下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术 方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明 一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本 领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他 实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。 实施例一 如图 1 所示, 本发明提供了一种手机软件的推荐方法, 该方法包括 以下步骤:
51 1、 源手机根据源手机用户的选择, 确定被推荐软件、 目标手机以 及发送方式。
具体的, 本步骤可以是接收源手机用户的触发推荐操作后, 软件推 荐处理模块显示联系人列表; 源手机用户确定目标手机后, 软件推荐处 理模块显示发送方式列表。
如图 2 , 源手机应用列表显示有 "无线升级" , "通信卫士" , "安 智市场" , "大众点评" , "开心网" , "熊猫看书" 、 "搜索" 、 "密 封采蜜" 等应用图标, 若源手机用户想将 "大众点评" 推荐给好友, 则 源手机用户在源手机应用列表中长按 "大众点评" 应用图标, 此时屏幕 底部弹出特定按钮 (如图 2中按钮 1) , 然后将 "大众点评" 应用图标拖拽 至该特定按钮上, 便触发推荐操作。
推荐操作触发后, 推荐处理模块调用手机通讯录, 显示出联系人列 表, 供源手机用户选择好友。 如图 3中, 源手机用户在联系人列表中选择 好友李四后, 点 "确定" 按钮 2。 软件推荐处理模块弹出发送方式供用户 短信、 彩信以及邮件中的任一种。 如图 4 , 软件推荐处理模块显示发送方 式列表, 源手机用户选择后台服务后, 点 "确定" 按钮, 则源手机根据源 手机用户的选择, 确定被推荐软件为 "大众点评" 、 目标手机为李四的手 机标识, 发送方式为后台服务方式。
512、源手机按照手机用户选择的发送方式向目标手机发送被推荐软 件的相关信息。
具体的, 当源手机用户选择以后台服务方式向目标手机发送被推荐 软件的相关信息时, 如图 5所示, 上述步骤 S 12包括: 51201 , 源手机向推荐代理服务器发送推荐请求。
其中所述推荐请求携带一数据包, 该数据包中包括: 被推荐软件的 名称、 源手机标识、 目标手机标识以及随机生成的令牌信息。 令牌信息 可以是验证码, 具体的用于进行步骤 S 1206 时源手机验证目标手机下载 请求的合法性。 源手机标识可以是源手机的号码, 目标手机标识同样可以是目标手 机的号码。
51202 ,推荐代理服务器解析所接收到的推荐请求, 根据解析后的推 荐请求生成推荐信息, 将该推荐信息发送给目标手机。 具体的, 推荐代理服务器收到源手机发送的推荐请求数据包后, 解 析数据包, 将被推荐的软件名称、 源手机标识按一定规则组成推荐信息, 示例性的, 该推荐信息可以是在头部加入特殊字符如 " # " 或字段间用 分隔符分隔的包括被推荐的软件名称、 源手机标识的字符串。 本实施例 中可以选用头部加入特殊字符 " # " 的包括被推荐的软件名称、 源手机 标识的字符串作为推荐信息。 随后, 将该推荐信息通过短信的方式发送 给目标手机。
51203 , 目标手机接收到推荐代理服务器发送的推荐信息时, 解析并 显示该推荐信息的内容; 在目标手机用户确认下载后, 将确认下载指令 发送给推荐代理服务器。 具体的, 目标手机收到推荐信息后, 解析推荐信息, 当发现短信头 部包含特殊字符 " # " 时, 判定该短信为推荐信息。 当然, 此时用户可 以查阅该推荐信息。 但需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中, 目标手机在判 定该短信为推荐信息后, 需要显示用户确认窗口, 该用户确认窗口的文 字可以是推荐信息中的软件名称和源手机标识, 例如可以是 "XX推荐给 您 XXX软件, 是否需要下载安装? " 。
目标手机用户确认下载安装, 例如目标手机用户点击上述用户确认 窗口中的确认图标后, 目标手机自动将确认下载指令发送给推荐代理服 务器。
51204 ,推荐代理服务器接收到目标手机的确认下载指令时, 将源手 机 IP地址及令牌信息发送给目标手机。 具体的, 推荐代理服务器接收到目标手机的确认下载指令时, 提取 源手机的 IP地址, 并将源手机 IP地址及令牌信息发送给目标手机。
51205 , 目标手机接收到所述源手机 IP地址及令牌信息后, 向源手 机发送下载请求。 下载请求至少包括被推荐软件名称、 源手机 IP地址及 令牌信息。
51206 , 源手机接收到目标手机的下载请求并验证令牌信息成功后, 将被推荐软件的软件包发送至目标手机。
具体的, 源手机接收到目标手机的下载请求, 根据下载请求中的令 牌信 , 验证下载请求的合法性, 所谓下载请求的合法性是指源手机原本 生成的令牌信息与下载请求中的令牌信息是否一致, 若一致则合法, 也 就验证成功; 否则, 验证失败。 当验证成功后, 便将被推荐软件的软件 包从源手机通过网络直接发送给目标手机。 针对利用后台服务方式实现软件推荐的情况, 在步骤 S 1206之后, 还可以进一步的包括:
51207 , 目标手机接收源手机发送的被推荐软件的软件包。 目标手机接收源手机发送的被推荐软件的软件包, 接收完毕即可进 行安装。 当源手机用户选择以电子市场方式向目标手机发送被推荐软件的相 关信息时, 如图 6所示, 上述步骤 S 12包括:
51211 , 源手机向电子市场服务器发送推荐请求。
其中所述推荐请求携带一数据包, 该数据包中包括: 被推荐软件的 名称、 源手机标识、 目标手机标识。 源手机标识可以是源手机的号码, 目标手机标识同样可以是目标手机的号码。
51212 , 电子市场服务器解析所接收到的推荐请求, 在确认推荐信息 中的目标手机标识为该电子市场服务器的注册用户标识时, 根据解析后 的推荐请求生成推荐信息, 将该推荐信息发送给目标手机。 具体的, 电子市场服务器收到源手机发送的推荐请求后, 解析该推 荐请求, 提取该推荐请求中的目标手机的标识, 在电子市场服务器的数 据库中查询目标手机标识是否属于注册用户标识, 在确认目标手机标识 为该电子市场服务器的注册用户标识时, 根据解析的推荐请求生成推荐 信息, 可以将该推荐信息通过短信的方式发送给目标手机。 示例性的, 该推荐信息可以是在头部加入特殊字符如 或字段间用分隔符分隔 的包括被推荐的软件名称、 源手机标识的字符串。 本实施例中可以选用 头部加入特殊字符 " # " 的包括被推荐的软件名称、 源手机标识的字符 串作为推荐信息。
需要指出的是, 目标手机标识不属于注册用户标识时, 电子市场服 务器可以以短信的方式通知源手机用户: "目标手机非电子市场服务器 用户" , 并结束该手机软件推荐过程。
51213 , 目标手机接收到电子市场服务器发送的推荐信息时, 解析并 显示该推荐信息的内容; 在目标手机用户确认下载后, 将确认下载指令 发送给电子市场服务器。 具体的, 目标手机收到推荐信息后, 解析推荐信息, 当发现短信头 部包含特殊字符 " # " 时, 判定该短信为推荐信息。 当然, 此时用户可 以查阅该推荐信息。 但需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中, 目标手机在判 定该短信为推荐信息后, 需要显示用户确认窗口, 该用户确认窗口的文 字可以是推荐信息中的软件名称和源手机标识, 例如为可以是 "XX推荐 给您 XXX软件, 是否需要下载安装? " 。
目标手机用户确认下载安装, 例如目标手机用户点击上述用户确认 窗口中的确认图标后, 目标手机自动将确认下载指令发送给电子市场服 务器。
51214 , 电子市场服务器在接收到目标手机的确认下载指令时, 将被 推荐软件的软件包发送给目标手机。 针对利用电子市场方式实现软件推荐的情况, 在步骤 S 1214之后, 还可以进一步的包括:
51215 , 目标手机接收电子市场服务器发送的所述被推荐软件的软件 包。
目标手机接收电子市场服务器发送的被推荐软件的软件包, 接收完 毕即可进行安装。 当源手机用户选择以短信方式向目标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信 息时, 上述步骤 S 12包括: 源手机将被推荐的软件名称、 下载地址组成字符串, 通过短信发送 给目标手机。 目标手机收到短信后, 点击短信中的下载地址从互联网上下载被推 荐的软件包, 接收完毕即可进行安装。 当源手机用户选择以彩信方式向目标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信 息时, 上述步骤 S 12包括: 源手机将被推荐的软件名称、 下载地址组成字符串, 作为彩信的文 本信息; 将被推荐的软件包文件作为彩信的媒体信息, 发送给目标手机。
目标手机收到彩信后, 从彩信的媒体信息中接收被推荐软件包, 接 收完毕即可进行安装。 当源手机用户选择以邮件方式向目标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信 息时, 上述步骤 S 12包括: 源手机将被推荐的软件名称、 下载地址组成字符串, 作为邮件的文 本信息; 将被推荐的软件包文件作为邮件的附件, 发送到目标用户的邮 r
相。
目标手机收到该邮件后, 可从邮件的附件中接收被推荐软件包, 接 收完毕即可进行安装。 本发明提供的手机软件的推荐方法,源手机根据源手机用户的选择, 确定被推荐软件、 目标手机以及发送方式; 并按照确定的发送方式向目 标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信息; 使得目标手机可以通过后台服务、 电子市场、 短信、 彩信以及邮件中的任一种方式获取被推荐软件; 从而 使得目标手机快捷、 安全的获取到手机软件。
实施例二 本发明实施例还提供了一种手机软件的推荐装置, 该装置为一种手 机, 可以作为图 7 所示的手机软件的推荐系统中的。 本发明实施例还提 供了另一种手机软件的推荐装置, 该装置为一种推荐代理服务器, 可以 应用于图 7 所示的手机软件的推荐系统中两手机之间的信息解析传递。 本发明实施例还提供了另一种手机,该手机可以作为目标手机应用于图 7 所示的手机软件的推荐系统中。
参考图 7 , 本发明实施提供的手机软件的推荐系统包括: 源手机、 推荐代理服务器以及目标手机。
其中, 源手机包括: 软件推荐处理模块 701 , 用于根据该手机用户的选择, 确定被推荐 软件、 目标手机以及发送方式, 并按照源手机用户选择的发送方式向目 标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信息。 所述发送方式可以是后台服务、 电 子市场、 短信、 彩信以及邮件中的任一种。 具体的, 在图 7 所示的系统中, 源手机中的软件推荐处理模块 701 利用后台服务方式, 并通过推荐代理服务器向目标手机发送被推荐软件 的相关信息。 推荐代理服务器包括:
第一解析处理模块 702 , 用于解析所接收到的推荐请求, 根据解析 后的推荐请求生成推荐信息, 并将该推荐信息发送给目标手机。 该推荐请求是由源手机发送给所述第一解析处理模块的。
第一发送模块 703 , 用于在接收到目标手机的确认下载指令时, 将 源手机 IP地址及令牌信息发送给目标手机。
目标手机包括: 第一接收处理模块 704 , 用于接收到推荐代理服务器发送的推荐信 息时, 解析并显示该推荐信息的内容; 并在目标手机用户确认下载后, 将确认下载指令发送给推荐代理服务器, 以使得推荐代理服务器反馈源 手机 IP地址及令牌信息。 软件下载模块 705 ,用于在接收到所述源手机 IP地址及令牌信息后, 向源手机发送下载请求, 以获取被推荐软件的软件包。 本发明实施例提供的手机软件的推荐装置及系统, 在源手机用户选 择以后台服务方式向目标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信息时, 源手机根 据源手机用户选择的被推荐软件、 源手机标识、 目标手机标识按照后台 服务方式向目标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信息; 使得目标手机可以通 过后台服务方式获取被推荐软件; 从而使得目标手机快捷、 安全的获取 到手机软件。
实施例三 本发明实施例还提供了手机软件的推荐装置, 该装置为一种手机, 可以作为源手机应用图 8 所示的手机软件的推荐系统中; 还提供了手机 软件的推荐装置, 该装置为一种电子市场服务器, 可以应用于图 8 所示 的手机软件的推荐系统中两手机之间的信息解析传递; 还提供了另一种 手机, 该手机可以作为目标手机应用图 8所示的手机软件的推荐系统中。
参考图 8 , 该手机软件的推荐系统包括: 源手机、 电子市场服务器 以及目标手机。
其中, 源手机包括: 软件推荐处理模块 801 , 用于根据该手机用户的选择, 确定被推荐 软件、 目标手机以及发送方式, 并按照源手机用户选择的发送方式向目 标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信息。 所述发送方式可以是后台服务、 电 子市场、 短信、 彩信以及邮件中的任一种。 具体的, 在图 8 所示的系统中, 源手机中的软件推荐处理模块 801 利用电子市场服务方式, 并通过电子市场服务器向目标手机发送被推荐 软件的相关信息。
电子市场服务器包括:
第二解析处理模块 802 , 用于解析所接收到的推荐请求, 在确认推 荐信息中的目标手机标识为该电子市场服务器的注册用户标识时, 根据 解析后的推荐请求生成推荐信息, 并将该推荐信息发送给目标手机。 第二发送模块 803 , 用于在接收到目标手机的确认下载指令时, 将 所述被推荐软件的软件包发送给目标手机。 目标手机, 包括,
第二接收处理模块 804 , 用于接收到电子市场服务器发送的推荐信 息时, 解析并显示该推荐信息的内容; 并在目标手机用户确认下载后, 将确认下载指令发送给电子市场服务器, 以使得电子服务器反馈被推荐 软件的软件包。 接收软件包模块 805 , 用于接收电子服务器发送的被推荐软件的软 件包。 本发明实施例提供的手机软件的推荐装置及系统, 在源手机用户选 择以电子市场方式向目标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信息时, 源手机根 据源手机用户选择的被推荐软件、 源手机标识、 目标手机标识按照电子 市场方式向目标手机发送被推荐软件的相关信息; 使得目标手机可以通 过电子市场方式获取被推荐软件; 从而使得目标手机快捷、 安全的获取 到手机软件。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送方式为后台 服务的情况下, 所述源手机按照所述发送方式向所述目标手机发送所述 被推荐软件的相关信息包括: 源手机向推荐代理服务器发送推荐请求, 所述推荐请求包括: 被推 荐软件的名称、 源手机标识、 目标手机标识以及随机生成的令牌信息; 推荐代理服务器解析所接收到的推荐请求, 根据解析后的推荐请求 生成推荐信息, 将该推荐信息发送给目标手机; 目标手机接收到推荐代理服务器发送的推荐信息时, 解析并显示该 推荐信息的内容; 在目标手机用户确认下载后, 将确认下载指令发送给 推荐代理服务器;
推荐代理服务器在接收到目标手机的确认下载指令时, 将所述源手 机 IP地址及令牌信息发送给目标手机; 目标手机在接收到所述源手机 IP地址及令牌信息后, 向源手机发送 下载请求; 所述下载请求包括: 被推荐软件的名称、 源手机 IP地址及令 牌信息;
源手机接收到目标手机的下载请求并验证令牌信息成功后, 将所述 被推荐软件的软件包发送至目标手机。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送方式为电子 市场的情况下, 所述源手机按照所述发送方式向所述目标手机发送所述 被推荐软件的相关信息包括:
源手机向电子市场服务器发送推荐请求, 所述推荐请求包括: 被推 荐软件的名称、 源手机标识以及目标手机标识; 电子市场服务器解析所接收到的推荐请求, 在确认推荐信息中的目 标手机标识为该电子市场服务器的注册用户标识时, 根据解析后的推荐 请求生成推荐信息, 将该推荐信息发送给目标手机; 目标手机接收到电子市场服务器发送的推荐信息时, 解析并显示该 推荐信息的内容; 在目标手机用户确认下载后, 将确认下载指令发送给 电子市场服务器; 电子市场服务器在接收到目标手机的确认下载指令时, 将所述被推 荐软件的软件包发送给目标手机。
4、 一种手机, 其特征在于, 包括: 软件推荐处理模块, 用于根据该手机用户的选择, 确定被推荐软件、 目标手机以及发送方式, 并按照所述发送方式向所述目标手机发送所述 被推荐软件的相关信息。
5、 一种推荐代理服务器, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一解析处理模块, 用于解析所接收到的推荐请求, 根据解析后的 推荐请求生成推荐信息, 并将该推荐信息发送给目标手机; 第一发送模块, 用于在接收到目标手机的确认下载指令时, 将源手 机 IP地址及令牌信息发送给目标手机。
6、 一种电子市场服务器, 其特征在于, 包括: 第二解析处理模块, 用于解析所接收到的推荐请求, 在确认推荐信 息中的目标手机标识为该电子市场服务器的注册用户标识时, 根据解析 后的推荐请求生成推荐信息, 并将该推荐信息发送给目标手机;
第二发送模块, 用于在接收到目标手机的确认下载指令时, 将被推 荐软件的软件包发送给目标手机。
7、 一种手机, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一接收处理模块,用于接收到推荐代理服务器发送的推荐信息时, 解析并显示该推荐信息的内容; 并在目标手机用户确认下载后, 将确认 下载指令发送给推荐代理服务器, 以使得推荐代理服务器反馈源手机 IP 地址及令牌信息; 软件下载模块, 用于在接收到所述源手机 IP地址及令牌信息后, 向 源手机发送下载请求, 以获取被推荐软件的软件包。
8、 一种手机, 其特征在于, 包括: 第二接收处理模块,用于接收到电子市场服务器发送的推荐信息时, 解析并显示该推荐信息的内容; 并在目标手机用户确认下载后, 将确认 下载指令发送给电子市场服务器, 以使得电子服务器反馈被推荐软件的 软件包;
接收软件包模块, 用于接收电子服务器发送的所述被推荐软件的软 件包。
9、 一种手机软件的推荐系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 源手机、 目标手 机以及推荐代理服务器; 其中, 所述源手机为权利要求 4所述的手机, 所述推荐代理服务器 为权利要求 5所述的推荐代理服务器, 所述目标手机为权利要求 7所述 的手机。
