The service GPRS support node is an upgraded SGSN, which can support the S4 interface with the service gateway, and communicates with the mobility management unit by using GPRS Tunneling Protocol version 2 (GTPv2). For the SGSN supporting the 3G core network, the Packet Switching (PS) domain network architecture is different from that of Figure 1. At this time, the SGSN and the MME are connected by using a Gn interface, and the interworking uses GPRS Tunneling Protocol version 1, hereinafter referred to as GTPvl. The SGSN cannot be connected to the serving gateway. The Gn interface is connected to the Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN) to directly access the packet data network. A Home NodeB (HNB for short) or an evolved Home eNodeB (He B) is a small, low-power base station that is deployed as a dedicated resource for some users in a home, group, company, or The use of private places such as schools is mainly to provide users with higher service rates and lower the cost of using high-speed services, while at the same time making up for the shortage of existing distributed cellular wireless communication systems. The advantages of home base stations are affordability, convenience, low power output, plug and play, broadband access, and the use of single mode terminals. The home base station can be directly connected to the core network. As shown in FIG. 2a, the home base station gateway can also access the core network, as shown in FIG. 2b. The main function of the home base station gateway is: verifying the home base station. Security: Handling the registration of the home base station, performing operation and maintenance management on the home base station, configuring and controlling the home base station according to the operator's requirements, and exchanging data of the core network and the home base station. In order to implement local access functions (including Local IP Access (LIPA) or Selective IP Traffic Offload (SIPTO)), that is, the terminal is connected to other IP devices in the home network and in the enterprise network. A local gateway is added to the local access of the IP device or the Internet, as shown in Figure 2a-2c. The addition of the local access gateway can provide strong support for the local access technology. Near the base station gateway (ie external). The local gateway includes a local PGW (Local PGW, abbreviated as L-GW), and a local GGSN (Local GGSN, abbreviated as L-GGSN). Figure 3 shows the data flow path for local access and traditional core network access in a mobile communication network architecture. For users who support local access, traditional core network access data paths and local access data paths can be established at the same time. As shown in FIG. 3, for a locally accessed connection, the local access data path is from the terminal to the wireless side network element to the local access gateway (eg, L-GW, and L-GGSN), and the data transmission does not pass through the core network. In order to achieve local access of the terminal to other IP devices or the Internet of the home network, two connections can be established, and the first local access data path directly accesses the Internet (Internet IP connection, ie SIPTO connection). The second local access data path directly accesses other IP devices on the home network (home network IP connection, ie LIPA connection). The local access function is a way for the home or enterprise to provide access to resources by internal private users. The application is not open to all users on the network, and there is no need to move the user out of the home or enterprise range. To provide such access resources. Therefore, for the user who enables the local access function, the local access service does not need to support the mobility of the entire network, and only provides the mobility of the local mobile range, thereby conforming to the application characteristics of the local access function, and also reducing the network. Preferred Embodiments FIG. 5 is an interaction flowchart of a method for processing a local access connection according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, the embodiment includes two parts, and a part of the wireless side network element enters a connection state. The user context is generated, and the local access permission list information is retained in the user context, as described in step 5A below. The other part is the mobility management of the local access connection according to the local access permission list information when the wireless side network element initiates the handover to the user, as described in step 5B below. Specifically, the step 5A includes the following three scenarios: the core network mobility management unit sends the local access permission list information to the wireless side network element when the user enters the connection state, and the wireless side network element saves the locally accessed user context in the locally generated user context. . Scenario 1: When a user initiates a NAS (Non-Access Stratum) message, such as an attach, a service request, a PDN connection setup request, etc., the core network mobility management unit is caused to establish the necessary initial user context. Step 5A01: The core network mobility management unit carries the local access permission list information in the initial context setup request message sent to the wireless side network element. The wireless side network element saves it in the locally generated user context until the user enters the idle state. Step 5A02: The radio side network element returns an initial context setup response message. Scenario 2: The core network mobility management unit is transmitting a downlink NAS message (for example, responding to an uplink NAS message or a session management type downlink message). Step 5A03: The core network mobility management unit may carry the local access permission list information when transmitting the downlink NAS message, and the wireless side network element saves the foregoing information in the local context. Scenario 3: The user initiates a handover to the target radio side network element, and the mobility management unit sends the local access permission list information to the target radio side network element for local storage. In step 5A04, the mobility management unit carries the local access permission list information in the handover request message sent to the target radio side network element. After receiving the target wireless side network element, it saves it in the local user context. Step 5A05, the target radio side network element replies to the handover request acknowledgement information. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the S1 handover is taken as an example. For the X2 handover between the radio side network elements, the handover request message carrying the local access permission list information may be directly transmitted between the radio side network elements. Specifically, step 5B includes the following steps: Step 5B01: The source radio side network element selects a target radio side network element suitable for handover according to the measurement report information reported by the user, and determines whether the target radio side network element supports local access according to the local access permission list information in 5A before performing the handover. Business continuity. The specific determination method is as follows: The measurement report information reported by the user includes information such as a CSG identifier, a base station identifier, and an address of the target radio side network element, and the source radio side network element may use the foregoing information to compare with the local access permission list information for determining. If the foregoing information of the target radio side network element is included in the local access permission list information, the source radio side network element determines that the local access connection can be maintained, and otherwise initiates the release. Optionally, the source radio side network element may also perform switching according to the local access permission list information, which preferably supports the continuous access to the radio side network element of the local access service. In step 5B02, if the target radio side network element selected by the source radio side network element does not support the local access service continuous or cannot select the target radio side network element that supports the local access service, the source radio side network element notifies or cooperates with it. The separate offload gateway initiates the release of the local access connection. The notification message is an internal message (the combination of the wireless side network element and the offload gateway) or a newly defined Sxx interface message between the wireless side network element and the divided distribution gateway (the wireless side network element and the distribution gateway are separated). Step 5B03: If the target radio side network element selected by the source radio side network element supports the local access service continuity, the local access connection is not processed, and the normal handover process is performed. Preferred Embodiment 2 FIG. 6 is an interaction flowchart of a method for processing a local access connection according to a preferred embodiment 2 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, the method includes the following steps S601 to S605. Step 601: The source radio side network element determines to initiate a handover process for the user according to the measurement report information reported by the user, and optionally performs the target radio side network element selection. Before performing the handover procedure, the source radio side network element discovers that the currently active local access connection is based on the local access bearer information (eg, L-GW TEID information, etc.), and then initiates a local access permission list acquisition message to the mobility management unit. Step 602: The core network mobility management unit sends the local access permission list information to the source radio side network element in the response message. The source radio side network element determines whether to support the local access service continuity according to the information, and optionally the source radio side network element preferably supports the local access service continuous radio side network element to perform handover according to the local access permission list information. Step 603: The radio side network element determines whether to support the local access service connection. Step 604: If the target radio side network element selected by the source radio side network element does not support the local access service continuity, the source radio side network element notifies the shunt gateway that is set up or divided to initiate the local access connection release. The notification message is an internal message (the combination of the wireless side network element and the offload gateway) or a newly defined Sxx interface message between the wireless side network element and the branching distribution gateway (the wireless side network element and the offload gateway are separated). Step 605: If the target radio side network element selected by the source radio side network element supports the local access service continuity, the local access connection is not processed, and the normal handover process is performed. It should be noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the accompanying drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and, although the logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, The steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that herein.
