Abstract

A portable module (100) with an internal combustion engine (10) and an electric generator (12) is selectively connected to a motor vehicle (200) or a building (300). Preferably, not only is electrical energy hereby transferred from the generator (12) to the motor vehicle (200) or building (300) but simultaneously also thermal energy. Correspondingly, the portable module (100) also comprises at least one connection (32) for discharging a medium conducting said thermal energy.
