Abstract

Distributeur de produit fluide comprenant : - une poche souple (1) comprenant deux feuilles souples (11, 12) définissant entre elles un réservoir de produit fluide (10) et une ouverture (14), - un organe de bouchage et de distribution (2) monté de manière fixe, définitive et étanche dans l'ouverture (14) de la poche (1), l'organe de bouchage (2) comprenant un corps (3) définissant un orifice de distribution (34), un canal de sortie (35) reliant le réservoir (10) à l'orifice de distribution (34) et deux zones de scellage (31c, 31d), respectivement pour les deux feuilles souples (11, 12) de la poche (1), l'organe de bouchage et de distribution (2) comprenant en outre un couvercle d'obturation (4) pour obturer l'orifice de distribution (34), le couvercle (4) étant articulé (43) sur le corps (3) de manière à pivoter entre une position fermée et une position ouverte, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (4) est pourvu d'un élément de sécurité de premier usage (5) qui est initialement relié au couvercle avant la première ouverture de l'organe de bouchage (2) et qui se sépare du couvercle (4) lors de la première ouverture de l'organe de bouchage (2), cet élément de sécurité (5) étant scellé à la poche (1) et/ou au corps (3) de l'organe de bouchage (2) lors du scellage de l'organe de bouchage (2) dans l'ouverture (14) de la poche (1).
