(1)3-アミノ-2,3-ビス(ヒドロキシイミノ)プロピオニトリル2.00g(15.6ミリモル)のN,N-ジメチルホルムアミド溶液(30ml)に、2-ヨードプロパン2.52g(14.8ミリモル)を加えた。0℃に冷却後、炭酸カリウム2.05g(14.8ミリモル)を加え、室温で16時間攪拌した。反応液を水中に注ぎ、酢酸エチルで抽出し、得られた有機層を飽和食塩水で洗浄した。無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、無機物をろ過により除き、溶媒を減圧下留去した。得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(酢酸エチル:ヘキサン=1:2)で精製し、3-アミノ-3-ヒドロキシイミノ-2-イソプロポキシイミノプロピオニトリル(化合物番号1-004)1.36g(収率51%)を得た。
3-アミノ-2-イソプロポキシイミノ-3-プロポキシイミノプロピオニトリル(化合物番号1-073)の製造
前記[実施例1]の(1)で得られた3-アミノ-3-ヒドロキシイミノ-2-イソプロポキシイミノプロピオニトリル1.36g(7.99ミリモル)のN,N-ジメチルホルムアミド溶液(16ml)に1-ブロモプロパン1.09g(8.86ミリモル)を加えた。0℃に冷却後、55%水素化ナトリウム0.35g(8.0ミリモル)を加え、室温で3時間攪拌した。反応液を水にあけ、酢酸エチルで抽出し、得られた有機層を飽和食塩水で洗浄した。無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、無機物をろ過により除き、溶媒を減圧下留去した。得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(酢酸エチル:ヘキサン=1:2)で精製し、標題化合物1.61g(収率95%)を得た。
3-アミノ-2,3-ビス(プロポキシイミノ)プロピオニトリル(化合物番号1-072)の製造
3-アミノ-2,3-ビス(ヒドロキシイミノ)プロピオニトリル3.00g(23.4ミリモル)のN,N-ジメチルホルムアミド溶液(50ml)に、1-ブロモプロパン7.2g(58.6ミリモル)を加えた。0℃に冷却後、炭酸カリウム22.0g(159ミリモル)を加え、90℃で3時間攪拌した。反応液を室温に戻した後、水にあけ、酢酸エチルで抽出し、得られた有機層を飽和食塩水で洗浄した。無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、無機物をろ過により除き、溶媒を減圧下留去した。得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(酢酸エチル:ヘキサン=1:2)で精製し、標題化合物2.54g(収率51%)を得た。

3-アミノ-2,3-ビス(ヒドロキシイミノ)プロピオニトリル1.00g(7.81ミリモル)のN,N-ジメチルホルムアミド溶液(20ml)に、トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸2,2,2-トリフルオロエチル1.81g(7.81ミリモル)を加えた。0℃に冷却後、炭酸カリウム1.08g(7.81ミリモル)を加え、室温で3時間攪拌した。0℃に冷却後、トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸2,2,2-トリフルオロエチルエステル1.81g(7.81ミリモル)と55%水素化ナトリウム0.34g(7.8ミリモル)を加え、室温で2時間攪拌した。反応液を水にあけ、酢酸エチルで抽出し、得られた有機層を飽和食塩水で洗浄した。無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、無機物をろ過により除き、溶媒を減圧下留去した。得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(酢酸エチル:ヘキサン=1:2)で精製し、標題化合物1.51g(収率66%)を得た。
3-アミノ-3-ヒドロキシイミノ-2-イソプロポキシイミノプロパンアミド(化合物番号2-004)の製造
前記[実施例1]の(1)で得られた3-アミノ-3-ヒドロキシイミノ-2-イソプロポキシイミノプロピオニトリル0.50g(2.94ミリモル)のメタノール(1.5ml)とジメチルスルホキシド(0.5ml)の混合溶液に、室温にて30%過酸化水素水0.73g(6.4ミリモル)と炭酸カリウム0.02g(0.14ミリモル)を加え、室温で4時間攪拌した。過剰の過酸化水素をチオ硫酸ナトリウム水溶液で処理した後、溶媒を減圧下留去した。得られた残渣に水に加え、酢酸エチルで抽出し、有機層を飽和食塩水で洗浄した。無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、無機物をろ過により除き、溶媒を減圧下留去して得られた粗結晶をジイソプロピルエーテルとn-ヘキサンの1:2の混合溶液で洗浄し、標題化合物0.35g(収率63%)を得た。
3-アミノ-2,3-ビス(イソプロポキシイミノ)プロパンアミド(化合物番号2-096)の製造
3-アミノ-2,3-ビス(イソプロポキシイミノ)プロピオニトリル29.0g(137ミリモル)のメタノール溶液(140ml)に、室温にて30%過酸化水素水47g(415ミリモル)、炭酸ナトリウム1.5g(15ミリモル)及びテトラブチルアンモニウムブロミド2.3g(7.1ミリモル)を加え、室温で4時間攪拌した。原料が残存していたため更に30%過酸化水素水24g(212ミリモル)を加え、室温で3時間攪拌した。過剰の過酸化水素をチオ硫酸ナトリウム水溶液で処理した後、溶媒を減圧下留去した。得られた残渣に水に加え、酢酸エチルで抽出し、得られた有機層を飽和食塩水で洗浄した。無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、無機物をろ過により除き、溶媒を減圧下留去した。得られた結晶をジイソプロピルエーテルとn-ヘキサンの1:2の混合溶液で洗浄し、標題化合物29.0g(収率92%)を得た。

化合物番号1-139:0.95(3H, t), 1.67-1.79(2H, m), 4.13(2H, t), 4.68(2H, q), 4.83(2H, bs).
化合物番号1-156:0.94(3H, t), 1.35-1.45(2H, m),1.65-1.72(2H, m), 4.16 (2H, t), 4.83 (2H, d), 4.83 (2H, bs), 5.32-5.40(2H, m), 5.95-6.05(1H, m).
化合物番号1-158:0.89(3H, t), 1.24-1.32(6H, m),1.65-1.71(2H, m), 4.14 (2H, t), 4.83 (2H, d), 4.83 (2H, bs), 5.31-5.41(2H, m), 5.93-6.06(1H, m).

以上を均一に混合粉砕して水和剤とした。

以上を均一に混合粉砕した。この混合物に水20部相当量を加えて練り合せ、押出式造粒機を用いて14~32メッシュの粒状に加工した後、乾燥して粒剤とした。
製剤例2に準じて調製した水和剤を、有効成分として500ppmの濃度になるように水で希釈した。この希釈薬液に、イネの芽だし籾を浸漬し、容量60mLのプラスティックカップに入れた。このプラスティックカップにトビイロウンカ2齢幼虫を10頭放ち、蓋をして25℃の恒温室に置いた。6日後に生存虫数を数え、数1の計算式により死虫率を求めた。本試験は反復なしで行なった。

R1は、C1~C8アルキル基、C2~C6アルケニル基、C2~C6アルキニル基、C3~C6シクロアルキル基、C3~C6シクロアルキルC1~C6アルキル基、C1~C6ハロアルキル基、C1~C6アルコキシC1~C6アルキル基、シアノC1~C6アルキル基又は置換基群αから選択される1以上の置換基で置換されてもよいフェニルC1~C6アルキル基を示し、
R2は、水素原子、C1~C8アルキル基、C2~C6アルケニル基、C2~C6アルキニル基、C3~C6シクロアルキル基、C3~C6シクロアルキルC1~C6アルキル基、C1~C6ハロアルキル基、C1~C6アルコキシC1~C6アルキル基、シアノC1~C6アルキル基又は置換基群αから選択される1以上の置換基で置換されてもよいフェニルC1~C6アルキル基を示す。

- グリオキシム誘導体又はその農業上許容される塩を殺虫剤として使用する請求項4に記載の有害生物の防除方法。
