  1.  飲料を収容するための容器本体と、
     前記容器本体を覆う中蓋部と、
     前記中蓋部に形成される、飲料を排出する飲み口部と、
     前記飲み口部を閉塞する飲み口閉塞部と、
     前記中蓋部に対して係脱可能に配置される外蓋部と、
     前記容器本体の外部に対する通気を確保する通気部と、
     前記外蓋部と前記中蓋部との係合を解除する解除操作部と、を有し、
     前記外蓋部が前記中蓋部に対して閉状態になるように配置されたきに、前記通気部を閉塞状態とすることができる閉塞位置に配置されると共に、前記解除操作部の解除動作に基づき、前記通気部を通気状態とする通気位置に配置される閉塞通気兼用部を備え、
     前記通気位置では、前記閉塞通気兼用部の少なくとも一部が、前記通気部から外部に対する通気路を確保する通気確保部となっていることを特徴とする飲料容器。
