工作时, 当前叉折叠器解除锁定状态时, 左右前钭叉的后端向上偏折杆 可以绕尾端轴装点向上偏转, 前端向下偏折杆绕前叉折叠器的轴向下偏转、 并向后端向上偏折杆靠拢, 在左右前叉牵引连接条的作用下, 带动左右前平 叉绕尾部轴装点同步向上、 向里偏转, 下端带前车轮的前叉也同步向车架框 架内偏移、 在直管折叠器的作用下已向前叉, 靠拢的车把直管和在车把折叠 器作用下已向车把直管靠拢的车把随之同步内移, 收纳于箱壳内, 并由可自 由下落的上移式插门加以封闭, 与此同时, 在左右前平叉绕尾部轴装点同步 向上、 向里偏转时, 左右前平叉的尾部上翘端向下偏转, 牵引带动所述的左 右后又牵引连接条移位, 于是后叉折叠器受控解除锁定、 使左右后斜叉上的 外端向上偏折杆和里端向内偏折杆同步执行偏转动作, 里端向内偏折杆绕车 架框架上的左右后斜叉端部轴装点向车架框架内部偏转, 外端向上偏折杆绕 后又折叠器向上偏转、 朝里端向内偏折杆靠拢, 左右后叉在外端向上偏折杆 的牵引下绕车架框架上的轴装点带动后车轮同步向上偏转, 到位后由收折锁 定机构中的限位插销自动加以限位锁定, 使整个车体收纳于箱壳内, 并由可 自由下落的上移式插门加以封闭, 构成一个车体全部收纳于手提箱体内、 由 万向脚轮支承并助移、 便于通过提手放置于汽车后备箱内携带, 或通过伸缩 杆手柄拉行、 外表光滑且外形美观的箱型折叠式电动自行车。 使用时, 只要 拉出收折锁定控制拉手、 限位插销即退出、 解除折叠锁定, 后轮组件和前轮 组件外偏、 车体展开呈正常状态。
基于上述构思的本发明箱型折叠式电动自行车, 由于前轮组件、 后轮组 件、 车把组件通过前轮组件安装设置在车架框架上, 且由于设置了便于左右 车把向车把直管偏折靠持的车把折叠器、 便于车把直管向前叉偏折的直管折 叠器、 便于前轮组件和后轮组件互相牵引向车架框架内部收纳和限位的前叉 折叠器、 后叉折叠器和收折锁定机构, 使各组件有机地合理折叠, 前后轮组 件在折叠状态下互相叉位排列, 使折叠后的车体整体体积很小; 由于釆用体 积较小、 较轻的锂电池, 并将锂电池及其充电器、 电气控制器镶嵌设置在车 架内胆的型槽内, 并随同车架内胆固定安装设置在车架框架上的相应安装座 上, 外侧由车架外罩覆盖, 使构件设置可靠、 箱体外表形状规则且光滑、 整 洁, 外形美观, 车体收纳腔内壁光滑无阻, 前轮组件和后车轮组件收折或展 开时无任何干扰, 故收折方便、 快速和工作可靠。 所以, 本发明的箱型折叠 式电动自行车有效克服了现有折叠式电动自行车所存在的折叠后的外观形状 不规则、 体积较大、 收藏和携带均不方便的不足之处, 明显具有结抅科学且 布局合理, 收折和展开均方便且快速, 外观形状规则且美观、 表面光滑且体 积较小、 收藏、 携带和使用均方便的积极技术效果, 因而有很强的实用性和 广阔的巿场应用前景。

2. 根据权利要求 1所述的箱型折叠式电动自行车, 其特征在于所述的车 把组件 (1) 中的左车把 (8) 和右车把 (9) 由车把折叠器 (11) 的套 简 (14) 互连、 并通过所述的支撑脚 (16) 和支承座 (15) 与车把直 管 (10) 的顶端部互连。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的箱型折叠式电动自行车, 其特征在于当所 述的车把折叠器 (11) 的套简螺紋端从左车把 (8) 或右车把 (9) 上 退出、 松开时, 左车把 (8) 和右车把 (9) 随同车把支撑脚 (16) 下 偏、 贴持限位于车把直管 (10) 的两侧。
4. 根据杈利要求 1所述的箱型折叠式电动自行车, 其特征在于所述的直 管折叠器 (13) 安装设置在车把直管 (10) 的尾端和所述前叉 (26) 的上端间, 当直管折叠器 (13) 上的直管弯折控制端 (12)松开、 解 除锁定时, 车把直管 (10)可向下作 180° 偏折、 靠持限位于所述的前 叉 (26) 上。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的箱型折叠式电动自行车, 其特征在于所述的前 轮组件 (2) 中的左右前平叉 (19) 的前端轴装设置在所述前叉 (26) 的左右前平叉安装轴座 (22) 上, 带上翘端 (18) 的尾部轴装设置在 所述车架框架 (35) 的左右前平叉端部轴装孔 (38) 上, 所述的上设 有前叉折叠器 (20) 的左右前钭叉 (21) 的前端轴装设置在所述前叉

8. 根据权利要求 1所述的箱型折叠式电动自行车, 其特征在于当所述的 前叉折叠器 (20) 解除锁定状态时, 左右前钭又 (21) 的后端向上偏 折杆 (21-2) 可以绕尾端轴装点向上偏转, 前端向下偏折杆 (21-1) 绕前叉折叠器 (20) 的轴向下偏转、 并向后端向上偏折杆 (21-2) 靠 拢, 在左右前叉牵引连接条 (27) 的作用下, 带动左右前平叉 (19) 绕尾部轴装点同步向上、 向里偏转, 下端带前车轮 7) 的前叉 (26) 也同步向车架框架 (35) 内偏移、 在直管折叠器 (13) 的作用下已向 前叉 (26) 靠拢的车把直管 (10) 和在车把折叠器 (11) 作用下已向 车把直管 (10) 靠拢的车把随之同步内移, 收纳于箱壳内, 并由可自 由下落的上移式插门 (54)加以封闭。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 8所述的箱型折叠式电动自行车, 其特征在于所述 的左右前平叉 (19) 绕尾部轴装点同步向上、 向里偏转时, 左右前平 叉 (19) 的尾部上翘端 (18) 向下偏转, 牵引带动所述的左右后叉牵 引连接条(34) 移位, 于是后叉折叠器 (32) 受控解除锁定、 使左右 后斜叉 (33) 上的外端向上偏折杆 (33-1) 和里端向内偏折杆(33-2) 同步执行偏转动作, 里端向内偏折杆 (33-2) 绕车架框架 (35) 上的 左右后斜叉 (33) 端部轴装点向车架框架 ( 35) 内部偏转, 外端向上 偏折杆( 33-1 )绕后叉折叠器( 32 )向上偏转、朝里端向内偏折杆( 33-2 ) 靠拢, 左右后叉 (31) 在外端向上偏折杆 (33-1) 的牵引下绕车架框 架 (35) 上的轴装点带动后车轮 (28) 同步向上偏转, 到位后由收折 锁定机构 ( 38) 中的限位插销自动加以限位锁定, 使整个车体收纳于 箱壳内, 并由可自由下落的上移式插门 (54) 加以封闭, 构成车体全 部收纳于手提箱腔内、 外表光滑且外形美观的箱型折叠式电动自行车。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的箱型折叠式电动自行车, 其特征在于所述的 收折锁定控制拉手 (53)被拉出时, 限位插销即退出、 解除折叠锁定, 后轮组件 (3) 和前轮组件 (2) 外偏、 车体展开呈正常状态。
