Abstract

A system for implementing method for suggesting the total cost of ownership (TCO) for a new business demand/ requirements based on an algorithm that calculates the amount of work for any kind of operative task that appears in the context of a business requirement that is assessed according to predefined affecting parameters. System (10) comprises a Benchmark Data Base (BDB) (1) which used as a global reference source for any connected client's database, such as a client server (2). The BDB (1) is a knowledge database that contains records of the global terminology that is commonly used in each specific area (e.g., prices commonly charged for a specific type of service in any field, such as the current global price taken for preparing a specific juristic document). The client server (2) and the BDB (1) can be connected via any suitable securing network.
