Abstract

A second measurement (H2) from a base end part of a guide part (42) to a leading end part thereof is larger than a first measurement (H1) between an O-ring (34) and a flange part (32). When passing a nut member (30) through a through hole (41), the guide part (42) hooks with a step part (35) of the flange part (32) before the O-ring (34) makes contact with the inner circumference face of the through hole (41), and initiates the guiding. Even when the O-ring (34) is disposed on the circumference face of the nut member (30), it is possible to insert the nut member (30) in an accurate site and state with respect to the through hole (41).

Description

Electronics

The present invention relates to an electronic device having a waterproof function and electrically connecting an electronic component inside the waterproof region and a component in the non-waterproof region.

Conventionally, a nut member that prevents rotation when fastening is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
The nut member described in Patent Document 1 is provided with a rotation-preventing protrusion that protrudes in the axial direction.
When such a nut member is used for electrical connection between an electronic component inside the waterproof region and a component in the non-waterproof region, an O-ring may be provided on the side surface of the nut member in order to obtain waterproofness.

Japanese National Utility Model Publication No. 2-150666 (Fig. 2)

However, as described above, when the O-ring is provided on the nut member, the O-ring may start sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole before the nut member is in the final position. For this reason, there existed a problem that an O-ring became sliding contact resistance and it was difficult to position a nut member in a regular position.

The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems. Even when an O-ring for waterproofing is provided on the outer peripheral surface of a metal member such as a nut member, the metal member is properly connected to the through-hole. An object is to provide an electronic device that can be inserted into a position and a state.

The electronic device of the present invention is a portable terminal having a through hole between a waterproof region and a non-waterproof region, and is inserted into the through hole to electrically connect the component in the waterproof region and the component in the non-waterproof region. A substantially cylindrical metal member to be connected, an O-ring provided on the outer peripheral surface of the metal member and in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole, and provided on the end of the waterproof region on the metal member A flange portion, a step portion provided in the flange portion along the radial direction of the metal member, a guide portion that protrudes from the opening edge portion of the through hole to the waterproof region and guides the step portion; The second dimension from the base end part to the tip end part of the guide part is larger than the first dimension between the O-ring and the flange part.

Further, the electronic apparatus of the present invention includes a pair of concave portions provided at symmetrical positions along the radial direction of the collar portion.

Further, in the electronic device of the present invention, the step portion has the same shape as the concave portion.

Moreover, the electronic device of the present invention is such that an inclined surface is provided at an edge of the step portion on the metal member side.

Furthermore, the electronic device of the present invention has a sheet metal member connected to the flange portion of the metal member, the sheet metal member engages with the pair of recesses of the flange portion, and the A covering portion that covers at least a part of the top surface, and a grounding portion that is connected to the covering portion and is grounded in the vicinity of the side surface of the flange portion.

In the present invention, since the second dimension from the base end part to the tip end part of the guide part in the wall part is larger than the first dimension between the O-ring and the flange part in the nut member, the nut member is provided in the through hole. When inserting, the guide part engages with the step part before the O-ring contacts the inner peripheral surface of the through hole. For this reason, even if an O-ring is provided on the peripheral surface of the nut member, it is possible to provide an electronic apparatus having an effect that the nut member can be inserted into a normal position and state with respect to the through hole.

The cover 22 is a rectangular plate-like member, and is attached to the upper end portion (the upper end portion in FIG. 1) of the vertical wall 24 of the case 21 in a state having water tightness.
Therefore, the internal space formed by the case 21 and the cover 22 is the waterproof region 11, and the outside of the housing 20 is the non-waterproof region 12.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a circuit board 25 is attached to the internal space of the housing 20. The circuit board 25 is provided with a leaf spring-shaped contact member 251 (see FIG. 6) that protrudes downward from the lower surface of the circuit board 25 (the lower surface in FIG. 1).
An antenna member 26 for a portable terminal is attached to the outer surface 232 of the base plate 23 of the case 21. The antenna member 26 includes a rod-shaped antenna main body 261 and a plate-shaped attachment plate 262 provided at the base end portion of the antenna main body 261. A screw hole 263 is provided in the center of the mounting plate 262.
The circuit board 25 in the waterproof region 11 and the antenna member 26 in the non-waterproof region 12 are electrically connected via a nut member 30 which is a metal member described in detail later.

A wall 40 that partitions the waterproof region 11 and the non-waterproof region 12 is provided at the corner of the inner surface 231 of the base plate 23 of the case 21, which is a corner of the housing 20, and penetrates the wall 40 and the base plate 23. A through-hole 41 is provided.
Therefore, the perimeter of the through hole 41 is surrounded by the wall 40 over the entire circumference, and the through hole 41 is formed between the internal space of the housing 20 that is the waterproof region 11 and the housing 20 that is the non-waterproof region 12. Communicate with the outside.

As shown in FIG. 3, on the upper surface 401 (upper surface in FIG. 3) of the wall portion 40 that is the opening edge of the through hole 41, the waterproof region 11 side (the inner surface side of the case 21) is located symmetrically across the through hole 41. Guide pillars 42 and 42 are provided as a pair of guide portions projecting to).
The guide column 42 may be a columnar member having a rectangular cross section, for example. Here, the height (second dimension) from the base end portion 421 to the tip end portion 422 of the guide column 42 is set to H2.

As shown in FIG. 3, the nut member 30 has a substantially cylindrical main body 31 having an outer shape that can be inserted into the through hole 41, and an outer diameter that is provided at the upper end of the main body 31 and is larger than the outer diameter of the through hole 41. And the collar portion 32.
The flange portion 32 is provided with a pair of step portions 35 and 35 at symmetrical positions. The step portion 35 is formed to be recessed inward in the radial direction from the outer peripheral edge, and is fitted to a guide column 42 provided on the wall portion 40 so as to prevent rotation and slide. An inclined surface 351 is provided at an edge of the stepped portion 35 on the nut member 30 side, that is, a base end portion of the stepped portion 35 on the lower surface 321 of the flange portion 32 (see FIG. 4).

In addition, it is desirable to provide a pair of recesses 36, 36 between the pair of stepped portions 35, 35 on the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion 32. The concave portion 36 has a size and a shape that allow the tip of a tool such as tweezers that sandwich the nut member 30 to be fitted when the nut member 30 is attached.
It is desirable that the size and shape of the recess 36 be formed in the same manner as the stepped portion 35. Thereby, it becomes unnecessary to distinguish the step part 35 and the recessed part 36, and since the freedom degree of the rotation direction of the nut member 30 increases, workability | operativity improves.

As shown in FIG. 4, a groove 33 having, for example, a rectangular cross section is formed in the main body 31 over the entire circumference, and an O-ring 34 is attached to the groove 33. The O-ring 34 is attached so that a part thereof protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface 311 of the main body 31, and can be elastically deformed so as to be accommodated in the groove 33.

Here, a first dimension H1 that is a dimension between the lower end portion of the O-ring 34 and the lower surface 321 of the flange portion 32 is a second dimension H2 that is a dimension from the proximal end portion 421 to the distal end portion 422 of the guide column 42. Set smaller than.
A screw hole 37 for attaching the antenna member 26 is provided on the bottom surface 312 of the main body 31. The screw hole 37 is provided with a length that does not penetrate the flange portion 32.

Next, connection work between the circuit board 25 and the antenna member 26 will be described. The circuit board 25 is attached to the base plate 23 in advance.
First, as shown in FIG. 3, the nut member 30 is attached to the through hole 41 of the housing 20. At this time, the concave portion 36 of the flange portion 32 is gripped by the tip of a tool such as tweezers, and the stepped portion 35 of the nut member 30 is rotated so as to correspond to the guide column 42 provided on the outer periphery of the through hole 41. Position the direction.
Since the stepped portion 35 and the recessed portion 36 are formed in the same shape, the stepped portion 35 can be gripped by tweezers or the like, and the recessed portion 36 can be positioned so as to correspond to the guide column 42.

Then, when the main body portion 31 of the nut member 30 is inserted into the through hole 41, the tip end portion 422 of the guide column 42 is fitted into the stepped portion 35 of the nut member 30. At this time, the second dimension H2 from the base end part 421 to the tip end part 422 of the guide column 42 in the wall part 40 is larger than the first dimension H1 between the O-ring 34 and the flange part 32 in the nut member 30. Therefore, first, the guide column 42 is engaged with the step portion 35 to start the rotation direction guidance (state shown in FIG. 5).
Thereafter, when the nut member 30 is further pushed into the through hole 41, the O-ring 34 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface 411 of the through hole 41. At this time, since the O-ring 34 is pressed against the inner surface of the through hole 41 by elastic force, water tightness can be ensured.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the nut member 30 is pushed in until the lower surface 321 of the flange portion 32 of the nut member 30 contacts the upper surface 401 of the wall portion 40. The nut member 30 is fixed to the inner surface of the through hole 41 by the elastic force of the O-ring 34. As a result, the bottom surface 312 of the nut member 30 contacts the contact member 251 of the circuit board 25 by elastic deformation.
Next, the fixing screw 27 is inserted into the screw hole 263 of the mounting plate 262 of the antenna member 26, and the fixing screw 27 is fastened to the screw hole 37 of the nut member 30 to fix the antenna member 26 to the nut member 30.

As a result, the antenna member 26 in the non-waterproof area 12 and the circuit board 25 in the waterproof area 11 are electrically connected.
At this time, it is desirable that a slight gap G is provided between the bottom surface 312 of the nut member 30 and the mounting plate 262 of the antenna member 26.
Thus, when the fixing screw 27 is tightened, the mounting plate 262 is elastically deformed toward the nut member 30, so that the antenna member 26 can be securely attached. Further, since the elastic force of the mounting plate 262 biases the nut member 30 in the direction of pressing the nut member 30 against the upper surface 401 of the wall portion 40, the nut member 30 can be reliably prevented from falling out of the through hole 41.

As described above, according to the electronic apparatus 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above, the nut member 30 is inserted into the through hole 41 provided in the wall portion 40 of the housing 20 that partitions the waterproof region 11 and the non-waterproof region 12. And the antenna member 26 is attached to the non-waterproof region 12 side of the nut member 30 with a fixing screw 27. Since the contact member 251 provided on the circuit board 25 in the waterproof region 11 comes into contact with the end of the nut member 30 on the waterproof region 11 side, the antenna member 26 is connected via the fixing screw 27, the nut member 30 and the contact member 251. It is electrically connected to the circuit board 25.
At this time, since the nut member 30 has a substantially columnar shape, the inner surface of the through hole 41 does not bite or the like, unlike the conventional polygonal column-shaped nut member, and there is no risk of erroneous insertion.

A flange 32 is provided at the end of the nut member 30 on the waterproof region 11 side, and a step 35 is provided in the flange 32 along the radial direction of the nut member 30. Further, an O-ring 34 that contacts the inner peripheral surface 411 of the through hole 41 of the wall portion 40 is provided on the outer peripheral surface 311 of the nut member 30.
On the other hand, a guide column 42 for guiding the stepped portion 35 is provided on the wall portion 40 so as to protrude from the opening edge portion of the through hole 41 to the waterproof region 11.

Then, the second dimension H2 from the proximal end portion to the distal end portion of the guide pillar 42 in the wall portion 40 is set larger than the first dimension H1 between the O-ring 34 and the flange portion 32 in the nut member 30. ing. For this reason, when the nut member 30 is inserted into the through hole 41, the guide column 42 engages with the step portion 35 and guides before the O ring 34 contacts the inner peripheral surface 411 of the through hole 41. Will start.
Thereby, even if the O-ring 34 is provided on the outer peripheral surface 311 of the nut member 30 as in the prior art, the nut member 30 can be inserted into the normal position and state with respect to the through hole 41.

Moreover, in the electronic device 10 of the present invention, the nut member 30 can be easily sandwiched by fitting the tip of a tool such as tweezers into the recess 36 provided at a symmetrical position along the radial direction of the flange 32. The hole 41 can be inserted and rotated.

Further, in the electronic device 10 of the present invention, the recess 36 is sandwiched with a tool such as tweezers, the guide column 42 of the wall 40 is fitted to the step 35 and the nut member 30 is attached to the through hole 41. At this time, since the tweezers and the like do not interfere with the guide pillar 42, the nut member 30 can be easily attached.
Further, since the stepped portion 35 and the recessed portion 36 have the same shape, the stepped portion 35 can be sandwiched with tweezers or the like, and the guide pillar 42 of the wall portion 40 can be fitted into the recessed portion 36 and guided. For this reason, the nut member 30 can be easily attached to the through hole 41 regardless of the rotational position of the nut member 30.

Furthermore, in the electronic device 10 of the present invention, since the inclined surface 351 is provided at the edge of the step portion 35 on the nut member 30 side, the wall portion 40 of the housing 20 is engaged according to the shape of the through hole 41. It becomes easy to do.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, an electronic apparatus according to a second embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the site | part which is common in the electronic device 10 which concerns on 1st Embodiment mentioned above, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the electronic device 10 </ b> B according to the second embodiment of the present invention, a sheet metal member 50 is attached to and connected to the flange portion 32 of the nut member 30.

As shown in FIG. 9, the sheet metal member 50 electrically connects the nut member 30, which is a metal member to which the antenna member 26 is fixed and is electrically connected, and the circuit board 25, and the circuit board 25. It is a member for grounding etc.
As shown in FIG. 10A, the sheet metal member 50 includes a covering portion 51 attached to the nut member 30, a connection portion 52 for electrically connecting the nut member 30 and the circuit board 25, and a grounding portion 53 for grounding. Have

The covering portion 51 is formed by bending the top plate 511 that covers at least a part of the top surface 322 of the collar portion 32 and the top plate 511, and is fitted to the concave portion 36 of the collar portion 32 for positioning and fixing. A pair of legs 512 is provided.
Note that the leg portion 512 can be fitted to the stepped portion 35 by forming the stepped portion 35 in the same manner as the recessed portion 36. Thereby, since the direction restriction is eliminated when the nut member 30 is assembled, the assembly efficiency can be improved.

At least one of the leg portions 512 is folded upward in a U shape from the lower end portion to form a grounding portion 53. The grounding portion 53 is formed so that the tip (upper end) is opened outward, and is formed in a spring shape. As shown in FIG. 10B, the grounding portion 53 is at a position facing the side surface 323 of the flange portion 32 of the nut member 30, and is grounded in the vicinity of the side surface 323 of the flange portion 32 (see FIG. 11).
As shown in FIG. 10B, the sheet metal member 50 is provided so as not to protrude upward from a position P where the sheet thickness T of the sheet metal member 50 is added to the top surface 322 of the flange portion 32.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 11, the sheet metal member 50 does not abut against the cover 22 side, so that attachment of the cover 22 is not hindered.

As described above, according to the electronic apparatus 10B according to the second embodiment of the present invention described above, the sheet metal member 50 is engaged with the pair of concave portions 36 of the flange portion 32 and a part of the top surface 322 of the flange portion 32. A covering portion 51 is provided. For this reason, the sheet metal member 50 can be reliably attached to the predetermined position of the nut member 30.
Further, since the sheet metal member 50 is provided with the grounding portion 53 that is connected to the covering portion 51 and grounds in the vicinity of the side surface 323 of the flange portion 32, the axial dimension of the nut member 30 can be made smaller than before. Thus, the electronic device 10B can be reduced in size and thickness.

The electronic device of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and appropriate modifications and improvements can be made.
For example, in each embodiment mentioned above, the case where the level | step-difference part 35 and the recessed part 36 which were dented in radial inside were provided in the collar part 32 of the nut member 30 was illustrated. Instead, like the nut member 30B shown in FIG. 12, the flange portion 32B can be provided with a pair of projecting portions 38, 38 projecting radially outward as stepped portions. And as the guide part 43, the column-shaped guide pillar 431 and the latching | locking part 432 of an inverted L shape are provided.

Then, the protruding portion 38 is moved in the direction of arrow B along the upper surface 401 of the wall portion 40, and the protruding portion 38 is locked by the locking portion 432.
Thereby, the nut member 30 </ b> B can be fixed to the through hole 41.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the waterproof shape constituted by the rectangular base plate having the standing wall and the rectangular plate-like case has been described. The same effect can be obtained even in a waterproof shape having watertightness by sandwiching the like between the base plates. Further, the above form is not limited to a rectangle, and a square or a circle has the same effect.
