Description
用于大功率晶闸管的两点式夹紧装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种大功率晶闸管的紧固装置。 背景技术
现有技术中, 晶闸管采用上下压板直接用螺栓压接,该种压紧结构导致螺母受到偏向力 矩的影响, 当晶闸管要求压力值很大时, 螺杆会发生弯曲变形甚至断裂, 同时螺母和螺杆的 螺纹也会遭到不同程度的破坏, 无法满足要求。 而且晶闸管压紧装置没有限位指示器, 在压 紧晶闸管时不能直接指示出弹簧压板位置是否满足要求。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于大功率晶闸管的两点式夹紧装置, 该装置设有限位指示 器, 在压紧晶闸管时可明确显示目标压力位置; 通过弧形支撑板的设置可使受力传递均匀, 紧固效果好, 使用寿命长, 操作方便。
为实现上述目的, 本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
用于大功率晶闸管的两点式夹紧装置, 包括弹簧压板、 限位指示器、 螺栓定位顶板、 螺 栓、螺栓定位底板, 螺栓定位顶板、弹簧压板与螺栓定位底板通过螺栓连接, 构成框架结构, 弹簧压板位于螺栓定位顶板的下部, 为弧形结构; 在螺栓定位顶板中部设有限位指示器。
所述的弹簧压板与螺栓定位顶板之间设有弧形支撑板, 弧形支撑板连接在螺栓上, 与弹 簧压板的两端构成球面接触。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的有益效果是-
1 ) 该装置设有限位指示器, 在压紧晶闸管时当拧紧螺母过程中, 当弧形结构弹簧压板 逐渐变直, 其中部接触到限位指示器时, 即表示压力值达到了目标值, 该装置可更直观显示 目标压力位置, 提高了工作效率, 可采用油压机或手动操作相结合的方式夹紧晶闸管。
2) 通过弧形支撑板的设置可使受力传递均匀, 紧固效果好, 使用寿命长, 操作方便。 采用球面传力方式, 在紧固过程中受力点在变化, 可以使力均匀作用在受力面上。
3 ) 该结构由于采用了压力点位和圆弧过渡结构, 可以随意手动更换任意位置的晶闸管, 晶闸管更换安装方便。 附图说明

见图 1、 图 2, 用于大功率晶闸管的两点式夹紧装置, 包括弹簧压板 1、 限位指示器 2、 螺栓定位顶板 3、 螺栓 4、 螺栓定位底板 5、 弧形支撑板 6, 螺栓定位顶板 3、 弧形支撑板 6、 弹簧压板 1与螺栓定位底板 5通过螺栓 4连接, 构成框架结构, 弹簧压板 1与螺栓定位顶板 3之间设有弧形支撑板 6, 弧形支撑板 6与弹簧压板 1的两端构成球面接触, 弧形支撑板 6 使螺栓 4及螺母受力均匀, 防止螺栓受力变形。 弹簧压板 1为弧形结构; 在螺栓定位顶板 3 中部设有限位指示器 2。 螺栓定位底板 5采用抗磁不锈钢材料制成。
弹簧压板 1采用 65Mn材质, 保证强度和弹簧形变度, 紧压过程中, 弹簧压板 1发生形 变, 当弹簧压板 1的中心部到达限位指示器 2的位置时, 压力达到要求, 停止紧固。
本装置适用于 3.5英寸及以上的晶闸管紧固, 夹紧效果好。
Claims
1、 用于大功率晶闸管的两点式夹紧装置, 其特征在于, 包括弹簧压板、 限位指示器、 螺栓定位顶板、 螺栓、 螺栓定位底板, 螺栓定位顶板、 弹簧压板与螺栓定位底板通过螺栓连 接, 构成框架结构, 弹簧压板位于螺栓定位顶板的下部, 为弧形结构; 在螺栓定位顶板中部 设有限位指示器。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于大功率晶闸管的两点式夹紧装置, 其特征在于, 所述的 弹簧压板与螺栓定位顶板之间设有弧形支撑板, 弧形支撑板连接在螺栓上, 与弹簧压板的两 端构成球面接触。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于大功率晶闸管的两点式夹紧装置, 其特征在于, 本装置 适用于 3.5英寸及 3.5英寸以上的晶闸管紧固。
