目前,各种遥控器,如电视遥控器、空调遥控器等都没有指示功能,即在黑暗状态下,很难发现遥控器,同时,在黑暗状态下使用遥控器时,无法看清遥控器的按键,给遥控器的使用带来了不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术不能根据开关状态或开关所处环境的明暗程度控制指示灯的亮灭等缺陷,提供一种更加节能美观、使用寿命更长的夜开关指示装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种夜开关指示装置,包括控制单元、与控制单元相连并对应接收到环境光或照明光的强度而产生关闭信号或开启信号的光感测单元、与控制单元相连并用于指示的背光指示单元;控制单元根据光感测单元发送的开启信号控制背光指示单元发光;还包括一个由背光指示单元指示其位置的开关。
其中,所述光感测单元在感测到所处环境有光时产生关闭信号发送给控制单元,而在感测到环境黑暗时产生开启信号发送给控制单元。
优选的,所述背光指示单元为LED器件或微功率冷光源器件。
优选的,所述开关为接触式或接近感应式开关。
优选的,所述开关包含带透光图案的表面,所述背光指示单元与开关透光图案之间有一个光路。
优选的,所述开关为采用透光材料制成的按键。
优选的,所述背光指示单元与按键之间有一个光路。
优选的,所述开关的四周或中心为透光材料的透光层。
优选的,所述背光指示单元设置在开关四周或中心的透光层内部。
本发明夜开关指示装置,还包括由开关控制其工作的照明灯,控制单元根据开关处于断开且光感测单元发送开启信号控制背光指示单元发光。
本发明夜开关指示装置,还包括用于保护背光指示单元的限流电阻;限流电阻与开关、背光指示单元和控制单元串联后与照明灯并联在电气回路中。
本发明夜开关指示装置,还包括由开关控制的移动小灯,开关与背光指示单元、控制单元串联后再与移动小灯并联在直流供电的回路中;控制单元根据开关处于断开且光感测单元发送的开启信号控制背光指示单元发光。
优选的,所述背光指示单元设置在开关的四周或中心为透光材料的彩色图案透光层内。
优选的,所述背光指示单元设置在在移动小灯上。
本发明夜开关指示装置,还包括设有功能键的遥控器,以及用于指示遥控器第一夜开关指示装置和用于指示遥控器功能键的第二夜开关指示装置。
优选的,所述第一夜开关指示装置包括第一控制单元、与第一控制单元相连用于指示遥控器的第一背光指示单元、与第一控制单元相连并对应接收到环境光或照明光的强度而产生关闭信号或开启信号的的第一光感测单元;第一控制单元根据第一光感测单元发送的开启信号控制第一背光指示单元发光。
优选的,所述第二夜开关指示装置包括第二控制单元、与第二控制单元相连用于指示遥控器功能键的第二背光指示单元、与第二控制单元相连用于检测在遥控器表面上触摸并产生关闭信号或开启信号的触摸检测单元;第二控制单元根据触摸检测单元发送的开启信号控制第二背光指示单元发光。
所述第一背光指示单元为可发出闪烁光的LED器件或微功率冷光源器件;所述第二背光指示单元为可发出柔和光的LED器件或微功率冷光源器件。
优选的,所述第一背光指示单元单独设置于遥控器的上部。
优选的,所述第二背光指示单元设置在功能键内部。
优选的,所述第二背光指示单元设置在功能键所在的区域。
实施本发明夜开关指示装置,具有如下有益效果:背光指示单元设置在开关四周或中心,增强了开关的美感;在控制单元的控制下,背光指示单元在开关处于关断且光感测单元感测到开关所处环境为黑暗状态时发送的开启信号才能发光,更加节能环保,通过限流电阻的保护,背光指示单元使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明夜开关指示装置,包括控制单元4、与控制单元4相连并对应接收到环境光或照明光的强度而产生关闭信号或开启信号的光感测单元1、与控制单元4相连并用于指示的背光指示单元3;控制单元4根据光感测单元1发送的开启信号控制背光指示单元3发光;还包括一个由背光指示单元3指示其位置的开关2。
其中,所述光感测单元1在感测到所处环境有光时产生关闭信号发送给控制单元4,而在感测到所处环境黑暗时产生开启信号发送给控制单元4;当光感测单元1感测到所处环境为黑暗状态时,向控制单元4发送开启信号,当光感测单元1感测到所处环境有光时,向控制单元4发送关闭信号。
优选的,所述背光指示单元3为LED器件或微功率冷光源器件;当夜开关指示装置的设计需要一个LED器件或微功率冷光源器件时,则背光指示单元3采用一个LED器件或微功率冷光源器件;当夜开关指示装置的设计需要多个LED器件或微功率冷光源器件时,则背光指示单元3采用多个LED器件或微功率冷光源器件。
LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管),是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光。LED光源具有使用低压电源、耗能少、适用性强、稳定性高、响应时间短、对环境无污染、多色发光等优点,对于夜开关指示装置的背光指示单元3来说尤为适合,即可使背光指示单元3使用寿命更长,也可通过采用发出不同颜色光的LED,满足各种装修风格的要求。
冷光源是继白炽灯、LED、LCD光源产品之后出现的高科技新型光源,冷光源是利用化学能、电能、生物能激发的光源(萤火虫、霓虹灯等)。冷光源的无热、亮度高、变闪特性、发光效率高、能耗低等优点,使得背光指示单元3避免与热量积累相关的一系列问题,也可满足夜开关指示装置各种装修风格的要求。
所述开关2为接触式或接近感应式开关,也可为其他类型的开关,如按钮开关、滑动开关、按键开关等等。
所述开关2包含带透光图案的表面,所述背光指示单元3与开关2透光图案之间有一个光路,即背光指示单元3发出的光可以指示开关2位置,让人更容易找到开关2。
所述开关2为采用透光材料制成的按键;所述开关2的四周或中心为透光材料的透光层;该透光层可为任何透光材质所构成;透光材料包括但不局限于钢化玻璃透光板、透光石透光板、亚克力夹纤维透光板等等。
优选的,所述背光指示单元3与按键之间有一个光路。
优选的,所述背光指示单元3设置在开关2四周或中心的透光层内部,根据夜开关指示装置的不形状、不同装修风格,背光指示单元3可以铺满透光层。
如图3所示,背光指示单元3设置在开关2的四周21为透光层的内部,即图3中的阴影部分,开关2的其他部分为不透光材料,这样可使背光指示单元3产生的光透过开关2四周21的透光层透出来,使背光指示单元3具有指示开关2位置的功能,也使开关2更加美观,尤其当背光指示单元3发出彩色光时更加具有美感,对开关2具有装饰作用。
如图4所示,背光指示单元3设置于开关2的中心22为透光层的内部,即图4中的阴影部分,开关2的其他部分为不透光材料,可使背光指示单元3产生的光透过开关2本身的透光材料透出光来,使背光指示单元3具有指示开关2位置的功能,同时,使开关2更加小巧。
应当说明的是,本发明所有图示中各部件之间的连接关系是为了清楚阐述其信息交互及控制过程的需要,因此,应当视为逻辑上的连接关系,而不应仅限于物理连接。
如图2所示,本发明夜开关指示装置的第一实施例,本发明夜开关指示装置的电器5为照明灯等发光电器,如台灯、固定照明灯等等。
本发明夜开关指示装置,还包括由开关2控制其工作的照明灯5,控制单元4根据开关2处于断开且光感测单元1发送开启信号控制背光指示单元3发光。
本发明夜开关指示装置,还包括用于保护背光指示单元3的限流电阻6;限流电阻6与开关2、背光指示单元3和控制单元4串联后与照明灯5并联在电气回路中。所述限流电阻6(Current Limiting Resistance)与背光指示单元3串联于电路中;在串联电路中,各电阻上的电流相等,各电阻两端的电压之和等于电路总电压,因此,与背光指示单元3串联的限流电阻6,减小了背光指示单元3的电压,起分压作用,防止背光指示单元3的损坏,保护背光指示单元3,延长背光指示单元3的使用寿命。
所述开关2与照明灯5在同一个空间,即照明灯5发出的光可以照射到开关2,此时,即需要对开关2的开启或断开状态进行检测,也需要对开关2所处环境的光线进行检测,判断开关2所处环境是黑暗还是有光。
当开关开启时,背光指示单元3、控制单元4、限流电阻6分支断开,背光指示单元3不发光;同时,照明灯5连通,照明灯5发光,开关2所处环境有光,光感测单元1向控制单元4发送关闭信号,背光指示单元3也不发光。
当开关断开时,背光指示单元3、控制单元4、限流电阻6分支连通,此时,背光指示单元3不一定发光;照明灯5断开,照明灯5不发光,这时还需对开关2所处环境的明暗程度进行检测,当光感测单元1接收到环境光或照明光时,向控制单元4发送关闭信号,控制单元4控制背光指示单元3不发光;当光感测单元1接收不到环境光或照明光或者光线极为微弱时,向控制单元4发送开启信号,控制单元4控制背光指示单元3发光。
如图5所示,本发明夜开关指示装置的第二实施例,本发明夜开关指示装置的电器为非发光电器,如冰箱、饮水机等。用于指示的本发明夜开关指示装置内嵌于冰箱(饮水机)中,如可安装在冰箱的门把手位置、饮水机的出水口处等等。
冰箱(饮水机)虽都有电源开关2,但开关2都安装在背部或其它不起眼的地方,因此,本发明夜开关指示装置并不安装在开关四周,本发明用于指示冰箱、饮水机的位置,一般安装在冰箱的门把手、饮水机的出水口处等。
本发明夜开关指示装置应用于冰箱(饮水机)时,不论开关2是处于开启或断开状态,都可以不检测开关2的关开状态,因此,背光指示单元3、控制单元4、限流电阻6与开关2无关,只需光感测单元1检测光感测单元1所处环境的明暗程度即可,控制单元4根据光感测单元1发送的开启信号时控制背光指示单元3发光。
特别的,本发明夜开关指示装置的电器5为照明灯的发光电器,但照明灯5与开关2不在同一个空间内,即照明灯5发出的光不能照射到开关2,此时,可不对开关2的关开状态进行检测,只需检测开关2所处环境的明暗程度即可,控制单元4根据光感测单元1发送的开启信号时控制背光指示单元3发光。
在本发明的第一、二实施例中,电器5所连接的都是220V的电源,电压较大,而背光指示单元3采用的是LED器件或冷光源器件,使用的低压电源,为了对背光指示单元3进行保护,特增加了限流电阻6,通过限流电阻6的分压,达到减小背光指示单元3的电压,从而加强对背光指示单元3的保护,延长其使用寿命。
如图6所示,本发明夜开关指示装置的第三实施例,本发明夜开关指示装置的电器为移动小灯7。由于移动小灯7的电源为电池或充电式蓄电池,电压相对较低,因此,不需要安装限流电阻6来保护背光指示单元3。
由于移动小灯7也能发光,即需要对开关2的开启或断开状态进行检测,也需要对开关2所处环境的明暗程度进行检测,判断开关2所处环境是黑暗还是有光。
本发明夜开关指示装置,还包括由开关2控制的移动小灯7,开关2与背光指示单元3、控制单元4串联后再与移动小灯7并联在直流供电的回路中;控制单元4根据开关2处于断开且光感测单元1发送的开启信号控制背光指示单元3发光。
所述背光指示单元3设置在开关2的四周或中心为透光材料的彩色图案透光层内,减少移动小灯7上的功能键,保持移动小灯7的干净整洁。
当开关开启时,背光指示单元3、控制单元4分支断开,背光指示单元3不发光;同时,移动小灯7连通,移动小灯7发光,开关2所处环境有光,光感测单元1向控制单元4发送关闭信号,背光指示单元3也不发光。
当开关断开时,背光指示单元3、控制单元4分支连通,此时,背光指示单元3不一定发光;移动小灯7断开,移动小灯7不发光,这时还需对开关2所处环境的明暗程度进行检测,当光感测单元1接收到环境光或照明光时,向控制单元4发送关闭信号,控制单元4控制背光指示单元3不发光;当光感测单元1接收不到环境光或照明光或者光线极为微弱时,向控制单元4发送开启信号,控制单元4控制背光指示单元3发光。
优选的,所述背光指示单元3可设置在开关2的四周或中心为透光材料的透光层内,也可单独设置在移动小灯7上。
如图7所示,本发明夜开关指示装置的第四实施例,本发明夜开关指示装置的电器5为遥控器8;由于遥控器8的电源为电池或充电电池,电压相对较低,因此,不需要安装限流电阻6来保护背光指示单元3。由于遥控器8相对较小,尤其是在晚上或黑暗状态下,找起来相对较为困难。同时,现有大部分遥控器8在黑暗状态使用时,看不清遥控器8上的功能键,对遥控器8的操作极为不便。
如图8所示,本发明夜开关指示装置,还包括设有功能键9的遥控器8,以及用于指示遥控器8的第一夜开关指示装置和用于指示遥控器8功能键9的第二夜开关指示装置。
所述第一夜开关指示装置包括第一控制单元41、与第一控制单元41相连用于指示遥控器8的第一背光指示单元31、与第一控制单元41相连并对应接收到环境光或照明光的强度而产生关闭信号或开启信号的的第一光感测单元11;第一控制单元41根据第一光感测单元11发送的开启信号控制第一背光指示单元31发光。
所述第二夜开关指示装置包括第二控制单元42、与第二控制单元42相连用于指示遥控器功能键9的第二背光指示单元32、与第二控制单元42相连用于检测在所述遥控器表面上触摸并产生关闭信号或开启信号的触摸检测单元10;第二控制单元42根据触摸检测单元10发送的开启信号控制第二背光指示单元32发光。
所述触摸检测单元10,即只有遥控器被操作时,功能键区9的背光指示单元32才发光,更为节省电能。
优选的,所述第一背光指示单元31为可发出闪烁光的LED器件或微功率冷光源器件;第一背光指示单元31单独设置于遥控器8的上部。
优选的,为了使操作更加舒服且省电,所述第二背光指示单元32为可发出柔和光的LED器件或微功率冷光源器件;第二背光指示单元32可设置于功能键内部,也可铺满功能键9所在的区域,使遥控器8更加美观。
此外,本发明是通过实施例进行描述的,但本发明不局限于实施例。本领域技术人员知悉,在不脱离本发明的范围情况下,可以进行各种改变。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,包括控制单元(4)、与所述控制单元(4)相连并对应接收到环境光或照明光的强度而产生关闭信号或开启信号的光感测单元(1)、与所述控制单元(4)相连并用于指示的背光指示单元(3);所述控制单元(4)根据所述光感测单元(1)发送的开启信号控制所述背光指示单元(3)发光;还包括一个由所述背光指示单元(3)指示其位置的开关(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述光感测单元(1)在感测到所处环境有光时产生关闭信号发送给所述控制单元(4),而在感测到所处环境黑暗时产生开启信号发送给所述控制单元(4),所述背光指示单元(3)为LED器件或微功率冷光源器件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述开关(2)为接触式或接近感应式开关。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述开关(2)包含带透光图案的表面,所述背光指示单元(3)与所述开关(2)透光图案之间有一个光路。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述开关(2)为采用透光材料制成的按键。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述背光指示单元(3)与所述按键之间有一个光路。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述开关(2)的四周或中心为透光材料的透光层。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述背光指示单元(3)设置在所述开关(2)四周或中心的透光层内部。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,还包括由所述开关(2)控制其工作的照明灯(5),所述控制单元(4)根据所述开关(2)处于断开且所述光感测单元(1)发送开启信号控制所述背光指示单元(3)发光。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,还包括用于保护所述背光指示单元(3)的限流电阻(6);所述限流电阻(6)与所述开关(2)、所述背光指示单元(3)和所述控制单元(4)串联后与所述照明灯(5)并联在电气回路中。
  11. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,还包括由所述开关(2)控制的移动小灯(7),所述开关(2)与所述背光指示单元(3)、所述控制单元(4)串联后再与所述移动小灯(7)并联在直流供电的回路中;所述控制单元(4)根据所述开关(2)处于断开且所述光感测单元(1)发送的开启信号控制所述背光指示单元(3)发光。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述背光指示单元(3)设置在所述开关(2)的四周或中心为透光材料的彩色图案透光层内。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述背光指示单元(3)设置在在所述移动小灯(7)上。
  14. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,还包括设有功能键(9)的遥控器(8),以及用于指示所述遥控器(8)的第一夜开关指示装置和用于指示所述遥控器(8)功能键(9)的第二夜开关指示装置;
    所述第一夜开关指示装置包括第一控制单元(41)、与所述第一控制单元(41)相连用于指示所述遥控器(8)的第一背光指示单元(31)、与所述第一控制单元(41)相连并对应接收到环境光或照明光的强度而产生关闭信号或开启信号的的第一光感测单元(11);所述第一控制单元(41)根据所述第一光感测单元(11)发送的开启信号控制所述第一背光指示单元(31)发光。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述第二夜开关指示装置包括第二控制单元(42)、与所述第二控制单元(42)相连用于指示所述遥控器(8)功能键(9)的第二背光指示单元(32)、与所述第二控制单元(42)相连用于检测在所述遥控器(8)表面上触摸并产生关闭信号或开启信号的触摸检测单元(10);所述第二控制单元(42)根据所述触摸检测单元(10)发送的开启信号控制所述第二背光指示单元(32)发光。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述第一背光指示单元(31)为可发出闪烁光的LED器件或微功率冷光源器件;所述第二背光指示单元(32)为可发出柔和光的LED器件或微功率冷光源器件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述第一背光指示单元(31)单独设置于所述遥控器(8)的上部。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述第二背光指示单元(32)设置在所述功能键(9)内部。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述夜开关指示装置,其特征在于,所述第二背光指示单元(32)设置在所述功能键(9)所在的区域 。
