Abstract

본 발명은 연료전지용 막-전극접합체의 미세다공성층, 전극층 등에 적용되는 층 구조물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 층 구조물은 고분자 전해질 연료전지(PEMFC)의 막-전극접합체(MEA)에 포함되는 층 구조물로서, 전기장에 의해 전하를 띈 정전분무용 잉크를 정전분무용 액적으로 분산시켜 분무하는 정전분무공정을 통해 상기 정전분무용 잉크가 적층되어 형성되는 정전분무 층을 포함하고, 상기 정전분무공정은 정전분무공정변수의 조절에 따라 정전분무물질 전달모드를 설정한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 정전분무공정 및/또는 잉크젯프린팅공정을 통해, 최적의 물질전달 경로가 형성되고 3차원적인 구조 제어가 가능하므로 연료전지용 막-전극접합체의 미세다공성층, 전극층 등에 적용되는 층 구조물의 제조에 있어서의 경제성 및 내구성이 동시에 확보될 수 있다.
