Definitions
- the present invention relates to a reactor device provided in a power system and a power converter using the same.
- the core of a large-capacity three-phase reactor device or transformer provided in the power system is generally constructed by stacking a plurality of thin silicon steel plates or amorphous magnetic materials in order to reduce operating loss (iron loss). Laminated core is used. Then, three sets of coils are wound on three magnetic legs formed of a laminated core and formed on a plane. In addition, coils are wound on the outside of the three magnetic legs in order to flow the magnetic flux associated with the zero-phase impedance generated when the voltage value of each phase in the three-phase AC power supply or the mutual phase difference deviates from the ideal state. A three-phase five-legged iron core in which two additional zero-phase magnetic legs are added is often used.

Abstract
Description
半導体素子のスイッチング素子であるMOSFET(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor)やバイポーラトランジスタ(Bipolar junction transistor)やBiCMOS(Bipolar Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)で構成してもよい。
