具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
本发明的其中一个实施例如图1及2所示,生活垃圾处理机主要由粉碎装置1、烘干装置2及油水分离装置3组成,粉碎装置1用于将各种尺寸的垃圾粉碎,并在其中进行固液分离,分离出来的固体经烘干装置2干燥成颗粒,加以利用;而分离出来的液体经油水分离装置3分离成油和水,分离出来的油进行回收利用,分离出来的水排入下水道。
粉碎装置1由第一壳体11、第一挡板机构、第二挡板机构、粉碎机构及驱动机构15构成,第一壳体11整体呈上端大下端小的锥形,该第一壳体11具有顶部的第一进料口11a、底部的第一出料口11b及侧壁的第一出液口112b和第二出液口111b,第一挡板机构安装在第一出料口11b处,该第一挡板机构由第一挡板13和第一挡板驱动机构构成,第一挡板在第一挡板驱动机构的带动下打开和关闭第一出料口11b。第二挡板机构由第二挡板14和第二挡板驱动机构构成,第二挡板14安装在第一壳体11内中部,将第一壳体11的内腔分隔成上腔室111和下腔室112两部分,上腔室111所在的侧壁的底部设有第二出液口111b,垃圾在粉碎之前,在上腔室111内停留一段时间,使垃圾中的水分从第二出液口111b流出,可以起到初步固液分离的目的。优选地,第二挡板14倾斜设置,第二出液口111b位于上腔室111最低处所对应的侧壁上,这样便于液体流入第二出液口111b。进一步优选地,上腔室111的内壁设有多条凹槽111a,该凹槽111a由上至下延伸至上腔室111的底部,这样可以方便液体汇集入底部,进而通过第二出液口111b流出。第一挡板驱动机构和第二挡板驱动机构可以采用同步电机带动齿轮和齿条的方式,这样即可通过控制器打开和关闭第一挡板和第二挡板,在此不再赘述。
粉碎机构安装于第一壳体11的下腔室112内,其包括沿竖向设置的3组辊子12,每组辊子12均由两个横向排列且彼此留有间隙的辊子12构成,且每组辊子12的间隙由上至下逐渐变小,在每个辊子12的圆周面上均间隔设置有凸齿12a。优选地,每组辊子12中的两个辊子12的凸齿12a相错开。驱动机构15与每个辊子12连接,用于带动每组辊子12沿相反方向转动。驱动机构15包括电机和减速器,在此不再赘述。粉碎机构将垃圾绞碎,产生的液体通过第一出液口112b流出。进一步优选地,下腔室112的内壁设有多条凹槽112a,该凹槽111a由上至下延伸至上腔室112的底部,这样可以方便液体汇集入底部,进而通过第一出液口112b流出。
烘干装置2主要由第二壳体21、输送皮带22、热风机26和收集桶25组成,该第二壳体21具有第二进料口21a和第二出料口21b,该第二进料口21a与第一出料口11b连通。输送皮带22的首端位于第二进料口21a的下方,尾端位于第二出料口21b的上方,在该输送皮带22的外表面设有截面为半球形的凹槽(图上未示出),以便垃圾在输送皮带22上成型为颗粒。输送皮带22通过皮带轮23带动循环运动,并通过压带轮24限位,将粉碎后的垃圾从第二进料口21a输送入第二出料口21b。热风机26为带电热丝的鼓风机,其位于输送皮带22上方,热风机26的出风口与输送皮带相对,通过热风机26将输送皮带22上的垃圾加热。收集桶25的进料口与第二出料口21b相通。优选地,在收集桶25的壁上设有电加热装置,将收集到的垃圾加热进一步除去水份。
油水分离装置3由油水分离装置主要由壳体31和设于该壳体31内的过滤部件组成,其中,壳体31呈长方体形,在该壳体31的顶面、底面及左侧面上分别设有进口31a、排水口31b和排油口31c,进口31a与第一出液口112b和第二出液口111b连通,在该壳体31的前、后侧板的中部各设有一个转轴34,整个壳体31可以绕该转轴34转动。过滤部件主要由5~16张以0~3mm间距层叠在一起的孔径为3~100目的滤网32组成,所有滤网32按由上至下的顺序每2~8张分为一组,奇数组滤网32的孔径由上至下逐渐变小,偶数组滤网32的孔径由上至下逐渐变大。本实施例中,过滤部件由16张以0间距层叠在一起的滤网32组成,所有滤网32按由上至下的顺序分为四组,第一组共有6张滤网32,它们的孔径依次为3目、20目、40目、60目、80目、100目,第二组共有2张滤网32,它们的孔径依次为100目、40目,第三组共有6张滤网32,它们的孔径依次为3目、20目、40目、60目、80目、100目,第四组共有2张滤网32,它们的孔径依次为100目、40目,第三组和第四组用以加强过滤效果。滤网32的孔型为多边形孔,优选为菱形孔,这样可以避免油水经过滤孔时产生气泡。在壳体31左端上方设有电磁铁33,当电磁铁33通电时,其铁心可与壳体31吸合。在壳体31的底面设有重量传感器35,该重量传感器35与控制器连接,该控制器与电磁铁33连接。
下面进一步阐述上述实施例的工作原理:
首先将第一挡板13和第二挡板14关闭,将需要处理的垃圾4通过第一进料口11a投入上腔室111内,垃圾中的液体通过第二出液口111b排入油水分离装置3内,经过一段时间的滤水处理后,打开第二挡板14,同时驱动机构15带动三组辊子12转动,将各种尺寸大小的垃圾绞碎,产生的液体通过第一出液口112b排入油水分离装置3内。经过一定时间的粉碎后,打开第一挡板13,粉碎后的垃圾通过第一出料口11b和第二进料口21a进入输送皮带22上,同时通过热风机26将垃圾烘干,烘干后的垃圾通过第二出料口21b排入收集桶25内,通过收集桶25上的电加热装置进一步将垃圾烘干,最终制成干燥的棵粒,加以回收利用;油水混合污水从进口31a进入滤网32,油水混合污水的流速不能太快,因油的粘度大、重量轻,附着在滤网32上,而水的粘度小、重量重,从滤孔流走,汇集成水珠从排水口31b排入下水道内,从而实现油水分离。当滤网32附着油的能力饱和时,重量传感器35向控制器发出信号,控制器接收到该信号后向电磁铁33发出控制信号,使电磁铁33断电,电磁铁33的铁心与壳体31脱离,壳体31竖直,油滴从排油口31c排出,当油排完后,滤网32放平直后又可继续滤油;又由于滤网32的孔径由上至下先逐渐变小,再逐渐变大,如此反复,不仅油水分离效果显著,除油率达90%以上,而且,可以减小滤网32的阻力,提高过滤效率。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种生活垃圾处理机,其包括粉碎装置和烘干装置,该粉碎装置包括第一壳体、粉碎机构及驱动机构,该第一壳体具有第一进料口和第一出料口,该粉碎机构设于第一进料口和第一出料口之间的第一壳体内,该烘干装置包括第二进料口和第二出料口,该第二进料口与第一出料口连通,其特征在于:所述粉碎装置还包括设于所述第一出料口处、用于打开和关闭第一出料口的第一挡板机构以及设于所述第一壳体侧壁下部的第一出液口;所述粉碎机构包括沿竖向设置的2~4组辊子,每组辊子均包括两个横向排列且彼此留有间隙的辊子,且每组辊子的两个辊子的间隙由上至下逐渐变小,在每个辊子的圆周面上均间隔设置有凸齿;所述驱动机构与每个所述辊子连接,用于带动每组辊子的两个辊子沿相反方向转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:每组所述辊子的两个辊子的凸齿相错开。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:所述第一壳体呈上端大下端小的锥形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:还包括第二挡板机构,该第二挡板机构设于所述粉碎机构与所述第一进料口之间,将所述第一壳体的内腔分隔成上腔室和下腔室,在该上腔室所在的侧壁的下部设有第二出液口,在该下腔室所在的侧壁的下部设有所述第一出液口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:在所述上腔室的内壁和所述下腔室的内壁均设于贯通整个内壁的凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:所述第一挡板机构包括第一挡板和第一挡板驱动机构,该第一挡板倾斜设置,所述第一出液口位于所述下腔室最低处所对应的侧壁上,所述第二挡板机构包括第二挡板和第二挡板驱动机构,该第二挡板倾斜设置,所述第二出液口位于所述上腔室最低处所对应的侧壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:所述烘干装置包括第二壳体及设于第二壳体内的输送皮带和热风机,该第二壳体具有所述第二进料口和所述第二出料口,该输送皮带的首端位于所述第二进料口的下方,尾端位于所述第二出料口的上方,在该输送皮带的外表面设有截面为半球形的凹槽,该热风机位于输送皮带的上方,且其出风口与所述输送皮带相对。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:还包括收集桶,该收集桶的进料口与所述第二出料口相通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:在所述收集桶的壁上设有电加热装置。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:还包括油水分离装置,该油水分离装置包括壳体和设于该壳体内的过滤部件,在该壳体的顶面、底面及侧面上分别设有进口、排水口和排油口,该过滤部件包括5~16张以0~3mm间距由上至下层叠在一起的孔径为3~100目的滤网,所有滤网按由上至下的顺序每2~8张分为一组,奇数组滤网的孔径由上至下逐渐变小,偶数组滤网的孔径由上至下逐渐变大。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:所述滤网的孔型为多边形孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:所述滤网的孔型为菱形孔。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:所述油水分离装置还包括相对地设于所述壳体两侧的两个转轴以及设于所述壳体一端上方的电磁铁,该电磁铁通电时,其铁心与所述壳体吸合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的生活垃圾处理机,其特征在于:所述油水分离装置还包括重量传感器和控制器,该控制器与重量传感器和所述电磁铁连接。
