Description

喷墨打印机
本发明涉及一种喷墨打印机。本发明基于申请日为2011年10月31日、申请号为201120425434.8的中国实用新型专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
现有采用连续供墨系统的喷墨打印机一般内置墨盒进行打印操作,墨盒则外接补充墨水的容器以补充墨水,参见图1,墨盒11置于喷墨打印机的本体1内,供墨连通管12连通墨盒11与补充墨水的容器6,供墨连通管12的一端连接墨盒11,另一端与置于本体1外的容器6连接。
这种设置方式使喷墨打印机的外形既没有整体的美感,也不便于搬动操作,使用时,参见图2,容器6置于本体1外的顶部,为了与补充墨水的容器6连接,供墨连通管12与补充墨水的容器6相连的一端伸出本体1裸露在外,既浪费材料也不美观,而且有的容器6没有再加墨功能,使向墨盒11补充墨水的量受补充墨水的容器6的体积大小限制。
本发明的目的是提供一种可连续不断补充墨水并且其全部供墨装置可收纳进喷墨打印机本体内的喷墨打印机。
本发明的喷墨打印机所采用的技术方案是:喷墨打印机,包括本体;墨盒,该墨盒置于本体内;供墨连通管,其中一端与墨盒连接;还包括置于本体内的主容器,该主容器上有加墨口及连通外部大气的导气口,供墨连通管的另一端与所述主容器连接。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,加墨口延伸至所述本体的外表面。使得加墨时不需要揭开本体的盖子,直接在本体的外表面对内置的主容器加墨,操作更便捷。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,本体上有自外表面透视到主容器内的液位视窗,使用者通过视窗很直观地了解主容器内存墨的情况,得以判断加墨时机。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,主容器与所述本体一体成型。此改进利于解决漏墨问题,节约了生产加工工艺步骤,提高了生产率。
由以上方案可见,将传统外置的主容器作为喷墨打印机内部的一个组成部分,整体容纳在喷墨打印机内,降低了生产成本,并且使喷墨打印机的总体外观整齐划一,搬运操作方便。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参见图3,喷墨打印机包括带机盖的本体1,打开机盖可以看到,墨盒11、供墨连通管12置于本体1内,本体1内的右端有主容器13,本体1与主容器13一体成型,供墨连通管12的左端与墨盒11连接,右端与主容器13连接。主容器13上有加墨口131,加墨口131位于本体1的顶部外表面,本体1上有自外表面透视到主容器内的液位视窗133,主容器13底部还有通过导气通道引出与大气相通的导气口。
参见图4,本体1的外表面有显示喷墨打印机系统工作信息的显示屏15。
使用时,墨盒11供墨给打印头的打印针,主容器13通过供墨连通管12源源不断地补充墨水到墨盒11,当主容器13的墨水已经降到警戒线,使用者在液位视窗133中直接观察即可知晓需要加墨,不用揭开机盖,在本体外通过加墨口131往主容器13中补充墨水,即可继续进行打印工作。显示屏同时也显示喷墨打印机系统工作的信息,使得使用者对喷墨打印机的使用状况的了解更直观。
由于主容器与墨盒均收纳在喷墨打印机本体内,使得两端分别与主容器及墨盒相通的供墨连通管也可收纳在喷墨打印机本体内,省去了延伸至喷墨打印机本体外的供墨连通管部分,降低了生产成本。内置在喷墨打印机内部的主容器具有加墨口,使主容器可以连续不断地加墨,向墨盒补充墨水的量不受主容器的体积大小的限制。

Claims (4)

  1. 喷墨打印机,包括
    本体;
    墨盒,所述墨盒置于所述本体内;
    供墨连通管,其中一端与墨盒连接;
    其特征在于:还包括位于所述本体内的主容器,所述主容器上有加墨口及连通外部大气的导气口,所述供墨连通管的另一端与所述主容器连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷墨打印机,其特征在于:所述加墨口延伸至所述本体的外表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的喷墨打印机,其特征在于:所述本体上有自外表面透视到所述主容器内的液位视窗。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的喷墨打印机,其特征在于:所述主容器与所述本体一体成型。
