Description

用于呼吸面罩的调节组件和呼吸面罩 技术领域
本发明涉及用于治疗睡眠呼吸障碍的使用者面罩领域,尤其涉及 一种用于呼吸面罩的调节组件和呼吸面罩 。
背景技术
呼吸面罩在各种呼吸道疾病和睡眠呼吸障碍( SDB )的持续正压通气( CPAP )治疗中的使用是众所周知的,例如,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停( OSA )和 / 或诸如无创正压通气( NPPV )的其它通气辅助治疗。
用于治疗 SDB 的装置通常包括将正压下的气体源经由导管输送到使用者接口的送风机。该使用者接口可以采用用于鼻部的呼吸面罩和用于口鼻部的呼吸面罩等几种形式。一般情况下,呼吸面罩包括刚性的主体框架和柔软的与使用者面部接触的面罩组件。主体框架和面罩组件形成了容纳鼻部或者口鼻部的空腔。呼吸面罩通过例如沿使用者面部的两侧延伸至使用者头部的后面或顶部的绑带装置固定在使用者面部的适当位置上。
为了使使用者佩戴舒适并且在睡眠期间防止呼吸面罩不对称地对使用者面部施加压力而导致漏气,通常在主体框架上设置前额支撑装置。前额支撑装置通过在呼吸面罩和使用者的前额之间提供支撑点,而在呼吸面罩和前额之间提供稳定的支撑,最小化呼吸面罩的移动并提高佩戴的舒适度。
然而,不同的使用者具有不同的面部特征,为了适应大量使用者前额的不同高度,前额支撑装置必须能够调节。目前已经研制出几种前额支撑装置可调节的呼吸面罩,但是目前的这种呼吸面罩的结构较为复杂,制造工艺困难,并且零部件数量较多,制造成本昂贵,因此,仍需要对呼吸面罩进行改进。
因此,需要提供一种用于呼吸面罩的调节组件和呼吸面罩以解决上述问题。
发明内容
在发明内容部分中引入了一系列简化形式的概念,这将在具体实施方式部分中进一步详细说明。本发明内容部分并不意味着要试图限定出所要求保护的技术方案的必要技术特征,更不意味着试图确定所要求保护的技术方案的保护范围。
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了 一种用于呼吸面罩的调节组件,所述调节组件包括:前额支撑装置,所述前额支撑装置用于在使用者的前额处给所述呼吸面罩提供支撑;调节装置,所述调节装置包括主体和设置在所述主体上的多个连接件,所述连接件可与所述前额支撑装置连接,以使所述使用者根据其前额从多个所述连接件中选择适配连接件与所述前额支撑装置连接。
优选地,所述连接件和所述前额支撑装置之间的连接为可拆卸连接,所述连接件和所述前额支撑装置上分别设置有用于使所述连接件和所述前额支撑装置实现所述可拆卸连接的连接件匹配部和前额支撑装置匹配部。
优选地,每个所述连接件的连接件匹配部与穿过所述主体的中心的水平射线之间具有不同的夹角,其中,所述水平射线以所述主体的中心为顶点沿水平方向向使用者方向延伸。

此外,连接件 220 上可以设置有用于连接绑带装置的绑带连接件 230 。所述绑带装置可以为现有的从呼吸面罩经由使用者的侧面绕到使用者头部后面,以将呼吸面罩固定在使用者的面部的装置。此外,所述绑带装置也可以为可能出现的其它结构的装置,只要其能实现所述固定功能即可应用于本发明的呼吸面罩。为了进一步提高佩戴后呼吸面罩相对于使用者面部的稳定性,前额支撑装置上也设置有用于连接绑带装置的绑带连接件。应当注意的是,位于连接件 220 上的绑带连接件 230 和位于前额支撑装置上的绑带连接件可以具有相同的结构,也可以具有不同的结构,本领域的技术人员可以采用多种结构的绑带连接件,以将绑带装置连接到连接件和前额支撑装置上。
根据本发明的一个优选实施方式,调节装置 200 包括 3 个连接件 220 ,即第一连接件 2201 、第二连接件 2202 和第三连接件 2203 。在主体 210 上设置三个连接件 220 可以在 3 个连接件 220 中的一个作为适配连接件与前额支撑装置连接的情况下,另外两个作为与绑带装置连接的连接件。优选地,主体 210 的形状为圆形,第一连接件 2201 、第二连接件 2202 和第三连接件 2203 等间隔地设置在主体 210 的外圆周上,以适应人体头部的特征,使绑带装置从头部的侧面将向后延伸至头部后方的下侧,进而提高佩戴的舒适度。此外,由于不同的使用者可能从多个连接件 220 中选择不同的连接件作为适配连接件,因此,优选地,第一连接件 2201 、第二连接件 2202 和第三连接件 2203 上均设置有用于连接绑带装置的绑带连接件 230 。使用过程中,第一连接件 2201 、第二连接件 2202 和第三连接件 2203 中的一个与前额支撑装置连接,其余两个通过绑带连接件 230 与绑带装置连接。
优选地,主体 210 的中心设置有用于连接气体输送管(参照图 1A-1B 中的 130 )的一端的通孔 211 。将连接气体输送管的一端的通孔 211 设置在主体 210 的中心可以简化呼吸面罩的结构,并且便于使用者将从多个连接件中选择的适配连接件放置(例如,旋转)在适当的位置上,使与其连接的前额支撑装置与使用者的前额接触。
下面将详细描述起主要调节作用的多个连接件的结构。
根据本发明一个实施方式,参照图 3A-3C ,每个连接件(例如 2201 、 2202 和 / 或 2203 等)的连接件匹配部 240 与穿过主体 210 的中心 O 的水平射线 O-M 之间具有不同的夹角。其中,所述水平射线 O-M 以主体 210 的中心 O 为顶点沿水平方向向使用者方向延伸,即在使用者直立状态下佩戴根据本发明的呼吸面罩时与水平面平行且以主体 210 的中心 O 为顶点向使用者方向延伸。连接件匹配部 240 与水平射线 O-M 之间的夹角可以理解为连接件匹配部 240 的中心轴线 Q-Q 与水平射线 O-M 之间的夹角。举例来说,当连接件匹配部 240 为凹槽时,连接件匹配部 240 的中心轴线 Q-Q 是指穿过凹槽的中心并与凹槽的底面至开口方向平行的直线。
通过将每个连接件的连接件匹配部设置为与水平射线 O-M 具有不同的夹角,使与其连接的前额支撑装置相对于该水平射线 O-M 具有不同的倾角,进而使根据本发明的呼吸面罩能够适应不同使用者的前额。应当理解的是,连接件的数量不限于图 3A-3C 中示出的 3 个,其可以为 2 个、 4 个或更多。
下面将以根据本发明的优选实施方式(即主体上设置有 3 个连接件)为例并结合图 3A-3C 来描述调节装置的结构。在该实施方式中,调节装置通过设置为使多个连接件的连接件匹配部分别与水平射线 O-M 具有不同的夹角来调节前额支撑装置相对于使用者前额的位置。如图 3A 所示,第一连接件 2201 的连接件匹配部 240 与水平射线 O-M 之间的夹角为第一角度α。如图 3B 所示,第二连接件 2202 的连接件匹配部 240 与水平射线 O-M 之间的夹角为第二角度β。如图 3C 所示,第三连接件 2203 的连接件匹配部 240 与水平射线 O-M 之间的夹角为第三角度γ。其中,第一角度α、第二角度β和第三角度γ的值不同。
根据本发明的第一角度α、第二角度β和第三角度γ为 0o-180o 。由于第一角度α、第二角度β和第三角度γ的设置与前额支撑装置的结构有关,因此本领域的技术人员可以根据其使用的前额支撑装置的结构将第一角度α、第二角度β和第三角度γ设置为合适的值。后文将结合前额支撑装置的结构对第一角度α、第二角度β和第三角度γ的具体数值的设置进行详细描述。
考虑到不同使用者额头的高度差在一定范围内,因此对第二角度 β 与第一角度 α 之差以及第一角度 α 与第三角度 γ 之差进行限定,进而使本领域的技术人员根据前额支撑装置的结构和本发明所提供的角度差,合理设置第一角度 α 、第二角度β和第三角度γ,以使呼吸面罩适应绝大多数的使用者。第二角度 β 与第一角度 α 之差以及第一角度 α 与第三角度 γ 之差大于 0o 且小于等于 90o 。优选地,第二角度 β 与第一角度 α 之差以及第一角度 α 与第三角度 γ 之差大于 0o 且小于等于 60o 。由于不同人体的前额高度的变化具有一定范围,因此,更优选地,第二角度 β 与第一角度 α 之差以及第一角度 α 与第三角度 γ 之差大于等于 5o 且小于等于 30o 。此外,应当理解的是,第二角度 β 与第一角度 α 之差和第一角度 α 与第三角度 γ 之差可以相同或不同,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要合理设置第二角度 β 与第一角度 α 之差和第一角度 α 与第三角度 γ 之差。
根据本发明另一个实施方式,参照图 4A-4C ,每个连接件(例如 2201 、 2202 和 / 或 2203 等)的连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 与穿过主体 210 的中心 O 的竖直平面 O-N 之间具有不同的距离。所述竖直平面 O-N 是指与水平射线 O-M 垂直且穿过主体的中心的平面。需要说明的是,当连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 位于竖直平面 O-N 的内侧(如图 4B 和 4C 所示)时,将所述距离定义为负值,并且底部 241 越靠近竖直平面 O-N ,所述距离的绝对值越小。其中,所述竖直平面 O-N 的内侧是指使用者佩戴时由竖直平面 O-N 所划分的两部分空间中靠近使用者的空间。当连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 位于竖直平面的外侧(如图 4A 所示)时,将所述距离定义为正值,并且底部 241 越靠近竖直平面 O-N ,所述距离的绝对值越小。其中,所述竖直平面 O-N 的外侧是指使用者佩戴时由竖直平面 O-N 所划分的两部分空间中远离使用者的空间。因此,即使两个连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 在竖直平面的内侧和竖直平面的外侧与竖直平面 O-N 的绝对距离相等,在本发明中也应理解为具有不同的距离,即这两个距离互为相反数。
通过将每个连接件的连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 设置为与竖直平面 O-N 具有不同的距离,使与其连接的前额支撑装置相对于使用者的前额具有不同的距离,进而使根据本发明的呼吸面罩能够适应不同的使用者。应当理解的是,连接件的数量不限于图 3A-3C 中示出的 3 个,其可以为 2 个、 4 个或更多。
下面将以根据本发明的优选实施方式(即主体上设置有 3 个连接件)为例并结合图 4A-4C 来描述调节装置的结构。在该实施方式中,调节装置通过设置为通过使多个连接件的连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 分别与竖直平面 O-N 具有不同的距离来调节前额支撑装置相对于使用者前额的位置。如图 4A 所示,第一连接件 2201 的连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 与竖直平面 O-N 之间的距离为第一距离 d1 。如图 4B 所示,第二连接件 2202 的连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 与竖直平面 O-N 之间的距离为第二距离 d2 。如图 4C 所示,第三连接件 2203 的连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 与竖直平面 O-N 之间的距离为第三距离 d3 。其中,第一距离 d1 、第二距离 d2 和第三距离 d3 的值不同。应当注意的是,第一连接件 2201 、第二连接件 2202 和第三连接件 2203 的连接件匹配部 241 与水平射线 O-M 的夹角 θ 均相同。
由于第一距离 d1 、第二距离 d2 和第三距离 d3 的设置与前额支撑装置的结构有关,因此本领域的技术人员可以根据其使用的前额支撑装置的结构将第一距离 d1 、第二距离 d2 和第三距离 d3 设置为合适的值。后文将结合前额支撑装置的结构对第一距离 d1 、第二距离 d2 和第三距离 d3 的具体数值的设置进行详细描述。
考虑到不同使用者额头的高度差在一定范围内,因此对第一距离 d1 与第三距离 d3 之差和第三距离 d3 与第二距离 d2 之差进行限定,进而使本领域的技术人员根据前额支撑装置的结构和本发明所提供的距离差,合理设置第一距离 d1 、第二距离 d2 和第三距离 d3 ,以使呼吸面罩适应绝大多数的使用者。第一距离 d1 与第三距离 d3 之差和第三距离 d3 与第二距离 d2 之差大于 0mm 且小于等于 50mm 。优选地,第一距离 d1 与第三距离 d3 之差和第三距离 d3 与第二距离 d2 之差大于 0mm 且小于等于 35mm 。由于不同人体的前额高度的变化具有一定范围,因此,更优选地,第一距离 d1 与第三距离 d3 之差和第三距离 d3 与第二距离 d2 之差大于等于 5mm 且小于等于 25mm 。此外,应当理解的是,第一距离 d1 与第三距离 d3 之差和第三距离 d3 与第二距离 d2 之差可以相同或不同,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要合理设置第一距离 d1 与第三距离 d3 之差和第三距离 d3 与第二距离 d2 之差。
根据本发明再一个实施方式,多个连接件中的一部分连接件的连接件匹配部 240 与穿过主体 210 的中心 O 的水平射线 O-M 之间具有不同的夹角,且多个连接件中的另一部分连接件的连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 与穿过主体 210 的中心 O 的竖直平面 O-N 之间具有不同的距离。通过将一部分连接件匹配部 240 设置为与水平射线 O-M 具有不同的夹角,将另一部分连接件匹配部 240 的底部 241 设置为与穿过主体 210 的中心 O 的竖直平面 O-N 之间具有不同的距离,使与其连接的前额支撑装置能够与不同使用者的前额接触,进而适应不同的使用者。
下面将结合图 5A-5B 对根据本发明一个实施方式的前额支撑装置进行详细描述。
图 5A 为根据本发明一个实施方式的前额支撑装置 500 的主视图,图 5B 为根据本发明一个实施方式的前额支撑装置 500 的剖视图。如图 5A 和 5B 所示,前额支撑装置 500 包括前额抵靠件 510 和支撑件 520 。支撑件 520 连接在前额抵靠件 510 与调节装置(图 1A 中的 122 )之间。具体地,支撑件 520 的第一连接端与前额抵靠件 510 连接,并且支撑件 520 的第二连接端与调节装置的连接件连接。优选地,支撑件 520 呈符合人体工程学的流线形,以在使用者佩戴时不影响其活动,并且外形美观。
在前额支撑装置 500 的支撑件 520 呈符合人体工程学的流线形的情况下,如果采用将多个连接件的连接件匹配部分别设置为与水平射线 O-M 具有不同的夹角来调节前额支撑装置相对于使用者前额的位置,那么可以将第一角度 α 设置为 30o ≤α < 70o ,将第二角度 β 设置为 70o ≤β≤ 85o ,将第三角度 γ 设置为 85o < γ≤ 120o ;如果采用将多个连接件的连接件匹配部的底部分别设置为与穿过主体中心的竖直平面 O-N 具有不同的距离来调节前额支撑装置相对于使用者前额的位置,那么第一距离 d1 设置为 10mm < d1 ≤ 30mm ,将第二距离 d2 设置为 -10mm ≤ d2 ≤ 10mm ,将第三距离 d3 设置为 -30mm ≤ d3 < -10mm 。
此外,为了使使用者佩戴舒适,前额抵靠件 510 上还设置有用于与使用者的前额接触的额垫 530 (图 5B 中未示出额垫)。应当理解的是,图 5A 和 5B 中所示的前额抵靠件 510 和支撑件 520 的形状和结构仅为示范性的,并不构成对本发明的限制。本领域的技术人员可以对前额抵靠件 510 和支撑件 520 进行变形以构成前额支撑装置 500 ,因此本发明包括所有的在使用者的前额处给呼吸面罩提供支撑并能够与调节装置连接的前额支撑装置。
接下来,返回到图 1A-1C ,由于需要从多个连接件中选择适配连接件与前额支撑装置 121 连接,并将该适配连接件调整至适当位置(例如,适配连接件可以调整至使用者在直立状态下佩戴该呼吸面罩时的主体的正上方),因此,调节组件 120 与面罩组件 110 活动连接,以便于调节多个连接件中的适配连接件相对于使用者前额的位置,以使连接于适配连接件的前额支撑装置能够与使用者前额接触。所述活动连接包括可旋转的连接或可拆卸的连接等,只要使适配连接件可以移动或旋转至适当位置即可。
此外,当调节装置 122 的主体的中心设置有用于连接气体输送管 130 的一端的通孔 1221 时,面罩组件 110 上设置有连通调节组件 120 的通孔 1221 和容纳使用者的鼻部或者口鼻部的腔室 111 的连接孔(未示出)。优选地,调节装置 122 在连接孔处可旋转地连接在面罩组件 110 上。本发明通过在主体的中心设置通孔 1221 ,在面罩组件 110 的相应位置上设置连接孔,并在连接孔处使调节装置 122 与面罩组件 110 可旋转地连接,可以方便地将适配连接件调整至适当位置,且在调节适配连接件的位置时不受气体输送管的干扰。此外,如此设置还可以简化呼吸面罩的结构,降低制造成本,并且外型美观。
根据本发明的用于呼吸面罩的调节组件 通过设置多个可与前额支撑装置连接的连接件,并使使用者根据其前额从多个连接件中选择适配连接件与前额支撑装置连接,可以适应不同使用者的前额,使其 在睡眠期间佩戴时能够防止呼吸面罩移动而导致漏气 。此外,根据本发明的调节组件 的结构和制造工艺简单,零部件数量较少,并且制造成本低廉。
本发明已经通过上述实施方式进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施方式只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施方式范围内。此外本领域技术人员可以理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。本发明的保护范围由附属的权利要求书及其等效范围所界定。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种用于呼吸面罩的调节组件,所述调节组件包括:
    前额支撑装置,所述前额支撑装置用于在使用者的前额处给所述呼吸面罩提供支撑;
    调节装置,所述调节装置包括主体和设置在所述主体上的多个连接件,所述连接件可与所述前额支撑装置连接,以使所述使用者根据其前额从多个所述连接件中选择适配连接件与所述前额支撑装置连接。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述连接件和所述前额支撑装置之间的连接为可拆卸连接,所述连接件和所述前额支撑装置上分别设置有用于使所述连接件和所述前额支撑装置实现所述可拆卸连接的连接件匹配部和前额支撑装置匹配部。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,每个所述连接件的连接件匹配部与穿过所述主体的中心的水平射线之间具有不同的夹角,其中,所述水平射线以所述主体的中心为顶点沿水平方向向使用者方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述调节装置包括第一连接件、第二连接件和第三连接件,所述第一连接件的连接件匹配部与所述水平射线之间的夹角为第一角度,所述第二连接件的连接件匹配部与所述水平射线之间的夹角为第二角度,所述第三连接件的连接件匹配部与所述水平射线之间的夹角为第三角度。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述第二角度与所述第一角度之差以及所述第一角度与所述第三角度之差大于 0o 且小于等于 90o
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述第二角度与所述第一角度之差以及所述第一角度与所述第三角度之差大于 0o 且小于等于 60o
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述第二角度与所述第一角度之差以及所述第一角度与所述第三角度之差大于等于 5o 且小于等于 30o
  8. 根据权利要求 2 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,每个所述连接件的连接件匹配部的底部与穿过所述主体的中心的竖直平面之间具有不同的距离。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述调节装置包括第一连接件、第二连接件和第三连接件,所述第一连接件的连接件匹配部的底部与所述竖直平面之间的距离为第一距离,所述第二连接件的连接件匹配部的底部与所述竖直平面之间的距离为第二距离,所述第三连接件的连接件匹配部的底部与所述竖直平面之间的距离为第三距离。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述第一距离与所述第三距离之差以及所述第三距离与所述第二距离之差大于 0mm 且小于等于 50mm 。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述第一距离与所述第三距离之差以及所述第三距离与所述第二距离之差大于 0mm 且小于等于 35mm 。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述第一距离与所述第三距离之差以及所述第三距离与所述第二距离之差大于等于 5mm 且小于等于 25mm 。
  13. 根据权利要求 4 或 9 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述主体呈圆环状,所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件和所述第三连接件等间隔地设置在所述主体的外圆周上。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件和所述第三连接件上均设置有用于连接绑带装置的绑带连接件,所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件和所述第三连接件中的一个与所述前额支撑装置连接,其余两个通过所述绑带连接件与所述绑带装置连接。
  15. 根据权利要求 2 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述连接件匹配部和所述前额支撑装置匹配部之一为用于插接的凹槽,所述连接件匹配部和所述前额支撑装置匹配部的另一个为用于插接的凸起。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述主体与所述连接件为一体结构。
  17. 根据权利要求 1 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述连接件和所述前额支撑装置上设置有用于连接绑带装置的绑带连接件。
  18. 根据权利要求 1 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述前额支撑装置包括前额抵靠件和支撑件,所述支撑件的第一连接端与所述前额抵靠件连接,所述支撑件的第二连接端与所述连接件连接。
  19. 根据权利要求 18 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述支撑件呈符合人体工程学的流线形。
  20. 根据权利要求 18 所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述前额抵靠件上还设置有用于与所述使用者的前额接触的额垫。
  21. 根据权利要求 1-20 中任一项所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述主体的中心设置有用于连接气体输送管的一端的通孔。
  22. 一种呼吸面罩,所述呼吸面罩包括根据权利要求 1-20 中任一项所述的调节组件和面罩组件,所述面罩组件提供容纳使用者的鼻部或者口鼻部的腔室,所述调节组件与所述面罩组件活动连接,用于调节多个所述连接件中的适配连接件相对于使用者前额的位置,以使连接于所述适配连接件的所述前额支撑装置能够与使用者前额相配合。
  23. 根据权利要求 22 所述的呼吸面罩,其特征在于,所述主体的中心设置有用于连接气体输送管的一端的通孔,且所述面罩组件上设置有连通所述主体的所述通孔和所述腔室的连接孔。
  24. 根据权利要求 23 所述的呼吸面罩,其特征在于,所述调节装置在所述连接孔处可旋转地连接在所述面罩组件上。
