Description

一种LED照明筒灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种 LED 筒灯,特别涉及 一种可随天花板高度调节灯体高度的LED照明筒灯 。
背景技术
众所周知,现有的传统筒灯和常用的LED筒灯,整灯灯体高度普遍较高,对天花吊顶的高度要求也高;对于用户安装使用方面来说,其对天花吊顶的高度有要求,灯体较高,要求吊顶也很高,这就降低我们整体房间的高度,房间高度降低,容易使人有一种压迫感;且一般的LED筒灯发光面太靠前,很容易产生眩光,刺眼,伤眼,容易损伤我们的眼睛。
技术解决方案
本实用新型克服了上述现有技术中的不足,提供了灵活可变,可有效降低天花吊顶高度要求的LED照明筒灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种LED照明筒灯,包括灯体与驱动器,所述的灯体与驱动器通过翻转件连接,所述的翻转件包括上合页、下合页,上合页与驱动器固定相连,下合页与灯体固定相连,上合页与下合页为转动连接。 作为优选,上合页与下合页通过一枢轴转动连接。
作为优选,上合页与驱动器的底面固定相连,下合页与灯体的侧面固定相连。
作为优选,所述的固定相连的方式为焊接或铆接或采用螺钉相连。 以往筒灯的整灯灯体高度普遍较高,对天花吊顶的高度要求也高,且发光面太靠前很容易产生眩光,其反射罩一般采用铝氧化和塑胶材料镀镆,存在工序多,成本高,反射率低等一系列缺陷。作为优选,所述的灯体包括散热器、反光罩与前框,在散热器内设有中空腔体,在中空腔体底部设有铝基板,在铝基板上设有LED光源,所述的反光罩是由上反光罩和下反光罩两部分相连组成,上反光罩设置在中空腔体内且上反光罩与中空腔体的形状、大小相匹配,所述的上反光罩和下反光罩均为高反射率材料一次性注塑成型,在上反光罩与下反光罩之间卡设有一扩散板,前框设置在下反光罩外。本发明的反射罩是由上反射罩和下反射罩两部分组成,且两者均是由高反射率材料一次性注塑成型,工序简单,保证LED灯光所照到的区域内无吸光物,在上反射罩和下反射罩之间设有扩散板,使LED光源发出的光经上反射罩反射后再经过扩散板的作用使射出的光线非常均匀,不会产生眩光;经扩散板后射出的均匀光再经过下反射罩反射,提高了出光效率。
为了进一步减少光损,提高光效,作为优选,在铝基板表面覆盖有反光纸,在反光纸上开有供LED光源露出的小孔。
作为优选,所述的反光纸通过螺钉固定在铝基板上。
作为优选,所述的上反光罩与下反光罩通过螺丝固定在一起。
有益效果
采用了上述技术方案的本实用新型的原理及有益效果是:
本实用新型的驱动器与灯体为可翻转设计,通过翻转件来调节驱动器的位置,使驱动器靠近或远离灯体,灵活可变,可有效降低天花吊顶的高度要求,为用户营造一个宽适的生活空间,并且当驱动器翻转开来远离灯体时,筒灯工作时的热量不会烘烤驱动器,保护驱动器的正常工作;此外,本实用新型采用高反射率材料一次性成型的反射罩,可充分降低生产成本,提高产品竞争力;并且在铝基板上放置反光纸,有效地提高光效,达到节能标准。

本发明的实施方式
实施例:一种LED照明筒灯 ,如图 1 、图 2 、图 4 、图 5 所示,包括灯体 1 与驱动器 2 ,所述的灯体 1 与驱动器 2 通过翻转件连接,所述的翻转件包括上合页 3 、下合页 4 ,上合页 3 与驱动器 2 的底面通过螺钉固定相连,下合页 4 与灯体 1 的侧面通过螺钉固定相连,上合页 3 与下合页 4 通过一枢轴 5 转动连接。
如图 3 、图 6 所示,所述的灯体 1 包括散热器 6 、反光罩 7 与前框 8 ,在散热器 6 内设有中空腔体,在中空腔体底部设有铝基板 9 ,在铝基板 9 上设有 LED 光源 10 ,所述的反光罩 7 是由上反光罩 11 和下反光罩 12 两部分相连组成,上反光罩 11 设置在中空腔体内且上反光罩 11 与中空腔体的形状、大小相匹配,所述的上反光罩 11 和下反光罩 12 均为 PC URZ2501 高反射率材料一次性注塑成型,在上反光罩 11 与下反光罩 12 之间卡设有一扩散板 13 ,所述的上反光罩 11 与下反光罩 12 通过螺丝固定在一起,前框 8 设置在下反光罩 12 外。
在铝基板 9 表面覆盖有反光纸 14 ,在反光纸 14 上开有供 LED 光源 10 露出的小孔。所述的反光纸 14 通过螺钉固定在铝基板 9 上。
