Abstract

本発明は、アルミニウム合金と銅合金との接合体及びその接合方法に関し、良好な接合性と接合時の材料変形の少ない、信頼性の高い新規な方法で接合された接合体及びその接合方法を提供するものである。 アルミニウム合金を一方の被接合部材とし、銅合金を他方の被接合部材として、前記一方の被接合部材と他方の被接合部材が金属的に接合された接合体であって、前記一方の被接合部材はCu:3.0mass%~8.0mass%及びSi:0.1mass%~10mass%を含有し、残部Al及び不可避不純物からなるアルミニウム合金からなり、Cu濃度をC(mass%)、Si濃度をS(mass%)としたとき、C+2.4×S≧7.8を満たし、前記他方の被接合部材は前記一方の被接合部材よりも固相線温度が高い銅合金であるアルミニウム合金と銅合金とからなる。
