当用户选择好目标媒体资源后, 会在移动终端中自动生成目标媒体资 源列表; 此后, 用户第二次将移动终端靠近媒体服务器, 再次与媒体服务 器建立 NFC P2P通信连接, 移动终端主动将目标媒体资源列表、 以及支付 账号、 个人识别码(Personal Identification Number, PIN ), 移动终端号码等 账户信息进行打包、 加密等处理, 并将处理后的信息携带在建立 WiFi P2P 通信连接的请求消息中发送给媒体服务器。
在步驟 101中, 两次建立 NFC P2P通信连接的目的不同; 其中, 第一 次建立的 NFC P2P通信连接主要用于移动终端获取媒体服务器上的媒体资 源列表, 这样做的目的是: 让该用户有充足的空间和时间选择自己感兴趣 的媒体资源, 以提升用户体验, 同时也便于其他用户使用该媒体服务器, 以提高媒体服务器的利用率; 第二次建立的 NFC P2P通信连接的主要目的 用于移动终端向媒体服务器提供获取目标媒体资源的相关信息, 并与媒体 服务器建立 WiFi P2P通信连接, 以便于媒体服务器快速地将目标媒体资源 发送给移动终端。
需要说明的是, 本发明中所称的 "靠近" 是指, 移动终端移动至与媒 体服务器之间相距 0~10厘米的距离, 以确保移动终端与媒体服务器之间成 功建立 NFC P2P通信连接。
步驟 102: 媒体服务器收到建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的请求消息后, 与 移动终端建立 WiFi P2P通信连接,并通过建立的 WiFi P2P通信连接向移动 终端发送相应的目标媒体资源;

当成功建立 WiFi P2P通信连接后, 媒体服务器判断从请求消息中解析 出的目标媒体资源列表中是否存在需要付费的目标媒体资源 , 如果目标媒 体资源列表中存在需要付费的目标媒体资源, 则媒体服务器将自动从用户 的支付账号中扣除相应的费用, 然后向移动终端发送相应的目标媒体资源, 否则, 媒体服务器直接向移动终端发送相应的目标媒体资源;
此后, 移动终端将会接收到目标媒体资源, 同时向用户显示正在传送 的目标媒体资源名称、 进度、 速率、 剩余时间等进度信息; 当目标媒体资 源接收完毕后, 媒体服务器还将向移动终端发送系统通知和提示消息, 告 知用户本次媒体资源获取操作的明细, 并提示用户整个媒体资源获取过程 完成。
其中, 上述支付账号通常是指与移动终端绑定的移动终端支付账号, 如手机支付账号, 以便于媒体服务器自动扣费; 当然, 当用户获取需要付 费的媒体资源, 而移动终端支付账号中的余额不足时, 此时用户也可以通 过移动终端输入自己的银行卡或存折的账号、 或者如支付宝账号等其他账 号, 并在媒体服务器后续提示输入密码时提供相应的支付密码, 完成扣费 操作, 以至于不影响用户对目标媒体资源的获取。
为了实现上述方法, 本发明公开了一种移动终端和一种媒体服务器。 图 2示出了根据本发明实施例的移动终端的结构示意图, 如图 2所示, 所述移动终端包括: 第一数据通信管理模块、 第一 NFC通信模块、 第一 WiFi通信模块、 以及第一业务管理模块, 其中, 所述第一 NFC通信模块,设置为与媒体服务器建立 NFC P2P通信连接; 所述第一数据通信管理模块, 设置为通过第一 NFC通信模块向媒体服 务器发送建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的请求消息;

11 发来的账户数据后, 可以进一步与远端交易服务器(如电子媒体资源提 供商、 第三方支付平台等)进行交互, 由远端交易服务器对用户的账户数 据进行鉴权、 验证等处理, 并根据用户提供的目标媒体资源列表经由媒体 服务器 12向移动终端 11发送相应的目标媒体资源, 对于需要付费的目标 媒体资源, 完成相应的账户扣费操作。
此外, 在该实施例中, 移动终端具备 NFC、 WiFi通信功能, 设置为用 户从媒体服务器获取媒体资源列表, 选择并获取相应的目标媒体资源; 媒 体服务器也具有 NFC、 WiFi通信功能, 设置为供用户查找并获取媒体资源 的媒体库, 并向用户提供相应的目标媒体资源。
图 5示出了根据本发明实施例的媒体资源自助获取方法的流程,如图 5 所示, 具体步驟包括:
步驟 501 ,用户将移动终端靠近媒体服务器,移动终端通过自身的 NFC 通信模块与媒体服务器建立 NFC P2P通信连接, 以根据建立的 NFC P2P通 信连接从媒体服务器自动获取媒体资源列表;
需要说明的是, 当移动终端靠近至与媒体服务器相距 0~10厘米时, 移 动终端中的 NFC通信模块和媒体服务器中的 NFC通信模块彼此检测到附近 有 NFC设备存在,于是各自启动 NFC通信协议,与对端 NFC设备建立 NFC P2P通信连接, 该过程属于本技术领域常用的技术手段, 在此不再赘述。
步驟 502, 当移动终端与媒体服务器成功建立 NFC P2P通信连接后, 媒体服务器的业务管理模块主动通过 NFC通信模块向移动终端发送媒体资 源列表; 移动终端的业务管理模块通过 NFC通信模块成功接收媒体服务器 发来的媒体资源列表后, 将会发出 "滴" 的一声, 同时亮起并闪烁移动终 端的显示屏, 及时提示用户已成功获取媒体资源列表。 至此, 用户可将移 动终端离开媒体服务器, 即不再需要与媒体服务器保持 0~10厘米的距离。
需要说明的是, 完成媒体资源列表的发送过程通常需要花费一两秒钟, 而相比用户将移动终端靠近并离开媒体服务器所需的时间来说, 用户几乎 察觉不到该过程, 因此不会影响用户体验。
步驟 503 , 用户通过移动终端的业务管理模块对媒体资源列表进行浏 览, 选择自己想要获取的媒体资源, 即目标媒体资源; 待用户确认后, 移 动终端会自动生成相应的目标媒体资源列表。
步驟 504, 用户选择好目标媒体资源后, 将移动终端再次靠近媒体服务 器, 通过 NFC通信模块再次与媒体服务器建立 NFC P2P通信连接。
步驟 505, 移动终端通过建立的 NFC P2P通信连接向媒体服务器发送 建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的请求消息, 并建立 WiFi P2P通信连接,之后发出 "滴" 的提示音。
具体地, 移动终端通过步驟 504中建立的 NFC P2P通信连接, 主动将 目标媒体资源列表、 以及支付账号、 PIN、 移动终端号码等账户信息进行打 包、 加密等处理, 并将处理后的信息携带在建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的请求 消息中发送给媒体服务器; 媒体服务器收到该请求消息后, 通过已建立的 NFC P2P通信连接向移动终端返回携带 WiFi MAC地址、 PSK和 SSID等数 据的反馈消息; 移动终端接收到该反馈消息后, 驱动 WiFi通信模块使用 WiFi MAC地址、 PSK和 SSID等数据与媒体服务器建立 WiFi P2P通信连 接。 至此, 移动终端与媒体服务器之间完成信息交互及 WiFi P2P通信连接 建立过程。
需要说明的是, 建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的时间通常也只需要一两秒钟 即可完成。 之所以在移动终端第二次靠近媒体服务器时建立 WiFi P2P通信 连接, 主要是考虑到以下两个方面的原因: 一是为了节省移动终端的功耗; 二是为了更多的用户能够获取媒体资源列表。
步驟 506, 当用户听到 "滴" 的提示音后, 移动终端将通过已建立的 WiFi P2P通信连接, 准备从媒体服务器接收目标媒体资源;
需要说明的是, 用户听到 "滴" 的提示音后, 同样可将移动终端离开 媒体服务器(不再需要保持 0~10厘米的距离), 以方便用户操作, 提高用 户体验。
步驟 507,媒体服务器的业务管理模块将移动终端处理后的账户信息进 行解密、 拆包等处理后, 对用户的账户数据进行鉴权、 验证等处理, 同时 目标媒体资源都是免费的, 转向步驟 509; 否则, 执行步驟 508。
步驟 508,媒体服务器根据目标资源列表自动从用户指定的支付账户中 扣除相应的费用, 并向用户发送系统通知, 以告知用户本次获取操作明细, 同时通过 WiFi通信模块将相应的目标媒体资源发送给移动终端; 移动终端 的业务管理模块通过 WiFi通信模块接收媒体服务器发来的目标媒体资源, 同时在目标媒体资源的传输过程中, 移动终端的业务管理模块会向用户提 示正在传送的媒体资源名称、 进度、 速率、 剩余时间等进度信息。
需要说明的是, 作为另一种可选方案, 在步驟 507和步驟 508中, 媒 体服务器也可以将移动终端处理后的账户信息发送给媒体资源提供商, 由 媒体资源提供商对用户的账户数据进行鉴权、 验证等处理, 用户身份验证 通过后, 根据目标媒体资源列表经由媒体服务器将目标媒体资源发送给用 户的移动终端。
步驟 509, 目标媒体资源接收完毕后,媒体服务器发送相应的提示信息 给移动终端, 以提示用户整个媒体资源获取过程完成, 例如: 提示 "您希 望获取的媒体资源已传送完毕, 感谢您的使用!"。 至此, 整个媒体资源自 助获取流程结束。 图 6示出了本发明媒体资源自助获取方法实施例的流程, 如图 6所示, 整个流程如下:
步驟 601 , 用户将移动终端靠近媒体服务器, 与媒体服务器建立 NFC P2P通信连接; 移动终端通过该 NFC通信连接从媒体服务器获取媒体资源 列表; 用户从移动终端获取的媒体资源列表中选择想要获取的媒体资源, 移动终端根据用户的选择确定目标媒体资源列表;
步驟 602,此后,用户再次将移动终端靠近媒体服务器,并建立 NFC P2P 通信连接, 同时通过 NFC P2P通信连接自动向媒体服务器发送建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的请求消息,该请求消息携带目标媒体资源列表、以及支付账 号、 PIN、移动终端号码等账户信息,媒体服务器向移动终端发送建立 WiFi P2P通信连接所需的配置数据,如此,移动终端与媒体服务器成功建立 WiFi P2P通信连接;
步驟 603 , 媒体服务器通过建立的 WiFi P2P通信连接向移动终端发送 目标媒体资源, 并根据具体情况自动从用户指定的支付账户中扣除相应的 费用;
步驟 604, 接着, 移动终端接收媒体服务器发来的目标媒体资源, 同时 在显示屏上弹出提示界面, 提示用户 "正在接收, 请等待 ... ...,, 的信息; 步驟 605〜步驟 606, 待目标媒体资源接收完毕后, 移动终端的显示界 面将弹出媒体服务器发来的系统提示信息, 随后显示系统通知, 告知用户 此次操作获取的媒体资源及相应的支付金额。

所述第二业务管理模块, 设置为通过第二 NFC通信模块向移动终端发 送媒体资源列表; 通过第二 NFC通信模块接收并存储移动终端发来的目标 媒体资源列表、 以及账户信息; 根据目标媒体资源列表, 通过第二 WiFi通 信模块向移动终端发送目标媒体资源。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的媒体服务器, 其中, 所述第二业务管理模 块, 还设置为对收到的账户信息进行合法性验证; 对需要付费的目标媒体 资源, 完成从账户信息中的支付账号中扣费的操作。
13、 一种媒体资源自助获取系统, 其中, 包括: 移动终端和媒体服务 器, 其中,
所述移动终端, 设置为通过与媒体服务器建立的 NFC P2P通信连接从 该媒体服务器获取媒体资源列表; 根据获取的媒体资源列表选择好目标媒 体资源后, 向媒体服务器发送建立 WiFi P2P通信连接的请求消息; 并通过 建立的 WiFi P2P通信连接接收媒体服务器发送的目标媒体资源;
所述媒体服务器, 设置为通过与移动终端建立的 NFC P2P通信连接向 移动终端提供媒体资源列表; 收到移动终端发来的建立 WiFi P2P通信连接 的请求消息后,与移动终端建立 WiFi P2P通信连接;并通过建立的 WiFi P2P 通信连接向移动终端发送目标媒体资源。
